Summary

При посещении такого исторического города, как Москва, главной задачей путешественника является поиск современного, удобного и комфортабельного жилья.

Space

*Check-In time: 3pm / Check-Out time: 12pm *Other times might be available depending on the previous guests check out and next guests check in. .... "downtown's most livable neighborhood" The defining characteristic of New York is having anything you could imagine just a short walk away, and the epitome of that experience is in the East Village. The East Village is like nowhere else. If you can imagine it, it’s probably here. International cuisine, specialty retailers, historical buildings, music, nightlife, museums, and much more. There’s always something happening at nearby Tompkins Square Park. Union Square is just a pleasant walk or short subway ride away. Whether you’re a professional, an artist, a student, or just someone who loves to experience life, this is the place for you. But not all East Village apartments were created equal. This recently renovated studio is roomier than most with space for a full-size bed with headboard and a large loveseat and coffee tab

Booking this room with roman was a breeze. He was very flexible and the house basically had all the amenities except wifi. The room was lovely, perfect for a couple. Definitely would stay with at this place again :)

This was my first airbnb moment, and I was pleasantly surprised. The studio was very nice and its location was absolutely perfect for my trip. Roman is a very nice and personable man - the ease with which this all happened was great. My one bummer was not having Internet, but that was a Time Warner glitch. Roman spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. No worries, though, as a plethora of cafes with Internet are super close. Everything is convenient from this spot. The studio was in wonderful condition and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a great way to immerse myself in the city.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, so we were a bit worried. Roman was from the beginning very helpful and he always replied to our email and our questions very quickly! He is a great host and a good guy. The flat is gorgeous (exactly like the pictures show) and very clean (also the sheets and the towels smell good and we felt like home). Internet worked perfectly and fast. the flat is very centric and in a good zone to visit Manhattan. VERY RECOMMENDED HOST! :)

The location was perfect for our needs. Very safe, and centrally located for our destination! It was a bit noisy until about midnight, but that goes with the vibrancy of the neighborhood. The apt. is small, but VERY NICE with clean, new kitchen, bath, paint on the walls, decent sofa for relaxing. Comfortable queen bed. Make sure the host knows how many are staying there (2 is good, 3 would be VERY COSY). We only had one bath towel, and one very rough (think old hotel) towel for our showers. We also found 2 extra pillows but no pillowcases (so we couldn't use them). Bring your own paper goods...and ask for another bath towel. I will definitely visit here again when I go to NYC. I have recommended the apt. to a friend who also travels to visit NYU.

The apartment was cosy, clean and comfortable. What you see on the pictures is what you get. There's also superfast WiFi available. The location was just perfect: a subway stop is just a couple of minutes away, there're loads of nice bars and restaurant around and the area is vibrant and safe. It was my first experience with Airbnb, but Roman made sure my friend and I had a great time. Roman responded very quickly and effectively to any questions I had before and upon arrival. He waited patiently when our transfer from the airport took a bit longer than estimated. Both the apartment and host are highly recommended!

Roman always responded to our messages very promptly – right from the get-go. He was very helpful and thoughtful. He even left us an umbrella for the upcoming stormy weather! We unfortunately had to check out early as the apartment was out of power due to super storm Hurricane Sandy (I would like to point out that the entire Lower Manhattan was out of power due to the Hurricane. It was not just his place!) Roman was very understanding and agreed to refund the nights we did not stay. During the power outage he checked on us regularly to make sure things were okay. The apartment is perfectly located. It’s a short walk to the subway station, Union Square. Also, supermarket/café/pubs/shops/deli stores are in close vicinity. The apartment is very clean and comfortable – perfect for two people. The place was recently renovated so it looked new! The wifi is FAST! There is tons of cabinet storage in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped – there are pots + pans + spices + utensils etc. If you decide to cook a meal or two during your stay, everything you need is there. I would definitely recommend his place for your stay in NY city – long or short-term. And I would definitely book his place again when I visit NY in future.

