What's nearby This apartment is located in central Barcelona only 250m from the famous Sagrada Familia. There are four supermarkets and all normal shops within a 100m radius as well as several secure public car parks. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants very close by.

Transit
I only takes five minutes to get the 'Sagrada Familia' metro station where you have direct access to the L2 (purple) and L5 (blue lines). Street side parking is free in August but I can provide access to parking at cut prices all year round.

There are not any hard-and-fast house rules but please try to respect the following: Please treat the property as you would your own so it remains in a good state for future guests. WARNING: The apartment is in a residential block where local working people live, so late night noise in the apartment and public areas MUST be avoided (after 22:00 and before 08:00 ). If the neighbours call do call the Police because of noise, they will come because it's a tourist apartment, and they will level a fine of a minimum of €75. This is common practice throughout Barcelona! Guests must not hang anything from the balcony because local by-laws in Barcelona do not permit that and doing so can result in a visit from the Guardia Civil and possibly a fine. Please take care NOT to leave the key in lock on the inside of the front door because even if you have the other set of keys with you you will not be able to unlock the door from the outside. Nick is a wonderful, good natured, and accommodating host. He met us at the apartments, showed us in, and explained the neighborhood to us. The apartments are clean, nicely furnished, quiet, and in a fantastic neighborhood close to the Sagrada Familia, with all the necessary amenities. The layout is really good for small groups or families. Every room has a door on it which means that even unrelated guests can have privacy. I stayed in the apartments with a group of university students. They were thrilled to have the combination of privacy with cooking facilities.
Jun 27, 2019Great location, Saint Family Church is within 5 min walk. Easy to get around, by tube, by walk or bike. Modern and stylish furniture, clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, generous supply of quality coffee and tea. A perfect place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019It was an wonderful experience staying at Nick's (Website hidden by Airbnb) place is really nice, well-furnished, well-equipped and clean.Very convenient location, a small walk from the one of the best attraction of Barcelona; the Sagrada Familia church.You can see it from balcony. There are many supermarkets, cafe, bakeries around. The metro station is very close and you will be well-connected to the major attractions. Nicole was very friendly and helpful, he answered all our questions with patience. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019Our first Airbnb experience (and first leg of a ten day Spain trip), fortunately we started w/ Nick who got us off on a good start! Fabulous location in a quiet elevator building under 300m from the Sagrada Familia (and its metro station), very easy to travel throughout Barca via metro, bus (for the braver few) or cabs (plentiful except on Sundays). Lots of little cafes, restaurants, delis, pharmacies nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable for the four of us in two bedrooms and could take another 1-2 easily through a pullout couch. Big dining room that served as war room each morning as we plotted our schedule. Brilliant views of Gaudi's incomplete cathedral from the balcony. Nick's a great host, very accessible both before and after our stay, and went out of his way to give us information about the apartment, its vicinity and Barca as a whole. Special thanks to him for giving us directions to the hospital during our last night, when one of us keeled over with food poisoning

Jun 27, 2019Nick was an absolutely fantastic host. We rented two flats for 12 people. He met the guests on time, was very kind with recommending great restaurants and was easy to contact. Prior to travelling Nick was also very helpful with planning our stay there. The flats were clean and comfortable, including the pull out beds. The pictures do them justice. Would definitely recommend the apartments and the host, thanks Nick!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was exactly as explained and it was in a fantastic location. Like 4 blocks from Sagrad Familia or metro station. There were 8 of us so we booked both apartment 2 & 3 and it was enough room for all of us. Right across from a school so it seemed like a very safe, friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed our 3 day 2 night stay immensely! I would definitely rate Nick has helpful and very kind. He left us restaurant recommendations and a city map. He also arranged transportation from the cruise ship pick up area and then to the airport when we left. Very reasonable prices and we didn't get ripped off. I would stay here again if I get back to Barcelona. Great price and customer satisfaction here. Long live Airbnb!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time at Nick's place. These are in fact two apartments for the price of one, one on top of the other, so we had plenty of space for the 9 of us. Both apartments are fully equipped, there are even two computers for guests to use. If you're a tourist the location is perfect, in a quiet area but with plenty of commerce and restaurants around, just two blocks away from Sagrada Familia and very well connected to major attractions. Nick's a great host, very helpful and flexible!
Jun 27, 2019We (four adults, four children) had a great stay in Nick's apartments. They were very clean and well stocked and we particularly appreciated the goodys left for us in the fridge. Centrally located, the apartments were a great base to explore Barcelona. Nick was a perfect, friendly, host and gave us lots of recommendations, several of which we followed up and enjoyed. He was also able to provide a baby sitter (his lovely son) who got on fantastically with our kids and enabled us to have a grown up night out! Thanks Nick, we will return!

