Neighborhood Overview
The studio is located in the beautiful resort community of Princeville on the legendary North Shore of Kauai. Majestic mountains and gorgeous beaches are minutes away. Perfectly situated to enjoy all the beauty of the North Shore- with the convenience of being walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Princeville shopping center is about 1/2 mile away (about 10min walk) and Anini Beach is also 1/2 mile away and about a 15min walk/hike. The studio is located in the quieter part of the complex and has the benefit of fronting the golf course- so there are no neighbors at the back side- just trees and lush green open space. Take the short hike down the bluff to the beautiful, reef protected Anini Beach. This northernmost section of Anini is very secluded with warm, clear water and great views. Mana was really helpful and ofered lots of ideas and resources to us. she is available and gets back to you right away. the loft is in a pretty town. the beach is fminutes walking away walking distance from the loft. really clean and confortable place. We felt like home.
Jun 27, 2019The Leilani Loft is a beautiful loft and is very welcoming. It's very clean and was perfect for the two of us. Diana is very very sweet and really helpful. I called her with a few questions. She answered every call and every question happily. There were only a few things that could have made the stay better, which I think were out of her control. There was no propane for the community grille and the wifi wasn't working. Overall the stay was nice!

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed staying in the Leilani Loft. It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed was so amazing. My husband and I loved cooking dinners (when we didn't want to go out) and doing laundry on some days. If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to Hanalei Bay and Foodland, this is it! Hanalei is about 10 minutes away and you could walk to Foodland. This location is also very close to the Queens Bath and the St. Regis hotel. If you're interested in going to other places on the island it will be a drive from here. The only small things I wish would have been provided in the kitchen were a toaster and oven mitts.
Jun 27, 2019This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. It was located on the north end of the island, close to the St. Regis without the hyped expense. It was clean, easy to get to and decorated appropriately. My wife and I loved it for our 3 nights in Kauai. It helped that Kauai, was an absolutely enchanting island. It was close to everything we wanted to see and explore and very close to the grocery store. Food is expensive on the islands but we got away with cooking a few nice meals. I think it helped that we went at the right time of the year, the nights were cool and the fans helped. This place is perfect for a romantic get-away for two. Mana was easy to get a hold of, the doors are all electric so worrying about lost keys. We did not use the pool because well, you are in Hawaii and the ocean was our pool, but it looked nice and kept up. We are already talking about coming back, and if is just the two of us returning.
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Leilani Loft! We honeymooned in Kauai for 6 nights and the condo was the perfect fit for us! We'd been told by several family members and friends that the North Shore was the place to stay in Kauai, and now we couldn't agree more. Although it's the rainier side and is a less central location, it is, in our opinion, the prettiest side! We enjoyed the Princeville Center (Lei Petite was an excellent coffee/breakfast stop) and our favorite town on Kauai was Hanalei - about 10 minutes from the condo. We drove all over the island and although it was a bit of a trek to the west side we were still able to easily do it all in one day at a leisurely pace. The condo itself looks just as the photos depict. The loft is larger than I thought, although you have to watch your head on the beams on one side of the bed. It's airy and comfortable for 2 people. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was cool for those warm evenings. There is no ceiling fan in the loft but two table top fans keep it cool enough (as long as you don't mind the noise of them, which we didn't). There are two ceiling fans above the living area. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and had a dishwasher (although there was no dishwasher soap, just Dawn dish soap for hand washing) and we made a few meals while we were there easily. The knives really need sharpening and a toaster would be handy. We had a few ant issues near the trash can but I think that's probably typical for the island. The TV comes with a Roku for your Netflix/Hulu/Sling TV viewing pleasures and the wifi worked well. The bathroom is a good size but could use a hair dryer for forgetful ladies like myself! I thought the proximity to the neighbors might be a problem (especially with all the doors and windows open all the time) but we didn't have any issues. The walking trail back near the golf course is just lovely for watching the sunrise or stargazing in the evenings. The lanai is large and has a great greenery view. I do wish there was a small table and chairs for breakfast out on the lanai. We never went to the pool - who needs a pool when you're on an island?! The electronic lock on the door was being finicky when we arrived and had to be replaced. We were able to get a hold of the host easily when we were having issues. It was replaced the next day but we weren't notified that they'd be coming. We came back from the beach to someone fixing the lock. Probably would have been good to know they were coming first but it wasn't a big deal and we were happy to not have any further issues getting in after the new...
Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved Leilani Loft! Mana was very welcoming from the first email, and sent us some great suggestions of hikes and things to do. She was very easy to communicate with. The loft itself was very clean, and really felt like home. It really does have everything you need. Being an end unit, the living area has a lot of windows which provide plenty of air flow, making it cool and refreshing in most of the apartment. The bed is very comfy, and we slept well. Plus, the location was just superb - we became big fans of Foodland which is very close. It's very easy to drive from Princeville to many other parts of the island. And the hike up Hanakapi'ai falls is just amazing - not to be missed if you are physically able and have the time to do it. It didn't take us long to drive to the start of the trail from the apartment, which is important when you need to get there early to find a parking spot! The path to the local beach is great and right behind the loft, although it is steep at the end and can be muddy - wear your sneakers! And then you'll need to wade across the stream to get a beach you can actually sit on. So it's not quite an easy stroll that you can make with flip flops and massive beach bags, but still super cool. I was scanning everyone else's reviews for reports about rooster noise, so here is mine - you can hear roosters sometimes, if they wander close by. But I never got woken up by one, so all is good, and it doesn't seem like any were living right under the windows. I will say that the fans in the sleeping loft are a bit loud, and we were using them partly for white noise (you can hear people in the neighboring apartment otherwise) so that may have helped us also with not being woken by roosters. The airflow and fan noise in the sleeping loft might be my only slight complaint - as there are no windows upstairs it can get warm up there without the fans going. Still, even with that very small issue, I would not hesitate to go back.
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful loft - we really enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to our favorite beach (Anini) on the island. The beach is perfect for all ages - our 9 month old baby loved being able to crawl around in the shallow water and sit under the trees. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was good to be able to cook, do laundry, make our own cocktails, watch Netflix or sit on the patio - when we were at home. Helped us save money and time. Well worthwhile.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was very nice - clean with all appliances and furniture in great shape. The deck out back is private and was pleasant for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We also appreciated the proximity to Princeville Center to stock up before heading out for the day. The only drawback for us was that the walls upstairs in the loft are pretty thin and you can hear the neighbors. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking to stay on the North Shore.