Romans place is exactly as the pictures show. Bright and clean. It's a perfect spot for two people without a doubt. The kitchen has everything that's needed and there were no issues at all with the apt. The wifi was quick and didn't drop out once. When we first arrived I wasn't to sure of the area, but after the first day I had no issues at all. I found out that the area is filled with students attending NYU. I felt safe the entire time I was in NY. Roman met us out front with the keys and couldn't stay to chat, but was very quick to respond through email and txt. The door to the apt was a little tricky, but once I realized that the first turn unlocks the door, then the second releases the latch so it opens, I was good to go. Romans spot is a pretty close walk to Little Italy, China Town and Greenwich Village (very cool spots to walk around) and a close, quick subway ride uptown. We walked most of the time, but it was good to know we had options. There is a great little Mexican place a few doors down from Romans spot which we ate at and I would def. recommend that. Walking from Romans to uptown every day is a little hike (so bring a good pair of shoes) but we were able to do it. Overall my NYC experience was fantastic, and our stay at Romans was just as good. I would have no problems recommending Romans spot for a NY trip.

This place was perfect for our 2 night visit. We have family in the lower east side near Ave B and 3rd St so the walk to and fro was perfect for visiting, and with Tompkins Square right in-between the two places it made for a nice walk. It was easy to arrange to get the keys, and it was a clean and comfy place to sleep. There was a great bagel place right down the street, and every other convenience within two blocks. Would certainly stay here again.

Roman was awesome, met us up so we can check in earlier. Location was prime, close to all the good eats in NY. Amazaingly clean, cute, and comfy. I would definitely recommend Romans studio. Had a blast and felt like a real New Yorker :)

Roman was flexible and accommodating in meeting with the keys. Very nice guy. The place was sufficient and convenient, a few minutes off the L train and the entire street was accessible. There's always stuff to do. I recommend!

Roman was a great host and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I was ale to arrange to check in a couple of hours early which was a great help. I only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchen facilities. The apartment is in a great location and surprisingly roomy for a studio apartment. Highly recommend both Roman and the apartment on Avenue A.

We stayed twice, with a short break between stays. We were very happy with the experience. The photos and description accurately represented the studio which was clean and easy to use. There was a little street noise (it was Christmas and there are several bars/restaurants near by) but this never really bothered us. The location is very handy (3 1/2 blocks from the L train subway and also several buses). The neighborhood was a little rough but we liked it and never felt unsafe. There are lots of interesting bars and small restaurants within walking distance. Roman was very helpful and patient.

Husband & I came to NYC for my birthday over MLK weekend. This location is exactly what we were seeking. We could easily walk to SoHo for shopping, to the East Village for restaurants and to Bleecker St. for Saturday night nutty times. The price was right on so we booked it. Roman was responsive to email and was on time to meet us with the keys. This place is a 2nd floor walkup. The mattress is foam, which took a little getting used to. Good food within 1-2 blocks and plenty of bars: La Lucha, Tompkins Square Bagels, 9th St Espresso. We didn't use it, but the place does have a big (by NYC standards) kitchen if you are looking to save some $ by eating in. A few small touches would make the place nicer, but it served our purposes and we have no big complaints. Will definitely be using AirBnB for future NYC trips - the neighborhood experience is far superior to booking a hotel.

Roman is the man, he was very accommodating with my check in time as I had landed in JFK earlier than expected. His apartment was exactly as pictured and the bed is super comfy. He had the bed nicely done and left me 3 towels to use. Also, the location is awesome with lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

Roman was easy to communicate with, and was flexible with the check in time as our flight arrived early. The apartment is in a great location, easy to get around the whole city, subway is very close and neighborhood is very safe. Pictures accurately show the apartment. Great heating kept the place nice and warm and it has a big kitchen.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Roman was a wonderful host, making sure everything ran smoothly. I had a great experience overall and would most definitely recommend Roman as a host to anyone interested. Thanks for the very enjoyable stay!

Enfim, recomendo a estadia no East Village, o apto do Roman e o Airbnb.