Jun 27, 2019Nick was a great host - he came to meet us at the apartment at the agreed time, showed us around the apartment, gave us some useful tips, etc... exactly what you'd expect from your host. In addition, we even got to leave our luggage in one of the apartments which came in handy due to our late flights. The flats are very nice, close to the sagrada familia, and with all the necessary amenities nearby. Would visit again!

The aps are well equipped and Nick provided us with maps and useful information as well as arranged for our transport from the airport. Highly recommended!

We received warm email welcomes, lot of helpful advice on what to do in Barcelona and most importantly where to eat, and even where to buy tickets for a football match. Our apartment was stocked with the essentials like coffee and milk, which was really nice. The apartment itself is clean neat and charming. The biggest plus is its proximity to the metro station- which made it very easy for us to explore all of Barcelona. There are also plenty of restaurants bars, and charming parks walking distance from the apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Great place near to Sagrada Familia, near to the metro station, baker shop, grocery shop. Clean and very comfortable. Nick- the owner helped us a lot, the comunication was great. We were with kids and we was surpriced when we find milk, coffe and flakes for the breakfast. So I recomend this place :). It was my firt trip with airbnb and it was great. :)

Jun 27, 2019The appartments where we stayed were really gorgeous and very clean. The are located really close to the Sagrada Familia and two underground stations. Lots of really nice bars and shopping possibilities are also very close. Nick was the best host you can imagine. He gave us a lot of useful information about where to get best Tapas, etc. He organized a taxi transfer from the airport and back without any problem. He was very nice and charming and we will absolutely stay with him.

Nick gave us some very good advices about restaurants and soghtseeing as this was our first stay in the city. We were 8 persons - 2 families travelling together and had 2 apartments in the same building. Very practical! The appartments vere spacious and cleen. Can definately recommend to other travellers!

Jun 27, 2019La experiencia no ha sido del todo buena. Considero que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, pues la casa parece en perfecto estado y todo muy nuevo, y está todo muy usado y bastante sucio (paredes muy sucias, ducha rota, cisterna pierde agua, toallas blancas que ya no son blancas, sábanas hiper desgastadas que no huelen bien, muebles rozados, sofás con basura entre los cojines y grandes manchas...) La habitacion de las literas es bastante desagradable. Además llegamos a las 21.30 y por un incidente que el propietario no se percató, no estaba la casa limpia, camas usadas, etc. Este punto lo solucionaron enviando inmediatamente alguien que lo limpiara. Creo que la casa necesita un buen lavado de cara y ropa de hogar más higiénica. Detalles como un bote de jabón en el baño que usa todo el mundo, tampoco nos pareció bien, pues no cuesta nada poner unidosis o decir que cada uno lleve su gel. Las colchas no estaban recién lavadas, estaban usadas. Para alguien joven mochilero está bien por su situación, pero nosotros íbamos 12 personas de la misma familia de todas las edades, y todos opinamos que no se correspondía con lo que anuncian. La situación es muy buena, quizás la mejor de Barcelona.

Also, the authentic feel of being in a traditional Spanish building really added to our experience along with the easy walking distance to transport, attractions and restaurants. Jun 27, 2019Communication with Nick was very straight forward. We made the booking via Airbnb and then we had to fill out a form he sent through with more details. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival times, but that was easily solved. The flats are in a great location, close to supermarkets, transport, and walking distance to some of the main city spots. The first impressions as soon as you get there is that the flats do look better in the pictures, but you soon grow to love them and appreciate them. There was 12 of us (we were celebrating my 30th) so the reason why we picked these flats is that we were concerned about being too noisy. We looked at other locations and they all had very clear noise warnings, whereas there didn't seem to be any mention of that on this profile. However when we arrived we were told we had to make sure we kept our noise levels down, as neighbours didn't particularly enjoy tourists and would call the police if it got too noisy (for which you'd have to pay a hefty fine). Having said that, no one complained. It's just something to keep in mind if this is something that as a potential guest is important to you. We had a fantastic time in Barcelona, and we'd definitely recommend staying in the flats!

He could give is advice about everything like the public transport, how to get to the appartment etc. The appartments were perfect, clean and fully equiped. Jun 27, 2019Nick est un très bon hôte. Il répond rapidement aux différentes demandes. Les appartements étaient conforme à l'annonce. Ils sont très proche de la sagrada familia, le quartier est résidentiel avec super marché (de jour comme de nuit) à proximité. L'accès au métro est à 5 min à pied. Nous étions à Barcelone pour un EVG, le standing qu'on recherchait était avec ces deux appartements largement conforme à nos espérances. Ne pas hésiter à demander à Nick d'autres prestations (segway,navette etc.), nous avons grâce à lui gagné du temps sur notre programme. Je le recommande sans problème.

Ils sont également bien situés, à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia, facile d'accès. Le voisinage est calme. Foncez sans hésiter.

