Plants, candles and photographs - the last two are available from a local artist if you want (no pressure). The room does have a private place to hang your clothes - it folds against the wall so it is hard to see in the pictures, but easy to use and to put away if not needed.

Marcus had great communication and made everything's extremely easy for our stay. The room is exactly like described and there were no surprises! I would def crash here again.
Jun 27, 2019Marcus accommodated to our late bus and made sure we could get into the apartment even if he wasn't there. The apartment had great air conditioning and a nice big bed. There was always hot water and a complete kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The apartment was in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and was close to the New Museum and the 911 Memorial.

Cuenta con todos los servicios (incluyendo wifi), tiene baño y entrada independientes por lo que se puede tener tanta privacidad como se desee. Los anfitriones se encargaron de que se pueda entrar a la hora de la llegada y fueron flexibles para la salida. La ubicación tiene varios sitios de interés cercanos y muy cambiantes según la dirección que se tome.

The place was just as I've seen on photos on airbnb, and Marcus was prompt messaging via airbnb app - since I did not have any voice or text credit on my sim. Lovely place, vibrant neighbor, good foods everywhere! I also like that it was so private during the stay. Recommended!!

Jun 27, 2019What a great place to stay in lower Manhattan! Mike made it easy to access the space -- and was diligent even when I missed a message from him. Key pick up was easy as pie. Access to the building and room worked like a charm. Room and bath were nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. We're senior citizens and we felt like young hipsters visiting in Soho!
Jun 27, 2019Se andate in un periodo dell’anno diverso dalle festività ,quindi con un prezzo ragionevole, ne vale la pena per la posizione ,accesso alle metro poco distante.non è il top come quartiere e come struttura dell’edificio ,ma una volta entrati l’appartamento può risultare piacevole a coppie singoli e comunque siete a Manhattan .
