Nearest metro to go to the center is "Badal", 3 minute walking and you are there. To get to the downtown, 10 minutes by metro. Neighborhood Overview
The apartment its 5 min walking from Camp Nou, the biggest stadium in Europe where football club Barcelona plays every week. You can feel it every saturday when the streets get the joy of people going to the match. Its in the middle of two metro stations (2 min. walking), and you can be in the center of Barcelona in just 10 minutes or less. The area is full of live, markets and bussinesses. First of all, i would like to say Nil is a very cool dude. Communication was fantastic. He was patient with our requests and our slight delay to his AMAZING apartment. Seriously, he provided everything i could think of. His apartment is complete. Very clean, nice,tidy and sooo comfortable. He even left his xbox 360 with games and a few cans of coke/beers with CHIPS!. His apartment is the best place to stay if u wanna catch a live Barca match. Метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. А для любителей футбола, стадион Камп Ноу в 10 минутах ходьбы. Вокруг достаточно продуктовых магазинов, есть аптеки, пекарни. Рекомендую.

Jun 27, 2019We arrived by car with our 2 bicycles and we stayed only 4 nights. Nil not only greeted us but also helped us bring some things upstairs. He is not only kind and gracious but really thoughtful. Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent The apartment is clean and plenty of place to put our things and the food we bought to cook. It's not a big place but we managed and really enjoyed it. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Barcelona area. Thank you Nil.

Un barrio muy tranquilo, con tiendas y supermercados. Estación de metro a 5 minutos andando que te sitúa en el centro de Barcelona en poco tiempo. Muy atento y pendiente de nosotros, desde antes de llegar, una muy buena y agradable comunicación. Si volvemos a Barcelona, sin duda repetiremos.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment have really good localisation: close to supermarket, Camp Nou and metro station. Neighborhood wasn't too noisy, so we sleept well. Nil is really nice host, very helpfull and flexible. He povided us not only basic towel and shower gel, but also some refreshments, chips and even haribo bears! Who don't like them?! We spent really good time in his apartment, you can feel like home there. I fully recommend it :)

Jun 27, 2019Nil is a fantastic host. Super fast reservation confirmation and great communication throughout. Greeted me at the flat despite some delays and made sure I felt comfortable, like being at home. The flat was exactly as described, really cosy and perfect for a couple. The neighbourhood itself is very peaceful (great nights sleep) and ideally located if you're in Barcelona to watch FCB. It's a 5min walk to the stadium but you also have two metro stations, Collbanc & Badal (L5), 2mins away if you wish to visit other areas of BCN. Will definetly be back to stay again.