When we arrived he spent 30 minutes chatting to us and answering all our questions about where to go and the best places to eat near by. Jun 27, 2019Good place for a visit to central Barcelona. Two practical apartments close to Sagrada Familia, and within decent distance of public transport. Nick was very welcoming when we arrived, and spent lots of time with us giving us tips on where to go and how to go there. We also used the parking closest to the apartment, but to be honest a car in Barcelona is more a hindrance than an aid (as long as the city is your main target of interest). Overall good for its purpose: Sleeping and (some) eating. :-)

Jun 27, 2019My team and I spent 2 lovely days in Barcelona in Nick's apartments. The flats are located right behind Sagrada Familia and the whole neighbourhood is very nice. It was also very close to our workshop location so we were able to walk there enjoying the warm weather. Both flats are basic but nice, there's plenty of space to host up to 7 people per flat and they were both very clean. Nick and Dania are great hosts and were very flexible allowing us an early check in and always available in case of questions.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement est situé dans un quartier magnifique, central, où il est facile de faire ses courses et d'aller manger un morceau (je ne parle même pas de la Sagrada Familia, somptueuse, que l'on peut admirer du balcon!). Les deux appartements sont conformes aux photos : spatieux, bien aménagés, confortables et très propres. Nick est très accueillant, disponible, arrangeant... bref parfait!

Just 2 blocks away from the beautiful Sagrada Familia, it is very easy to get anywhere in the city thanks to the different metro lines you can get directly from the Sagrada Familia. The flat is spacious, everybody had a nice place to sleep, and for the price, I don't think there is a lot of competition. To resume, if you want to gather with some friends for a nice week end in Barcelona, it is a perfect place. Thanks to Nick :-)

Jun 27, 2019We went with a group of 10 people to stay a few nights there. The apartment was very correct and located in a perfect area. Literally 300M from the metro and the sagrada familia! The host is very friendly and flexible, he does this as his job so it is natural that everything goes smoothly. He helped us with a lof of different questions and different needs for our weekend away. He offers dozens of different services and is extremely helpful. One of the two apartments is a bit more luxurious then the other but in all very nice place to stay for a weekend. I would definitely recommend it!

You'll never go hungry as there is a wide variety of both restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Although the apartments are not luxurious they are spacious, well-equipped and well-located. Jun 27, 2019Nick was a legend. So accommodating throughout the whole booking process, in which our numbers constantly fluctuated. His communication was prompt and detailed and made the whole organisation of a 40th birthday for 20+ people effortless. As for the apartments, they were just as we expected. Absolutely perfect for us. Spacious, yet homely. We stayed across four apartments with roughly 5 people in each and it was ideal. There was scope to fit more people in but it may have become a bit cramped especially for the couples. But for groups of singles you could up the numbers as long as you don't mind a queue for the bathroom/shower. We could walk between all Nicks apartments quickly and easily and he took us on a tour when we arrived so we all knew where the different apartments were. Bravo Nick.

Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions (avant l'arrivée et le jour J), il nous a également donner des conseils pratiques pour l'organisation.
Jun 27, 2019There isn't much to say, just that the two apartments were both great and we had an awesome time there. The places were clean and light, just like we hoped they would. We had a great view of the Sagrada Familia from the balcony, and around the street there are lots of little supermarkets and restaurants. The underground stop is also nearby. All together we had a great time here and I would surely recommend the apartments!

The neighbourhood was great, the building and apartment was secure and it was an excellent location - a stones throw from Sagrada Familia and metro station. The living space in the apartment was bright and the kitchen had dishwasher and a good range of cooking utensils. The apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Jul 27, 2019Les logements sont parfaitement conformes aux descriptions, propres, confortables et bien equipes. Nick nous a tres bien accueilli avec beaucoup de disponibilite. Le quartier est agreable, bien place (tout est accessible a pied grace au metro). Une vraie bonne adresse pour visiter Barcelone en famille (et meme en groupe).
Jun 27, 2019We stayed here for a little less then a week (there were about 10 of us) and it fit us well. We had two apartments (one floor apart) and it was great! The location is perfect to get anywhere in Barcelona. There were minor issues with the AC and Hot water - but nothing terrible or unbearable. The fridge and stove worked and served its purpose! And the host were very attentive when you needed them! I totally recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019During our journey in Barcelona we were provided with everything we needed, whenever we had a question Nick would always reply quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and well connected to the subway (40 minutes by subway to go to the beach). The 11 of us would recommend this flat to anyone who wish to have a good time in Barcelona !

