Joaquin's property is amazing and we had a fantastic time there. The place comes with an exclusive parking , very well equipped Kitchen, neat and clean bedrooms , well maintained toilets. The place is very well located to travel entire Porto city and the places around. It has a very beautiful shopping mall which has multiple food joints, nice retail brands and a cinema hall, at a walking distance. The Porto FC stadium is just 200 meters from the flat. Joaquim himself is an amazing host and he ensured that our trip was made memorable. Joaquin's colleague Paula ( who helped us with check in check out and explain the things about Porto ) was extremely gentle and really appreciate her responses to all our queries. She took good care of us. Overall ten on ten to Joaquim and his property. Just one minor suggestion , the cloth stand on the balcony needs to be changed. Rest everything was absolutely fantastic . I would want to stay there again and would strongly recommend everyone to use the property.
Jun 27, 2019Zona alejada pero muy buen acceso en metro para el centro. A lado de buen centro comercial con tiendas de moda y un Continente. Para aficionados al futbol: al lado del estadio del Oporto (do Dragao). Casa moderna con todo lo necesario. Aparcamiento. Nosotros somos una familia de 6 y hemos estado muy comodos. Propietario muy atento. Valoracion muy positiva. Recomendable.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons adoré l'appartement de Joaquim avec 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain. L'appartement est magnifiquement décoré et équipé. Après un long voyage les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir de quoi préparer de bons sandwichs. Les explications et conseils d'Isabella ont été très précieux pour nous guider dans la ville. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Jun 27, 2019La casa de Joaquim es excelente, amplia, cómoda, bien ubicada (cerca del estadio de fútbol del Oporto y muy próxima a estación de metro). Es realmente como se describe en las fotos de Airbnb. Nos recibió Isabel y fue extraordinaria y muy amable con nosotros, nos explicó los mejores sitios para visitar la ciudad y nos dejó incluso un plano para poder planificar nuestra corta visita. Un detalle en la llegada también la fruta y el desayuno que nos dejó Joaquim, estamos muy agradecidos. La valoración es magnífica, y si podemos volveremos a casa de Joaquim en otra ocasión.

Jun 27, 2019The appartment was amazing, very modern, stylish and clean, everything was set up perfectly. Very well equipped, also towels, and bath products provided. Located in very nice and safe area, close to a big shopping mall with supermarket where you can find everything you need. Free parking outside, but you can also use nice garage for free. The landlord is the nicest person, friendly and willing to help with anything, gave us good advice on how to get around city and what to do. They even bought us food for breakfast! High quality for very nice price! I recommend to everyone!
Jun 27, 2019Mycket bra bemötande av värden via sms när vi landat. Isabel som överlämnade nycklar till oss, var mycket trevlig och berättade om vilka sevärdheter vi inte skulle missa och tips på resvägar och restauranger. Lägenheten var mycket trevlig, bra planerad, låg nära shopping och metro. Porto som stad är mysig att promenera i, dock väldigt kuperad ner mot floden Douro.

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto, et le bel appartement de Joaquim y a très largement participé! 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bain chacune, cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle et tout le nécessaire, lave linge, etc...bref, au top! Quelques courses avaient même étaient faites avant notre arrivée: du pain, de l'eau, des fruits. Parfait! Bien qu' un peu éloigné du centre ville, l'hôtel est proche des commodités: Metro, centre commercial avec supermarché, taxis. Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour être au calme et passer un excellent séjour! Merci Joaquim, et un grand merci à Isabel qui nous a donné de précieuses informations!
Jun 27, 2019Joaquim was a fantastic host. Met us at the apartment with Isabelle, and they walked us through the condo. They us feel like old friends within an hour of arriving and we had just met them. The apartment was exactly as described and seen in the pictures on the website. Immaculate and clean. Loved the location which was near the soccer stadium and the Metro which took you downtown in 5 stops. We asked Joaquim about getting tickets to a Porto game before we arrived and he went above and beyond our simple question by obtaining tickets for us. Quiet safe neighbourhood and having the ability to park our vehicle in the building was a big plus for us. Can't say enough good things about Joaquim. A true gentleman who obviously takes great pride in hosting at his B&B. He had more channels on the TV than any hotel we have been in! We would definitely book again at his apartment, especially given the chance to meet him again. Angelo and Mary

Jun 27, 2019Joaquim's apartment is ideally situated in a neat and quite place just 5 tube stations away from historical center and just by a massive shopping center. The building is modern and safe. We even had a safe underground locked parking place for us. The flat has plenty of space with 3 big bedrooms en suite! Modern, well equiped. Very comfortable. And on the top of that, we have been welcome by Joaquim who is very nice and friendly guy who took the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend this apartment for those who want to visit Porto. And by the way we were a family of 5. A couple and 3 teenage kids.