Jun 27, 2019Nil's apartment was, yet, another wonderful experience using Airbnb. Though not located in downtown Barcelona, the apartment was less than a 5 minute walk to easily grab the Metro for any part of the downtown area or the Renfe Train, all of which were only a few stops away. Nil's communication wish us was most excellent. He stayed in contact with us prior to and upon arrival at BCN to give us instruction and assistance with where/what/how to easily get to his metro stop without spending a lot of money. And, though the airport train was experiencing delays, Nil waited at his metro stop for us and helped us with all our luggage to his apartment. We found Nil's apartment to be exactly as described. It was quaint and had everything we needed for a week's visit. He even surprised us with a few welcoming gifts having known of our long day of flying. He had a table full of information about the city and for getting around, points of interests, excursions, etc. This made it easy for us to plan some activities when we first arrived. We found Nil's apartment to be in a safe area with lots of shopping right around the block. It was clean and decorated nicely. He provided all the essentials, such as soaps, shampoo, and laundry detergent. He had pins available to dry clothes off the balcony as well as a table and chairs for having coffee. We appreciated his Moka Pot for our morning espresso and enjoyed making our breakfast in the apartment before heading out to explore the city. Nil was a very hospitable host and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed based on our personal interests. He texted days/times/locations based on information we requested which made it easy for us to visit those things with the time we had. He also printed tickets we needed and had them ready for us with no issue. We didn't spend much time watching TV, but we did appreciate that there were two as we enjoyed music from the one in the bedroom. Also, we appreciated that the wifi connection was fast and reliable. The bedding was very comfortable, and we rested well. Nil even had extra blankets and comforters, which we prefer. There was more than enough space for storing our belongings out of the way, and though a small space, we never once felt like we were tripping over one another. Nil's laid back personality made packing up to leave easy and stress-free. He met with us at check-out and asked for feedback/ suggestions for the apartment because he cares about the service he is providing. He helped us carry all our luggage down the one flight of stairs and hailed us a cab and communicated to the driver our destination. Obviously, we quite enjoyed our stay at Nil's and would definitely recommend his place to others. Lori & Chris
Jun 27, 2019Gleich vorweg: das Apartment war für uns perfekt und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Nil ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Nil dachte sogar an eine "Grundausstattung" von verschiedenen Sorten Bier (was wir Deutsche natürlich sehr hoch anrechnen :-)), leckere Knabbereien und Sekt und Trauben für die Silvesternacht!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, man hört nichts vom Straßenlärm. Von uns gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Für ein Paar die perfekte Wohnung und guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Barcelona. Vielen Dank, Nil! First of all: the apartment was perfect for us and we would rent it again. Nil is very sympathic and helpful and always responded to our messages immediately. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. We felt like home. Nil even thought of basic equipment like different sorts of beer (which we Germans appreciate, of course :-)) and delicious munchies, sparkling wine and grapes for New Year's Eve!!! The apartment is very quiet , you hear nothing from the traffic noise. We recommend this place without any restrictions! A perfect apartment for a couple and a good starting point for trips to Barcelona down town. Thank you very much, Nil!

Jun 27, 2019Nil is a great host. He was very flexible with us when deciding a check-in time and he had bought some drinks and snacks for us upon arrival. The apartment was very clean and nice and Nil provided us with extra blankets and an electric heater in case we got cold. The apartment is very well organized and even though it is small, there was plenty of room to store our things away. We are glad to recommend Nil as a host any time.

Nil was easy to communicate with and helped us to find the apartment easily. He even surprised us with extra things in the apartment which i will not reveal :-) i cannot believe that anyone will be disappointed after visiting Nil's apartment.

We had a tiny disadvantage, it is an old building and the isolation wasn 't that great. So we heard a lot of noise, but we solved it with earplugs. Problem solved. Thank you. El apartamento es tal cómo está descripto. Es muy práctico y está bien equipado. La zona nos resultó muy cómoda, porque fuimos a ver un partido del Barca y fuimos y volvimos del Camp caminando en unos 10-15 minutos.

Jun 27, 2019Wir wurden von Nil sehr freundlich empfangen und er hat angeboten, 24 Stunden telefonisch für Fragen zur Verfügung zu stehen, was aber nicht nötig war - wir sahen ihn erst wieder pünktlich zur Übergabe. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, gemütlich klein, aber gut mit allem Nötigen und sogar einigen Extras ausgestattet, viele Geschäfte sowie zwei Metrostationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann sich dort richtig zuhause fühlen, ist durch die gute Anbindung aber auch schnell an den unzähligen tollen Plätzen, die Barcelona zu bieten hat.

Jun 27, 2019I booked Nil's apartment and he was so great in getting in contact from the moment I requested until I came back to England. Unfortunately due to an issue in his apartment the day before I was due to arrive, I was unable to stay at Nil's apartment. He contacted me immediately and arranged anther air bnb apartment for me to stay in from another host. He even met me at the metro station to introduce me to the host and checked that I was ok. Although I can't comment on Nil's apartment, I can comment on how amazing he was at helping me and I am confident that he is a brilliant host to those who stay at his place! Thanks Nil! :)

And for Barca fans, Camp Nou is just a few minutes away. And also Nil is great, he even left us some nice present in the fridge :) So, in the end, we highly recommend Nil's place. Thank you, Nil ;)
Jun 27, 2019Nil is really great host and his apartment is very nice and cosy. We've stayed there for 5 days and we had absolutely no problems. The apartment is very-very clean! It's close to 2 metro stations (one of them is on the metro-airport line, that's really convinient), there's a lot of supermarkets and cafes. Nil also left us some welcome treats in the fridge. Highly recommend!

