The atmosphere is very Friendly and fun. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and other utensils. Service area with washing machine. I am very hospitable and fun and I can give tips on restaurants, sights, beaches and additional care in the city. The Ipanema district is one of the best in Rio de Janeiro. Very close to the beach and opposite the subway, in addition to several bus stops nearby, as well as rotary parking.

Aracele was a great hostess. She is very sympathetic and although she was only late at night at the apartment she was always reachable by phone and stayed in contact. We were received by her maid, who was also kind and attentive. Aracele was very flexible with our checkin and checkout times. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, right at the heart of Ipanema and just 2 blocks from the beach. We recommend this place to everyone!!

It was very clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable , just what we nedeed after a long day on our feet, it was quiet and the interior was the same from the photos. Aracele was thoughtful and incredibly helpful in giving directions and suggestions during our stay. The neighbourhood was filled with lovely restaurants and some nice shops, and was easily accessible by metro. The apartament was situated very close to the beautiful Ipanema Beach. Aracele is a very nice person and she become our friend . Thank you Aracele for welcoming us into your home!

Ella siempre estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitamos y nos ha ayudado mucho! Estuvimos 3 semanas y realmente nos sentimos como en casa!! She made sure everything is prepared well for an unforgettable stay. the house is perfectly located in Ipanema, a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and metro station. I recommend the apartment especially for people visiting Rio for the first time, the location is great and Aracele keeps in touch always to make sure everything is ok, she also recommends places to eat at around the area in Ipanema.

La pieza es cómoda y si bien el baño es compartido, nunca tuve algún problema. La ubicación es lo mejor, muy cerca del metro que permite moverte rápidamente en Río, cercano a la playa y a algunas tiendas si deseas hacer shopping. En las noches acostumbro a tomar infusiones y pude usar la cocina sin problemas. Muchos cariños

Jun 27, 2019If you want to be close to beach of Ipanema, you have the right place!! It is only 2 blocks away, very secure area, close to Metro, restaurants. Araceli apt. Very nice and you have a guard 24 hours. I travel alone, so I felt very relax in Ipanema. I was able to eat some meals if I was tired to go out. Supermarket are all over with 1 block!! Great bakeries if you like sweets and espresso cafes !! Aracela, thank you for helping me with taxi and uber requests!! Rosario SF

Quanto ao apartamento, o quarto tem um espaço ótimo, banheiro sempre limpo, cozinha sempre organizada e a localizado não poderia ser melhor. No geral foi tudo ótimo e com certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar lá e recomendo a amigos.

Jun 27, 2019First big thanks to Aracele for beeing me and my girlfriends host, we had a great time in Rio. About the flat: the location was amazing, just five minute walk to the Ipanema beach. Its also located in a save area and a lot of good restaurants and bars are just nearby. The flat was clean and we did even have our own bathroom! I am using airbnb a lot and this was one of my best experience I ever had! Greetings from Switzerland

Jun 27, 2019Excelente anfitriã e quarto. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, o quarto é bem fresquinho e ótimo para dormir. Aracele permitiu que eu guardasse as malas antes do checkin para minha comodidade e me deixou bem a vontade, me senti em casa, apesar de ter ficado os dias inteiros praticamente na rua. Não tive tanto contato com a anfitriã pois fiquei passeando, mas ela sempre estava disponível a me responder eventuais mensagens, e qualquer dúvida o porteiro do prédio também estava disponível 24h. O local é seguro e próximo a tudo. Tem frigobar no quarto, ótimo para quem precisa resfriar remédios ou ter seus lanchinhos fora de hora. O Wi-Fi pega super bem e o espaço é ótimo. Recomendo muito!!

Aracele is an amazing host and you will feel like you're staying with a friend rather than a host. You'll be in the prime location of Ipamena with everything being close by. Jun 27, 2019O quarto é ótimo, a localização perfeita, pertinho do metrô e linhas de ônibus, na minha hospedagem faltou atenção com a limpeza do banheiro na minha chegada, que foi resolvido no dia seguinte. A recepção não foi muito boa, não respondeu a mensagem de (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) quando estava chegando ( solicitando ponto de referencia ) e mesmo estando em casa, em nenhum momento se ofereceu para dar dicas ou informações sobre a cidade, como fiquei 6 dias, achei que fosse disponibilizada uma outra toalha. Também, ao chegar encontrei vaso de agua para beber e copos sujos no quarto, que foi resolvido no dia seguinte, pecou nesse sentido na minha hospedagem. Como acredito que foi um deslize, recomendo, pois a localização é excelente.