Jun 27, 2019PERFECT!! PARFAIS!! PERFEITO!!! JOAQUIM is a very nice, polite and helpful host. Anytime you need to speak with him he will answer your calls or call you back. He has a map from Porto for us and helped us to choose which place to see in Porto and the cities around it. The apartment is even better than the photos. It is amazing. It has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Joaquim took care of all the small details like very nice sheets and towels, hairdryer, shampoo, etc. to improve our comfort there. He received us also with some fruits. (It was very nice). The 3 rooms are Just perfect with very nice mattresses in every one. All of them have their own bath. The TV, heat and wifi were working smoothly. It has a washing machine with a dryer. The apartment has a very nice kitchen with all we need to make nice meals or just a cup of coffee. It was perfectly clean! The apartment is located In a very nice neighborhood and it is very well equipped and perfectly situated. In few minutes (5 Min.) you are at the shopping mall and in the metro station that can take you to anywhere you want in Porto. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for something like home. We definitely will be back and we will want to stay there again.
Jun 27, 2019We were a group of 5 international students who travelled arround Portugal and stayed for a few days at Joaquims Apartment in Porto. Joaquim is a really nice guy and a great Host, who try to arrange everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment is just awesome and the best I ve been so far via Airbnb. It is very good located (close to the football stadium, shopping mall and metrostation) and the facilities and furniture is luxurious! I definitely recommend this place, 5 stars!!!

Jun 27, 2019Un departamento estupendo, super limpio y ordenado. Muy seguro y con cochera para dejar el auto. Ideal para visitar Porto, está a 15 minutos andando al centro histórico y a 5 minutos en taxi. El departamento está muy cerca de un centro comercial estupendo, con un horario muy amplio. Joaquim nos indicó sitios excelentes para cenar y comer y la forma más adecuada de movernos por la ciudad. Estuvo siempre disponible para nosotras. Sin dudarlo un sitio para regresar, tanto el departamento de Joaquim como Porto.

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable: on a quiet street away from hustle and bustle, but easy to get to the Porto Center. Joaquim replied to all messages immediately. When the head needed an adjustment he came to the apartment within 15 minutes to help us with it. He also gave us great recommendations on places to see and restaurants to eat in. Great apartment, awesome host!

Joaquim a eu la délicate attention de nous offrir une mise en bouche (gâteaux, fruits, boissons, fromage etc.). Accueil très chaleureux avec une mise en confiance spontanée. L'appartement est très spacieux et luxueux, conforme à la description. Tout était parfait. Joaquim a su nous donner de bons conseils sur la ville de Porto pour la découverte et le besoin quotidien. De plus il nous a temoigné d'une grande disponibilité.

Recebeu-nos com frutas, água, suco e queijo. Ajudou nos com roteiro e outras dicas. Joaquim permaneceu todo o período à nossa disposição para eventuais necessidades. Recomendaria com certeza e voltaria a me hospedar no imóvel caso voltasse ao porto. Realmente muito bom!

Jun 27, 2019We arrived at 16.00pm at Joaquim's place where he took the time to tell us about the apartment, show us the rooms and inform us about things to see and do in Porto. He had arranged some pastries for us and there was some fresh fruit as well as a bottle of water. The kids loved sleeping in their big beds that evening! The location has good access to metro stations and to the shopping center Dolce Vita and the surroundings are nice and quiet. The apartment is very spacious and could very well accommodate three couples, since there are three double beds and three bathrooms. For us it was very nice that the kids and we ourselves all had our own separate bedroom and we were still very close to the kids. The weather during our stay was not so nice, but Joaquim arranged an extra umbrella and we made the most of seeing some sites indoors, like Library Lello, World of Discoveries and Sealife.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Porto staying at Joaquim's place. The layout of the property was perfect for our needs, with our 18-month-old son able to have his own room. We also appreciated being able to keep our hire car parked safely in the secure carpark. There was a heatwave in Porto where it was hotter than usual, so we found the apartment a little hot at times. There's no air conditioning or fan, so we kept all the windows open at night to catch any through-breeze. During the day, my son and I retreated to the nearby shopping centre, where it was cooler, while my husband went to some meetings. The location of the property is a bit further away from Porto centre, but that suited us well, as it meant that my husband could easily get on the freeway to all his meetings. And the close proximity of the shopping centre (3 minutes walk down the road) was perfect for me. As a host, Joaquim was very quick to respond to my enquiry and very accommodating! We literally booked the property the morning of the same night we stayed! Joaquim was very easy to communicate with. All in all, a very positive experience!

