Place as described on the pictures. Dan's staff delivered the keys and showed me the location and the inside of the place. The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area. It can sleep 7 people in the bedrooms and 2 on the futon bed next the TV and 1 on the sofa in the middle of the sitting room. Another one can possibly in sleeping bag on the floor. We are given 2 sets of keys. The TV has only 4 local chanels. Lots of restaurants in the streets and inexpensive. 10 mins walk to metro.

Jun 27, 2019Thank you very much!!! We Had great time!! The host was very detail in giving us a very clear instruction how to get to the place from airport. Very friendly lady who fetch us from the tunnel exit and brought us to the place we stay. The place was very convenient - walking distance to MTR stations and Hong Kong China port ( between 15 mins to 30mins depends on the station). There were lots of good eateries near where we stay. Tim Sum and the "cha chan Teng" we tried were all very delicious
Jun 27, 2019Easy to find their place according to the guidelines given and i have my stay at Dan's place for 5 nights with my family. Nearby also have lots of restaurants and is a convenient location. Aircon,tv and wifi are all working well. The host is certainly most helpful when I sms them for help.

Jun 27, 2019Stayed there with 6 other friends. Mostly we used Jordan station to go to places but both walks to Austin and Jordan stations are a little too far (for us). One of the bathrooms is super small and the entire room gets wet after a shower. Very very very close to Dimdimsum dimsum restaurant (Really good). The best part is the living room where everyone can sit and chill together after an adventurous day (not included in other places at this price). Also, they let us leave our bagges after our check-out at their office which is very appreciated for us as we still have another day-trip before going back home. Other than mentioned, nothing seems to be a problem. To sum up, it was worthwhile for this price and I would recommend it for a big group of travellers like us who don't wanna pay that much for accommodation.

Jul 27, 2019交通很方便 離柯士甸地鐵站真的很近 到九龍站搭機場快線也只需步行約十分鐘 搭巴士從機場過來也方便 雖然要走一點點路 但是是非常可以接受的範圍 香港的大樓很多都很舊 這也是舊大樓內的房子重新裝潢的 雖然走廊看起來比較舊 但是房間內部令人非常滿意 相較於香港房間都小小的 這一間空間相對感覺寬敞許多 很舒適的房子 之後來香港也一樣會考慮這裡的 謝謝Dan的房間喔! 另外這附近美食也不少 點點心 糖水雄都在附近 不怕找不到地方吃宵夜唷!

Jun 27, 2019The Host Dan was not very co-operative or welcoming. In fact after agreeing with him for the charge of a taxi pick-up, he did not bother to inform me that the taxi was cancelled. On reaching the apartment, we were shocked to see the amount of dirt, filth and the stench in the entire apartment originating from the bathrooms and kitchen. The lady sent to welcome us did not speak a word of English. So we could not communicate to her that the apartment needed to be cleaned. In fact the stench was so unbearable that we had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen ourselves. He did send someone to check after a few hours and she too confirmed the extent of filth and odour in the apartment. The listing too is inaccurate. Dan lists a washing machine and dryer. However there was no clothes dryer. There was a hair dryer though!!! The 2nd bathroom (attached to a bedroom) has a water logging issue. Have a bath and there is about 2 inches of water in the bathroom. Dan did inform us that he would not be providing us towels. However he did not mention that he would not be providing us with washing machine detergent too. When we pointed out the problems we were facing, he was very brusque and abrupt. The only saving grace is the location of the apartment. Walking distance to the subway, eateries, Nathan Road, Ferry station.
Jun 27, 2019We followed the instructions as given by Dan and had not much problem meeting at the designated place. Checking in and out was very smooth. There are a lot of nice eateries downstairs and we had supper at different eateries every night before going home. There is a 7-11 as well. Location wise, the place is perfect, about 10 min to Austin and 15min to Kowloon, Jordan and Yau Ma Tei for us (we have 2 very young kids so walking can be a little slow). Place wise... the house is big, for Hong Kong standard. We like the living room where the kids could play and the adults could gather for a talk. The double beds are slightly smaller than queen size. The kitchen seems quite well equipped but we didn't use anything else other than the kettle for boiling water. There is a washing machine but no washing powder. The bigger bathroom works fine but the smaller one (really small) does not drain so well but we really appreciate having 2 bathrooms so we need not have to wait so long for a shower etc. Cleanliness can be improved though. All in all, I will still recommend this place for bigger groups of 7 to 9 pax who are not too particular about cleanliness and older furniture. It's great value for its excellent location, convenience and space. Thank you for hosting us.

