Lefferts Gardens is a diverse, up and coming neighborhood on the southeast end of Prospect Park. Our home is a three-minute walk from the park as well as the metro line. We are excited to be a ten minute walk away from the newly renovated Kings Theater in Flatbush. The area also boasts historic churches and unique culture. We are less than twenty minutes from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and the Brooklyn Museum. Brighton Beach is only 25 minutes away. There are a variety of delicious bars and restaurants within walking distance of our home. Additional, Park Slope and Prospect Heights is just a short ride or walk away.

Please note that check out time is 11:00 am unless special arrangements are made. Street parking is available on our street as well as the surrounding blocks. Please read parking signs carefully. There is also a parking lot you can pay to use just one block away. -------- FAQ Does your place have a curfew or quiet hours? In one word: No. NYC never stops and you don’t have to either. Regardless of whether you plan to get up early to explore or spend your nights out late, you can come and go as you please. You will have your own key to the building and our apartment. We are heavy sleepers so don’t worry about waking us. As musicians, we hold odd hours and we truly don’t care when you choose to come and go. Is your neighborhood safe? Yes! This is one of our most frequently asked questions. As a woman, I feel perfectly safe walking around at all hours even by myself. Remember NYC is a busy city so it is normal to see people out 24 hours a day. There is a very active police force

The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the Parkside Station (Q train) and a 5 minute walk to the Church Ave Station (B and Q train). You are 3 stops away from Atlantic Ave/Barclay Center where you can connect to the B, D, N, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Manhattan is a mere 20 minute ride away. Within 35 minutes you can be at Union Square, Times Square, or Penn Station. The apartment is easily reachable from both JFK and LaGuardia. Using public transit, you can be at either within 70-80 minutes.
