Vivimos en el mismo edifico y estamos disponibles todo el dia para cualquier problema como por ejemplo olvidar las llaves de la puerta principal, o olvidarse el codigo de la puerta de su habitacion,o alguna informacion turistica, autobuses, precios etc. todo lo que necesite el huespede. The place was exactly as described by Paulo. We had a great time staying there. It is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had good sleep there compared to other places we stayed in the city center where noise was normal until very late at night and very early in the morning. Paulo and his wife did all what they could to help us during our stay at their place.

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay at Paulo's place for 2 nights. Before arriving we had agreed upon 1:00 PM as the check-in and check-out time. When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by Paulo's wife, who showed us around the apartment and our room. On the last morning of our stay, Paulo's wife knocked on our door at 10:30 AM and said she had forgotten to tell us we needed to be out of the room by 11:00 AM for it to be cleaned. We were expecting to have until 1 PM as previously mentioned, so that put us in an awkward position. We quickly got ready and packed up our stuff, and she let us store it in another room for the remaining 2 hours. The pictures accurately represent the space-- the room is large with lots of storage space, hangers and drawers; the bathroom is also very large, with a working shower and bathtub and lots of counter space. The mattress felt comfy at first, but it is very soft and not supportive (probably an Ikea mattress). The living room is shared between multiple other rooms listed on AirBnb as well, and it has ample seating for everyone with 3 tables and 3 couches. The location was overall good for that neighborhood. Immediately downstairs there's nothing, but turn the corner and you're on Rambla del Poblenou with lots of stores and restaurants and people strolling or eating. It's also a convenient walk to the beach (just don't take your shoes off, the beaches in Barcelona were very dirty).
Jun 27, 2019Chris et Paulo sont tres gentils et propose tous les conseils dont nous avons besoin. Nous avons logé dans une chambre très spacieuse avec une salle de bain tout aussi spacieuse .....tout étais très propre et bien rénové. Endroit très calme et proche à pied d'une plage très propre et de restaurants. Toutes les commodités sont dans les alentours et pour le centre ville ...un bus vous y emmène pour moins d'un €. Conseil acheter la carte de 10 voyages. Nous y retournerons avec certitude.

Jun 27, 2019Chris and Paulo are very nice and offer all the help and information we needed. Place is quiet with nice ambiance, we enjoyed our stay @Paulo's for five days in Barcelona. The house very close to the beach. We are foodies, So Paulo suggested the best restaurants available close to the place and those are very good. We will be happy to stay again at this place in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019We had such a great stay at the apartment. Paulo and his family are so friendly and kind to answer questions and help with any information. The apartment is literally 2 min walk from the lovely beach, and about 15 min bus-ride to the center where the Rambla is. It only cost 2,15 Euro to take to bus and it is so easy to find at the main street, buses leave every 15 min. In the center we found a little place called Sol Soler and we will highly recommend it for at night out of eating tapas and drinking sangaria! so fantastic and local. We decided to walk to Sagrada familia and it was easy to find. From three girls who had an amazing stay in Barcalona - we would gladly come back for another visit anytime and stay at Paulo's :)
Jun 27, 2019Paolo and his wife have just been perfect hosts, felt like being with family. Helped with an extra-bed, which was really very comfortable, had a bottle of water ready. One big room at center of all rooms is equipped with a clothwasher, a kitchen with all you need and plenty of space for eating/gathering. Sleeping rooms all have an own airconditioning (worked perfectly well). In room 5 (habitacion 5) we even had an own kitchen and 2 fridges, apart from a coach-bed, a table with chair. The surrounding is a little bit old-fashioned, but really quiet (absolutely no noise) and without feeling bad around there. Was told that this zone is getting more and more back to fashion again - really close to all! also the olympic zone. Just very recommendable! Just don't expect a hotel, and you will feel at home. Paolo would take care of any request or query about Barcelona's sightseeing. Paolo picked us up at the airport for 38 EUR, which was already a perfect start. The flat is really very close to the beach, like 5 Min walk on a straight street. Beach is VERY clean and nice! Taking a taxi to town / Montjui / city center / Plaza Colon costs about 8-10 EUR/way (depending on traffic), by bus 1 EUR/person for one way till 1,5hours (you can jump off and on again within time). Again 1 square further you have Poble Nou's own Rambla, which in my opinion, is much quieter and nicer than Barcelona's city center one! Great food at 'Tertulia' and an even much better Sangria at 'La Roda'. There's also hairdressers, cosmeticians, food shops and fashion shops... really all you can wish for! If looking for great flamenco, I personally recommend (am a flamenco dancer myself), go to 'Palau Dalmases' at Montcada 20 (in front of Picasso Museum) in Barcelona city center. You will have a wonderful 1-hour performance for 20 EUR/person. Any entry to museums, e.g. 'Sagrada Familia' take tickets online (MUCH cheaper and you avoid waiting queues!) - it's an absolutely must-see one. If you have kids (also teenagers) and it's warm I recommend to plan a 6-hour stay at 'Illa Fantasia' a great aquaparc with lots of funny tubes. It's not the most modern one, but funny. Food will be limited to hamburgers and fries and ice creams, though (ask at a tourist info for an organised trip - cheaper). Our favourite zone within Barcelona's city center: Born. It's the ancient gothic area, with lots of little shops and bars/restaurants. All in all, I'm sure to go back to Paolo's and certainly Barcelona - had a real great time!!! Have fun, too. By the way, it was our first time in Barcelona and furthermore, on AirBnB. Feel very lucky having hit with Paolo's apartment and even more with his lovely family :-D