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento muy moderno y muy bien equipado, con materiales y equipamiento de primera calidad. Gran plaza de garaje, WiFi, electrodomésticos, ... Ubicado en zona muy tranquila, cerca del metro, a 15m del centro. Tres cuartos grandes para dos personas, con tres baños completos. Todo muy nuevo y con todas las comodidades. Cocina completa con detalle de bienvenida (fruta). El edificio tiene vigilancia durante la noche. El único punto negativo (en nuestro caso, ya que no somos fumadores) es el olor a tabaco de la casa y de la ropa de casa (camas, toallas, ...)
Jun 27, 2019Hemos pasado una semana en el piso, estaba limpio y es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Está muy equipado. Los dueños durante nuestra estancia han sido muy amables y se han preocupado por nosotros. Esta alejado del centro para ir andando, pero tiene muy cerca una parada de metro.

Jun 27, 2019Die Kommunikation vom Gastgeber war von Anfang an super. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher ins Appartment. Er hat uns die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt, und uns Tipps für Restaurants und Nachtclubs gegeben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus, wo man definitiv seine Ruhe finden kann. Die Wohnung hat drei sehr große Schlafzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Garderobe und sein eigenes Badezimmer, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Das Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch auf Nachrichten oder Telefonate reagierte unser Gastgeber sehr schnell und hilfreich. Hier nochmal ein großes Danke an Joaquim, der uns zu jederzeit das Gefühl gab, die richtige Entscheidung getroffen zu haben. Wir werden definitiv in die Wohnung zurück kehren, da der Standort (200m vom Stadion) und die Lage uns sehr entgegen kommt. Auch an Ausstattung hat es nicht gefehlt.
Jun 27, 2019Estivemos 3 dias neste apartamento e só temos coisas boas a dizer do mesmo. Desde a localizaçao que foi perfeita ao pé do Estádio do Dragão, comércio e tranportes publicos. O apartamento é top, com boas areas e tambem limpeza. Um dos pontos favoráveis é a tranquilidade que se tem ao chegar ao apartamento depois de passear pela bela cidade do Porto. Joaquim é uma pessoa fantástica e sempre muito atencioso, indicou-nos varios locais a visitar e tambem aconselhou-nos alguns restaurantes. Gostámos muito de lá estar e voltaremos.

Jun 27, 2019El piso estaba perfecto, muy moderno y con todas las comodidades. Zona muy tranquila para un buen descanso y muy bien comunicada con el centro. El anfitrión, Joaquim, muy amable, nos indicó lugares para visitar y siempre disponible para cualquier pregunta. Recomendable 100%. Apartamento muy seguro ya que cuenta con portero y el garaje tambien muy bueno (en mi caso me encanta cuidar mi coche y queda cerrado con una puerta sin tener ningun coche al lado). Al lado hay un buen centro comercial y el Estadio do Dragao de Porto F.C.

Jun 27, 2019Thank you Joachim for the lovely apartment and your hospitality. We were six people traveling to Porto and the three bathrooms helped us a lot to quickly get ready in the morning and go exploring Porto. The metro station, supermarket and different restaurants are in walking distance from the apartment. We flew in from Germany early in the morning and Joachim was so accommodating in allowing us an earlier check in. Everything is as described in the post and pictures and we had a very nice stay at Joachims apartment.

Es muy acogedor y te sientes como en casa, a nosotros los colchones de muelles nos parecieron incómodos, y después de todo el día de caminatas echabas de menos una cama más confortable. Por lo demás Joaquín nos dejo entrar al apartamento antes de hora y no nos puso impedimento a la hora de marchar más tarde, muy servicial y pendiente de ti en todo momento. Estás alejado del centro pero en metro que lo tienes a 5 min a pie, llegas en otro 5 minutos. Nosotros viajábamos dos parejas con niños y por El Centro no encontramos nada como este apartamento y con todas estas comodidades. Lo recomendamos.

