Jun 27, 2019We had a nice and comfortable stay at this place. Aircon and heater were in good condition. This place is relatively clean; however, appliances and furniture need dusting. There are also visible stains on the linen especially pillow cases and comforter which need to be removed. They provided tissue and trash bags. Thanks!
Jun 27, 2019총 4명 묵었습니다. 방이 3개 지만 정말 10명도 묵을 수 있겠더라구요. 넓은 거실에는 소파베드 1개, 일반 소파 1개, 간이 침대가 1개 있었어요. 근데 화장실은 1개이니 참고하세요. 냉장고가 2개인데 좀 약해요. 일행 전원이 가장 크게 만족한건 샤워기 수압이었어요 ㅎㅎ 온수도 잘 나오고 좋아요! 전화로 응답 받으시는 분은 영어를 하시는데, 실제 체크인 담당해주시는 분은 영어를 못하셔서 좀 불편했어요. 간단한 중국어를 공부했다면 더 좋았을 것 같아요.

Jun 27, 2019We called from the airport to say we were on our way. We got to the bus stop near the place at 1pm and no one was there to meet with us. I had to call once i got there and we were accommodated 20 to 25 minutes later upon our arrival. A big plus to this place is that it is just a few steps from Nathan Road. About 3 blocks away from jordan station. The place was very clean and spacious. There are restaurants, department stores and convenience store nearby if you need to get anything. My only comment during our stay was the fact that shampoo for bathing and laundry soap to wash the dishes was not adequate. I raised this issue on the first night as they visited the unit but their only reply to me was it can last for the duration of our stay. Well it did not. It ran out in the first 2 days fortunately we brought our own. I understand they are not a hotel but with the amount that they charge, they should at least refill this for the next guests that would be staying there. Refilling will not in any way hurt their income. There were only 2 sets of fork & spoon. The place could accommodate 10 guests and this is not enough. We were 4 adults. Although there were chopsticks, if you are not used to using them then its difficult to use.
Jun 27, 2019The location of the apartment is very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to the Jordan station. Temple street is very near. A21 bus stop to-from airport is also 2 minutes walk. There are nearby places to eat and buy groceries if you want to cook. The apartment itself I think can accomodate up to 10 people as there are extra sofa beds. The beds in the room are quite hard and uncomfortable. There was a bit problem at the toilet plumbing, which was fixed immediately. We are also happy our request for early check-in and late check-out was allowed. I would definitely recommend the place again.

Jun 27, 2019Kitchen was not cleaned when we arrived. Bathroom was moldy. Building undergoing renovations so noisy. (Dec 2015) 2/3 of the beds were like sleeping on concrete. No TV remote (remote for some other TV). Busy/City area - recommend sleeping with ear plugs. No curtains/blockouts so light pours in at dawn. Good location, close to train and markets. Only one door key, other one was bent and snapped on first use. Place not well maintained. Met us at bus stop and helped us inside. Wouldn't stay here longer than a few days.
Jun 27, 2019The location is convenient but the house looks old – there are unrepaired items like the lock of the room door. The security isn’t very good either. The house is spacious and is enough for 8-10 people. When we first arrived, the Middle-aged woman wasn’t very polite and was honestly a bit rude. The original contact person was much nicer but the one who picked us up wasn’t up to our expectation. First night the sprinkler had problem and only 5 of us (total of 10) could have a shower. It was fixed on the next day. The overall comment is okay and you cannot expect too much by paying this price.