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived in Barcelona which was 6 hours earlier than the check in time which was great. We also had some treats left for us in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. I would recommend to anyone! It is so close to the Sagrada Familia you can see it from the balcony. Only improvement I could suggest is air conditioning improvement as we were very hot at night (although what do you expect in 37 degree heat) although lots of fans were provided. Would definitely come back and stay

Jun 27, 2019Le logement est a coté de la sagrada familia, proche de restaurant, bars, du métro et du bus touristique de barcelone. Les deux appartements sont agréables, et assez grand pour 13 personnes. L'hote nous a attendu en bas de l'immeuble, a 23h, même si nous étions en retard. Petit bémol sur les murs, qui selon nous pourrait être rafraîchit, avec la poussière un peu mieux nettoyée. Attention un supplément est appliqué après 23H.
Jun 27, 2019Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Barcelona. Met twee gezinnen op vakantie en door de woning van Nick toch voldoende privacy, ruimte en gezelligheid. Fijne wijk om te logeren, op loopafstand van de Sagrada familia en de metro. Nick heeft er voor gezorgd dat wij vooraf allerlei zaken konden regelen, bij aankomst zorgde hij er voor dat inchecken geen probleem was. Kortom.....een geweldige ervaring!

The location is really close to Sagrada Familia and it has allowed us to explore the city without going too far from home, so it's really nice for families.

Jun 27, 2019Excellent séjour dans ce 2 appartements, l'accueil par l'assistante de Nick à été parfait. Nous étions 11 personnes, tout s'est bien passé, l'appartement est bien disposé et globalement propre. L'accès se fait très bien, à 2min à pied de la Sagrada. Attention, le bruit peut vite poser problème, sans faire quoi que ce soit on entend vite ce qui se passe dans les appartements voisins. Je recommande vivement ces 2 appartements !

Jun 27, 2019This place is absolutely fantastic. It’s super close to La Sagrada Familia, which has a metro station which proved to be extremely useful to get around the city. It is also very close to a small grocery and convenience store, which was also useful. And it’s close to some restaurants, my favorite of which is el Meson de los Ancares. We were a group of eleven and got two apartments, one right above the other, both of them with elevator access. The apartments were super comfortable for all of us. We didn’t really use the kitchen, so there’s not much I can say about that. But we used the washing machine, which proved to be invaluable. There is some space outside to hang the clothes dry, but a trick that helped us immensely was to simply hang it inside and use the provided floor fan. In just an hour or two, the clothes would be completely dry. We got our laundry done and it took us no time at all (quick tip, make sure you close the washer’s door tight; it won’t run otherwise :)). The other super convenient thing was the wifi internet. It’s nothing super fast, but it proved to be very useful. The location is also very accessible via taxi. In fact, you can easily hail a taxi in a few minutes by walking around the block. Or you can use apps like mytaxi to get one on demand. Overall, an extremely convenient apartment, and the check-in process was so smooth and delightful, that it really set a good tone for our stay. I highly recommend it. Me and my group are very happy with our choice, and it was a very relaxing and valuable place for a very busy schedule. I would definitely choose it again.
Jun 27, 2019Great accommodation with loads of space for a gang to get together and enjoy Barcelona -the accommodation is spacious and practical with 2 bedrooms in each apartment -1double bed in 1room and 1triple bunk in the other -little balcony also makes a lovely addition Bathroom was traditional in style but hot water was plenty and it was clean -plenty of towels to take from also so home away from home for sure

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is close to the famous Sagrada Familia and the train station in a quite residential neighborhood. It has a vast variety of places to eat and is comfortable for a family of four (we had two children under 11), it was comfortable place to stay while we were in Barcelona with the apartment block having an elevator which helps bring up the luggage. Well air-conditioned for those hot Barcelona nights and the host Nick was exceptional, giving us local tips on Barcelona, where to eat and how to get around... even organised our transfer from the airport...

The location can't be beat as it is only a couple of blocks from the Sagrada Familia but in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of dining options. The bakery and supermarket on the same block were especially convenient for a quick breakfast before heading out to explore Barcelona for the day. It was perfect for our short 2 night stay and a great value given our large group.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist einer schönen Gegend nahe der Sagrada Famila gelegen. Drumherum finden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Anbindung zur Ubahn ist ebenso sehr gut. Das Appartment war selbst genau so, wie es auf den Bildern zu erkennen war. Einzig allein die direkte Nähe zu anderen Wohnungen im Innenhof war ein wenig störend, im Wohnzimmer war dies aber gar kein Problem. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Es war kein Luxus, aber die Beschreibungen der Wohnung trafen absolut zu.

Jun 27, 2019We had both flats - they are in the same building just on top of each other; It is a good place for a quick trip, meets the needs for two mid-sized families. The location is pretty good - being in walking distance to Sagrada Familia, and the check-in and communication went great. I was even lucky enough not to have any other guests checking in after us, so could stay there until I got my flight later in the afternoon. All in all good value for money

The appartments are good for groups, everything that you need is available. Is close to not only sagrada familia, but also close to metro or nice spots around sagrada familia to visit!