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Todos os equipamentos funcionam bem. Quartos amplos e com bastante espaço para as malas. As vagas de garagem são ótimas. A localização é agradável, com tudo muito perto (shopping com vários restaurantes, mercado, ônibus, metrô, estádio do Dragão). Bastante silencioso a noite. A única coisa que estranhamos é que, nos banheiros, não há um chuveiro fixo acima da banheira, ou ao menos um suporte para fixar o chuveiro - mas isso não gerou nenhum problema. Camas confortáveis.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment ! The flat is clean, well equipped and look recent. Joaquim and Rafaela were available to welcome us and for any question during the stay. They even bought a high chair for our son and some goodies for our arrival ! The flat is 10-minutes walk (uphill) from the metro station and 5 from the Stadium, hipermarket and shopping center. Flat is huge, each of the 3 bedroom has its bathroom. 6 adults would fit confortably even for a longer stay. Excellent stay on all means !

Jun 27, 2019Se trata de un piso grande, de buena calidad, con tres habitaciones y tres baños, además de disponer de servicios como Wifi, tv por cable, cocina completa... A pesar de no tener una ubicación céntrica (ubicado a 100m del Estadio do Dragao), cuenta con una estación de metro y parada de autobús a pocos metros. Adicionalmente si viajas en coche, tiene una plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. En cuanto a servicios, tiene muy cerca un amplio centro comercial con todo tipo de tiendas, restauración y supermercado. Por último, agradecer a Joaquim y Raffaella toda su atención, siendo unos magníficos anfitriones, mostrando su interés para que todo estuviese bien. Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas.
Jun 27, 2019De um modo geral ficamos satisfeitos com a nossa hospedagem. Tivemos um pequeno desencontro no Check In e o fato de não ter chuveiro atrapalhou um pouco. De qualquer forma gostamos muito da localização e o custo benefício é bastante interessante.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement haut de gamme très confortable. Garage fermé en sous-sol. Situé à proximité du métro ( 7mn pour arriver dans le centre) et du stade du Dragon dont nous avons visité le musée qui est vraiment à voir. Chaque chambre comporte sa salle de bain et une porte qui l'isole du reste de l'appartement pour deux d'entre elles. Une bonne adresse.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was perfect, very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean. Any problems were dealt with practically straight away. Within walking distance to a metro station and a big shopping mall with restaurants, the area was very nice and quiet and full of the friendliest people. We didn't get to meet Joaquim but he stayed in contact throughout and you can tell he cares about his apartment and guests. We won't hesitate booking with him again when we get the chance!

Apartment - Well laid out and plenty of space for families and/or friends - Equipped with washing machine, mirco email, kettle and oven/stove. - Pots and pans for the cook in you - Sat TV - Central heating but no air conditioning so keep door open to catch the breeze - Private carpark (Get details prior to travelling as the garage numbers don't reflect apartment number) Location - walking distance from an upmarket Mall -Very close to Dragao Station - Football Stadium can be veiw from apartment. - Local Restaurant walkable (up towards the MC Donald) Suggestions -Firstly, don't locate the flat using the Air BnB location as it's not there - type the address in to (Hidden by Airbnb) maps!!! - Good for families and Friends. - each room has a bathroom which makes it very convenient -Towels, Shower gel, Shampoos are provided so travel light - Shutters are great for keeping the apartment cool so do use them - Local shops for food is near the food crescent (near the Mc Donald) so as you have a good size kitchen you could do a bit of cooking if you fancy. - Porto is a very hilly town so be prepared as climbing in heels just doesn't work

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é ótimo: excelente localização na parte nova do Porto, próximo ao estádio do dragão; é grande e confortável com bons utensílios domésticos (cafeteira Dolce Gusto, lavadora de roupas e lava-louças; os banheiros possuem banheiras muito confortáveis; o edifício possui uma ótima vaga de garagem, inclusive com porteiro. Sugiro apenas a colocação de suporte elevado para a ducha nos banheiros para aqueles que como nós costumam tomar banho em pé. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e certamente escolheríamos novamente este apartamento.