We are 6 members travelling together, and the 3 bedroom apartment is such a strategic choice to take! though the place was not that maintained and would have been better if there's another toilet and bathroom, our stay was more than perfect! I would recommend this to big groups with members on the go!
Jun 27, 2019Very responsive host. The apartment is located at the mainroad with very convenient access to all sort of transports. MTR is just 3-5mins walking distance. Local varieties are all around. The building is undergoing some upgrading work which might look a bit messy especially the lift. However, the upgrading work does not cause much problem during the stay. It will be recommended if the host could upgrade some of the kitchen utensils as they are very old. As overall, very good and highly recommended if you are travelling in group or family

Easy to find the apartment just follow the instruction given to you. the building is under reconstruction but that's not a big deal as we leave the apartment early and comeback late at night. Easy to communicate with the host. Wi-Fi is fast , & the place is clean. Minus point for the bathroom as it's clogged. And the flash for the toilet bowl is not working. But still we will stay again to this apartment when we come back to HK.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is clean and neat, looks exactly like the photo. It's considered a large apartment given usual small space in Hk. The water supply in toilet flushing for the building was cut off during our stay, which we found out after checked in. However, we were given a pot where we can just fill the pot with water from toilet tap to flush. Location is very convenient, near to MTR station. Do try the Dim Sum at Chai Fook banquet level 2 (just across the building, next to Novotel) if you stay here. Overall a pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019The man who should brought us to the apartment was late to present himself even that I called them in advance as per the host's message. And it caused all my family waited for him under the weather of 3 degree include my Grandma who was shaking herself! Finally the man came and show us the apartment with no manner attitude and acted like he is very busy and urgent to leave the apartment. After a short briefing, he left but then we noticed that the toilet bowl cannot flush at all, I called the man again and told him what happened and he just asked me to flush it ourselves by filling water with a pail. Luckily the apartment is spacious enough ,however as mentioned there is one sofa bed and one fold-able bed , the fold-able bed is spoiled. Thus, my brother who is 180cm needed to fit himself in a black sofa (not sofa bed)which is placed in the living room.

Jun 27, 2019Yau was a great host who communicated well before and during our stay. We asked numerous questions. Instructions from the airport to his property were very clear. We were greeted upon arrival to a nearby bus stop and escorted to the unit. A warm introduction and tour was included. The accommodations were spacious. There is no heater in the unit, but blankets were provided. Our visit was in February and although cold and rainy outside, the home was suitable. Late spring and summer are warmer months. Yau was very accommodating as he addressed building issues (issues beyond his control) as well as any one could. The unit has the basics. Nothing fancy and everything works. There's a cook top, place settings to serve and cook a home cooked meal. Refrigerator was of an appropriate size. We didn't find a grocery store in the area but there was one one metro stop away. The unit is very convenient and 2 blocks north of the Jordan MTR station. On the negative side, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Moisture control is difficult in a windowless room. The tub had mildew and the floors were difficult to keep dry. Cleaning supplies and mop were accessible. Yau had numerous pairs of slippers available. Slippers and a mop fixed this issue. I mention this one negative for fairness to Yau and future guests. If you are expecting a level of polish typical of a franchise hotel in a western metropolis, you will be disappointed here. This unit, despite this one issue, is a great value considering the location, price and size. You will be able to pay more for other accommodations, but get less value. We stayed at Yau's for five days in a group of 7 adults and two toddlers. We were comfortable for the few hours per day that we were "home" between trips all over town. Did I say it was only 2 blocks from the MTR? Figuratively speaking, our stay was like staying with extended family members who were in college; the place had a functional minimalism. At the same time it felt like Yau communicated and addressed issues to please as though accountable to a mutual family member. I would stay at this property again, but after asking to stay at Grandma's.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is setting in the central of Kowloon near subway station, however a bit hard to find so I advice to talk with Yau clearly about how to reach the room. The room is likely the photo but the kitchen isn't perfectly enough to cook yourself. Don't worried, go out and fine some restaurant around the opposite side of the road there are the heaven of eat lover.
Jun 27, 2019We were greeted very reliable at the bus stop near the apartment and shown around. The building is under renovation and as such the outside looks quite scruffy as does the lobby and elevator however I think this should improve as the renovation completes. It is a large apartment and certainly sleep 4 of us well and could have slept 6 but it is very basic and not very clean. We would certainly not have cooked in the kitchen and the bedding was somewhat questionable with extremely hard beds. It is in a lively part of Hong Kong very near the Temple Street Market which made eating out very easy and close and fun but the apartment is not somewhere to spend time.