Jun 27, 2019Great location, close to transport and food. Fairly spacious apartment for the area and clean, not sure sleeping 11 people would work though. The beds themselves weren't amazing, and were very creaky/broken. Remember to bring towels! - these were not provided. Overall a decent place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019I don't feel I am most welcome. Firstly is not too convience cos the unit far from the MTR station. Secondly the unit is not well maintain. Nothing is clean in the units. Most important is the unit is illegal rented cos during our stay the is someone come and tell us they are from government office want to check the licence but we did not open the house. we call the owner someone tell me that if they happen to come again tell them we are friend or relative. First time I use Airbnb I don't like something illegal no more in future

Jun 27, 2019Dan is swift and prompt in giving response and answering queries. He also provide clear direction to the place. The place is spacious but not that clean. Many furniture and goods are old, but it is ok actually if only they can maintain it. We are a bit taken aback looking at the exact bed sheet in each room as in the pictures provided on the website. It means either they have a lots of same design bed sheet or they seldom (or never) change it. The place in overall are good for the price we paid; but a little bit of simple maintenance would make it much better place. I think it is important for the owner to keep the standard as what they offer in the first place or else people will try to look for other options. The neighbourhood surrounding is nice, a lot of shops, supermarket and eatery nearby. We also grateful for the buses operating near the place, it save us a lot of walking distant to the MTR station. The bus services not many for they go to central area so it's really recommended to take the bus instead.

Jun 27, 2019Dan's space is great, and is recommended for short family gatherings and trips in Hong Kong. The place is also clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Since the space is not a hotel, please do not expect full convenience in terms of amenities. Bring towels, toiletries, and other personal hygienic requirements when you choose to book here. Its location near the Austin MTR station, convenience stores, mini-marts, and great restarurants is also a plus. An overall great experience considering the relatively cheap price.

Jun 27, 2019Everything was as described. Eddy looked after us before during and after our stay. He organised us transport and gave us some great advice. The area is safe and in what I call real Hong Kong surrounded by retaurant, close to the amazing Temple Street Market and Austin MTR station. Eddy always replied to my texts and went above and beyond just providing accommodation. For the price this appartment is great value for money. Fully air conditioned, good wifi and hot shower. Nothing more to add but a big thank you!
Jun 27, 2019I would definitely recommend Dan's place to anyone who will visit HongKong. It is very near the MTR station and convenient. The place is big enough for us to stay at. The kitchen is great even if the utensils are not enough. This is a great place to stay at. In addition, the host is very kind and responsive. The host answered all of my inquiries so fast and accurate. If I can rate the host I would rate more than 5 if that is possible. Stay at Dan's place and you'll be satisfied.

From the airport as per directionwe need to use the courtesy call to inform Eddy that we arrive then buy sim at 7-11 so that we can contact Eddy when we are at the meeting point. Our first call to Eddy when we are at the airport his voice is not friendly, just fine. When we reach the place where we suppose to meet him he's no longer be contacted. We stayed at the meeting point for so long, we did not see Eddy or even contact him.... we are force to look for the place on our own, that even address is not clear... so disappointing

Jun 27, 2019The place is nearby the restaurants and market. The apartment is clean and huge for HK type it has 2 CRs but unfortunately we were not able to use the other one due to drainage problem. I hope that can be fixed and improved. Overall it's good except for the other CR mentioned.
Jun 27, 2019홍콩이라는 점을 감안했을 때, 적당한 가격에 다수의 인원이 머무를 수 있다는 점에서 추천합니다. 도보로 오스틴 역 5분 내외 조던역 10분 남짓 소요되는 점도 장점인 듯 합니다. 방별 에어콘, 거실 에어콘 개별로 설치되어 있어 온도조절도 용이했습니다. 건물 외관은 홍콩 도심의 평범한(한국인 관점에서는 조금은 오래된듯한 ) 아파트 이지만 내부는 외관보다는 훨씬 좋습니다. Wifi는 굉장히 안정적이었습니다. 인근 편의점, 식당 접근성이 좋으며, 중대형 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다.

