Napili Ridge is a quiet peaceful place that has 2 levels this unit is on the top overlooking the Ocean. Close to lots of Beaches, Grocery store, Golfing, Hiking, Restaurant's Swimming pool , BBQ and Laundry room onsite. There are some stairs to climb (no elevator) Kapalua Hiking trail that goes along the coast for miles and is very beautiful! Snorkel just down the street at Napili bay or Kapalua bay where you will may see some Sea Turtles. Fleming beach is a good surfing beach. Enjoy fresh fruit when in season, there are banana trees, avocado and papaya. Enjoy beautiful fragrant plumaria trees on property. There are a few house rules within the condo you must (URL HIDDEN) smoking or drugs & pets are not allowed. The outside Lanai also has a shade you can pull down between 2pm-6pm, Awesome sunsets from your Lanai !

Neighborhood Overview
Napili Ridge is walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Napili bay is a 10 min. walk, and Kapalua bay just a little further! Kapalua has some beautiful Golf courses and excellent restaurants. You can snorkel and see some amazing fish and sea turtles. Fleming beach is great to watch surfers and enjoy some bigger waves. Kapalua Trail goes for miles overlooking the ocean, you can stop and have a picnic on the beach . Napili Market is close by and has a small deli , Times Market is a larger market about a 10 min. drive. Walk to the Gazebo restaurant for breakfast or Lunch 10 min. walk and then enjoy the beach. Enjoy the fragrant smell of tropical flowers and delicious Mangos, Bananas, Passion fruit or Liliko'i, Papaya when in season.

Fill out 2 forms, vehicle registration form and read house rules and sign. Drop off at Manager's office , leave forms in box outside the office. If you have any problems or questions contact me . Place Parking permit on the dashboard, permit is inside condo.
Transit
If you want to see the island you will need a car, unless you take the bus which is very slow but you can see things along the way. Taxis are available but are expensive. There are also Mopeds are available for rent. Cheapest car rental is in Kahului try EZ carrental, Hawaii discount car rental or go to (Website hidden by Airbnb)

Jun 27, 2019The studio was great, quiet and well equiped. Everything seemed to be new. The bed was very comfortable. I had one specific need and it was there when I arrived. Internet was jumping from time to time. There was no AC but with doors open at night and the ceiling fan, it was fine. The only negative point was that I had no contact with the owners despite sending them several emails to ask questions.
Jun 27, 2019The condo was very nice and comfortable during our stay. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but quiet and with a distant view of the ocean as advertised. The condo was well stocked and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to check out a little later than usual on our last day there. Lori, our host, checked in with us by text to make sure we made it there and that all was good, and our stay there was everything we had hoped for. Thank you! John and Jabke Buesseler
Jun 27, 2019the place has a murphy bed (for two). all the amenities were available and well stocked. a sit down balcony has a nice view of the sunset with coconut trees. large screen TV. I was very happy with the place. Perfect for a stay in Maui. Mike and Lori made themselves available and accessible all the time, which is a good feeling to have. For a couple or a single person, I highly recommend this place.
Jun 27, 2019Great option to stay in West Maui! Our overall experience staying at Lori & Mike studio was great. Very proactive communication from the host, sharing useful details at the time we did the booking and replying any messages very fast and kind. Very good location, quiet and 10 minutes walking from a beautiful beach. Comfortable bed with several pillows to choose from (soft or firm), a lot of towels, shampoo, hairdryer, first-aid kit,... beach stuff in excellent condition (chairs, bodyboard and also a couple of fins). Nice TV and a real full-kitchen, with oven and incredible complete equipment, everything looking new and with very good quality (not the usual Ikea stuff). The condo also has a nice pool, with barbecue and a laundry center, which comes very handy being in a beach location!!! I will recommend this Studio to my friends without hesitation... and if going back to Maui (which I hope!), will definitively stay here again :)
Jun 27, 2019Lori and Mike's apartment is great! Clean, cosy, with all the necessary suppliance. Also, they have perfectly organized to help their guests with wifi, parking pass and so on. I needed some help to free up the parking lot taken by another car, I reached out to Mike and in a matter of second the car lot was free. Really friendly host! Definitely recommended!
Jun 27, 2019This studio was fantastic! It came fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was super clean and very comfortable for 2 people. Lori and Mike were very organized and provide a full binder with all kinds of information. The location is great with beautiful beaches nearby and great tourist attractions a drive away. It is close to grocery stores and many reasonable restaurants. Mike and Lori were always easily accessible and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this studio!
Jun 27, 2019Over all the stay here was great. I had issues on arrival with the previous cleaning but I contacted the hosts and they were apologetic and fixed the situation as soon as they could. The place is nice and well equipt with everything you need for the beach as well as everything you need to make a nice meal.
Jun 27, 2019Mike and Lori's apt was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was full of everything we could ever need, and there were lots of towels and details we loved-we used the snorkel gear because it was even better than the ones we brought!. The location was close to everything we could possibly need in Napili and was a short walk away from Napili bay, where we swam and snorkeled almost every day. Also very close to our other favorite norkel spot at Honolua Bay! There's also a grocery and shopping center close by. I would highly recommend this place and this area over the bigger more touristy places like Kihei and Wailea.
Jun 27, 2019We don't feel like at home. On arrival we had to wash bed linens because it didn’t look fresh – in fact there was a bloodstain on it. I hope it was just our bad luck.