На кухне есть вся посуда для длительного проживания.Недалеко от дома есть супермаркет и рынок.Несложно добраться из аэропорта и обратно,а так же в центр города. Хозяин квартиры - Nil - просто необыкновенный парень! Он охотно отвечал на наши вопросы о Барселоне ещё до нашей поездки.После нашего прибытия встречал у метро,помог донести багаж. Jun 27, 2019Nill is a real host, he had us waiting on arrival at the Metro .Nill does everything to make your stay as comfortable as urbanization, it says something to drink in the refrigerator , there is provided a candy and a bag of chips .His apartment is really nice and clean and located in a safe and friendly neighborhood . The metro is 5 minutes walk . there are also shopping and dining options nearby . I can heartily recommend Nills apartment for visiting Baracalona .

Jun 27, 2019Voltamos ao apartamento do Nil, depois de termos passado quase duas semanas. Desta vez, ficamos só sete dias. E, mais uma vez, tudo correu muito bem. Nil continua um anfitrião gentil, que sabe receber e agradar os hóspedes. O apartamento não é grande, mas do tamanho ideal para um casal. Tem duas tevês, a principal até com Netflix, e possui acessórios básicos para quem quiser cozinhar em casa. Perto do apartamento, há vários supermercados, padarias, estação de metrô e ônibus à vontade. Não é Barcelona, mas é como você estivesse nela, pois está pertíssimo de todas as atrações. E tem a vantagem de não estar num local altamente turístico. Você convive com as pessoas do bairro. Recomendo!

A localização do apartamento é muito boa: É possível acessa-lo diretamente por meio do metro que parte do aeroporto; O apartamento fica próximo de uma estação de metro dando acesso aos pontos turísticos; Muito próximo do apartamento se encontram dois supermercados. O apartamento é muito limpo e moderno. A cozinha é bem equipada e a ducha é muito boa. O apartamento nos proporcional uma agradável estadia em Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Встретил лично хозяин. Все показал по дому, рассказал где ближайшие супермаркеты и рынок Collblanc. Хорошее расположение относительно аэропорта. Линия L9 от аэропорта до станции Collblanc, дальше пешком минуты 4. Супер. Относительно города все тоже хорошо прямая ветка до станции Diagonal и вы в центре , в начале улицы Passeig de Gracia. Фото квартиры совпадают с реальностью. Спать все-таки лучше в большой комнате так как диван раскладывается и он реально больше кровати в спальне. Недавно сделан ремонт, все чистенько. Соседи не шумят. Спали отлично. Спасибо. Всем советую.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Nil's apartment was relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well equiped, more spacious than we anticipated. Nil provided some extra goodies in the kitchen that were much appreciated. The wifi worked extremely well. The apartment had great access to public transportation, and is in a quiet neighborhood of working locals. It was exactly what we were looking for, and was a good value. Upon arrival, Nil was gracious in helping me return my rental car to Sants. During our stay, Nil was available for questions and responsive.

Nils was very friendly, we met him personally and he let us feel at home. Even during our staying he asked us if we need something and answered very quickly. I would recommend this apartment to every couple.

Die Anbindung an die Metro sowie ein Supermarkt sind sehr gut in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen Als wir ankamen erwartete uns Nil bereits in der Wohnung, er war sehr nett und zeigte uns gleich die Wohnung. Er gab uns noch ein paar nützliche Tipps mit auf den Weg und signalisierte direkt seine Hilfsbereitschaft, u. a. hinterließ er seine Nummer. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!
Jun 27, 2019Nil was very friendly: he texted us when we had some delay and asked if we could find it. At our arrival, he gave us a warm welcome and showed everything in the apartment. The apartment looked very nice and was everything the description said and more. There were already some things in the fridge and there was Netflix on the television. I asked Nil to recommend us some places were we could go and he provided us with a clear list of things and the metro lines and stations we needed for that. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