The apartment is a short drive from lovely local beaches, and is well located to explore the north of Kauai. The host was very responsive to our requests, and the check in information was very good. Overall I would recommend the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019The Leilani Loft was wonderful. Our host gave us a great list of suggested hikes. In addition, the condo was beautifully appointed. It was pristine and we had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have access to laundry. That was a big plus. The path down to the beach was a pretty hike and the beach was secluded. It was a lovely experience staying there.
Jun 27, 2019Te Leilani Loft and Mana are both amazing. The later even more so. We had actually booked 2 days later than we had ended up needing at the last minute and Mana was perfectly accomodating and got us in with about 30min notice saved us from being stranded. The space itself is fantastic with every amenity and more you could want. The location is perfect, wonderful access to Hanalei and all of Princeville and a very cool private(ish) beach. Couldn't recommend more strongly

Jun 27, 2019This was a nice place to stay for our five day visit to the north shore of Kauai. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and having the washer/dryer and a stocked-enough kitchen was nice. We really enjoyed the proximity to Na Pali coast, great hikes, and the nice beaches within walking distance. Our biggest complaint was being disturbed by loud music and our neighbor's intimate moments over four of the five days. This woke us up on multiple occasions, including 10 p.m.-ish, middle of the night, and 7:15 a.m. All of which was a big disappointment for us because we were recovering from being sick and looking for a quiet, relaxing environment.

We did find the kitchen and bathroom lighting on the dim side since only half the light bulbs were functional. An energy saving tactic , maybe? Overall a very good experience.

