Park, and lots of great nightlife and restaurants! This is truly a wonderful apartment. High ceilings, exposed brick, plenty of kitchen space make it a wonderful option. Jun 27, 2019Awesome Airbnb ! We spent one week in this apartment to visit New York and it was perfect. The apartment is really nice and convenient ! Furthermore, it is so easy to visit New York as it is really well situated, in East Village which is really cool neighborhood. You can find everything close to the apartment (grocery, starbuck, shops and the subway) Emma was really kind to us, she explained us everything and was very reactive. At the end of our trip, as our flight was in the night, she let us stay until 2-3am.
Jun 27, 2019Great location, close to Union Square and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants (with terrace on the street !!). Emma is easy going, communicates nicely and efficiently and ensure check in/out that you couldn't dream better. Apartment is exactly as pictured, comfortable for a couple, just a little bit noisy as main room windows look onto 2nd avenue (if your city heard about double glazing :-P ). Bed is comfortable and there is aircon which was very helpful during our stay in the "end of may high summer" in NYC. We had a great stay at Emma's and in NYC as well. I would definitely recommend Emma.

Jun 27, 2019Emma's flat was a little gem in the middle of Manhattan! Ideally situated to discover all NY, it has all the place and the comfort you need. It's in the middle of a lively street, with cool bars and great places for breakfast. The AC was more than welcome for the Indian summer. The flat was clean and Emma had everything ready for us. She was easily reachable before we arrive. We recommend strongly the flat and would go back with no hesitation!
Jun 27, 2019Emma's place is the perfect spot to explore the city like a true New Yorker. The location couldn't be better. It's just a few blocks from SoHo and has many amenities like bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The place was clean and it's great for a solo traveler or a couple. I went with a friend for a girls weekend and we had plenty of room. It's a large studio! Emma was very nice and even gave us some ideas and recommendations of what to do around the area. Would definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Emma was a great hostess and very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is a great size and very comfortable for a couple. There is building heating too so it's nice and toasty when you get back from the chilly fall/winter. Perfect location in East Village - TONS of great bars and restaurants nearby, a very short walk to the subway, and a corner store next door for any of your sundry needs. The apartment is right on 2nd Ave, so there is a decent amount of street noise. We didn't mind at all (it's NY!) but sensitive sleepers may want to take note since the bed is right by the window. We had a great time and would definitely stay at Emma's again!

Jun 27, 2019Great sunny and stylish apartment in an amazing location in the heart of the East Village. Steps away from everything you’d ever need for a New York experience. Great comfy double bed, wonderful hot shower and a great kitchen space if ever you need. Emma was always very responsive and helpful. Just one tip - as it’s the city that never sleeps - do bring eye plugs!