L'emplacement de l'appartement est bien indiqué mais petit soucis de place de parking lorsque l'on arrive en voiture. L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos du site, il est propre, fonctionnel,décoré avec goût. Le rapport qualité prix au vu son son emplacement (proche du métro) est intéressant pour un appartement situé dans une grande ville. Nil reste disponible à tout moment. Appartement que je recommande vivement! Très bon séjour!!!
Jun 27, 2019Nil was there waiting for us late at night when we arrived from the airport, and had stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks, before showing us round and providing the WiFi password and telling us important information about the Metro and such. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which was clean and spacious (though very warm!) and was well-equiped with a washing machine, powerful shower and comfy bed! While the apartment is a little way away from the centre area of Barcelona, it was close to two Metro stations (Colblanc and Badal) that this was never a problem. All in all we had a great stay, and would definitely return/recommend the apartment - thank you to Nil for having us!

He communicated well so we always knew what was going on, the flat was close to the metro, supermarket and a bakery so had everything we needed for a home away from the crowds of Barcelona. The smart TV and ability to use the kitchen and washing machine were great extra touches. We'd definitely look him up again if we are lucky enough to come back. Es comunicava bé, així que sempre sabíem el que estava passant, el pis estava a prop del metro, un supermercat i un forn de pa així que tenia tot el necessari per a una llar lluny de les multituds de Barcelona. Jun 27, 2019Nil antwortete bereits vor dem Aufenthalt innert Sekunden auf Fragen unsererseits. Als wir ankamen mit dem Taxi, stand er bereits vor dem Haus obwohl es schon fast Mitternacht war. Das Appartment war sauber und im Kühlschrank hatte es bereits Wasser, Cola, Bier, Salami und Chips. Frottetücher, Haarföhn, Kaffemaschine und tonnenweise Bücher, Karten etc von Barcelona waren im Appartment vorhanden. Nil war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz später Stunde.
Jun 27, 2019Nil's place is big enough for family of three people. It is five minute walk to Collblank metro station which is on the intersection of line 3 and line 5. Access from airport is very easy also. We easly reached any attraction in Barcelona by using these lines. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

He chatted to us about our plans in the city and offered us advice for sightseeing, he could not have been more helpful! I would definately recommend staying at Nil's apartment and would to stay there again. It is in a good area that is close to at least two metro stations: Badal and Colblanc, restaurants, bars and supermarkets as well as being ideally situated for Camp Nou.

Jun 27, 2019Nil met us, even though our flight was very late, showed us where everything was and told us we could call him anytime. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. A 10 min stroll to Camp Nou, perfect for football fans, and within easy reach of lots of lovely food places and supermarkets. A really good location for travel, close to several metro stations. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely use this apartment again if we return to Barcelona. Thanks Nil

Jun 27, 2019지하철 역은 2블럭 정도만 걸어가면 있고, 바로 근처에 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 큰 침대가 두개(하나는 소파배드)있어서 두명이서 안락하게 잘 수 있습니다. 매우 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 너무 착하시고 메세지 답장도 칼답이라 걱정없이 잘 쉬다 갈수있었습니다!!
Jun 27, 2019This place was great and had everything we needed. The master bedroom comfortably fit two people, while the living room had a nice pullout bed for an additional guest. There was lots of room to store our bags and get settled over our three day stay. Nil did a great job of communicating with us before we moved in and was in communication with us during our stay as well.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Barcelone in Nil's apartment (4 nights), we felt like home. It was well situated, between 2 metro stations. Everything was as described. We really appreciated the cleanliness. Just smelling bad in the public stairs of the building but of course it's not Nil's fault. Nil's was really friendly. We'll stay here again next time.

Jun 27, 2019Just two blocks away from Badal L5 station, 10-min walk distance from Collblanc L9 station which directly connects to Barcelona airport. Really nice, cosy place to stay for 3 people. (4 people would be also possible) Badal, Collblanc 역하고도 가까운 곳에 위치하고 있어서 교통이 편해요. 그리고 숙소도 정말 깔끔하고, 3명 혹은 4명이서 편하게 쓸 수 있어요. 사진보다 시설이 더 좋습니다.