Jun 27, 2019Location is good. Close to MTR and buses. Taxi is easy to come by since there are two hotels on the same street as the entrance to the aprt. There are two airport buses A21 along Nathan Rd and A22 on Jordan Rd (we used this when we left to avoid using the underground pedestrian passage to cross Nathan Rd.... plus the A22 bus stop has cover, it was raining...) Also, a dry cleaner/laundry by the pound place one street up that has good and fast service - only 1 day to turn around dry cleaning! Food Food everywhere! HK style cafe... chinese restaurants.. congee shop (very busy, very good!).. japanese .. Western... starbucks... etc all within walking distance. Spacious rooms and lounge. Included wifi was OK (we did have to reset once for it to work). Shower pressure was strong, but drainage a bit slow... so you gotta be conservative with water usage or risk overflowing.. recommend guests to turn tap off to lather! BYO towels and toiletries... we even bought our own toilet rolls as we were only left one new roll for three people / three nights' stay. We also BYO extra towel for bath mat. Linen was a bit questionable. Stained linen..hmm.. A rack or even multiple hooks in the rooms would have been more convenient. As we needed places to hang up our evening dresses and suits for the wedding we were attending. Toilet died on night of Day 2. Cistern will not fill up... water just flows continuously .. pressing flush button did nothing. We reported the issue to host/management. We then then told to call another colleague - who then told us nothing could be done until the next morning and wr should try to flush with the shower head or pot of water. Nobody contacted us to follow up nor came to fix the toilet up until we checked out and left.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was exactly as described on the listing... it was huge by HK standards - perfect for 3 single females, a 3 night stopover and a whole lot of luggage. The location of the apartment was sensational - close enough to walk to many of the markets on the Kowloon side and really close to the Jordan MTR station. The information provided to get from the airport to the apartment was accurate and we were met promptly by a lovely gentleman who showed us to the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen facilities were basic but we only ate breakfast in so it suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and clean - great for getting over a touch of jet lag!!
Jul 27, 2019The location was great and near MTR station. The apartment was big enough for the 5 of us. Wifi was also handy. After just used Airbnb in Japan, we found key exchange in Hong King was not as easy. The 3 apartments we stayed in Japan, the keys would be in letter box or door handle key box, you just needed to put in the correct combustion to get the keys. We called 3 different numbers until we got the right lady to give us the key at bus station this time. Some maintenance is needed for this apartment. There was mould everywhere. The kettle lid was broken, and microwave machine was dirty. All the utensils were oily, and some cups had stains. The toilet water was nonstop running.

Jun 27, 2019This was our family's first airbnb experience and Yau did not disappoint. The place was huge, almost bigger than it appears in the pictures. It was complete with fast wifi Internet, a big TV, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, utensils, plates, pots, and pans. The location was very ideal, just a few minutes walk to the Jordan MTR station. And the price we just about right. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to our friends.

We also informed the host that we need 5 bedsheets as he has promised but only provided linens for three rooms--we were 7 adults at that time. Very convenient near Temple Street Night Market, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. Value for money.

I would have appreciated knowing about the Express Train option from the airport to Kowloon Station and then cab or bus to the apartment. This is how we headed back. Jun 27, 2019On the host: very responsive and accommodating on all our queries regarding our booking and stay. On the space: Big enough for ten (10) persons with three (3) double bedrooms and one (1) sofa bed. All bedrooms and dining area have A/C. Everything that a home needs were provided: kitchen utensils, ref, stove and more importantly nowadays, wifi. Secured place as there is 24 hour security with CCTV in the main lobby only though. On the location: 5 minutes walk from MTR Jordan B1 Exit. Near Temple Street where you can buy small stuff as souvenirs and dai pai dongs for foods. If you're into walking, it's 1.5 KM from Victoria Harbour/Tsim Sha Tsui Area. Very accessible from the airport thru Cityflyer Bus A21. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

The apartment location is also very convenient for quick transportation due to being near the mtr station and bus stop (including cityflyer). The room was quite spacious, well kept and enough for 8 people. Overall it was quite a pleasant experience, enough for being a place to just rest for the night, considering the cost.
Jun 27, 2019Location is near the MTR. Description in listing is accurate. Building is shabby but the rooms were clean and water pressure is great. Kitchen is an added bonus as well. Yau responds to messages quickly. All in all, it's value for your money. Great for travelers on a budget.