Jun 27, 2019The place was the same as the picture and the host has provided us the items he stated in the list. There is a working kitchen, fridge, TV, towels, hairdryer and extra pillows and blankets but the place need to be deep cleaned especially the bathrooms since there seems to be dirt or black mold growing on the walls and along the sides of the bathroom sliding door, near the trash can. The main door lock also needs to be upgraded because apparently you have to jiggle the key up and down to open it and it took us 30 minutes and a call to the owner to understand how to open the door the first time.

Jun 27, 2019Okay stay for the group. Close to temple street, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop and MTR. Took us some time to locate the building and cab driver was not familiar with the area. Linens and mattress can be better. If staying with a bigger group, you only have 1 bathroom.

Jun 27, 2019The house and the hosts (Dan and Eddy) have been really very great and awesome!!! They are really easy to talk and have transactions with. Very accommodating people. Location's good, few minutes walk to Austin and Jordan station. Below the home is a 711 and so many restaurants that are opened 24 hours. Accessible to temple night market if you want to go shopping. Really safe area. The house is great, we were 10 adults with 2 kids. Just needs improvement with the room in the middle (with the 2nd bathroom) as it floods and you need to mop all the water off. Good thing they have a sponge mop ready but it would be better if they fix the bathroom to avoid inconvenience. Also the hose of the shower leaks, so it kinda adds to the flood. But can be improved :) They have refrigerator, every room has an ac, wifi is really fast, water kettle and also microwave, electric stove and washing machine. They also have extra matress so if some of you wants to sleep outside in the living room, it's still cold and comfortable. So really convenient. Just maybe they can add English channels for foreigners ;) Overall, I'd recommend Dan and Eddy's place to my friends who would be planning to stay in HK. This is recommended for big groups. :) 5 stars!

Kitchen is equipped with the things you will be needing..you can rest well especially when tired though bed in one room is not that comfy..toilets are clean...overall, we had a good experience in Dan's place..value for money.

Jun 27, 2019房內非常的髒,尤其床很多塵蟎,同行友人有三位身體都過敏 浴室和廚房都有異味,很髒亂 房東有事先提醒我們要關冷氣,有ㄧ天我們出去忘了關,是我疏忽,但房東在未告知我情況下,疑似自己開門進來,因為我們全部人ㄧ起行動,回房時~發現屋內冷氣和電燈被全關,剩ㄧ盞微燈 讓人非常的不舒服!完全不推薦人家來住,真的很糟! 唯一優點:屋子地點離地鐵很近,附近很多美食,吃很方便
Jun 27, 2019Dan and Eddy are quickly responsive. They always answer my questions. Especially Eddy who allow us to leave our luggages in the room after check-out and help us to rent a mini van for airport pick up. The room has 3 bedrooms that convenience for big family as me (5 adults and 2 kids) there is small bathroom and toilet in a double bedroom and big bathroom and toilet in the living room but the furnitures are too old. They should change furnitures and renovate the bathrooms. The neighbor is quiet. I highly recommend this room because the location is great! It near 3 MTR stations. (Austin, Kowloon and Jordan) You can walk to the stations within 10 minutes. It is very easy to go Disneyland within 30 minutes, Shopping area in 15 minutes and Hong Kong side just one station. There are many local restaurants, 7-11, minimart, fruits shop nearby. I love sugar fun, the dessert shop is located in the corner of opposite building and Dim Dim Sum restaurant. If I go to HK again, this room will be my list to stay again.

