This is our largest room. It has a Cal-king Tempurpedic bed, private bath, ceiling fans, T, small fridge, can with additional fees can accommodate a total of 4 people. (2 is standard price). It opens to the pool deck with majestic views of Mt. Waialeale and the Wailua River Valley.

Notes
We are 5 minutes from the beach, shopping and some of the islands best restaurants. The Sleeping Giant hiking trail is within walking distance, many more trails are just up the road, and a beautiful biking trail along the beach is just 10 min away.

You will need to rent a car. There is no public transportation available in this area.

Smoking is allowed outside in the front of the property away from other guests Pool and jacuzzi close at 10 pm, and quiet time on pool deck is after 10pm All parking is on property, no on street parking.

Fantastic property and accomodation. Perfectly located for visits to the Napali Coast and the Waimea Canyon. Lily was so welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
Jun 27, 2019Dies war nach 2001 (noch unter anderer Leitung) unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Secret Falls. Für uns immer noch einer der besten Plätze auf Kaua'i, sei es von den Entfernungen auf der Insel, vom Ambiente und nicht zuletzt von der Stimmung her. Der Garten und die Poolanlage sind immer noch eine Augenweide und ein Platz zum Verweilen. Quiet and easy - triffts wohl am besten und eine herzliche, perfekte Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeber Lilly und Jade.

Jun 27, 2019The photos for Darcy's place don't do it justice. It's an amazing experience to be in the space. As a host, Darcy was very thoughtful and went the extra mile to make our stay great. You can't go wrong with this stay :)
Jun 27, 2019A quick note: this location is a full bed and breakfast and a cut above most airbnb offerings. We stayed in a very accommodating master suite with a fridge, several chairs, and tv. Tim and Darcy were fantastic hosts; they were kind enough to let us follow them to the local farmer's market and gave detailed directions to nearby hikes! They were always willing to respond, even at odd hours and for unusual requests. The location was private with beautiful views and a pool. The provided breakfasts were well done with fresh fruit daily. Our only critique was hearing footsteps on the floor above. Darcy and Tim informed us that they were aware of this concern and were working to soundproof the room within the next couple months; it may be worth checking to see if this concern still holds up. All in all, we were extremely pleased to have stayed there.

Jun 27, 2019Darcy and Tim are the loveliest hosts around! They made us feel SO welcome and treated us like family the whole time we were there. The place was sparkling clean and no funky smells — pool and hot tub were clean and well-functioning as well (honestly for all the plants and such around the place, I don’t think I saw a leaf in the pool the whole time!). Big plush bath AND beach towels for guests to use! We were also allowed to use bug spray and sun screen that prior guests had left behind, which was much appreciated. View from the place is breathtaking and no words can do it justice. 10/10 you should stay at the Secret Falls Retreat!! I hope I get to again some day!! :)
Jun 27, 2019Had the most amazing experience at Darcy and Tim's. From the pool temperature, to the VIEWS to the amazing hospitality they bestowed upon us. It was my birthday when I was there and they were so excited and gifted us some local chocolate and wine. Incredible, informative and sweet people matched with an absolutely beautiful space. This was the icing on the cake for a unforgettable trip for us. Thank you both!
Jun 27, 2019Darcy and Tim made my stay in Kauai lovely. Secret Falls was the best place to relax and unwind after my days hiking or touring. They recommended a great hike and the breakfasts were amazing (lots of fresh fruit)! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a secluded, relaxing place. And it’s still not too far from restaurants and stores.

Jun 27, 2019After five nights at Secret Falls Retreat, I would never stay anywhere else in Kauai. The location is ideal for crisscrossing all over the island. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was, away from most hubs of tourism. The breakfast each morning was spectacular - with fresh fruit, an assortment of bread, and specialty coffee that I am now addicted to. Darcy and Tim made me feel so welcome as a solo traveler and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I felt so lucky that I stumbled upon this listing and that it was available.
Jun 27, 2019Der grosse Pool View Room ist ein fantastisches Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Darcy und Tim stellen leckere Kaffeemischungen zur Verfügung und jede einzelne Mischung ist ein Genuss! Das WiFi ist schnell und die Aussicht einfach toll. Der Ort und die Aussichtspunkte sind schnell zu erreichen. Ich habe mich bei Darcy und Tim sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!