Fomos sempre muito bem auxiliados por Joaquim em relação às informações de chegada ao apartamento e durante a nossa estadia. Quem nós recebeu no check-in foi a Rafaela que foi muito atenciosa e simpática, mostrando todo o local e referências da região. Estávamos em quatro pessoas, sendo uma criança de cinco meses e não tivemos nenhum distúrbio durante a nossa estadia.
Jun 27, 2019We arrived a day later because of a flight delay. Joaquim was in contact with us until late at night and welcomed us on Sundays. The apartment was just as spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need, as the photos have promised. Great bathroom, comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped, living and dining area very generous and a nice cozy balcony. The environment is pleasant and clean. Joaqium has always contacted us and asked about our well-being. We felt very comfortable!!!!! The stadium of the 1.FC Porto, a nice shopping center and the metro station are almost close to reach. Thanks for all !!!! :-)

Pour ceux qui arrivent en voiture comme nous le grand parking privé est un grand plus! Jun 27, 2019Joaquim's place was very nice - with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, my two sons, their wives and I found it very comfortable and clean. it is located in a very nice upscale part of Porto a short subway ride from Cais da Ribeira. I highly recommend it if you're traveling with 3 or more people.

Jun 27, 2019Wunderschöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadions, zwar etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum, dafür aber eine sehr ruhige Lage in einer gehobenen Wohngegend ohne Verkehrslärm. Mit dem Taxi oder der Metro ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Anreise vom Flughafen dauerte mit dem Taxi 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet. Jedes der 3 Doppelzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Wanne/Dusche. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Elektrogeräten. Durch nebenan liegende Einkaufszentrum war die Eigenversorgung mit Lebensmittel und Waren des täglichen Bedarfs jederzeit möglich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte im Vorfeld der Anreise und beim Check-In perfekt - schnelle Antwort auf E-Mailanfragen und viele praktische Tipps bei der Ankunft, sehr freundlicher Empfang - sehr sympatischer Gastgeber.

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento de Joaquim é excelente, muito bem mobiliado e equipado, com todo o conforto que se pode esperar em viagem. É seguro, tem uma boa garagem no andar térreo, onde cabe um carro grande ou dois pequenos. A cerca 300 metros metros de distância, há um shopping center em que se pode fazer compras em lojas de grandes marcas, há uma praça de alimentação, um hipermercado com preços muito bons e onde se escontra de tudo, desde gêneros alimenticios a roupas e eletrodomésticos. Tem cinema, também. Nas imediações há pizzarias e restaurantes, inclusive churrascaria. Há uma igreja proxima, lugares para se fazer caminhadas. Enfim, tudo que se pode esperar para uma boa estada. E é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso.

Lokalizacja zapewnia dogodny dojazd metrem do centrum Porto, a jednocześnie bezproblemowy wyjazd na autostrady dla osób, które planują zwiedzić więcej niż tylko Porto. Spokojna okolica. W pobliżu znajdują się liczne sklepy, apteka, restauracje i stacje benzynowe. Polecam!
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons adoré séjourner en famille dans ce bel appartement spacieux et bien décoré. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, wc et son placard. Chacun a son espace. Les photos sont totalement conformes au lieu. un garage souterrain est pratique. Le métro est à proximité tout comme un centre commercial avec supermarché à 100m. L'appartement est calme et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié l'attention particulière de Joaquim qui nous a mis a disposition un lit bébé et une chaise haute pour notre fiston. Joaquim est très attentionné et nous a même conseillé les incontournables de la ville de Porto... et en français!

Easy to each by car or taxi / Uber and there is an enclosed parking space provided free, as well as lots of street parking near the apartment. The host, Joaquim, is very responsive, easy to reach, and hospitable.

Le stationnement est un luxe que nous avons apprécié bien que tout soit facilement accessible puisque le métro est à 5 minutes de marche. Parfaitement situé et facile d’accès. Très bel accueil et grande disponibilité de Joaquim. Ses conseils nous ont été précieux. Je recommande sans hésitations.

His property was spotless. We had any questions responded to very quickly. Our group was delighted with our stay. We would return to the apartment again if we vacation in Porto in the future.

Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre en centre ville en métro ( 15 mn ) et faire des courses au grand centre commercial situé à deux pas ( ouvert de 10 h à 24 h ). L'appartement est très grand et permet l'occupation de 6 personnes ( 3 grandes chambres avec leur propre salle de bain ). Tout le matériel est à disposition. Il y a même un gardien le soir dans le grand hall d'entrée bien sympathique. Et si vous aimez le football ( c'est mon cas ) le stade du FC Porto n'est pas loin.

