We had the most wonderful time at Rawan's flat. The location is very convenient, close to G line, eateries and food markets. The neighbourhood is nice to walk around. The room was superb! Comfy bed, air-con and privatetoiletm. The kitchen has got everything you need, including a dishwasher. On top of that there is a washing machine and a dryer so we did not have to lose time going away to do our laundry. Rawan is always easy to talk to and she gave us all sort of info to make us feel at home. We would recommend to anybody willing to stay at Brooklet to stay at her place. We'd like to thank Rawan for making our stay in NY unforgettable.

Jun 27, 2019We were in New York City for some work and leisure. Unfortunately the stay needed to be extended by one more day. Rawan was very accommodating and cordial to accept the stay request on a short notice. The room was pleasant, well furnished and comfortable. The location was just the right one for us. Thank you Rawan for your hospitality, although we couldn't spend more time. Any time, you are in Boston area, do let us know.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely place to stay, Rawan wasn't there as she was renting her room during her time away. The room and flat was cleaned by a professional company before we arrived so it was very clean. The private bathroom and the washer/dryer in a room was very convenient and worked well as we used it once. Rawan make some space in her closet and left few hangers for us that was well appreciate, she left as well in a bathroom shampoo and others staff to use, we had our stuff so we didn't use it by it's a nice gesture . The air conditioning was working well, it was very warm during our time in New York 35 degrees, we used it only when we arrived and cut it during night time as it was a bit noisy but obviously we are happy to have it ! We used the kitchen, there is everything you need to prepared your meal (toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave, oven, appliances). In a flat there is two other rooms, one is occupied by Rawan roommate and another one near to the kitchen area dedicated for other airbnb person. During our stay another guy arrived 2 days after us very nice, we had few talk together ! If you are coming by car it's a good place to stay as you can park in her street or the next one for free just be careful with the sign the Thursday morning between 8.30 to 10am you have to move you car to the other side and the same thing for the Friday morning. If you move your car at 8.15am you will find space, lot of people are going to work at this time. Rawan was very helpful as I booked the wrong date, she accommodated me, she answered to me in a minute as soon as I had a question for her. Thanks again for all your help, you have been pleasant to deal with. The tube station is at five minutes walk I advised you the Clinton/Washington one the G line as the street is nice to walk. If you want to go to Times Square you will have to change for the 7 ( purple line) at court square.

Jun 27, 2019Rawan was an amazing hostess. She checked in several times to make sure my mom arrived and was comfortable. She was very available leading up to and during my mother's stay. My mo was comfortable in the room and the apartment as a whole and slept great. We hope to reach out to Rawan again for future visits!

Jun 27, 2019It was very pleasant and the home of the Rawan was comfortable. She youger sister Sara was living and I exchanged greetings. Washer and dryer was very convenient in the room. It was 30 minute streets in a lodging till Manhattan. I misunderstood the flying time, and we stayed more for the day. Nevertheless she considered us. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.
Jun 27, 2019The bedroom and bathroom are both very spacious by nyc standards. Everything was clean and comfortable. Rawan was also very accomodating and easy to communicate with. Couldn't be happier with the stay.
