You are able to get to Midtown, Uptown, Downtown and Crosstown in minutes and a 5 min walk to Central Park. The building is a very quiet and secure building with great caring neighbors.     Great place! The neighborhood is lively. The supermarket and subway stop is literally right around the corner. Laundromat is a block and half away. Central Park is really close as well! It's really such a convenient place to be. The apartment was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything in David's description was spot on. We did run into a few problems. There were cat or dog hairs in the space. The ad said no pets allowed but somehow the hairs were there and it set off my husband's allergies a bit. In addition to the animal hairs, the space could have been a tad bit cleaner overall. It wasn't too big of an issue though. We just did a wipe down ourselves. Also, the heater was CRAZY hot and we were unable to adjust it. We had to leave the window wide open or have the AC running most times. Overall though, if we had to stay there again, we would. Great convenient place to be.

    The apartment is very modern and clean. The apartment looks the same as in the pictures and the description of david fits perfectly. An enormous advantage is the subway connection. With the 6 train you can get everywhere in manhattan. There are also very much restaurants & shops close by. The house is relatively quiet and the neighbors are friendly. David was always to be reached if there were problems or I had questions. I would recommend the apartment to anyone and i really enjoyed my stay :-)

    I stayed at David's place for a month in September 2017. It is a nicely furnished, small studio. Besides bathroom, it has only a common space where all the living/sleeping furniture is placed together with the kitchen cabinets. So, I would not recommend this apartment for more than 2 people. However, if you are 1-2 people, this apartment can be a perfectly affordable and convenient accommodation for you. The apartment is equipped with all the basic stuff one might need for a few-weeks stay. Small grocery items (e.g. pepper, oil etc.) were the only thing that was missing compared to other airbnbs I stayed in. So if you want to cook anything at home, you would have to either bring these items with you or buy them in a local store (which is just around the corner). A Subway stop is just around the corner (train 6) and a ride to Midtown takes about 20 minutes.

    David's place was exactly as pictured and described. It's nicely furnished with high ceilings and all appliances in working order. The neighborhood has some good spots to eat/drink, along with good subway access and proximity to the park. David himself was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again!