Anfitrião simpático e sempre disponível para qualquer eventualidade, o que no nosso caso não foi necessário visto a nossa estadia ter decorrido sem qualquer problema no alojamento. Apartamento novo e confortável, sendo que a melhor característica considero ser a existência de 3 WC´s o que facilita bastante numa estadia com várias pessoas. Recomendo o Alojamento.
Jun 27, 2019First of all, Joaquim is a very kind and thoughtful host. He speaks both French and English. We stayed at Joaquim's beginning of July. Joaquim's apartment was very clean and very well located. 5 minutes by walk from Alameda mall, 10 minutes max by walk from the metro station. The apartment is just near FC Porto stadium giving you an amazing view. We arrived before check-in time and arranged with Joaquim to leave our luggages at his place. You have a survival guide of Porto and Joaquim will give you all the tips to feel at ease and enjoy your trip in Porto. You can contact him via (Hidden by Airbnb) and ask him whatever you want. We had an amazing time.
Jun 27, 2019This is a real gem of a find. Great location (not far from the metro) - only a short ride into the centre. The apartment was great - having three bathrooms was a great luxury and the apartment is a good size for 5 or 6 people. Joaquim was a great host - unfortunately our plane was delayed by an hour so we did not get to meet him but he answered all questions very promptly. We were checked in by Sara who was very accommodating and gave us great tips. A great experience and would highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019This spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures - very comfortable and well appointed, with king size beds. It is located near the Estadio do Dragao. If you want to stay outside of Porto (about 10 minute walk+20 minutes by metro with a transfer to Porto), this is a great spot. It also has great access to the freeway if you have a car. It is very quiet and there are shopping and sports amenities close by - the soccer stadium, large mall and the biggest grocery store we have ever seen. However, it does not have local restaurants to visit. It is all about what you want during your stay.

Trois suites magnifiques, cuisine complètement équipée, salon et séjour confortables et un très beau balcon. Le garage fermé est la cerise sur le gâteau. L’emplacement est idéal. The contact with Joaquim was excellent from the beginning of the journey until leaving the apartment. Super equipado. Excelente hospitalidade do Joaquim que nos recebeu muito bem e com uma mesa com um lanche de cortesia. A comunicação era rápida e eficaz e quando pedimos um utensílio de cozinha ele atendeu rapidamente e conseguiu o utensílio para nós.

Nos forneceu dicas sobre todo o divinamente da casa, das proximidades do apartamento e da cidade do Porto. O apartamento é amplo, e as fotos o descrevem muito bem. Deixei comentários específicos ao Joaquim do que pode melhorar. Recomendo o local, e o Joaquim como um excelente anfitrião!

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos and as described. Joaquim is very responsive and helpful. He provided us a detailed tour of the apartment even though we were a bit late to check in. He checked up on us often and answered to our questions in a timely manner. He also generously arranged for our tickets to watch a FC Porto game. we'll certainly stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Joaquim welcomed us with sweets, water, fruit. He spent almost an hour explaining about his place and gave us tips for sightseeing and tours around Porto. Joaquim' place is located in a prime residential area of Porto, it's across the street from Alameda shopping center (one of the largest in Porto) with a large supermarket. The metro is about 7 minutes walk which will take you to the railroad station of Campagna (one stop) and center (5 stops). The apartment is tastefully decorated and the bedrooms are very quiet which was very important for me. The three bedrooms have total privacy so three couples can easily stay in the apartment. If you are looking for a quality apartment, away from the center, this is an ideal place. Thank you Joaquim for your hospitality, I will be back in May. High

Jun 27, 2019Joaquim’s place is really nice. Very easy to reach it. It is close (less than 10 min walking) to any public transport (bus or subway), or mall and supermarket, or restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, with all facilities we needed. Check-in was done by his daughter, and she was very helpful and caring. We were welcome in a very special way. Easy check-out. For sure we would stay again in this luxury apartment. Joaquim, once more, thank you very much for everything. We strongly recommend. O lugar de Joaquim é muito legal. Muito fácil de chegar. Fica perto (menos de 10 minutos a pé) de qualquer transporte público (ônibus ou metrô), shopping ou supermercado, ou restaurantes. O apartamento está bem equipado, com todas as comodidades que precisávamos. Check-in foi feito por sua filha, e ela foi muito atenciosa e agradável. Fomos bem-vindos de uma forma muito especial.
