Jun 27, 2019Luis was a great host despite a slight language barrier. We landed late in the evening but Luis was very accommodating and met us at the apartment just before 11pm. The apartment was as described and pictured, it was a lovely place to stay and me and my group felt at home here. It was a 15 minute walk to la rambla or if you are feeling lazy the metro station is right outside the front door! The only thing to note with this apartment is that there are many stairs to get to it (86 to be precise!) All female groups with lots of luggage would probably struggle. Other than that I would highly recommend this apartment for comfort and location. Thanks for a lovely stay Luis!
Jun 27, 2019Luis greeted us the second we arrived! He explained to us where abouts the main places are. The place is SO MUCH Nicer than the pictures shown! Place was equipped with everything - towels, quilts, soap, kitchen accessories. It was really clean. No complaints : ) !! (Sidenote; its on the 3rd floor so be prepared to walk up a few stairs)

Jun 27, 2019Very nice appartment close to metro station and walk distance great park. Easy to contact Luis. We had some problem with water, but he solved it very quick. House was clean, shower in the master bedroom could be more clean. There was a lot of stairs to climb, but they were busy putting an elevator. So next time, I hope the elevator is ready.

Très bien situé (transports, quartier), 2 chambres confortables au calme (très bons lits), 2 salles de bain, un salon/salle à manger et une cuisine très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes très rapidement sentis à l'aise dans cet appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement sans problèmes. Merci Luis !

Jun 27, 2019Luis was a great host, meeting us outside the apartment when we arrived in Barcelona. The flat is in a great location just by Rocafort metro station. The flat itself is beautiful with a lovely terrace to enjoy breakfast in the sun. Everything you could want from a city apartment. Be warned though - lots of stairs! Would highly reccomend this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Accoglienza ottima,appartamento moderno ben tenuto, come descritto nelle foto, silenzioso nonostante sia sulla gran via.Unica pecca è al quarto piano senza ascensore,che però stanno mettendo. Consigliato, posizione ottima intermedia tra due fermate metro.

Jun 27, 2019This is a very nice flat on a historic boulevard close to the city centre (some 15 mins walking distance). It is clean, quiet and very confortable. Luis is also vey responsive, so eveything goes very smoothly.

Metro stop on the doorstep, and a reasonably short journey to the sights of Barcelona ( Passeig De Gracia, Las Ramblas, Mont Juic etc) Was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Barcelona at a great price. Would definitely stay here again. Just be aware that there's lots of stairs to the apartment, but a lift is in the process of being installed in the building.

Jun 27, 2019Great location. The host met us directly at the time we needed and the location was great with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. There was construction going on in the building when we stayed so it was very dusty but I'm sure it will be very nice once completed.
Jun 27, 2019This is a beautiful flat in a not so touristy part of Barcelona but close enough to walk everywhere! There are some fabulous bars and restaurants all around the flat that because aren't in the main drag cost a bit less! If you fancy an amazing hamburger check out the New York cafe! Be prepared to walk up around 8 flights of stairs to get this flat so maybe not suitable for young children or those that may struggle: there is a lift coming but who knows when! Thank you Luis for a wonderful stay!
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in a great location which was walking distance to many of the tourist sites and also close to restaurants and shopping. It was great to be so close to the central city but also very quiet at night for us to sleep.
Jun 27, 2019Good and clean place for two families. Close to Rambla and Plaça Espanol. You can go by walk to the Gaudi's mater pieces. İf your visit 4 or more days appropriate Hola Card advised. İf you will rent a car Sixth office and parking place (€14/ daily) are vey close. 2 metro/bus (30 mins time) you can go Parc Güell or Sagrada.
Jun 27, 2019Double check if any repairs are still ongoing in the building - we had a bad noise surprise (only) the first day (meaning it wan't noisy in general, and might've been a one-off). The lift was not working for our stay. There are decent places to eat about 10 mins away. When in Barcelona, use the public transport, but take the 10 tickets coupon. It halves the price of a ticket, and is allowed to be used by multiple people for the same journey. Aside from what's instantly visible on the map, there is also a rooftop next to Arenas de Barcelona (which is ~10mins walk), in the B Hotel.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon accueil de Luis. L'appartement, tout confort, est idéalement situé (bouche de métro à côté). Malgré sa situation sur un axe central, le calme y règne. Les 2 grandes chambres avec WC et salle de bain privatifs sont un réel point fort. Il faut tenir compte cependant qu'il est situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur (installation en cours). Très bon choix à recommander.

Jun 27, 2019Excelente. Soy la hija de Eduardo a nombre de quien alquile el piso. Hablo en nombre de él. Destaco el trato y comunicacion con Luis. Ha respondido a todas las preguntas rapidamente, ha estado pendiente en todo momento. El piso es bellisimo, como en las fotos.. Lo tiene todo para una estancia ideal. La ubicacion excelente tanto para conocer Barcelona como para ir hasta el aeropuerto en el bus que pasa a 3 calles. Sin dudas lo recomendare y volvere en cuanto pueda.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Luis's place was great!! When we arrived to Barcelona Luis was waiting for us in the apartment, although our flight was delayed, and we were late- he was still there. The apartment is in great location, very close to the Metro station. We had every thing we needed inside, plus it looks so nice and clean :) Luis was very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Luis !!