Jun 27, 2019We felt very welcome at the Leilani Loft! It was as described and clean. We liked that it was nicely located on the north shore, about 10-15 mins from Hanalei Bay, which is where we tended to spend our time. We had a friend who lived in Honolulu, who hopped over to Kauai for a couple of days to visit us, we were incredibly appreciative that this wasn't an issue for our host. The only drawback to the loft was that we could hear our neighbors in the loft next door (we had read about this in the reviews) it was not a big deal for us, since we were generally out and about all day..but I'm guessing for guests sensitive to sound this could be bothersome. We appreciated that the host was accessible by email if we needed anything! Overall, we had a wonderful time in Kauai, and the Leilani Loft was comfortable and safe. Mahalo!
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay at the studio very much and hope to return and stay again. Kaua'i is great. You definitely need a rental car. Highly recommend doing some guided hikes. Swimming and boogie boarding at the beach is great, too. The studio is as-advertised... very nice place and centrally located on the North Shore.

Jun 27, 2019The loft was a wonderful spot to stay in Kauai - bright with lots of fresh air, very clean, great ammenities with easy check-in and access. Minutes from Hanalei and very close to the Napali trails; a car is definitely necessary from this location. We did notice that you could hear neighbours easily from the loft, but had no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019It was our first time using Airbnb and we have to say....Our first stay at Mana's loft was awesome. From the time of check -in to check out. Everything went so smoothly. Her home was more than what we expected. All the amenities we needed were available. The location was far more than what we wanted. A 5-6 minute walk path lead you to one of Kauai's secluded and beautiful beaches. A perfect choice for honeymooners like us. Hanalei bay was only just a few minutes away, which had wonderful restaurants and entertainment. I mean, I can go on and on...We highly recommend this loft. Parking was right in front of your building and the neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We really enjoyed it all. The overall feng shui of this loft was relaxing. We truly felt at home.
Jun 27, 2019The loft is a great base from which to explore the north side of Kauai. It is more spacious than I had imagined, and the kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal before a hike. The king-size bed is very comfortable. The bedroom loft wall abuts the next unit ("Bali Hale, walk to Anini Beach" here on Airbnb) and sounds come through as others have mentioned. It kept us up at first, however, we wrote a polite note to our neighbors and then everything was cool. The host was helpful and everything went according to plan, so overall a very nice stay.

Jun 27, 2019We felt very welcome at this beautiful apartment, with good instructions left on how to use everything. The apartment is as described, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and nice additional things like coffee and laundry detergent. The location is great, with a supermarket near and in such a beautiful setting. It was a perfect base for all the activities we did, but also great for relaxing or having dinner in. We had friends staying near by and cooked together most mornings and in the evening which was lovely. Things to be aware of, it is the more lush tropical side of the island so there are bugs, though we followed instructions and saw none in the apartment, so definitely stick to this. As people have mentioned you can hear roosters throughout the night and general traffic but this seems typical of all of Kauai and we didn't find it bothersome. You can't here the neighbours below or next door in the main part of the apartment. In the bedroom you can hear the apartment next door quite clearly, but as we were only sleeping here and our neighbours were quiet at this time it wasn't a problem, and we knew we could contact someone if it was. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay, and much better than a hotel. We would certainly recommend staying here and would return again.

