'The spot' with its gentle heritage ambiance is a easy 10 minute stroll away. It offers a wide range of restaurants and cafes. It has the Ritz cinema which shows new release movies. Coogee beach is an easy 15 minute down hill walk. (1.4 km) Climbing back up the hill might be not be quiet as easy. A 3 minute car drive down to the beach might be a better option if you are pushing a pram.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young boys and understand the importance of adult space. The TV room is designed to be sound proof when the door is shut so the parents can sit and enjoys the view while the kids watch their TV upstairs. The Xbox is wired in so feel free to bring your favourite games or you are most welcome to use ours. Alternatively you may use the upstairs lounge as a fourth bedroom. However please note that this room has the only TV in the house. You will have access to Netflix and with unlimited wifi you may watch as many movies as you like. ***Please note, at this stage ideally we prefer quests who are looking for a minimum of 7 nights accommodation over new year period. Rainbow St is very central there are several bus stops all around. Fortunately none stop out side our house. However there are a few options depending on where you would like to go. Just (Hidden by Airbnb) Sydney buses to see alternate options.

You will have access to the whole house and garden. At the far end of the block is a shed and a small sandy area that we ask guests to please stay away. This area will be developed next year and is currently not suitable for use.