Jun 27, 2019The host is very responsive, which I really appreciate. I was able to get the keys collected prior to my late arrival, and return of keys was pretty painless as well. Location is super-convenient, wi-fi and TV work at all times (which is great), and it's spacious by Hong Kong standard. My only complaint is the cockroaches that seem to come out at night from nowhere, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. Host might have gotten cleaning services upon my complaint, and there were visibly less cockroaches crawling around (but they were not eliminated completely). All in all, it's good value. I would use it again. Thank you.
Jun 27, 2019숙소는 깨끗하고 위치도 역에서 가까웠고 체크인시간도 양해해주셔서 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 수압도 세고 물사용하는것도 불편하지 않았구요. 와이파이도 설치되어있고 건물 내 괸리인과 잠금장치가 되어있어 안전한것 같았습니다. 야시장, 재래시장이 길건너 바로라 야식먹기도 편했구요. 그러나 단 하나의 단점이 있다면 바퀴벌레가 있다는것입니다... 근데 홍콩 시장거리나 골목에가니 바퀴벌레가 3센치이상되는게 엄청 많더라구요. 그래서 그냥 그러러니 했습니다. 하여튼 잘 쉬고 편리하게 사용하고 왔습니다.
Jun 27, 2019깔끔하고 방도 넓고 Nathan street에 위치한 건물이어서 인근 핫플레이스에 대한 접근성이 좋아요. 길 건너 바로 템플스트리트가 있고요. 홍콩국제공항에서 내려서 AEL 타고 카우롱(구룡)역에서 내려서 호텔 셔틀버스(K1 코스) 타고 Eaton hotel에서 내리면 5분 거리에 있어요.
Jun 27, 2019We have stayed at yau's place last sept16-19. It was a wonderful experience.yau is very responsive and helpful to my queries. Also, the assigned person that was going to fetch us is very helpful as well. Yau is very kind to allow us to check in early. The place is good, exceeds my expectations. Its very near the jordan station and also restaurants and convenient stores. Just one comment, theres a problem with the wifi during our stay. But overall, i recomend this place especially to those travelling with their families. If i would visit hong kong again, i would stay in yau's place. Thanks yau.

Jun 27, 2019it was a nice and good aptm. near from bus and MTR station, you can go anywhere from there. the host are good team to help solve some problem. when we checked-in, there was other guest stuf still in the living room it's been 6 o'clock in the evening but then we asked them to move all the luggage. how ever they give us good solution for many problem. oh, but we found 3 cockroach during our stay... plz do something for this, i hate cockroach. it was a good stay in there, we will recommended to our relation. thank you for good service...

Jun 27, 2019Communication with host was very easy and he will reply within few minutes. His apartment located at an old building next to Novotel Hotel in Nathan Street. Airport bus #A21 stop very near to the apartment. MTR Jordan is few blocks away. Same line as Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok stations. The apartment itself is very basic. There are 3 rooms which can comfortably accomodate 6 people. There is a sofa bed but really in a bad shape. The bed is clean enough but the bedroom needed a cupboard - to hang the jacket and towel. One room doesn't even have a door knob! There's no curtains at the window so we just prayed that nobody saw us or secretly filming us changing the clothes... I have no issues with the bathroom. Everything works just fine, and quite clean. The kitchen really needed new / additional utensils. Only 2 forks and a spoon available so we have to take turn eating when dine in. There's a convenient store downstairs. However, one thing that puzzled me is that we can't find any store that sell egg within few blocks from the apartment! We would highly recommend this apartment for those who are planning to explore Kowloon area, Nathan Street in particular. Very easy to move around but make sure you are accompanied by male companion if you want to go out at night. Overall I found this apartment worth the value. If you want a hotel type then this apartment is not for you.