Jun 27, 2019Enjoyed our stay in Leilani Loft. This unit is located in a small apartment complex made up of mostly 2 story buildings. The unit backs up to a golf course. The view is obscured through the trees, but that didn't bother us much. The trail to Anini Beach passes right behind the building, and definitely worth a look. The apartment itself is comfortable for two adults, with a full kitchen as well as a washer & dryer. The kitchen has had a refresh, and looks good. Everything we needed was there, and the appliances we used worked just fine. It has a TV, which we were happy to say we never turned on. Kauai is outside, why would you want to watch TV? :) One thing to note, this is not a hotel. That's great in lots of ways, but less great in others. The downstairs neighbors are residents, and they had a huge fight while we were there (about a library card of all things). You can pretty much hear every word. I'd still choose to stay here again on my next Kauai visit, just keep in mind that this is an actual apartment complex and not a hotel. Altogether, we really enjoyed the place. Apart from that one blip, this was perfect for our needs. Mana and Jennifer were helpful with the one issue that did pop up (missing parking permit), and after that it was smooth sailing. Recommend it for couples that want a place that feels like home.
Jun 27, 2019We loved this beautiful lofted apartment! Mana left great instructions on how to use everything. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic kitchen that we utilized as much as possible (thank you for that blender). We also greatly appreciated the extra amenities such as extra laundry detergent and extra coffee. The location is fantastic, it's right as you enter on the road to St. Regis so it's easy to spot. It's a quick and easy drive to Anini beach and other north shore beaches such as tunnels and ke'e. It was a perfect base for all the activities we did, but also great for relaxing. We also loved how we could keep the windows and backdoor open since it there are screens throughout the apartment. When it would rain at night or in the morning, we felt like we were in the jungle with the sounds of birds (beware of roosters but those are everywhere), wind, and rain. In the lofted bedroom, you can hear the apartment next door quite clearly, but as we were only sleeping here and our neighbours were quiet at this time it wasn't a problem, and we knew we could contact someone if it was. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay, and so much better than a hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at the Leilani Loft was wonderful. The apartment is clean and nice. The location is great, as we were able to access so many nice beaches. We walked to Anini, which was the calmest ocean water I've ever seen. It is warm, but we kept the fans on and the lights off. It was a nice place to come home to after a day of exploring the island.

The loft is well maintained and very clean. The fans and trade winds in the loft kept us cool both during the day and at night.

Loved having the full kitchen so that the majority of our meals could be prepared from locally sourced tropical fruits and vegetables. Farmers Markets close by twice a week or more if needed. Jun 27, 2019Mana's Leilani Loft is perfectly located on the North Shore of Kauai. It's so easy to get around from her place. If you don't feel like driving it's a short walk to Anini Beach which is a beautiful small beach. Her home is also close to grocery stores and shops. Beware though, there is no AC so if you need constant cold air this is not the place. The bed in the loft area can get a bit hot even with two fans going, but I loved the feeling so I'm not complaining! Definitely would stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019The loft was beautiful and extremely clean. There were plenty of fans to help direct the fresh air and keep us cool. It was a short drive to the store for groceries. I will say the walk to the Beach was a little closer to a hike, the downhill bit was a little rough on my wife since she recently sprained her ankle however once we got to the beach it was SOOOO worth the hike. It was beautiful and secluded, it felt like our own private beach. Also the last day our flight was pushed back later in the evening and the host adjusted the check out time for us, THANK YOU!!

Jun 27, 2019The loft was beautifully decorated and a relaxing place to stay. The walls are thin in bedroom area, so you can easily hear the conversations of others. Anini beach is a half mile walk away, part of the trail is steep and slick after rain.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon after being at a resort for 5 nights. The place was very nice inside. Clean, and decorated beautifully. The towels were nice hotel quality, and it was awesome being able to do laundry. But there was no AC which made it hard for us to sleep at night. The kitchen was equipped with the basic tools we needed, but they don't keep any cooking spray or oil for the pans so make sure to get some if you plan on cooking. we really enjoyed watching for all the lizards, but if you don't like lizards this isn't the place for you. Also, the loft upstairs had a low, angled ceiling and my husband knocked his head a few times. All in all this was a nice place to stay for a few nights after being in a hotel room at a resort for a week, but I probably wouldn't have wanted to be here for more than the 3 nights we were here.

I would just say that the 10 minute walk to Anini Beach is more like a 20 minute hike, culminating in a hill that locals referred to as "no breath hill" ... if you're up for it though, Anini is beautiful. All in all I would absolutely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019The place is spotless and beautiful. Perfect for a couple. We stayed in November so heat was not an issue. We loved how convenient it was to everything we wanted to see and do. The trail to the beach was not an easy stroll but it was fun! Mana was very nice and when we hit a snag with the parking pass she called me back immediately on Thanksgiving. My husband and I would love to stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019We were visiting for the weekend from our home on the Big Island....a little island hopping. The location of this unit was fantastic. We get up and go all day when visiting the other (Website hidden by Airbnb) this is a great place to crash and go! Very clean and very livable for the two of us on our short stay. The neighbors were respectably quiet as sound transmission between units is clearly a challenge All the essentials were provided....we would stay there again and recommend it to other like minded explorers...

