Space
You will be staying in the apartment attached to our home. You have a separate entrance. We are a block off the highway and across from the PCC and BYUH. There is a parking space available in front of the apartment for 1 car. The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with full kitchen. There are a/c window units in the bedroom and the living room. They cool the apartment down, but won't make it ice cold. If you need a climate controlled environment, this is not the place for you. UPDATE! Beginning August 14, 2018, there will no longer be a queen bed in the living room. Instead, we will have a couch that folds out to a queen size bed. In addition, we are adding a love seat and two new occasional chairs and installing new windows. Look for updated pictures in mid July!

Neighborhood Overview
I love where I live! The grocery, post office, and other amenities are within easy walking distance or a quick bike ride. We are also within walking distance to several trail heads and beaches.
Notes
Beginning mid July 2018, we will have more family living on the property. This may impact your stay as Pammy's adorable school age grandchildren might make things a little noisier after school and on weekends. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee for each booking. All prices include local taxes such as the Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (9.25%), Hawaii General Excise Tax (4%), and Oahu surcharge (0.5%). This totals 13.75%.
Transit
We are only a block from the Bus stop that can get you into Waikiki if you do not have your own transportation.
Access
You will have access to the apartment and use of a washer and dryer. We have a few amenities you may use during your stay such as a small bbq, a few snorkels and masks, and sand toys. We have surfboards, kayaks, and SUPS available for rent.

House Rules: -There is an a/c window unit in the living area and another in the bedroom. Because of the high cost of electricity and our commitment to the environment, we ask that you turn the a/c and fans off when you are not in the apartment. If we find that a/c has been left running we will keep your security deposit. -No smoking, no drug use. -Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm- 6 am. -Please keep apartment clean, there will be no clean up service during your stay. Jun 27, 2019Bekah was a great host! She and her family where very friendly and accommodating. It's a very kid friendly and spacious living area for 4. We appreciated the fruit and fresh flowers! They have some stocked items in the kitchen and plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans which really made it easy to cook full family meals. Jun 27, 2019The place was homely. Clean and comfortable. Rebekah and the family helped us in many things. They took us surfing and borrow bikes too. There was many nice beaches, seaturtles, water falls, Polynesian Cultural Center and lots of thing's to do. Laie was peaceful and save little town. We liked a lot. We can recommend the place for everybody.
Jun 27, 2019Pammy's Place was a perfect spot for us to stay. It was close to BYU campus, PCC and the beach. The home was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and the beach supplies that were provided. Bekah was a great host and her family was very friendly. The area had many ono restaurants and popular places to eat. There were also many activities available to do in the area with the North Shore just a quick drive from the house. We loved the fresh fruit especially the bananas! The most ono bananas I have ever had!!! The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable!! I felt very comfortable and we would love to stay in this sweet family's home again! :) Mahalo!
Jun 27, 2019Pammy's Place was perfect for our family! It was a perfect location, right across the street from the Polynesian Cultural Center (we walked to the center the day we visited - no parking fees!), and walking distance to a darling, quiet beach. Rebekah provided fresh flowers, fresh tropical bananas, BBQ grill with everything we needed to grill, and every possible thing needed for the beach: boogie boards, surf boards (to rent) with a roof rack, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella, beach mats and towels! We loved every minute of it. Bonus: there's an air conditioning unit both in the front room AND the bedroom so the whole place cools down fast. We loved our trip and can't wait to go back! Jun 27, 2019As a soon as we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Rebekah was very kind as so were her family members. The place was exactly how it was depicted online...beautiful. A definite paradise getaway. It was located in a quaint spot as well, especially since what we had to do and see was in that immediate area, so it was perfect for us. We truly loved the place and would highly recommend it as well as go back again.
Jun 27, 2019This is a little apartment connected to a regular house in a regular neighborhood. It isn't anything particularly special, but it was neat and clean and comfortable. We stayed here one night after attending the PCC so we wouldn't have to make the long drive back to Honolulu late at night after the show. We ate all of our meals out, so we didn't really make any use of the kitchen (other than the ice cube trays in the freezer), and we didn't need to use the laundry facilities, but they were available. We had a problem getting the AC to turn on, but Rebekah came right over and got it working. It was very hot and humid during our stay, but the AC units in the bedroom and living area, and the various fans cooled off the rooms sufficiently so that we were comfortable. There are several nice beaches within close proximity. The next morning, we made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards that they had available for a quick visit to the beach before returning to shower, pack, and checkout. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others looking for a convenient location in Laie.
Jun 27, 2019This is the quintessential combination of Hawaii beach life mixed with mainland living. The pictures are exactly how we found the place at arrival. It was immaculate and could tell they worked hard to keep it clean & were able to get it ready for us with just a few hours notice. They had bath and beach towels available, a basket with toiletries if we needed (sunblock, aloe, lotion, & more), shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel. The fridge even had condiments and other items for use. We also were able to use snorkel gear, chairs & umbrella, and boogie boards from their supply. There are 2 air conditioners that work really well, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They also had 2 floor fans that could be moved around the rooms. You can park the car in the spot immediately in front of the front door in the driveway. The location is perfect in Laie, you can walk to McDonalds & the Polynesian Cultural Center. Rebekah was very responsive to texts when we had questions. We would love to stay here when we are back to visit again!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Pammy's place was great - it is a complete unit, separate from the main house. The setup is great for 3 adults, clean and cute. With a/c in both rooms (couldn't have made it without them). Exactly as presented and more so. Rebecca (Pammy's daughter) was available for every and any question, the location was perfect (just a short block to the beach, with parking and convenient access to every direction, and local attractions). Adam (Pammy's son) is a n excellent photographer, and his work (adorning the unit) was a pleasure.

