Francisco church, Sé do Porto, Palácio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market (Hard Club). From our apartment you can walk to the best restaurants, concerts, museums, designer stores in Porto. This is one of the most typical neighborhoods in Porto, where the locals still live and make us all feel welcome and part of the everyday life that you can still witness.
Notes
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services. Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Centre located in Porto. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in. Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price (2€/person/day). If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in. All the remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost. Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Porto for an additional cost. Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day. Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.

El apartamento está en perfectas condiciones y es muy agradable y luminosos. El barrio está ubicado en una zona excelente, tranquila pero en el centro de Oporto.

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é bastante central e de lá pode-se facilmente ir a pé até várias atracções turísticas (Clérigos, livraria Lello, Aliados, Ribeira). Para quem vai de carro, e estacionar na rua do apartamento é fácil e gratuito; tem também um parque pago perto. Na mesma rua há duas mercearias de bairro e cafés. O apartamento é bastante confortável; tem dois quartos (um com cama de casal e um com cama de solteiro) e no sofá dormem confortavelmente duas pessoas. Toalhas e lençóis estavam disponíveis. A Margarida recebeu-nos simpaticamente com um frasco de compota e deu-nos algumas informações sobre o apartamento e o bairro. O Joaquim esteve sempre disponível por telefone. Uma boa experiência e, sem dúvida, voltaríamos!
Jun 27, 2019The flat was easy to find, as were the arrangements to meet and access the flat, which was as described on the information. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and utilitarian Ikea in feel. The flat does not feel like someone's private residence, more an apartment used specifically for efficient short term Airbnb lets, so don't expect any quirky individual character. You will find the kitchen and shower rooms at the other end of a long internal corridor, both were clean and efficient. We stayed for 4 nights in October when the weather was poor and rather chilly. N.B The apartment had no form of heating, as such, I would personally only suggest staying here when the climate is more predictably warm, to avoid having to wear as many clothes inside as you do out. The neighbourhood is one of the better parts in the historic district with some really nice restaurants and cafes in the same street as the apartment. In our experience here in Porto particularly, it's probably prudent to eat where others, particularly locals are eating. For those looking to get around greater Porto, we found the local bus system impressive with many services accessed locally. The Metro although impressive, serves other areas better than the apartments own neighbourhood, although was useful for getting to the airport.
Jul 27, 2019The place is as good as the pictures show. Great location, close to everything you want to see in Porto. The apartment has a nice view of the river and the park. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and proper. Over all, great stay. The only thing is that it can get quite cold in the apartment and there are only two space heaters, but we got a nice bottle of wine from Ines that warmed us quickly.
Jun 27, 2019Bien situé pour se promener mais quand même à 20 minutes du métro. Très bien mais on a eu froid (il y a des chauffages mais on ne peut en mettre qu'un à la fois sinon les plombs sautent !)

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento muy buen equipado y en muy buena zona. La chica que nos entregó las llaves fue muy agradable. Todo perfecto, sin duda repetiríamos! Lo recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera pasar unos días en Oporto.
Jun 27, 2019We loved the neighborhood and the host was great. The bathroom was below par however with mold in the shower grouting. Otherwise the apartment was fine, not special but very spacious. Ask how to turn on the stove burners if you plan to use them!

Jun 27, 2019Margarida nous a bien accueillis et s'est montrée très disponible quand nous avons eu besoin d'elle. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux, proche du centre-ville (10 minutes à pied de Ribeiro), avec la possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture dans la rue, en août.
Jun 27, 2019A nossa estadia correu bem. A Casa tinha as comodidades e aspecto que prevíamos pela descrição. Ficamos satisfeitos. No entanto alguns pontos menos positivos que poderiam ser melhorados:contactei o contacto que me foi fornecido na confirmação de reserva e tive de contactar 3 números de telefone/pessoas diferentes para quem iria ter a casa para check in; o exaustor da casa de banho parece estar a funcionar menos bem, com algum cheiro desagradável na casa de banho provindo de canalização que parece necessitar de manutenção.

Jun 27, 2019Tot molt be! Vem llegir alguns comentaris de que el pis era fred, però nosaltres vem estar a Porto uns dies bastant freds i a l'apartament vem estar molt bé de temperatura (ens van deixar tres estufes elèctriques que van ser més que suficients).
Jun 27, 2019The place is perfectly located and very spacious - minus the bathroom which is small. However it is definitely not new and seems preety devastated. Now to be fair, it is also cheap, but even the cheap apartment should not include shower cabin covered all over in mold and especially a broken power socket in the bathroom - which resulted in constant short circuits and power switch tuning off. That seems even dangerous. Also the entrance door handle was broken and kept falling off all the time. Staying at this place has definitely worsened my Porto experience. And there are not even many things to be done to make this place perfect!
Jun 27, 2019El piso es muy práctico, está en el centro y es grande. Pero nos esperábamos más. Piero el que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable pero nos dio la sensación de que tenían un montón de apartamentos que entregar llaves a la vez, tuvimos que llamar varias veces aún habiendo avisado de nuestra hora de llegada. Nos desencantó un poco que no es la pura esencia de Airbnb. Finalmente nos dejaron ampliar el checkout y dejar las maletas en el apartamento. Muchas gracias.

Jun 27, 2019Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, um Porto zu erkunden! Wir mochten die Wohnung, aber hatten leider auch einige Probleme. Die Kommunikation vor dem Check-In war sehr schlecht und man konnte uns vorher nicht sagen, um wie viel Uhr wir in die Wohnung können. Die Betten und das Sofa waren sehr bequem, aber wir hatten für das Schlafsofa nur eine normal große Decke für zwei Personen. Nachdem wir einen Feels Like Home Mitarbeiter kontaktierten und ihm das sagten, meinte es es wäre eine große Decke, was eindeutig nicht stimmte. Wir haben keine weitere Decke bekommen. Die Kommunikation war also nicht sehr gut. Das Bad ist nur sehr klein. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und für den geringen Preis war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Für Menschen, die nicht so anspruchsvoll sind und günstig reisen wollen, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Jun 27, 2019El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la torre de los clerigos, hay mucho movimiento en la zona y esta rodeada de restaurantes y bares. Es un tercer piso con escaleras. El departamento es muy lindo con un living muy amplio con vista a la calle, el sofá cama es cómodo y la cocina es amplia pero el baño es bastante pequeño. El proceso de check in es en otro sitio que hace que te tengas que trasladar luego hacia la casa. Nos atendieron muy bien pero es como si fuese una inmobiliaria. Lo mejor, la zona, pero también hay bastante ruido los fines de semana.

Jun 27, 2019El recibimiento y la entrega de llaves fue muy bien, el chico fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Al llegar al apartamento me dio una sensación muy mala por el entorno, nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio. La calle está sucia y el pavimento muy mal .Al subir, se oía la tarima del suelo que era horrible tanto el ruido que haces en el apartamento como el ruido que hacen los vecinos, tanto los de arriba como los de abajo, tanto que no pudimos dormir. El baño, a parte que están un poco oscuras las rayas de los azulejos, la ducha se sale y hace charcos y no hay ni fregona para recoger el agua, tuve que enviar dos mensajes para pedir que trajeran una. La ubicación es buena. La verdad, sinceramente no volvería a ese apartamento. Creo que con un poco de reforma ganaría mucho, la ubicación es muy buena. La pena es que no tiene ascensor.