Jun 27, 2019Omgosh I can't say enough about Lori and Mike's little piece of heaven in Kanapili Maui. Even though Mike and Lori live in Vancouver, Washington I felt they were right next door for any inquires or support. Their unit is perfect for one or two guests! The view is amazing and the sunset was so pretty from their deck! Walking distance to the beach and market place. The kitchen is so well stocked for cooking we didn't need anything other than our groceries. The suite is so clean and has everything you possibly need for a fabulous stay in heaven ! The fans are amazing for keeping the place nice and cool! The beach chairs , boogie board and snorkelling equipment are such an added bonus! The people that live around the complex are all so friendly! I really can't say enough about how grateful and happy both my daughter and I feel about our stay! We celebrated Christmas, my daughters 30th birthday and New Years. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this sweet place in paradise! With much gratitude Debbie and Theresa

The kitchen and equipment is superb. We also absolutely loved breakfasts and dinners on the lanai overlooking Napili Bay. Thank you, Lori & Mike.

Lori and Mike were also very communicative and responsive. I would recommend this condo, and would not hesitate to book again for future stays in West Maui.

Jun 27, 2019Ik was verrast wat een leuk plekje dit was! Een hele mooie omgeving, waar we konden zwemmen met schildpadden. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, echt heel fijn. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en een heerlijke barbecue.

Jun 27, 2019You are in good hands with Lori and Mike. Everything went smooth during our stay. Our hosts sent us all information we needed in advance and reached out to see if the check-in went well. They also reached out by text during the stay to see if everything was OK. We could see that they cared about our experience. The studio offers everything that we needed, including kitchen and appliances. You access the unit using an external stair, so keep that in mind if you have mobility limitations. The place was clean, and according to the pictures. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive from a small supermarket. Plus, 808 Boards is close by and offers good options for rentals. We rented a small car so I can't comment on the use of transit or walking distances. The complex has a small pool with a barbecue, but we stayed outside for most of the time. We would certainly stay in their place again in the future.

Jun 27, 2019Great location-- super close to the beach! It's a studio apartment with a fold out bed but can still comfortably host two people. Lori and Mike respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have and there is the opportunity to use their snorkel and beach gear which is pretty nice if you're from out of town!

The kitchen has any supply imaginable and there is even a fully worked-up guidebook, apart from the efficient and thorough conversation. The bed is very comfy and everything super clean. And as if that wasn’t enough - Napili beach is super close and if you’re looking for turtles you need not look anywhere else. We’d return anytime to this cosy condo on that amazing island!
Jun 27, 2019Mike & Lori’s place was fantastic! My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a better place- it was super clean, comfortable, with a full kitchen and great views of palm trees and ocean from the lanai. They also provide beach essentials, towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear etc..which was a huge bonus. The location was amazing- we walked to Napili Bay and Kapalua Beach almost every single day. The condo was within walking distance to the Gazebo restaurant (white chocolate macadamia nut pancakes!!), and about a mile or so drive to a small shopping plaza and Napili Market. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jun 27, 2019Mike and Lori's place was perfect for our stay in Napili..Their condo was very clean and lots of ammentities for the beach and for a pleasant nights sleep..The parking spot was a little tight when the lot was full, but we managed..Overall, they were a great host and we will be back to book with them soon!

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I really enjoyed our 6 night stay at mike and lori’s condo! They left great notes and tips for us and were easy to get in touch with. Everything you need for the beach can be found in the condo. We also really loved the shampoo and conditioner! It worked miracles after being in salt water and wind all day. I would definitely recommend!