We had stayed at the Westin in the past and liked how close this place was to the resorts and to the restaurants / shops on the North side. Although some of the reviews said they experienced noisy neighbors we did not encounter any noise from the adjoining units. The kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee included. Laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided. the bathroom is stocked with hair products and body wash etc. Perfect place for visitors who are active during the day and need a comfortable place to crash at night.

Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Leilani Loft. The place is lovely, comfortable and well-equipped. There's a beautiful ocean view just steps from your door, and it's close to Hanalei (2.5 miles) and lots of great beaches (though the walk to Anini Beach is pretty steep and doesn't take you to the best part of the beach. We drove to Anini Beach Park and liked that better.) We especially liked the deck, which has comfortable furniture and looks out on a wooded walking path which is filled with birds singing. We also enjoyed the pool a lot. Diana was very accessible, including when we had to call her to get the code to the door again after getting locked out right away by a gust of wind! One caveat - the ceiling is very low on one side of the loft, so the person sleeping on that side of the bed is at risk of hitting their head on some low beams. We had no problems with noise from the other units. There were a lot of roosters crowing at all hours, but they didn't bother us. We found them charming. Overall, we were very happy with the place and would happily return.
Jun 27, 2019The condo was clean and easy to find. There were kitchen tools, but no extras (cooking oils, etc). The bed was comfortable! We didn't make down the path to the beach because it always seemed to be raining when we had a free moment. Keep in mind that you'll need to drive out of Princeville to find most things, but over all it was a pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019Great place! Loved the location and the overall feel of the place. It was a great place to return to after a day of exploring. The lofted bedroom is cute but it does get pretty hot up there. This ended up working in my favor so I didn't spend my vacation sleeping in. Mana is quick to respond to any questions and truly set the place up to be welcoming. She even allowed us to check out a little later due to our flight being late in the evening. I was so sad to leave this place that felt like home. I recommend this over a hotel or resort any day!
Jun 27, 2019Mana's place was great. It was one of the few units we saw in the Princeville area that had a full kitchen and was reasonably priced. It made a big difference to be able to have some meals at home. The trade winds keep the place cool, but it was a bit warm in the loft. Mana does provide fans upstairs, but we chose not use them because of the noise. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes- slippery when rainy, but totally worth it. There are nice routes for morning runs, followed by a dip in the pool. It is a close drive to Hanalei, and there's a grocery store about 2 minutes away. A great place to stay!
Jun 27, 2019This place is awesome! It's very hip and chic. The kitchen is big with all the amenities needed. However, there is no cooking oil, butter, sugar, etc so make sure to bring stuff to cook with! It gets hot up in the loft, but with both fans on and all the windows open it stayed a comfortable temperature. The studio is also close to a shopping center with a grocery store and breakfast places! This studio is big with a large lanai! Another great plus is the washer and dryer - there were even 2 laundry detergent pods and 2 dryer sheets left for us to use! Highly recommend this place. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Jun 27, 2019There wasn't much of a description for this space so there was a lot of room for clarification. For example, the main reason we went with this space was because of the "walk to Anini Beach" - this was not accurate. It was a short hike (not a walk, as it was super steep) and it got us to Wyllie's Beach - not Anini Beach. There also was lack of amenities in order to cook including no oil, tongs, etc. There was also no water filtering system - like a Brita. The key code was super confusing when we first checked in. I really wish there were actually keys, as I had to search my inbox each time we came and went. It was also not clear what unit was ours once we got into the main door. I felt like this was overpriced - the loft had no windows upstairs so it got super warm and muggy, and didn't put the trade winds to use. We also had to do a bunch of cleaning although we were charged a cleaning fee.
Jun 27, 2019We loved the Leilani Loft! It's probably been our best AirBnb experience so far. It is very clean, no bugs at all, which is quite a feat in Hawaii. It is also just a lovely space. The walk to the beach was really beautiful and we loved being on the northern part of the island. There's no AC, but it was not really a problem (we were there in July). We put one of the fans by a window pointing up towards the loft and that created a really pleasant airflow. I highly recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Leilani Loft was perfect! The location is great, centrally located for short drives to all the beautiful north shore beaches. The short walk to the shops & restaurants down the paved path was really convenient. We loved relaxing on the quiet shady back balcony with the cool wind & trees. The fans in the loft helped keep the loft nice & cool at night for comfortable sleeping. This place is a great find & we highly recommend it! Chris & Kelly
Jun 27, 2019Mana's place is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The loft is super nice, the pictures don't do it justice (much nicer in person than expected). The location is also great. Anini beach is located very close, about a 15 min walk, and the way to the beach is beautiful. Hanaley bay is located very close too, about a 10 min drive, and you'll be able to find some hip places to eat close by as well, about a 5 min drive. We highly recommend this place, and would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai :) Ejona
Jun 27, 2019For those, like me, unfamiliar with Kauai, Princeville isn't really a "town." It's more of a strip mall cum gas station. The loft is super close to the cute town of Hanalei -- about 5 to 10 minutes by car. Also, the better way to Anini Beach is to drive the 10 minutes to the beach park, rather than walk along the path behind the loft. The path is sketchy at night.