Jun 27, 2019The location and the room was very nice. The nearby beach feels very private and is beautiful. We loved all the free equipment we could use, such as snorkels, sand toys, towels, etc. It felt like we had all the perks of an upscale resort without all the crowds or fuss. Our few interactions with Rebekah were very nice and she was very responsive to all our needs. Overall a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Bekah was very welcoming and we had a wonderful experience at Pammy's place! The home was very nice and cozy on the inside, and had everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with kids and she provided a pack-n-play and a high-chair, which made things very easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we were looking for (toaster, microwave, blender). Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom at kitchen were clean and roomy, and the decor throughout was very fitting for the location. We didn't interact a ton with Bekah, but she was very kind and answered any questions we had when we saw her. We also appreciated all the beach gear! Our kids loved playing with all the sand toys at a nearby beach. Location was perfect for our needs -- close to the PCC, BYUH, beaches, and the North Shore. Shopping was also very close and convenient. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will stay here again if we stop through Laie.
Jun 27, 2019My mother and sister and I had a very enjoyable experience this past week at Pammy's Place in Laie. The description and photos were extremely accurate, the place was very clean and very inviting when we arrived. The place was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Rebekah was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our entire stay there, she responded back very quickly to any question that I had and was very accommodating to our needs. She even delivered beautiful cut fresh flowers the day after we arrived! We were able to enjoy them the entire week we were there which was a lovely addition to the already nice and tasteful decor. Jun 27, 2019The apartment is right next to the host house and has its own front door and parking spot. Its a single bedroom unit but with an extra bed in the living-dining room. Spacious, clean comun area connected with an open kitchen, wich is good equiped. The bathroon is huge and nice. Beach towels available. Our kids really love the toys and enjoy a cartoons movie. Jun 27, 2019The neighborhood is very safe and it's 100 yards from the ocean, close to Foodland and La'ie Point! Rebekah was awesome and even invited my parents and us over for pies at Thanksgiving :) They had surfboards, snorkel gear (fins, masks, snorkel), and a lot of fun stuff to take to the beach - very giving people!

Jun 27, 2019Pammy's Place was lovely, clean, and well put together (with one of the most comfortable beds I've encountered during an Airbnb stay!). My husband and I loved using the boogie boards and beach chairs that Rebekah provided. She even gave us access to a washer and dryer during our stay, which was so thoughtful. Although the apartment is sandwiched between Rebekah's home and another apartment, with some of the windows looking directly onto shared family spaces, we were never made to feel like our presence was intrusive despite the close quarters. All our encounters with Rebekah and her family (and their dog Maggie) were really welcoming! Laie is a conveniently-located town in a beautiful part of O'ahu, and we really enjoyed how convenient the property was to shops nearby, including a big grocery store and a drug store. Although we're not Mormon, we still felt like there was plenty for us to see, eat, and enjoy in this heavily Mormon town.