Jun 27, 2019Nos hospedamos en familia con niños por una semana en Casa de Paulo, desde el primer día quedamos muy satisfechos por lo que encontramos. La casa es tal como está descrito en el anuncio, muy acogedora, limpia, espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina. Paulo y su esposa muy amigables, estuvieron a la orden para responder nuestras dudas o recomendarnos lugares a donde ir y como ir. La calle donde se ubica la casa no está muy bien cuidada pero esto no es responsabilidad de los dueños, y a la vuelta de la esquina queda la Rambla de Poblenou, una calle comercial muy transitada donde se encuentra de todo, y las estaciones de buses o Metro hacia el centro de Barcelona están a pocos minutos de la casa. La playa queda a 6-8 minutos de camino, cruzando un gran parque que hace el ambiente muy agradable. Recomiendo la Casa de Paulo!
Jun 27, 2019The accommodation is nice and clean with shared livingroom with extra kitchen. The owner's room is om the same floor with his family so I would pay attention mitigate noise level. But the location is ideal for going out or wisiting the beach. Thera are many nice restaurants within 2 min walk

Jun 27, 2019La situacion del apartemento esta muy tranquila cerca de la playa y muy comoda para ir al centro con el metro y el autobus. Paulo y su familia son muy simpaticos y nos encanto cantar y tocar el piano en el apartamento. Es un apartamento muy bueno y el espacio comun esta muy grande. Todo alli para cocinar, descansar, y disfrutar. El bano esta muy grande y Paulo nos ha dado tambien acceso a una pequena habitacion para mi hijo.
Jun 27, 2019This is a professionalised Airb'n'b. Paolo was very friendly and flexible. You share the common areas with other guests, not much the family. It is clean and situated in an up and coming part of Barcelona, only minutes away from wonderful coffee and the beach. It seemed a little pricy, but that might be due to the MOBILE fair at the time of our visit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Paulo was great and exceeded our expectations. Paulo was quick to communicate and was able to be flexible in meeting our very late arrival time from Girona airport. Furthermore the large size of the room and bathroom was perfect, and the common areas were beautiful. The apartment was also in very close proximate to the beach and close to central Barcelona. Would definitely recommend!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Barcelona, and this airbnb was perfect for our needs. Linens, pillows and towels were all provided, the beds were comfortable, and there was air conditioning and a fridge. The bathroom was amazing and spacious, and everything was accurate to the pictures and description provided. The shared living area was beautiful and clean, with a kitchen, sitting areas and a piano, which my friend (a composer) appreciated. Paulo was very flexible about us arriving at odd hours throughout the night and was overall a very gracious host. The airbnb is located a fair distance away from the tourist area, but there were plenty of fantastic local stores right next door to get meals and do a little shopping, and we enjoyed being close to the beach. Overall a great deal and a great airbnb experience!