I would not recommend this place be rented out until it is repaired and cleaned properly. There is significant water damage, especially in the bathroom. The ceiling in the bathroom is caving in from it and looks like there is mold damage. The shower does not drain and has mold all over the caulking. The toilet had hair from previous tenants. There was dust that was caked on the shower and walls from lack of cleaning and then condensation from the shower use. There was more water damage throughout the place. The brick fireplace was very dusty. The apartment also smelled of smoke which may have been from a neighbor or previous tenants. I could not tell. We used candles to help hide that. Also, the comforter pictured was not the one listed. It was a cheap tiger blanket that looks like it could have been purchased at the swap meet. We took plenty of pictures to document the problems. As for service, that was strange from the beginning. It was clear the owner did not meet us because he could not point out the apartment. Once in, I looked for an iron and found a board. There was no iron and I texted the owner who said there should be one. When I let him know it was not there, he said it was not part of the ad and I would either need to buy one or get my clothes pressed. Luckily I had a sweater nice enough to wear to a meeting. As someone who deals with people on a daily basis, you never say that. It is the equivalent to saying "Sorry that is our policy." He could have said, "I am sorry. I am out of town right now. I wish I could help more." That is less of a put off than what I got. When I did contact the owner about the physical issues, he said he has been having issues with cleaners for a while. With the owner being out of the country, I would think a professional property manager should be in place to ensure the place isn’t in bad shape. On our part, we should have contacted airbnb from the beginning and just left. Since it was our first experience, I was not sure what to do. I contacted airbnb afterward and have been working with them since. This experience is clearly not the norm since we stayed at a nice place in Philadelphia afterward from airbnb. Some positives... The kitchen seemed to be pretty clean, but we did not use it. It had reliable WiFi and a nice TV. The location is the best thing about it. You can walk to a lot of good restaurants, bars and shops. I also felt pretty safe at any time walking around. These do not make up for the physical problems with this place and an owner that doesn’t seem too concerned with meeting his tenants needs.

I never actually got to meet Roman his friend Elana who had limited english but was very pleasant met me with the key so there were no helpful tips on the neighbourhood etc. But his studio is superbly located in a great area convenient to transport close to bars and eating places. it is ideal for one person or a couple and being only two floors up - suitable for anyone. This is a great part of New York to stay in and I would happily recommend it.

My wife and I take an annual trip to NYC. We stayed with Roman this spring in the East Village. It was a great place, very reasonably priced, very clean, and convenient to the L train. The apartment was well supplied and roomy for a Manhattan studio. Many great places to eat and go out in the neighborhood. All in all, it was a great stay. Thanks to Roman for great trip!

I booked this property at the last minute for my brother who was coming to NYC to visit me. Booking and collecting keys was managed well. The property was clean and simple in a good location, unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable ( mattress made of foam).

Great apartment, clean, spacious and most of all, an amazing location. Close to plenty of bars, restaurants and the L line. Quiet inside the apartment. Roman's friend met me at the apartment to collect the keys, I arrived late, but he was great and changed the meeting time for me. All interactions with Roman and his friend made for a great trip to NYC, Thanks!

Romans place was in a great neighborhood. In our experience the best area in Manhattan. Lots of stuff to do and great restaurants. Easy to get around (L -line very close). The apartment was nice and cosy. We didn't meet Roman but his friend met us to give us the keys and everything went fine. The only bad thing was that it seemed to us that the place had been cleaned very fast. The kitchen and toilet were clean but there were areas that were pretty dusty. Especially the floor under the bed seemed that it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay in Roman's place.

Hi, Roman's apartment is in an awesome spot within easy distance to transport and bars and cafes. He was very helpful when the door had some issues opening and was poised ready to fix it when we called him. Very soon it felt like our home in New York and we made friends with the locals easily. Everything you need is in the flat and Roman is pleased to accommodate you if it's not! Thanks will tell my friends in Australia ! Anthea and Rhonda

The apartment is in a perfect location, there are alot of good cafes and restaurants as well as cool shops around. Close to subway and bus stops. The apartment is clean and pretty well equiped, wi fi connection is quick. Andre (Roman's friend) met us to give the key, he is very helpful and friendly. It's a good place to stay in New York

Studio calme et fonctionnel, Andre est sympathique et flexible au niveau des horaires, ce qui nous a rendu bien service car notre vol de retour était en fin de soirée.

Andre was lovely, he always responded promptly and was really friendly and helpful. His place is quite bare and the bathroom was a bit grubby. But it's quiet, comfortable and three times the size of an equivalent price hotel room, and the location is great.

This was my first Airbnb-experience and I enjoyed it a lot thanks to Andre and his apartment in East Village. First of all, Andre was very communicative before we arrived, during our stay, and even after we left. He was absolutely helpful and always responded immediately. When I had problems with my camera, he recommended some places where it could be fixed and even included contact details and store hours, to make sure I didn't have any problems. When we arrived, he had been waiting for us at the apartment and let us in instantly. Before arriving, I was a little afraid that things might not work out and that we would have to wait, but everything was so easy with him. The apartment itself was great and looked just as advertised on the pictures. I would like to say something about the location: To be honest, before booking the appartment, we didn't know the exact address, we only knew that it was located in East Village but after booking we could see that it was in Alphabet City and I wasn't very happy about that because of what is being said about this part of town. The day we left for NY, I was really nervous about the area. BUT the location is simply amazing! It is absolutely safe and I didn't feel weird at any time. The L-train is very close by (connecting you to all major subway-lines and all of NY's must-sees within minutes) and so are many great places such as bars, restaurants, diners, and the post office. All in all, considering the three most important aspects for picking a place to stay, host, apartment, location, I can absoultely recommend this place.