Jun 27, 2019The loft was amazing! Everything we needed was there including dishes, soaps, and even beach chairs. The beach nearby is a bit of a trek but very worth it and secluded. The loft had plenty of airflow and was fresh, only feeling a little warm at night upstairs which was remedied by the 2 fans provided. Grocery store is across the street and there is everything you could ask for within 2 minutes of the loft. 10/10 will come back!

Jun 27, 2019Firstly, I have to say, we loved this place and would definitely revisit. Leilani Loft is situated on the north side of the island in Princeville which in my opinion is the most beautiful side of the island - very green, mountainous, beautiful calm seas and beaches etc. Here are my highlights: (in no particular order!) - Loved the TV with NETFLIX, Amazon Prime etc. - The kitchen was great and we saved money (slightly) by buying food at Foodland and cooking in. The kitchen provided all the utensils required to cook etc. NOTE: Food out / food in general is very expensive in Kauai...! - The bedroom was very cosy although we kept bumping ourselves on the wooden beams. - The appartment got quite hot, especially at night but Mana provided bedside fans and the silky bedsheet made for a perfect night sleep. - Princeville is a short drive from Hanalei Bay which has a great beach and great places to eat. A highlight was Kalypso - nice bar and decent, not overpriced food as can be said about the majority of places on the island. - Waimea Canyon is superb and the trails are worth walking - Wailea Waterfall kayaking is a fantastic day out. - Kalalau Trail is awesome. There's also a beautiful beach right next to it. - Note to those fearing bugs! - I hate bugs and after all the hiking etc. I had expected to see a lot of big tropical spiders but I saw a total of 2 spiders in my whole stay and they were pretty small 1.5" across... NONE in the house, one cockroach... but the Raid spray under the kitchen sink put an end to that b**** very quickly. - Oh and the pool is super close by, no one was using it, it was clean and perfect for relaxing! - The beach nearest the appartment is a 10 minute walk... it is a very peaceful beautiful, calm beach. Not many people there although with the lack of people there are numerous crabs running about - if you can handle that. Thanks Mana, we loved it!