Jun 27, 2019Prima basic appartement op loopafstand van Camp Nou stadion en vlak bij 2 metrohaltes, waarvan 1 een directe verbinding naar luchthaven heeft. Nil is zeer behulpzaam. Ondanks dat onze vlucht vertraging had en de metro's staakten en we daardoor veel later aankwamen is hij ons op blijven wachten. Hij had zelfs wat te eten en te drinken klaar gezet!
Jun 27, 2019Respecto a Nil, encantados, rapidez a la hora de cerrar la reserva, disponibilidad para concertar la llegada inmediata y como llegábamos antes de lo previsto, para dejar las maletas mientras limpiaba (aunque al final no hizo falta). También nos dio flexibilidad en la salida. De 10. En cuanto al alojamiento, hay muchas cosas mejorables: el aislamiento del ruido es nulo, y los vecinos no son prácticamente silenciosos: el vecino de enfrente tiene afición por la carpintería sin ir más lejos (que además te ve perfectamente si no corres la cortina, la intimidad es muy limitada). No descansamos mucho El piso carece de calefacción ni estufas o calefactores, teniendo que ponernos capas y capas por la noche. La ducha carecía de soporte, cosa que es de agradecer. Por otro lado, a modo de sugerencia, cambiaría los cojines por almohadas, ya que acabamos con dolor de cuello. A la hora de cocinar, tampoco tuvimos sartenes, con lo que hicimos huevos revueltos en una olla. No todo era malo ni mucho menos: la limpieza ejemplar. El botiquín nos salvó la vida (debido a rozaduras y ampollas). La ubicación, sin estar en todo el barullo, está a 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad, muy bien comunicado (lástima que el ruido del bloque no nos permitiera disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona). The apartment is within walking distance to Camp Nou, 30-40 minutes via metro to the centre, and 40-50 min via metro to the airport (door-to-door times). I would recommend it for a short term stay but it is not the best equipped for a longer term. The apartment is in a residential area but the walls are thin, so be advised that it can be quite loud if you are a light sleeper.

Nil has thought of every detail; laundry soap drying rack, fan, and even water, a couple of beers and pop in the fridge when you arrive. Highly recommended.

There are many ways of public transportation within several minutes walk of the apartment. All in all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Nil a été d'une très grande aide, il est venu nous rencontrer dans la rue lors de notre arrivée et nous a dépanné très rapidement lors de notre départ. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un couple, c'est certain.

Jun 27, 2019Nil was very understanding, I had to change my reservation twice, once for personal issues, and then because my flight has been cancelled). I arrived at 2am and Nil was there to show as to the apartment. So thank you Nil! The place is ok, except the fact that in the mornings you will hear noises from the neighbours. If you don't mind that, then everything's fine. The apartment is in walking distance from Camp Nou, but to get anywhere else you have to take the metro (there is a station nearby). All in all, it was as expected.

Jun 27, 2019Nil found us at a Vodafone store on our way to the apartment and helped us with our luggage the rest of the way. He was accessible when we had questions. The apartment was clean and had all the basic kitchen utensils and as Americans we appreciated the large shower with plenty of hot water. The WiFi worked very well and there were two televisions which we wished we could have understood more of the language. The apartment was in a neighborhood so we got a true feel for the real Barcelona!