Jun 27, 2019Very helpful and thoughtful owner, fast response while ask any questions. Good location, near to mtr and airport bus station. Easy to find foods. The house is big enough to fit in 10ppl, quiet neighborhood. Definitely will come back here next time.

Jun 27, 2019Yau place is great, clean and spacious. The location is very strategic as it close to Jordan station. Michelle the woman that meet us to handover the keys is very friendly and Yau took a quick action when we informed him that the bathroom was clog. For kitchen facilities, there is 1 induction cooker, small kettle, and microwave but unfortunately the microwave doesn't function properly. Yau place didn't provide iron so please bring clothes that didn't required to iron, bring tupperware/ container as there is no bowl, only plates is provided. Wifi is working great. During our stay, there were no cockroaches as mentioned in previous review. Overall, I'm satisfied and surely will recommend Yau place to my friends and if I'm going back to HK, Yau place will definitely be my choice.

Jun 27, 2019Perfect location! Very near the Jordan MTR station exit B (about 5 minutes walk) and very accessible from & to the airport via Citybus A21. Comfy beds and strong water supply were a plus and wifi connection was also good. But there were also few things that need improvements, particularly on the cleanliness of the unit. It needs repainting of walls and tough cleaning on the toilet as well. It would also be better if the kitchen utensils (such as plates, glasses, etc.) be changed from plasticwares to chinawares. And additional spoons and forks also.

Jun 27, 2019A spacious room with 3 rooms, kitchen and a decent bathroom. Can accommodate up to 12 people. The apartment is in the heart of downtown Hong Kong which is Nathan Road. It is very near the shopping areas (Tsim Sha Tsui, Harbour City, etc.) and is a 5 minute walk to Jordan Station. Food and access to convenience stores is not a problem. Our host; Mr. Yau, Mr. Liu and of course Ms. Chen were very helpful.

Jun 27, 2019Place is near to Temple Street and Jordan Stn. We dont have much problem except 2 of the mattresses are quite high. Maybe a problem for shorter people to climb all the way to the other side. Gas stove was unable to use, but they provide electronic cooker. The rest of things are okay.
Jun 27, 2019Comfortable, cheap, clean and at the center of the city(Kowloon). You can cook your own meal as rice cooker, induction cooker, fridge, and other kitchen utensils are provided. MTR is 2 minutes walk. Bus stop is at the front side of the building. Starbucks, Mcdonalds, and other shops is a minute away(by walking). Wellcome(grocery store) is around 4-5 minutes away. Park, money changers, night market, etc, is just in the backyard. We even just take a walk to the harbor. And we are eleven persons! Thanks Yau! We enjoyed Hong Kong and one reason is that your place is just amazing.
Jun 27, 2019Yao was such a great host. I appreciate all the help when we were check in. I didnt know how the bus operate in HK that why i skipped the 10 stop. But Yao sent a nice lady to pick us up at 11 stop. It was quite a walk, not too far but not too near either. Thank you so much Yao and the lady (sadly forget to ask her name) Now for the apartment itself, wow it couldnt be better! The apt was exactly the same as the photo in airbnb and all the AC working just fine, the kitchen was complete, bathroom was clean and thank God i didnt find any cockroach lol ^^ WILL DEFINITELY BOOKED YAO'S APT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE~ lastly, thank you for making our holiday in HK amazing and memorable.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay was really great. Yau was really helpful and when we have issue Yau responds quickly to get it resolve or even if you just have a question. The house is clean and the description was accurate. The place was also close to the MtR and a lot of other place. The only issue we had was finding the building as Yau's employee was getting to the bus stop late and the house is actually close to the building so we chose to go there ourself. If you choose this, turn left to Saigon st and the Kim tak building entrance is there