Jun 27, 2019We loved staying at this place! Mana was great with her communication before, during and after. It was a very pretty, clean place. There was a nice breeze running through with the fans, windows, and screen door. I liked the 2 small fans on each night stand in the loft. The locations was great! We hiked to Anini Beach and enjoyed the view of the beautiful beach. Another time we drove there and and did some snorkeling. We saw a lot of sea turtles and beautiful fish. It's a short drive away from shops and good places to eat. We loved eating at Chicken in a Barrel, Piazza, and L & L Hawaiian BBQ. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to stock up on food for breakfast/lunch. This was a great place to come back to at night to relax and get ready for the next day. Jun 27, 2019Great & clean loft! Great walking distance to restaurant, bar and store with great poke. Also an easy walk to the beach- yes it’s a trail but it’s beautiful and so easy. It’s even in the same neighborhood as Queen’s Bath! Super clean, comfy bed, yes there are roosters but nothing ear plugs can’t fix- otherwise get up and go see the sunrise! Would definitely stay again :)
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay! We used the kitchen every morning to cook breakfast and have coffee to save a little on going out. The laundry was also a great option as we like to hike and things were a little muddy after all the rains. We found a walking path that led to the grocery, food and tiki bar or its a quick 5 min drive. The place was spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed.

The roosters were beautiful with their hens and baby chicks. They are everywhere! Peaceful place to rest at the end of the day.

It is spacious and clean, with a breezy deck looking out over bird filled trees and a quiet golf course. The loft cools down at night for a comfortable nights sleep. The location is great, as it is a short pleasant walk to many dining options, grocery store, and gift shopping. This is a great find!!
Jun 27, 2019This is a wonderful home base for a stay on the north shore. There are enough shops and restaurants nearby to keep you satisfied after a day of taking in the island’s beauty. Bring your hiking shoes for the walk to Anini beach or drive a bit to the tranquil beach access just to the south. The washer and drier were awesome for saving suitcase space for souvenirs. Overall, we would absolutely stay again!
Jun 27, 2019So I booked the loft for a honeymoon trip and it was wonderful. Being from Oregon it was definitely warm for me but after a few days I adjusted. The loft cooled down at night quickly whenever the Tradewinds blow. One night they didn’t blow enough but it still vented out and cooled by 10pm. I really enjoyed the hike down to the beach. It was steep but if you take your time and bring water it’s pleasant. I surf fished Annani beach from the rocks and caught many different kinds of fish. I left 3 fishing poles and tackle hopefully whoever stays there has good luck. Thank you for a lovely stay it won’t be one I will forget.

Jun 27, 2019This is a special gem! We were so happy with our stay, we felt like home, nothing but great accommodations. The place is enough room for a couple getting away. Has all the amenities if wanting to cook or hangout in the condo. We didnt use everything but it was nice to know those things were there to use if needed. Diana was great at answering any questions we had and was super insightful. This place is at the North side of the island so if you want see more of the south this isn't the place. It's about 1 hour away or more. But it's ideal so you can drive around and get a well rounded experience. A lot of beaches on the way. There's so much to see and food to taste. Great stay overall!!
Jun 27, 2019This is a really spacious loft that had a cozy feel. The location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The chickens were charming and the surrounding area was really nice. The path to the beach wasn’t an easy one, be prepared for a kinda steep rough walk.

This lovely loft exceeded our expectations on every level. The loft was very spacious for the two of us and extremely clean. This made our honeymoon very memorable. We will definitely book this exact same loft when we return to Kauai.

Jun 27, 2019Nice condo in Princeville. Clean and well taken care of. Designated parking is a definite plus. Easy access to the highway from here. The host provided towels for the shower and the beach, toilet paper, paper towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheet, a dishwasher and soap, shower supplies and more. The beach is down a large, muddy hill. It's not a long walk but was difficult. The beach is lovely.
Jun 27, 2019This is a wonderful place to be, especially if you want to cook for yourself - very well laid-out kitchen with pretty much all of the implements you'll need. Nice space - very comfy. The washer/dryer on premises is also quite handy. Easy check in/out.
Jun 27, 2019We had a very nice stay at Diana's place. The condo was exactly as shown. Very clean and comfortable. It was really easy to get in and out. We went at Christmas time so we did not have any need for heating or AC as it was comfortable all the time inside. We were able to walk to Amini Beach via Wylie road and the foot path with little problem. However, it might be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues.