Jun 27, 2019Luogo fantastico, i proprietari sono molto ospitali e le camere sono sempre in ordine e pulite. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è vicinissima alla spiaggia ma un po' fuori dal centro dove però vicino si trovano metro e fermate del bus. Grande esperienza vale la pena provare.

Nous avions mes filles et moi la plus belle chambre avec un grand dressing et une très grande salle de bains ! Ce sont des gens très discrets et adorables. Tout était très propre autant à la cuisine que nous partageons avec d'autres que notre chambre. Vraiment excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nathalie, Enghien les bains
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons extrêmement bien accueillis par Paulo et Chris . Paulo nous attendait en bas de l'immeuble à notre arrivée et nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise . L'appartement est très joli , propre , spacieux , fonctionnel , bien entretenu et très bien placé près de la Rambla ( avenue avec des restaurants , boutiques , bars etc ) et à 5 mn à pieds de la plage . Paulo a pris le temps de me donner des conseils sur les lieux à visiter à barcelone et nous a également suggérés des restaurants locaux fréquentés par les espagnols. Paulo et Chris sont des hôtes très gentils , serviables et chakeureux . On ne pouvait rêver mieux !!!!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay with Paulo was brilliant. The room was fairly spacious and the private bathroom was well kept. Paulo and his family were extremely friendly, especially their dog Mimi. The location the stand out feature, only a few minutes walk to the beach. We tried a few of Barcelona's beaches and the one nearest was by far the best. Would thoroughly recommend Paulo's place, if I ever come back to Barcelona this will definetly be my first port of call.
Jun 27, 2019This was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed at and I would definitely stay here again and again. Paulo and his family are kind and generous people who made my stay unforgettable. My favorite part was playing the piano they have in the common area with his amazing daughter! The bedroom was spacious and clean and had its own refrigerator, so great if you like to save some money on meals. The private bathroom was also a plus. The common area was decorated with interesting artwork and paintings and had a very welcoming feel. It is a great way to meet other friendly visitors in passing or can choose to keep to yourself. The location is great since you are a 5 minute walk from the beach and literally around the corner from the Rambla in poblenou where there are tons of restaurants and shops. Also it's a prime location for public transit with bus stops very close by and subway within a 10 min walk. Poblenou has a special feel to it. It's still incredibly lively but a nicer place to stay than the main part of the city if you like coming back to a quieter neighborhood to sleep. I would recommend this place to anyone. Paulo, his wife, and children make this place special.
Jun 27, 2019Fue nuestra primera experiencia en airbnb. Super positiva. Era como estar en un hotel pero con la comodidad de una casa. Viajamos con nuestra hija de 11 meses y fue todo espectacular. Excelentes anfitriones. Poblenou nos encantó. Un barrio a escasos minutos del centro pero mucho más tranquilo...a una cuadra de su propia rambla y de la playa. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!!
Jun 27, 2019Estuvo muy bien nuestra habitación privada en la casa de Paulo. El barrio tiene una pequeña rambla donde encuentras muchos restaurantes y supermercados, la playa está muy cerca y te puedes mover fácil en bus a las principales atracciones turísticas de Barcelona, compra en el metro o en la parada del tranvía las tarjeta de pasajes sale un poco más barato que pagar directamente en el bus. La casa de Paula tiene cocina que puedes usar con todo lo necesario para hacer el desayuno o la cena, es compartida pero en el tiempo que la usamos siempre estuvo libre.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay was good at Paulo's place. All the amenities were available and the neighborhood was lively. It is also very close to the beach and the connectivity (public transport) to almost all the important places is pretty good. Only drawback was the size of the room. It is sufficient only for two people. Since we were four it was a bit congested.