Jun 27, 2019Laie is definitely a slower-paced Hawaiian town, though the proximity to the beach and some phenomenal food options make this a great place for kicking back. Rebekah created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with her Airbnb, with comfortable areas to relax and every amenity we could have asked for. Also provided was a map of the area, listing local hikes and attractions, as well as suggestions on where to eat or shop. With the windows open we could hear the faint drumming from the Polynesian Cultural Center during the day, which added a fun element to the stay. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area. Thanks Rebekah and family! :)

Jun 27, 2019Perfection, this is such a cute relaxing home. We really didn't want to leave. Incredible sunsets. Check in was easy. The beds and linens, towels were really nice, everything well thought out. Curtains in the right places,first aid kit,blow drier, plenty of space to hang clothes,lighting. Well thought out and really awesome. Quiet part of the island and was so close to the beach. The boogie board ,umbrella, beach mat were so nice to be able to use. The place was exactly as described and then some. We enjoyed watching a movie each night from the collection. The appliances are modern and nice, we loved blending tropical drinks with the fantastic blender. Made breakfast each day which saved us a bundle. Had everything I needed to cook a meal,nice mugs,plates,good pans,salt,pepper, spices,etc. There was no clutter, very clean, no dramas. I love this part of the island, you have nice beaches, mountains ,peaceful. You could walk places and the bus is at end of block. I liked having a car but I love driving the scenic Hawaii roads. I will definitely stay here next time I'm lucky enough to get back to Oahu. The hosts were really nice people. the Pcc is next door and they bang their tribal drums so you hear that but it was fine.I just went with it . Great trip, I was sad to leave, Thank You for all the extra touches and conveniences, truly stress free.

Jun 27, 2019We loved staying at Pammy's place. It was a great location in La'ie. Rebekah made us feel welcome and suggestions of thing to do and see. It is a great place to go to avoid the crowds of Honolulu. The kitchen was well equipped. The space was huge for the two of us. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We look forward to coming back and staying on future vacations. We enjoyed walking to the quiet beach in the evenings. It was a great beach with hardly anybody on it!

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time! The apartment was perfect for our 20 year old twin daughters and us. It was very clean with plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with food prep essentials. We had a washer and dryer that was really great too! We were close-within walking distance to a grocery store and strip mall that had delicious shave ice! We were also right across the street from PCC which was nice as our ticket allowed us entrance over a three day period. My niece and her family lived right around the corner so we were able to visit them and they gave us lots of ideas for things to do on the island-which Rebekah had many things listed in her notebook at home. It went by too fast! We would definitely go back!
Jun 27, 2019Listing was as described, with comfortable bed. Very useful having boogie boards and snorkel gear. Not much contact with the host as the accommodation was separate to the main house but it did make it nice and private. Furnishings were comfortable and air con was available but we only really used this for cooling the rooms down, and used the fan at night. Liked that there was a washer and dryer available if needed. It should be noted though that some of the windows are shutter-like so cannot block outside noise well such as machine noise which was heard in the morning from the Polynesian Cultural Centre (and maybe chickens outside?!) but this is beyond the hosts control (maybe bring some ear plugs?).

Jun 27, 2019Rebekah communicated well with us prior to our arrival. The location was noisier than I had expected. The apt. was clean, but a ceiling light was out, and bedroom fan was quite noisy. Overall, the apt was adequate since our stay was short but the heavier than expected neighborhood traffic, especially at night, would be irritating for someone staying longer.
Jun 27, 2019My husband has been deployed for the last 6 months and finally got a port call in Hawaii so the kids and I flew out to visit before he had to head back out to sea. We wanted something away from the military scene so we were looking up north and found Pammy's place and the amazing reviews. Our stay definitely lived up to the reviews! It was quiet and family friendly, extremely close to BYU and the PCC. There's a beach within a short walking distance that's quiet and beautiful. The famous North Shore, Turtle Bay, Waimea Valley (amazing farmers market) and Dole Plantation are just a short drive away. The apartment itself is very nice!! It has everything we needed including beach towels and toys, basic spices, kitchenware, comfortable beds, DVDs, books, board games, and I could go on and on. We even found some left over sunscreen and aloe!! It is a VERY family friendly place. We met the whole family and they were very welcoming and a great source of information. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, family friendly place to stay in a great location, definitely consider Pammy's Place.
Jun 27, 2019I was overall satisfied of Rebekah's place. It was same as the picture and she replied whenever I asked some questions promptly. It was loacated at East-North as I expected and you would take more than 1 hour to reach main town of Honolulu, however I really liked there because it's much more quite and could enjoy driving all the ways in the island. There's one thing you have to be aware of this place though. The first 2 days were fine, but after 2days, the "Cockroach" came.. It wasn't small one, was really big ones. I saw total four of them hardly stopped screaming thinking of my kids.... This is why I am leaving this message here. If you wouldn't mind the cocokroaches, it should be fine. But if you do, you must be prepared to see/catch them.