The place is spacious and the individual AC rooms are very cold, perfect for the humid Hong Kong weather. This is where the positives end. The pictures online are not accurate. The place felt dirty and grimey, lacked towels/toilet paper and even soap. We found small cockroaches too. The bathroom and rooms could use a deep cleaning. Be aware of these things when booking.
Jun 27, 2019It is a very well connected place. Be it metro, bus, street shopping and the host had given all the necessary details to start our Hong Kong journey without any hiccups. The flat is very huge and was more than enough for 6 of us. However, only one point to he mentioned is that, the apartment could have been better maintained in terms of dusting and kitchen utensils. But overall we had a comfortable stay.
Jun 27, 2019As advertised. Place is big and location is great - located a few mins from B1 exit of Jordan station. Lots of things to do and see around there. Easy walk down to Tsim Tsa Tsui or up to Mong Kok. Two elevators in the building - at each end. Closest to the apartment has a ramp to wheel your suitcases as well as an underpass to cross over to Temple Street night market. Across the street from the apartment is buss stop for A21 Airport express.

Jun 27, 2019Mr Yau is responsive to all enquire and will try his best for it. The house is located between Jordan and YMT MTR making it great for shopping which we enjoy. It is also easy to take K1 airport express bus near Eaton hotel which is good as well. However, the house does indicate it needed some TLC to revamp to its previous glory. Firstly, th mattresses is due for change as when u sleep at the edge. It will bring u to center as the center will sink. It is for all 3 room. Secondly, the living room aircon smell mouldy which takes a while to go off to an acceptable level... Thirdly, toilet floor is dirty Andy needed some good scrub and bleach to remove the hidden dirt. Lastly, the aircon sound is a bit noisy as it is old school aircon...

Jun 27, 2019Yau's place is pretty much how it looks on the photos but it's not as big as I expected it to be. Though our stay was okay, considering of it's good location near public transpo/MTR, shop marts and restos, what disappointed me with Yau's hosting was during the check in. He was supposed to meet us in Jordan MTR but he wasn't there. We had to ask for directions going to his place. Also, you'd expect the house to be ready upon arrival but in our case it wasn't. The previous guests were still there. The place was still a mess and had to be cleaned by his assistant. He should have made sure that everything was ready for us because that's what hosts should be doing. Please note that there are 2 Kim Tak Buildings - make sure to clarify with Yau the correct one before booking with him to avoid being lost and confused.
Jun 27, 2019It was all good.. overall we had a great time and your listing location is very great, it seems everything is just a few steps away..also loved the part where the listing has ample space unlike the other places being rented on the area which is so small, really worth every dollar. Eventhough we really never met face to face everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out.. When I go back to Hongkong, this definitely is the place where I am staying again...

Yau is friendly and responses to call and message. The only problem is no place to store the luggage after check out , because our flight is in night time.

Jun 27, 2019I like this property because it is huge compared to HK standards. The linens and pillows were also clean. The host was also easy to contact. He also gave other contact names and numbers in case I was not able to reach him. The property was also very accessible. I took A21 CityFlyer from the airport and the stop was just a few steps from the property. My only problem was with the kitchen. The amenities were not complete. The kitchen area was clean but cupboards and under the counter cabinets were stocked with the junk. I’d love to come back, but I hope they fix the kitchen then it would be a perfect location for a family visiting HK.

Jun 27, 2019Yau’s place looks deceiving in the picture. It is not “huge” as described. It even looks clean and new in the picture but it is really not. It needs more cleaning especially the toilet and the kitchen. I am thankful that the linens are clean and dust free. The doorlock is not digitized like the other units we rented out and they only provided 1 key for a large group. We requested for another key and willing to make a deposit for it but my request was disregarded. The unit is old and dirty. The air conditioning is noisy. I only appreciate the beddings provided because they were clean.