We had a great time in Andre´s apartment. The location was a bit away from landmarks but subway station was really close. The check-in was very simple and the check-out very helpful. Andre is a great host and we are willing to stay in his apartment again. Hygiene was perfect and the studio was perfectly equipped. We completely recommend this experience .

This studio is in a great location close to many bars, restaurants and transportation is really easy to get to as well! Andre was very helpful settling us in. The apartment was ver roomy and in a perfect location for the subway into New York. East Village is very lively and has all the amenities you could desire, restaurants and pubs. Andre was very helpful and everything was in the apartment you could need. The front door key was a challenge to start with. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a super stay in the Big Apple.

I enjoyed my stay at Andre's. The apartment itself is very nice and the depictions in the photos are accurate. The area is also very nice. There are plenty of restaurants everywhere or if you prefer to cook, there is a large grocery store within walking distance. You could easily go about anywhere as the station is right around the apartment. The only minor downside is there is a long stairs leading to the apartment. This wasn't a problem for me as I am carrying a very small luggage, but might be a slight problem with people carrying multiple large luggages.

First of all, when you come from Europe -in my case- it's important that you get quickly in contact with the owner of the appartment. Landing in Newark, I had immediately contact with Andre after calling. When I arrived at the appartment, Andre was there. That was great! Andre is an interesting and friendly, helpful person. The appartment is oké. It'.s a quit place. East Village is an active neighbourhood.. We loved it. The subway is nearby. From ther you easyly get everywhere.. The supermarket is around the corner.. You have a kithcen to cook, but if you like Asian food: there are really exellent take-aways in the neighbourhood. I can recommand this place.

This is a small studio apartment, approximately 25-30 m2 (the photographs make it look bigger than it is). Located in a good neighbourhood, lots of fun restaurants and close to a subway stop and two parks. It has a separate bathroom, no separate bedroom. It fits two people fine, but for three people it really is too small. It's quiet, functional, not very cosy, a little cluttered (with cables and boxes), and, unfortunately, not very clean. When we arrived, we had to ask for clean sheets (the sheets on the beds hadn't been cleaned and had hair and stains on them) and also for someone to clean the apartment the next day, because it hadn't been cleaned. We were met by a friend of the owners, who was really friendly and kind enough to wait for us to arrive in the evening, even though we were an hour late because our plane was delayed. He was available at all tines, which was lovely - he eve came back at night with the clean sheets. He tried to help with the cleaning, but after he came in the next day, most of the apartment was still really grubby, especially the bathroom. I noticed one of the other guests commenting on this, but didn't pay much attention to it at the time. However, we travel a lot, and this is the first time we were a little disgusted by our surroundings. The apartment basically contains everything you need though (tv, microwave, stove, cutlery, dishware, cooking oil, paper towels, matches, candles, condiments), and has an excellent shower (we didn't use the bath because it was too grubby). No hair dryer of kitchen towels, so you will have to bring these yourselves. The bed had a soft foam mattress, we slept very well on it. They were also very flexible on check in and check out, we arrived at ten thirty at night and checked out around two o'clock in the afternoon. All in all, we had a great stay in NY, but I don't think I would rent this apartment again. For what we paid for it, it just didn't offer enough value, eventhough the neighbourhood was great. Plus we paid 31 dollars in cleaning costs and ended up cleaning the essentials ourselves.

Andre hosted my brother and his girlfriend on very short notice when they were in NYC last week. They had a marvelous time and said Andre's place was GREAT! Thanks Andre!