Metro station is on 5 minutes walking. Two lines - L9 which one is direct to the airport and L5 direct to Sagrada Familia. Thanks again, Nil! Jun 27, 2019Der Aufenthalt bei Nil war anstandslos! Die kleine Wohnung ist super durchdacht und lädt durchaus dazu ein auch länger zu bleiben. Die Ubahnstation ist nur ein paar Straßen weiter, alles andere das man braucht sowieso um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für Alles Nil - top, gerne wieder :)
Jun 27, 2019Nil's place is a very sound choice for easy accessibility to Barcelona and the airport. Although the flat is not directly central, everything you would want to see is within a half hour metro trip with the nearest station a couple of blocks away, and the main centre is only a few stops away. Local shops include basic but ample grocers if you want to cook in. Nil is a great host who responds quickly to enquiries and is keen to help out in any way. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We were two friends who slept separately and there was plenty of space for this (one of us is over 6 foot/180cm!) with a big and comfortable folding bed in the living room. One thing to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper is to bring ear plugs as noise from the neighbouring flats was quite intrusive in the evenings and night time. Otherwise highly recommended as a home from home. Enjoy!

The neighbourhood of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat has a great vibe and it is only a short walk to the bus and Metro which will take you quickly to any part of the city. Nil provided a warm welcome and kept me up to date on things to do and places to visit. He even kept 12 grapes to celebrate the new year, it was very thoughtful of you Nil. The apartment itself has a contemporary feel and was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary items to make for a great stay. Thank you!
Jun 27, 2019가격이 저렴하고 호스트가 친절하다 지하철과 가까운 편이고 바로 근처에 축구장이 있다. 온풍기와 전기 난로가 있지만 겨울에 공기가 차갑다. 이층에 위치했는데 반지하 느낌이 드는 것은.. 왜인지 잘 모르겠다... 주방도 편리하며 인테리어는 깔끔하다 방음은 잘 안된다.. 온수는 1인용 샤워정도로 가능하다.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento es pequeño pero bien distribuido, funciona todo muy bien. El único punto en contra sería que el balcón es pequeño y da al interior de la cuadra. No falta nada, habia para lavar la ropa, para planchar, dos televisores, el baño u la cocina completos, muy recomendable!
Jul 27, 2019Die Wohnung hatte für uns ein günstige Lage, war zwar nicht sehr gross, aber ausreichend. Wir waren in der 1. Februarwoche dort, und da die Wohnung über keine Heizung verfügt, konnte man sich wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort aufhalten. Und das auch nur bedingt, da das Bett direkt an einer kalten Aussenwand mit Einscheibenfenster liegt. Man konnte nicht duschen, da auch das Mikrobad ungeheizt war. Es gab keinen Kaffeekocher und keinen Wasserkocher. Da spielte es schon keine Rolle mehr, das es keine Geschirrtücher gab. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, für Geräusche von den vielen Nachbarn war in der kältebedingt kurzen Nacht ausreichend gesorgt. Da diese gravierenden Mängel in der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar waren, stelle ich airbnb generell in Frage und gehe davon aus, dass bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona eher ein Hotelzimmer in Betracht kommt.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was ok. It was clean and it had everything we needed (iron, hairdryer). But I wouldn't recommend this apartment for winter season because it was too cold (even if the host had 2 radiators). But because they had to be turn off when we went out each time we came back home it was cold. And the hot water is limited. So if you are 2 people you need to wait a while to have enough hot water for the second shower). The walls are very thin and the neighbors made a lot of noise. But I would recommend the place because of the price and because it was close to metro station.

Jun 27, 2019Great spot for two. No view off the balcony but a great source of fresh air. The location is very accessible from either the collblanc or badal metro stops. About 30 minutes away from the most visited sites in Barcelona, other than Montserrat and Park Güell. Had a comfortable week long stay here. The neighbors can be heard up till midnight but I otherwise slept easily. Nil is a great host and responds to any questions immediately.

Jun 27, 2019Nil’s place is compact and well situated for being outside the city centre. The subway is only a 5 minute walk away and central landmarks are no more than a 20 minute ride. Nil is a prompt and responsive host. The building was a bit noisy but aside from one night of disturbance from the upstairs neighbours our stay was peaceful. We had a great time.