Jun 27, 2019Paulo's rooms are really clean, spacious and comfortable. The communal room is really large and really comfy. There is everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Anything you need just ask, Paulo will do his best to get you anything that you need.
Jun 27, 2019Eine wirklich sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem riesigen Bad. Alles war sauber. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mittendrin. Die Rambla Poblenou ist direkt nebenan. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Tuvimos un problema en la reserva por un descuido de nuestra parte (pusimos 1 huésped cuando en realidad éramos 3), pero por suerte Paulo y su familia tenían lugar para alojarnos y nos atendieron muy amablemente. La habitación fue sumamente cómoda e íntima. Pudimos usar el lavarropas las veces que lo necesitamos e incluso nos prestaron sombrilla y toallas para ir a la playa que queda a pocas cuadras. Está lejos del centro pero el transporte público queda muy cerca del alojamiento! La zona es muy tranquila, la Rambla de Poblenou queda solo a 1 cuadra, mucho movimiento de gente, bares y supermercados. MUY RECOMENDABLE, volveríamos!!!

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour chez Paulo et sa femme ,l'accueil est super, ce sont des personnes chaleureux chez qui l'ont se sent bien ! Le côté «auberge» avec la partie commune est très pratique et bien équipée. La chambre 5 est top pour les familles avec enfants, nous étions à 2adultes, un enfant et un bébé et avions toute la place nécessaire et une très grande sallle de bains. De plus la climatisation est très appréciable. Très bonne adresse à conseiller. Encore merci à la femme de Paulo qui a été aux petits pour notre petite famille !

Jun 27, 2019He only gave us light sheets to cover our beds, so it was not enough bedding for the night. I ended up sleeping with my additional shirt and jeans on. Room is clean, but you will not be able to walk bare feet. The Lighting of the room and common area (kept dark) were very poor. His photos show really nice bright room, but it ended up a lot darker. It is Great location to go to the beach. To the Metro or Tram line, you need to walk some distance.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Paulo's was great. There was a large kitchen and living space before you get to your room. The room was really spacious - and not to mention the bathroom! The bathroom was really big, everything was really neat, and there was a TV and A/C. Great privacy. Their Airbnb is located in a great area, with cafes and restaurants around. Paulo and his wife were amazing hosts - they were welcoming, caring, and kind! I would love to return and stay with them!
Jun 27, 2019La ubicación es muy buena, es un barrio con muchas posibilidades y muy cerca de la playa. Fueron todo facilidades tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Son una familia estupenda. La habitación es como en las fotos. Lo único q hay escaleras pero nos facilitaron un lugar abajo para dejar la silla de la niña y así q perfecto! Muy recomendable

We were very warmly welcomed by Chris, she was always very helpful and we felt like home. The room was clean when we arrived and even cleaned once during our one week stay. Very close to the beach and well communicated with all tourisric places, however we were walking quite a lot and visitng almost everything by foot. Thank you and we hope to see you again!

Jun 27, 2019Great location - very close to the beach, the H16 and V27 buses or llacuna metro station is also close by. Lots of variety in restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Lovely host and his family - easy to communicate with and very accommodating for us to leave our luggage prior to heading to our afternoon train. Good kitchen facilities and nice to have a private fridge in the room. Highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019The apartments location is great, close to the beach and a Metro to the heart of downtown. You also have access to a kitchen which was very useful. Paulo gives a lot of tips and advice on where to go and what you can do around the apartment! Overall I would stay here again.