Andre seems like a nice guy, however we never actually met him. We were a bit disappointed as he told us he would meet us at the apartment to greet us and give us the key, however when we arrived from the airport he was not there. If it weren't for the fact that I could get wifi on my phone to find out he had left the keys at the pizza restaurant opposite, we would have been stranded. The phone number that had been provided to us was also different from Andre's actual number, which certainly didn't help getting in contact with him! The apartment had clean sheets and towels, however that was basically it - no mugs to make tea/coffee, one roll of toilet paper to last 10 days, no information at all about the area or NYC, one towel each to last our entire stay, no soap etc etc. We also didn't find the apartment to be very clean, with old food left in the fridge and dirty cutlery in the draws. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we'd ever slept on, with half the slats underneath broken and the mattress half falling onto the floor! The location was good with restaurants, supermarkets and subway nearby. I don't usually like leaving negative reviews, but we really didn't think this apartment was adequate or left for us in an appropriate state. If you're looking for a very basic place to stay in New York, this apartment might appeal to you, however I wouldn't recommend this to my friends.

Excellent host. The apartment location is excellent and within walking distance of many places. Very safe neighbourhood, with all you need around you. We were greeted by the host who informed us of loads of places to visit and in general we were very satisfied. Would not hesitate to use again.

It was a great flat, in one of my favorite parts of NY. Hollis was easy and flexible and we got along well. It was clean, fresh and very pleasent all in all. Hope to be back!

My last NYC Airbnb was nightmarish. Hollis completely restored my faith in the system. The apartment was clean, well stocked, easy to use, and exactly as advertised. Hollis, the host, is an excellent communicator, flexible, warm, and kind. I strongly recommend him and his studio!

Hollis was amazing. I really don't have the right words to express how awesome my experience was thanks to Hollis. I highly recommend staying here. The room is great and the location is perfect. Plus, if you are new to NY its a good place to start.

I didn't spend too much time at the apartment but for the basics the unit was decent. Neighbors smoke cigarettes so you may smell that from time to time. The photo of the interior of the unit is definitely a professional photo with lighting :) There is a fireplace behind the couch. Obviously not usable... The temperature of the unit was good, even in 20 to 30 degree outside weather. The bathroom doesn't have a fan but this is NYC. The bed was okay. I would bring your own comforter if you have one. There was random dust in nooks and crannies of the unit. The couch is not suitable for sleeping so if you have more than one person don't even thing about it. Actually it's not that comfortable for sitting anyway. Again I stress that if you are in NYC and will be out a lot this is a decent place. If you plan on relaxing at the unit you might have to make compromises. The location is great and the host was friendly.

Nice situation, enough space for two. However the appartement was really really dirty especially the bathroom.... I Will Not recommend this place...really disappointed as it was a week plan for my 30th birhtday...

I hate writing negative reviews - but I was disappointed. I thought 4.5 stars = amazing. But the apartment wasn't very clean, it was noisy and the bed was one of those cheap, saggy foam beds. Holis wasn't very responsive during my scheduling, and I almost needed to find another place at the last minute. In my opinion it wasn't worth the money.

Katie was quick to respond to my inquiries and needs. She was polite and I was well received. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for the East Village NYC. I had a great time, and loved the charm of the place. It was what I had in mind for a small NYC apartment.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Katie's apartment and it was for us the perfect choice. The flat is clean, comfortable and located in an extremely nice and lively area where you can find lots of good restaurants and bars and any kind of shop. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the first underground station, but it is very pleasant to have a walk till Union Square. Our hosts were so kind giving us some good advice about how to move in town and where we could have a good breakfast or meal. We are surely coming back to New York soon and we'll stay at Katie's apartment again.

Katie was very nice, we had no trouble getting in (although the lock has a bit of a knack to it) and the apartment was great; right in the heart of the East village; by lots of cool bars and restaurants.

The accommodations were good for the price and the owners were very friendly. My only complaint is that I instant booked on Friday during the afternoon and they didn't have the place ready until 8:30 at night because they had to get someone in to clean and get it ready which took them quite a few hours. Meanwhile I was lugging all my luggage around new york in the middle of the night. My opinion is that if you have your property set up for an "instant book" you should prepare the place as soon as your previous tenant checks out. Thats my biggest gripe. I paid full price for only being able to stay in the location for approx. 12 hours.

Katie was incredibly accommodating, helping me check in by dropping the key off where I was working. The neighborhood was exactly what I was expecting and there was a Citibike station less than 100' from the building. Katie's apartment was a wonderful surprise. The building was old but the entry foyer and stairs in the common areas were wider and cleaner than some I have come across. Opening the door to Katie's apartment one is greeted by a generous, clean and well-lit studio that seems more like a one-bedroom. A firm and comfortable bed, a sofa, a surprisingly large kitchen, a clean and spacious bathroom. It really was an amazing surprise to find such a clean, contemporary, spacious and well-lit studio in an older lower east side building. Oh, and she also had stocked the place with shampoo, etc. In short, it is a remarkable value.