Jun 27, 2019We checked in after 12noon and the previous guests were still there. The place was dirty, we were told that the cleaners were still having their lunch. We waited for an hour and still no cleaners came. I called Eddie and he sorted everything for me. We went out from the apartment at 2pm and came back at 7pm and the apartments was clean and sheets were changed. I would still RECOMMEND the place because of its location and call Eddie if you have issues because he is reliable. The Internet was fast, the LCD screen of the TV was broken but Mr. Yau said he will change it. The place is not spec and span clean but will do when you are on a budget. The place was enough for 4 kids and 4 adults. Enjoy Hong Kong ☺

Jun 27, 2019Everything (location, space, price, furniture, beds, wifi etc) was great except cleanliness. The space was big enough to accommodate all of us (9 adults + 1 child). Yau was very easy to communicate with. We had issues with incomplete utensils and broken hot water but these were resolved immediately. She had her staff buy new utensils and sent a repairman right away for the hot water problem. We had a misunderstanding with her colleague at first; as we thought she was very rude because she was shouting at us and even looked at us straight in the eyes with mad eyes, but was resolved by Yau immediately. Tip is, always download an app translator if you dont speak Cantonese as he staff dont speak English at all. Maybe after serious general cleaning and pest control (for the cockroaches), the unit would be a 10/10 :) Overall, we are grateful for Yau's kindness, prompt responses, and assistance the whole week we stayed here. We were just not happy about the pick up coz we had to wait at the bus stop for almost an hour with all our luggages and we had a senior with us and the lady that pick us up is very rude. Overall, the place is ok. I would recommend the place due to its perfect location but would not recommend it for a large family.

We need local sim card to get in touch with them or else our time will be wasted. Also, we said to clean the place and they did not do it voluntarily. Jun 27, 2019Yau's place is spacious for 10 people. Only downside is that the place only has 1 bath and toilet so you've got to schedule who's gonna use and take turns. The kitchen smells funny too. Aircon is cold for all the rooms! Elevator and wifi are fast and reliable. Location is great, near the mtr and some budget marts. It was clean as well. Maybe add more tissues available for use. Overall, it was a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019If I had two words to describe the experience I would say disgusting and frustrating. I had clearly communicated the time of arrival and that we would be coming from mainland China to the train station. He kept sending me messages about the airport and I would reply that we weren’t coming from the airport. When he finally understood we set a place and time to meet. We even called him from the train station to confirm we were on time. We stood in front of the metro station for almost an hour waiting. Then when we got there it was nothing like the pictures. It was filthy. Every surface was stained or covered in mold or dust. It had not been cleaned in months. The toilet stopped working one night because the tank wouldn’t fill with water. There kitchen was used for storage. Not providing towels was annoying. The only decent part of the place is that the beds were comfortable. The whole experience is confirms why I don’t like to use Airbnb. Too many issues with check in and false advertising.

We had everything we need though TV was broken when we arrive and wasnt fixed till we checked out. Location was ok. 5mins walk to MTR not bad. Night market was near to our place.

Many times when we arrived the place, the door been opened. Aircon in one of the rooms comes out a black dust maybe need to be clean.

Jun 27, 2019Yau is a responsive host. She was able to meet us in Bank of China. We had a great time in Yau’s unit. It feels like home. We are group of 10 ( 6 adults and 4 kids) and we stayed comfortably. We’re able to sleep well. Yau provided us daily beddings though we didn’t use it We’re okay with the beddings provided first. We’re able to prepare breakfast. The lift is okay, so far no long waiting time. We’re provided with hand soap and toilet paper. The hot and cold is working well. Wifi signal is fast. Yau’s place is located strategically. Near to MTR, bus Stop and restaurants (yey! Mcdo is just so near, my kids love it) and convenient stores like 7 eleven, watson etc. Walking distance to Temple Street Market where you can have the street food and night market. Yau’s place is worth recommended especially if you’re traveling with kids. It’s a big place compared to hostels.