Jun 27, 2019집근처가 교통편이 좋음. Austin MTR station 에서 걸어서 5분. Jordan MTR station 에서 걸어서 10분, 78번버스로 침사츄이로 가기 편함. 주변에 딤딤섬레스토랑과 local 식당이 많음.편의점과 중형 슈퍼마켓 있음. 재랮시장과 야시장이 도보 8분거리내에 있음. 주변에 다수의 빵집과 저렴한 주점이 있음. 숙소는 더운물이 나옴. 1월달에 사용시 잠잘때 다소 춥기에 침낭이나 두터운 담요가 필요할 수 있음. 가성비 대비 훌륭함

Jun 27, 2019Suits our group of 8 with individual luggages. Place is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need including hair dryers, adaptors, and more mattresses & pillows. It’s easily accessible via train; very close to a convenient store, restaurants, drugstores, and bars. Dan and Eddie are both responsive to my queries too. Will totally recommend; will definitely stay here again! :)
Jun 27, 2019문도 재대로 안 닫히고 에어컨에서도 남새가 나서 에어컨도 못 들었고 수건도 냄새가 심해서 구역질이 날 정도입니다. Airbnb에서 나오는 사진은 실제와 너무 다릅니다. 다른 방의 사진을 쓸것같은 느낌입니다. 호스트는 메세지 답장 잘 해주시지만 방은 너무 실망스러워서 진짜 별로였습니다. Airbnb 자주 사용하는데 이번은 진짜 어이가 없습니다. Airbnb 다시 믿을수 있겠는지 잘 모르겠습니다.

Jun 27, 2019Very good place to stay for big families. We were 10 but we never felt crowded, 3 rooms and 2 comfort rooms, great host and staff. Complete amenities, we can cook, since we are with children, it is more comfortable to cook and eat at Dan's home just for dinner. Walking distance to Austin MTR.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Dan’s place. He was very responsive and helpful to us and had provided us with the right information about the place and where and what bus we can take. The place is very near to MTR and Bus stop (to and from airport). We also are able to cook for our breakfast. Convenience stores (7-eleven and u-select) are just downstairs. We were 8 adults and have 3 children with us and we fit in the place. Extra mattress and pillows were provided. Wifi connection is very strong. It also have a TV but the show are mostly local (it’s okay, as we don’t go there to watch TV) Overall, value for money and we got extra for shopping! Thanks Dan!

Jun 27, 2019Dan's plcae is near Austin Station, restaurants and groceries. 7/11 and Park and Shop Grocery are blocks away. Jordan Station, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, other local restaurants and shops, and the Temple Street Night Market are also walking distance (like 10-15minute walk). What I liked most about Eddie (landlord) is that he allowed us to check-in early at 12nn (w/o additional fees) and check-out late at 5pm (w/ additional fee). I highly recommend this place for families of 7-8 persons since it has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet & bath.

Jun 27, 2019Overall are okay! Just abit different from photos. There have some spoiled furniture inside the rooms and cause the room have limited space. Near Mrt and quite convenient. Have a lot of food and restaurants at downstairs.

The unit has 2 bathrooms and they have everything we need (adapters, iron, blower, rice cooker, kitchen utensils, tableware, etc.) Location: Near to MTR station, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants Cleanliness: There are a lot of unnecessary things/stuff in the common area and kitchen. Jun 27, 2019There are many unused item/item left over by previous tenant in the unit. It was not recommended to stay in the unit during winter season as there is no heater, however the owner did offered more blanket. It was near to Austin station but 10 min walk to Jordan Station. Very near to temple street which is quite convenience. Owner enter the premises during our stay period to do laundry and hang it at the living room without our permission which I don't think it was acceptable as our valuable item was just at the living room. One bag of our scallop brought was lost not to mention who took it as we do not have the prove.

Jun 27, 2019What you see is what you get. It was in a convenient location, at first it was difficult to find because we are arrived kind of late already but with a help of a friend we have found it. It was enough for the group and we have fun. Thanks to eddy and Dan for their help.

Near MTR austin, we back to airport by MTR with lots of luggage easy to go,just 30-40 minutes.for foods, across the apart gate there’s a small coffee shop can have breakfast set HK’s style. Many restaurants around apartment & there’s a playground across ferry street. For the entire apart,its nice for us to stay although the space not quite big for us to move around.kids sleep well,comfy beds,warm blankets,can cook simple foods also.thank you
Jun 27, 2019A perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation (Austin Station) and walking distance to the convenient store eg: 7E . Eddy was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. However, there are some stuff at the house that maybe belong to the owner that make the house look quite messy. Be careful with the crack wall tile at the bathroom as my husband got a deep cut on his finger because of that.