Katie, was very professional and her place was clean and in a very accessible and cool part of Manhattan. My only complaint would be that the tenants downstairs are smokers and I could smell the smoke through the vents. Other than that the place was great. Maybe a little on the pricey side but still cheaper than a hotel. If you're looking for something in a great neighborhood and a host who will respond very quickly, this is the place for you. Thanks Katie!

Great spot. Great Area. Café Ost in front does not give WiFi in weekends thou. Cleaning could be better but not disturbing too much for me. Perfect timing for key exchange. Room too light in the morning for me.

We stayed at Katie's for one week in June and had a great time! The location of the apartment is so convenient to discover Manhatten, Chelsea and Brooklyn - and of course the East Village itself. Being on the L line (subway) makes it very convenient to get anywhere within no time. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops and bars around. Katie provided quick responses to my questions. She was very helpful and accommodating when it came to the pick up of the keys (thanks again!!). The apartment was clean. Bedding and Towels were provided, so were bin bags, soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid. Great service! Note: no iron available, so bring one if you feel you'll need it. I would also recommend bringing some ear plugs if you are not used to the noise of a big city.

A good apartment in a fun neighbourhood. A great base for exploring the east village. There's a great new ice cream shop across the road! We didn't meet Katie but she gave us all the info needed and arranged for us to collect the keys nearby.

My stay at Katie's was very nice. She was not able to meet me personally for the check-in (work reasons) but she made arrangements to have a friend prepare the apartment so the check-in was very quick and simple. Her studio in the lower east side is conveniently located near many popular restaurants and bars. Everything is within walking distance and if you needed to go somewhere farther, the 6 train is still within walking distance. If you ever do stay here, I can recommend a biscuit place which is literally right downstairs. Great food and it is open 24 hours. Overall, the apartment and neighborhood is great. The nightlife around there is nice but will not disturb you when you are sleeping. Great price for a 3day 2night stay. I will probably stay here again when I have another little weekend off. Thanks a lot Katie.

Very nice, simple place. Although I never met Katie, she was very responsive to questions and flexible about check-in/check-out times. The internet was decent, and the air conditioning was wonderful and crucial. Slight downsides: 1) The fold-out bed is not very supportive of the back, especially with two people. But it was perfectly good for one night. 2) The room was clean enough, but not as much as I'd expect for a $50 cleaning fee. I had a great time for one night, but I wouldn't make it a base for a longer period.

Kastie's place is very well located. Subway was just around the corner which was really convenient. The room was exactly as described. The apartment can get pretty hot in summer time but the small air conditioner helps a lot ( although is a little bit noisy). Kitchen has everything you need. Perfect place for 2 people!

Katie's place is located in a great area, lots of restaurants and shops right down stairs made it a wonderful place to stay. (I highly recommend eating at westville just across the street) the apartment is small but has used the space efficiently so you can easily move around and feel comfortable. It was quiet, which is rare for an apartment in NYC. It wasn't as clean as it could have been, and is lacking in things like extra towels, paper towels, or many things you would need to cook or clean even simple meals.

Katie's apartment is in a great neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. 5 min walked to the L line. Katie was flexible with check in and check in out times even with a last minute request for late checkout due to a delayed flight. The apartment is a good size for two people by New York standards, there is a certain knack to using the lock. My girlfriend and I had a great 1 month stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Sevas cozy apartment in East Village. Everything was clean when we arrived and we felt very comfortable. The location is great, a lot of bars and nice shops are around, subway not even 5 minutes by foot away. Probably not the best apartment for families with children (it can get really loud in the night, especially on the floor because of the neighbors walking on the stairs) but it didn’t bother us to much. Seva always replied quickly and check on & out was totally easy. It was clean, nice location and everything you need for a nice trip to NY. Would definitely recommend this apartment! :)

Pavel is a great Airbnb location in East Village. His place is located near great places to bar hop and explore in NYC. Pavel was a great communicator with me when I was visiting with 2 friends, the process was quick and easy. Pavel let us check out a hour later than slated and was easy to work with. If I travel to East Village in NYC again with friends I would not hesitate to book Pavel's place a second time.