Jun 27, 2019This was a pleasant surprise for us, myself, wife and son. We stayed at Tiki Moon Villas, couple of blocks away, before but for this trip we couldn't get a room there. Found this place but didn't think it would hold up to the standard of OceanView 1 Bdrm: BAMBOO 1 Tiki Moon Villas, where we stayed. But this place is so comparable in almost everything and for the difference in price, much cheaper here, overall, I rate this place better, my personal view. Two things, both were clearly described for us and knew what to expect checking in, my wife and son found lacking were: airconditioner for the wife and wifi for son. My wife found using the fan better than the airconditioner and my son found that wifi is stronger in the kitchen, after moving around a bit. Me, personally I don't like using airconditioner, I rather open the windows or go for a swim, and prefer to get off the grid when on vacation. I think this a perfect place to stay during winter months if you can't handle living without a strong airconditioner in the summer months. I prefer minimal interaction with hosts. Rebekah was awesome. All the information I needed were provided.

Jun 27, 2019What a great time we had! They had so many things for us to use. It is an amazing neighborhood, just felt like one of the locals. So close to the beach! In fact everything (except Waikiki and Honolulu) is very close! Rebekah and her family were great hosts, readily accessible if we want, all the privacy we needed. Perfect balance!

Jun 27, 2019I lived in Laie for 2 years so I knew exactly what the neighborhood was like. It is wonderful if you want a slow paced quieter stay on the island. It was everything I wanted it to be and I felt like I was home again. It was also really nice to have all the amenities of home supplied for you at Pammy's place and even use of Beach toys and snorkeling stuff. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Pammy's place!
Jun 27, 2019We believe that the listing for Pammy's place was extremely accurate. The property is well presented and well equipped. For us, the neighborhood was perfect. There was easy access to nearby stores and the beach, however, so many other places of interest were just a short drive away. Rebekah could be easily contacted but she was also respectful of our privacy. We always felt that ,had we needed help with anything, she was on hand if necessary. As there were just the two of us staying, we slept in the double bedroom and we were not affected by any road noise during the night. Parking was easy and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.
Jun 27, 2019This wonderful home was located in a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Laie, walking distance to many great places to eat and the PCC. The home was larger than ee expected and Rebekah was very prompt to help when we needed anything! There are awesome beach supplies and a few boogie boards, paddle boards, and kayaks to rent for a small and very worth it fee! The home was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We would love to come back and bring our children! We had an excellent experience!

If you are more of a private person she is fully savy to use the app and communicate via your smart phone. She has an awesome notebook ready for you with all FAQs about the house and places to go/see. The apt is lovely and clean. Fabulous kitchen utensils, pots pans, rice cooker, gas stove and nice AC for those couple of hours a day it may get a bit warm. Perfect location. Highly recommend.

Jun 27, 2019The place was cute but there was no privacy and it was quite far from the beach- the windows are all open and people are walking around outside and it's right by the garage so you can always hear cars leaving- it was fine for a night and we walked to the Polynesian cultural center which is really close by so that is good if you are looking for a place to stay around there bc there is only one hotel.

We wish we could have had a longer vacation, but are so happy to have found Pammie's Place right in our old neighborhood where we and our family have so many wonderful memories. I did not want to leave!

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. It was such a great base for exploring the North Shore. Even though the family home is attached, we hardly ever heard any noise from them. Rebekah was great, sending us emails about anything we needed to know as well as answering questions. The home was very clean, and had all the comforts that we needed.
Jun 27, 2019This was a great place to stay. It was close enough to the beach to walk. It's not the Ritz, but it's pretty clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is nice and there are lots of pots and pans. It's a cofortable all around place to stay for the money. Becca is nice and helpful too:) .

