In the center of the staircase, hanging from the second to ground floor, you'll find the 25 y/o beautiful ivy that gives name to the house. You'll have access to the entire house, with a dinning-room with stone wall, next to a large fully equipped kitchen, large living-room with chill-out area, large LCD TV and library, 3 rooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room), 3 complete bathrooms (one in each bedroom) and 1 toilet. All bedrooms have private bathroom and are equipped with modern double-glass windows for extra comfort. The entire house is equipped with air-conditioning (5 independent machines in every bedroom, living-room and dinning-room).

This is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Porto, with narrow stone stairs and streets climbing the hill. Centuries ago, there was a jewish quarter which, until the present day, give names to some streets. The house faces a beautiful patio where you can see children playing and the neighbours in their normal life. Across the street is the old customs house, nowadays home of 3 museums and a congress venue. This is a very traditional neighbourhood, full or genuine life and local people.
