The listing was exactly like in the picture. Well maintained, clean, and a great shower. He was flexible with the check-in times and just left the keys for me to take. I never got to meet David but the listing is awesome. East Harlem is a cool area with tons of nice and inexpensive restaurants. Might be a bit loud at times, but hey, its NYC.
Jun 27, 2019The check-in process was straightforward, and the place is in a prime location! The super is very nice and having a Roku in the apartment was great. I stayed by myself, so the size was just right for me. I was able to text David when things came up and he usually responded within 24 hours. Good stay overall!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed for two months and it was a perfect location for a lower budget stay. Plenty of access to the Park and lower Manhattan via the 6. Very lucky to have had the chance to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment needs a deep clean, new furniture ( Bed ), a door lock without a carton to cover the gap between the wall and the door and an air conditioner without tape in the window. Also, the shower didn't have heat water all time.
Jun 27, 2019Great experience and very close to all. David is extremely responsive to any and all concerns and quickly fixes them. However I had very little to complain about. I had a good time while there. If a neat studio is all you need and to be central in the city, this apt is ideal.
