Friendly neighbours. This is a very safe, low traffic area. We often have bbq's on the back verandah with neighbours dropping in. There is a new bakery Jenny's and 2 Westfield's shopping centers (North Rocks and Carlingford Court) within 15 minutes walk. Sydney Olympic Park, Castle Towers and Parramatta Westfields shopping with Eat Street, Theaters and Movies nearby. UNSW and Macquarie University are both easily accessed within 30 minutes.

We have a house alarm code that we program for you, to allow access. We enjoy people who are themselves, whilst being respectful.

Walk to Train or buses is around 15 minutes. The local M2 bus has you in Sydney CBD Center or The Rocks within 25 minutes. We can lend you a bike if you would like to explore. If you are really nice and helpful we don't mind giving you a lift. There is safe parking here both on and off the street. Our home is a brilliant base to use for exploring Sydney and getting out of the City. Or working locally in Norwest, Parramatta or Pennant Hills. Also handy for work, as access to many areas is easy on transport routes from here.

You are welcome to access - Living and entertainment area, great Kitchen, and Laundry facilities. Large green Back Yard, Bathroom, Front Yard with cafe table setting. As well as large Verandah in rear yard overlooking grassed areas. Its very green. We have a superb range of games. Fun activities and enjoy cooking meals to share if you like sharing and contributing. Or you can be totally independent.