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I had a great two night stay here. It's a good location with lots of beaches a short drive away. The apartment was clean and quiet, and everything was as described. Rebekah even had beach chairs that we were able to borrow and left a list of tips for things to do in the area. Overall a great spot!

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Pammy's place. It is in walking distance to the Polynesian Cultural Center and a short drive away from North Shore beaches and fruit stands. They have great beach toys (we enjoyed SUP, surf, and hammocks) available for rent at a very reasonable price and both Bekah and her husband were helpful with reccomendations for which beaches were best for each type of activity. It was perfect for our family with 2 young kids and we would stay there again.

Jun 27, 2019This place is listed as accurate as can be. Clean, well equipped, and walking distance to the clearest watered beach we saw on Oahu. Perfect for a couple or small group or family that wants to get away from the city/waikiki vibes and just hang on the beach all day. Very close to grocery stores and food trucks, and across the street from the Polynesian Cultural Center. Rebekah provided clear directions, and had a helpful binder with suggestions for food and activities. Tips for the area: - This is a Mormon community. They don't serve nor sell alcohol in the area. Closest was Tamura's market a few minutes drive south. They also barely serve coffee anywhere, so we walked over to the Courtyard Marriott across the street to get our morning dose of lattes. - Eating out. There really aren't any sit down restaurants in the neighborhood. All food trucks, or casual/take-out type places. All of these are good, but if you want to have a nice dinner with drinks, you'll have to drive up to Turtle Bay (15mins north). - Beaches. The beach across the street had the clearest and calmest waters we saw during out trip. AND, barely anyone around. The softest/white sand beach we went to was Waimanalo which is about an hour South of Laie. We attempted Lanikai, but there was a crowd and they don't allow parking in the area on the weekends, so we skipped it.

Jun 27, 2019Great place, very spacious even for four people. Close to BYU campus and a short drive to other attractions. The only downside was how stuffy it got inside, but with the air conditioning its not bad at all. Plus being on an island you pretty much expect really warm temperatures. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again in the future! :)

Rebekah was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Good choice if you want a clean and comfortable stay at a good price.

Jun 27, 2019This is a great location if you're looking for a place right in the middle of all of the great beaches on the Windward side. Rebekah was a great host, and we felt like part of the family, especially when we were greeted by her dogs while drinking our beers in the backyard. Her husband even shared some papayas with us that he picked from their tree! It's also the perfect location if you want to visit the Polynesian Culture Center, because it's right across the street.

Jun 27, 2019the house is right beside polynesian cultural centre and you can hear the sounds coming from there during the day. That's how close it is but the noise didn't bother us. The house was clean and tidy. Lots of things for you to use- snorkelling equipments, surf boards, beach umbrellas, beach towels and etc. To our surprise, there were beers and apples in the fridge too lol! The info book contained some great tips when travelling in the north shore. We didn't get to speak with the owners much but did get to meet their dog Maggie. The only small complaint I have was that the a/c was quite loud as it was an old machine. I'm a light sleeper but luckily i brought ear plugs so i was able to fall asleep.

Jun 27, 2019The place was clean and bigger than we expected. It's in a quiet are and a 2 minute walk to a nearly secluded beach. Granted our visit was in September but it was the quietest beach we saw on the island. We would absolutely stay there again!
Jun 27, 2019This place is great. The hosts are kind and helpful. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the location is ideal, easily the best place on the island to experience some of the amazing stuff Oahu has to offer. Also, if you don't know about it, they have some great rentals available. My wife and I rented their two seater kayak for a day and had a blast. It was convenient (could fit in the trunk of a car) and easy to use. We will definitely stay at Rebekah's place again on our next visit.

Jun 27, 2019Great place close to the beach that was not crowded. Loved being able to also purchase and cook some of our own food instead of always having to eat out. The binder that was provided was also very helpful as it has some tips of places to do grocery shopping, places to eat, and places to explore. Bekah (the host), and her husband were both very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we needed help. If we ever end up in Oahu again we will definitely plan to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019Great location and spacious space that easily fit our family of four. She had toys for the kids when we checked it which was greatly appreciated to keep the kids occupied. Pammy's Place also had a variety of beach equipment to borrow or rent (surfboards and roof racks are rented but are very reasonable priced). The Polynesian Cultural Center is also right across the street from this house so if you are planning a day there, this place makes it really convenient after a long day at the Cultural Center.

