Full access to the apartment facilities including high speed internet, your own private kitchen. Astoria is a very diverse neighborhood with a large variety of ethnic restaurants. Plenty of bars and supermarkets in walking distance. There is a beer garden and movie theater 4 short blocks from the house. There are enough things open late or 24 hours.

Full Apartment Once, my apartment is available here, its mean that I'm traveling around, but I'm leaving 2 people to help in any emergency or help in need. Also right after booked I will provide a contact number, or (Hidden by Airbnb) so that the guest can have full communication with me at any time.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, CONSIDERED ACCEPTED BY GUEST AT RESERVATION PLACEMENT: 1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES – Check-in time is 12:00 P.M. (ET) or later. Check-out time is 12:00 A.M. (ET) or earlier. If Guest requires an early check-in time or late check-out time, Guest must receive written approval in advance from Owner. 2. SMOKING – This is a non-smoking Apartment. There is a fee of $150 that will be charged, via the damage deposit, for deep cleaning if smoking is noticed. 3. RECYCLING – According to New York City law, all plastic, aluminum, glass, and paper items must be recycled. If recycled products are not disposed in correct bins, a fine of up to $500 can be received. 4. PETS – Pets are not permitted in Apartment under any conditions, with the exception that the pet is a certified service animal. 5. HEAT – Provided in the Apartment from October 1 to May 31. According to New York City heating law: - the inside temperature is required to be at least 68 degrees Fahrenheit if the outside

    Had a lovely experience staying in Andre's apartment for our first time in New York! Alex was friendly and easygoing no issues at all. Apartment was in a great location, very close to subway station, clean, good size as pictured and had everything that we could have needed. I would stay here again and I can recommend it very highly.     My friend and I stayed at Andre's apartment for 3nights and had a great time in NYC. Andre is a very flexible and helpful host. Answer us all the questions in a prompt way. The apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 plp,clean, cozy and have full equipment even umbrellas :). Location is very convenient even for first time visitors like us. Subway is in 2 min walking distance. Transportation from the Airports is easy,too. The only thing that bothers me at first when I walked in was the noise but then you just get used to it and do not pay that much attention . Overall great experience, nice place, helpful host. Thank you very much Andre! Definitely will recommend it to family and friends!

    Had a good week in Andres appartment. It is fully equipped - had everything I needed and was nice and clean when I got there. It is in a nice neighbourhood with loads of shops and food and there is a subway station just at the corner of the street so it is easy to get to anywhere in New York really and also easy to get there from both JFK and La Guardia. The only downside was the elevated subway passing by the appartment every 5-10 minutes. That was quite noisy. I only met Andre when I arrived. But he seemed like a good guy and readily got back to me whenever I contacted him and always answered my questions.

    Andre è stato davvero gentile con noi anche se non lo abbiamo incontrato. ..purtroppo siamo arrivate in ritardo all'incontro per le chiavi perché il nostro volo era molto in ritardo! L'appartamento è davvero confortevole e vicinissimo alla metro e in un quartiere tranquillo! Lo consiglio assolutamente!