Bon rapport Qualité/Prix. Nil est un hôte agréable, réactif et disponible pour ses hôtes. Le point négatif est le voisinage un peu bruyant.
Jun 27, 2019Merci à Nil pour cet accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et très bien desservi par les transports en communs. Cependant, le voisinage est très bruyant et chiens qui aboient le soir ... ce n’était pas vraiment gênant pour nous, mais pour notre bébé de 7 mois, difficile de dormir. Je vous recommande ce logement pour les personnes sans enfants.
Jun 27, 2019Nil war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar an der U-bahn Station abgeholt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Besichtigungen! Wie bereits auch andere Gäste in ihren Bewertungen geschrieben haben: die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Nils Wohnung und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Faltan utensilios de cocina muy deficiente. Y lo peor de todo los ruidos molestos de los vecinos incluso en horarios de noche o madrugada, no lo recomiendo si la intención es un lugar tranquilo y de descanso

The upsides for it were: - clean - close to metro station/busses and direct line from airport - local amenities - prompt and responsive host Downside: - no air conditioning. It had two ventilators but it was not very pleasant - tiny boiler. Only one person could take a shower - medium sized bed. I'm used to king size - the balcony was extra small with a view in other, very close, balconies. We kept the curtains drawn all the time.

Jun 27, 2019Нормальная квартира, жить можно. Немного далеко расположено от центра, на метро до пляжа где то минут 25-30. В квартире вроде чисто, посуды не много, масло подсолнечное покупали сами, мыло дали по одному кусочку маленькому на человека. Очень шумный дом, было слышно почти всех соседей.
Jun 27, 2019Hello, It was nice to stay in Nil’s flat. Unfortunately we didn’t meet but I’m thankful that Nil met my friend that arrived before me. He took time to explain how everything worked. Flat is clean, you have small balcony that helps to dry things after beach. Metro station and bus station is not far . Nil was always in touch. The bus D20 goes directly to the beach . I would recommend !

Jun 27, 2019Nil is a really kind and helpful host. The appartement is a little dark and the kitchen is poorly equiped but good to spend a few days in Barcelona. The train connection to the city is really good.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in the apartment which was super tidy and clean. The location is good as close to the métro station and supermarkets and grocery stores are close by. I came the second time and enjoyed it again. Nil is always communicative and fast in responding, much appreciated. Thank you, I will come a 3rd time for sure

Jun 27, 2019Уютная и чистая квартира, есть все необходимое. Все соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Рядом с домом огромное количество магазинов и кафешек. Хозяин квартиры очень гостеприимный! Спасибо ему огромное за разные вкусности, а также за карту метро, путеводитель по Барселоне на русском языке, скидочные купоны на экскурсии. Рекомендую!
Jun 27, 2019Bei Nil war es sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in einer etwas untouristischen Umgebung, wodurch man sehr viel von den Menschen mitbekommt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend ausgestattet und auch angemessen groß. Nur die Wende sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn. Wir haben uns allerdings richtig zuhause gefühlt und waren jeden Abend froh wieder „zuhause“ zu sein.
Jun 27, 2019This is a neat, compact apartment, just minutes walk from a Metro station with good connections to all of Barcelona‘s attractions. There were 2 of us, and it was just the right size for us. Nil‘s communicated well, and was always quick to reply to queries.
Jun 27, 2019Great place to stay, the location of the flat is good, close to the metro, so you can go wherever you want to. We appreciate that Nil waited for us almost to 2:30 am. He's a great host with very cozy flat. We will definitely choose this place one more time!
Jun 27, 2019If you're going to watch a Football game this is THE apartment. It's walking distance to Camp Nou. Only, 6 mins to metro station. Very comfortable setting, Nil replies very fast to messages. My girlfriend and I loved the stay.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Nil’s place was amazing! We had a great time in Barcelona, also thanks to the choice of accommodation which was well located. Only 5 minutes walk from Collblanc, it was easy for my parents to reach the airport through the L9 line. Many food shops around and the Mercat of Collblanc only 3 minutes walk. Thank you again Nil!
Jun 27, 2019Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du métro Badal, vous permettant de vous rendre dans le centre en 10 mn, très propre et bien équipé, Nil est très sympathique, seul point vraiment noir, une isolation phonique inexistante, on a vraiment l'impression que les voisins se trouvent dans l'appartement, c'est assez incroyable...