Also walkable to bars ,Restaurants , plaza Catalunya , Gracia , Ramblas ... We met Luis friend Silvia who was very helpful with explaining and showing us the area . We had great time !! Once again thank you Luis for ur flat and definitely we will stay again on our return to BCN Muchas gracias y espero nos vemos pronto Ciao Radek :)
Jun 27, 2019Our stay in Barcelona could not have been better. Luis' apartment was the perfect choice. Location wise is great, just outside the door there is a metro station and bus stop that connects to main areas in the city. Although, main sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The area is safe, calm and very charming. The apartment is fully refurbished and you can see the amount of care Luis put into it. Comfortable beds and nice shower, fully furnished with everything you will need to ensure a pleasant stay. Very smooth check in and check out process. I had to arrive a day earlier and Luis ensured he would get the apartment ready for me to be able to check me in. He was there waiting and gave all necessary instructions. Overall, great experience. Whenever I go back to Barcelona, I will definitely check if Luis' place is available.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento es super cómodo y limpio. Muy bien decorado. Tiene todo lo que se necesita, utensilios, artículos de limpieza y demas. No tuvimos que comprar extras. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y ai53 acondicionado central. Es más lindo de lo que se ve en fotos. Super recomendable!

Jun 27, 2019We had an excellent stay in Luis's apartment. It is very well located just next to the Rocafort subway station. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the blocks around, and it is very easy to get the city centre.

Mais la semaine de Noël où nous étions là, l’appartement d’à côté était en chantier et nous n’avons pas été prévenus. Vu qu’en plus des bruits de chantier, on entendait aussi les conversations des ouvriers, l’insonorisation de l’immeuble n’est pas top.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos o mejor: precioso, limpio y con una decoración muy cuidada. El emplazamiento es el ideal, con paradas de metro y bus a los pies del edificio. Si os gusta caminar, en a penas 20 min estás en la Rambla o en el Paseo de Gracia. La cocina y los dos baños están perfectamente equipados. En cuanto a Luis, es un anfitrión atento y cuidadoso. En definitva, nos hemos sentido como en casa. El único pero que no depende del anfitrión ni de la casa son las obras del piso de en frente entre semana, pero al estar nosotros principalmente el fin de semana no tuvimos problemas. ¡Sin duda una experiencia a repetir!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed for 9 days in February 2018, and we really enjoyed the apartment. The building had beautiful Art Nouveau details, and the apartment was very stylish and clean. The location along the tree-lined GranVia was very elegant. The apartment was easy to reach from the airport; the Aerobus stops just two blocks away at Granvia/Urgell. The L1 metro line also stops very close to the apartment. Communication and key-exchange with Luis was easy and prompt. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment!

Jun 27, 2019This was a great apartment. Clean, spacious, stylish and with everything one will need. Big enough for a family of four or for 2 couples. Right next to the metro stop (Rocafort - line 1). The wifi was pretty good. A lot of supermarkets and bakeries in the area. Overall we had a great stay there and would highly recommend it.

The apartment is located on the III floor and the building has got a lift. Overall a very pleasant stay and Louis is also a great host. Will highly recommend this apartment.

Bien que situé sur GrandVia, aucune nuisance de circulation (seulement si le double vitrage reste fermé). Décoration raffinée. Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et bien équipé. De quoi passer un très bon séjour pour découvrir la ville.
Jun 27, 2019Amazing cute appartement perfect size for our family of 4, tidy air conditioning was great for those hot Barcelona nights . The elevator was a godsend with all our luggage and worth the amazing view from the terrace. A great space in a great neighbourhood! Very accommodating host.

Jun 27, 2019Four of us stayed for six nights and it felt like home. Luis and Silvia were very prompt with responses and meeting us. We were arriving very early and Luis arranged for us to checkin straight away which was really appreciated. The location is fabulous and you can walk most places. The metro is just outside if you prefer. The Aerobus from the airport stops about 100m away. Many supermarkets and cafes are close. Apartment is lovely and will definitely recommend to others. Many excellent restaurants, markets, and a variety of shops in the 3-4 block neighborhood. Luis and Sylvia are accommodating and timely when meeting initially. Definitely recommend and would return to this apartment.

It's perfectly situated within walking distance to a lot many touristy places and at the same time is located in a non touristy place which gave us the feeling of being locals. The house is very stylishly done and is warm and cozy. It has all the amenities that you would require with a well stocked kitchen. We were given local tips on food and places to go too. There is a supermarket and a Cafe right below the building which took care of our breakfast and daily needs. This is really the perfect place for all who want to get a taste of Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Posizione perfetta, alloggio enorme con 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni ( di cui uno dentro ad una camera ). L’host è stato fantastico e gentilissimo. L’alloggio è completo di tutto ( ascougamani, asciugacapelli, bagnoschiuma, saponi, macchinetta del caffè con capsule, lavastoviglie ). Il quartiere è molto tranquillo è molto ben frequentato. La Metro L1 è a pochi metri dal portone di casa è sempre sotto casa trovate dei mini market h24 e molte farmacie in caso di necessità. Jun 27, 2019El piso de Luis es mejor de lo que ves en las fotos. No sólo es un espacio de cuidada decoración, sino que es un lugar agradable para descansar y disfrutar. Las camas son comodisimas y teniendo 2 baños es un valor añadido. La ubicación es inmejorable, a media hora caminando de todas partes de media, en plena Gran Vía. Sin duda es un piso que merece muchisimo la pena reservar. Luis es un host atento y agradable y la comunicacion fue fluida de principio a fin. Un 10 como host y como piso.

With the help of (Hidden by Airbnb) translate, I think it’s not a big problem. Also, Silvia can speak English fluently and she will greet you in the apartment on the day you check in. The check in and check out process is very smooth! Much appreciate! Just a friendly reminder, there is 90 litres hot water for shower only, if you used up the hot water, u need to wait for more than 30 minutes to have the hot water again.