Great place, was as described and a short walk to beach, local shops and a variety of food options. That was essential for me as was only cycling with a small backpack. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the picture and good enough to spend the night, take a bath and prepare breakfast in the morning. Rebekah was very responsive since the day I booked the apartment and through all our stay in Hawaii. The location is really good if you are planning to visit the north part of the island. It is a block away from the Polynesian Cultural Center, which is highly recommended to visit. However if your plan is to visit the south or south east of the island you may consider to look for another place. We rented a car and to go from south to north usually takes around 1 hr 30 min. The place is quite and even when you need to share washer and dryer with the family the whole family was very nice and always willing to help us.

The location is great if your want to visit the Polynesian Culture Center, also good for stores etc. There are a few items that I feel should be repaired that I have suggested privately. If that's done I would say it's perfect and a great value.
Jun 27, 2019I love how Rebecca asked us how old are children to make sure that there was though propria toys for them. The decor in the room in the bathrooms are so homely. The location was perfect for us cuz everything is so close. Definitely would stay here again. This was one of the greatest staycations we had yet.
Jun 27, 2019Rebekah's home is located in a quiet, conservative area of the island. We were staying at various sides during our Oahu trip, so it was nice to experience this part before Waikiki. Her family lives there and there was noise from cars coming and going, laundry being done, dog barking, but that was not unexpected or annoying. Location, while out of the bustle, was still convenient to many beaches and hiking. Grocery and restaurant options were limited and had more chain offerings. We didn't care since we cooked many meals while staying here. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies. Bathroom offered clean towels and soaps. Rebekah's place offered everything needed for a home away from home. She had legos out for my kids, which they didn't want to stop playing with - even with world famous beaches beckoning. My biggest issue with this place was the smell. It had such a strong moldy, mildew smell upon arrival. We opened windows to air out a bit but it made for a disappointing stay to an otherwise great property. The pillows and upholstery were pretty offensive to me and husband (who does not have a very good sense of smell). Were we staying longer than two nights, we would have taken a loss and moved to another property or hotel.

We made use of the surf, snorkel and other beach equipment during our week there. The location was very convenient, the beds were super comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on Oahu.
Jun 27, 2019We were only there for one night as we needed to be in an event in BYU in the morning. This place is super close to BYU and Polynesian Cultural Center. You could walk to both places and you can also walk to the beach. Pammy's place is just as described! The stove is gas (awesome)!! And TV is via chrome which worked out perfect for us because we have the same at home. We were able to cast our YouTubeTV to watch the NBA finals, then Netflix to watch Coco. Bekah (the host) has instructions on how to use it in the binder on the table, along with recommendations on where to go (beach, groceries, restaurants, etc). She also has recommendation on family photography! Check in and check out was very easy. ACs were useful in the summer afternoons. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great place to stay if you need to be in Laie/Kahuku area (and it's cheaper than the Marriott by PCC)!!

Jun 27, 2019This home is the perfect location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Located conveniently next to PCC, BYU, and the Hawaii Temple this home is also a short drive to many North Shore beaches and sites. Rebekah was very friendly and made check in a breeze. The home was very clean and having a full kitchen was very nice. The A/C was enough to keep the rooms cool and we were very comfortable. Clean linens for all the sleeping spaces, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and even provided beach towels which was extra great because we forgot ours. The included use of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys was awesome and trust me very useful! They also have a nice variety of surfboards and body boards you can rent. Rebekah and her family live on the premises but you'd never know it as they were very quiet and respectful. They were helpful and accommodating to find a solution to an extra need we had that came up. They really are good people and very welcoming. Rebekah's place was spacious which is a nice change from staying in crowded hotel rooms and I highly recommend it.

The kitchen was fully stocked. Availability of the washer and drier was great. The portable AC units were wonderful! The best (Hidden by Airbnb) we have found for the price in Laie! We will definitely be back!

They have quiet hours but the kids are up early and playing and screaming loudly and we felt like we had no privacy at all. Kind of disappointed

Jun 27, 2019Great value for money and super hospital. Clean, organized, and great access to a variety of excursions. Super friendly hosts and felt very welcome. My only advice would be to buy groceries in Honolulu before you head north as the local groceries are expensive. I found Target in Waikiki around 1/3 the cost.
