Очень приветливая, заботливая и гостеприимная хозяйка, что, я считаю, самое главное! Жаль только что языковой барьер не дал нормально пообщаться. Дом в тихом приятном районе, рядом с метро, прямая линия до центра. В общем и целом прекрасный вариант!