Aracelle welcomed me into her home with open arms offering me tips and made constant sure that i had everything i needed, she is amazing The location is AWESOME. Your right across the street from the metro which gives you acces to almost everything. There is a grocery store within 2 blocks every direction, and tons of great restaurants and bars to check out plus your 2 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend this place. (solo male traveler age 26 from Canada)
Jun 27, 2019Location was perfect. So close to the metro (literally steps away) and the beach! I was travelling alone and i totally felt safe in the area even at night. Cele was also very accommodating and made sure i got settled in even if i was arriving at 5am. She also speaks good english so communicating was never an issue. The home is situated in the best location in Rio, as an Indian solo traveler my most important demand was security and a clean place. Aracele's home is situated in the best place in Rio, Ipenema. Great security and walking distance to ipenema and copacabana beach! There is a park right opposite the building, this park transforms into something magical everyday! A flea market on a Sunday with amazing stuff to shop, fresh produce fruits;vegetables;Pork;meat and local foods on a Tuesday and on every other day it's a beautiful park to meet amazing Brazilian people and their dogs! There are great restaurants around the park and bars u can just have a drink! The central shopping for havainas (a must buy ) and so much more is all just a hop, skip and jump! The home is clean, warm and perfect! Aracele as a host is the best ive ever been with! There is a reason why she is a super host! I travelled with no plan, no list of places to visit! On my first day she helped me with a list of places to visit and foods to eat. She welcomed me and gave me the confidence to go out there and have the best holiday I could have in a strange but beautiful country where no one speaks English! Aracele was not a host for me but became family, it felt like home and this holiday was my best ever and will always be remembered for a lifetime. Its people like Aracele that make this big world a loving place to live in! Watever the price! The experience with this super host is definitely worth it and u haven't experienced Brazil if u haven't met this beautiful Brazilian host❤️

The flat is clean, and the occupation is the best (from the airport, with subway, or in the relations of the praias as well). She is great, it was one of my best appartment is Brasil. :)
Jun 27, 2019O lugar é muito bem localizado. Em frente a estação de (Website hidden by Airbnb) bons restaurantes próximo. Fácil acesso a praia. O quarto é pequeno, mas bem arejado. Poucas opções para pendurar roupa ou toalha. Mini bar dentro do quarto o que facilita muito. Converse com a anfitriã previamente como vc vai pegar as chaves e o funcionamento em geral.
Jun 27, 2019The room is fantastic and exactly what's needed for a solo traveler The place is 2 mts away from the beach - and quite close to most places I'd wanted to visit Cele was more than accommodating with everything - allowing a super early check in and very late check out - couldn't have asked for a better place for my first time in Rio. 100% will stay here when back in Rio and cannot recommend the place or Cele enough to others

I didn't get to spend much time with Aracele, but she was very fast at replying to messages and extremely friendly. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Ipanema.
Jun 27, 2019FIVE STAR LOCATION FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE LOCATION: It is situated in the heart of Ipanema. Everything is walking distance from the building such as, subway system, ground transportations, restaurants, groceries, banks, cafes, bars, hair salon, shopping stores, laundry, etc. It is right in front of the famous General Osorio Square, where, the Sunday Hippie Fair takes place. I couldn't ask for anything more. ROOM: The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a mini refrigerator and a queen-sized bed. It provides a personal space from Ipanema's beach neighborhood. There's an exclusive toilet for the guest. Shower room is shared with host. Wifi is dependable. In general, it is a beautiful and airy home. You get more than your money's worth. HOST: I did not have much interactions with Cele because she's working everyday. But she was very responsive on my text messages and cheerful when she's at home.

Located right on General Osario Square, the apartment is a minute walk from the metro and a couple of minutes walk from Ipanema beach with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was really spacious and the room was also a good size and clean and comfortable. Cele was a great host and we became friends after I stayed there for 1 week. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rio and I know I'll be back soon to stay there again!

I have the say because I have stayed in Rio for 3 weeks and was living in another Airbnb house after staying at Cele’s. Cele’s house is the best choice in terms of quality/price, location, convenience ( metro, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and gym, yes Gym, are literally downstairs) and her hospitality. You will be amazed what a good deal you are getting. 2) About the host Cele Words cannot even describe 1% of who Cele is and how Cele makes me feel and what this experience in Rio with Cele has inspired me. Cele is someone who is special, warm-hearted, super beautiful physically and soulfully. Our connection is so special that I feel like she is my long-lost sister from the other side of the world. ( I was born and raised in China. I could never imagine that there is someone who thinks, fights for life at the other side of the world the same way as I do). Airbnb is so magical that it connects people who seem have nothing in common but eventually turns out to be your best friend who makes you feel so familiar and close! I will come back for this beautiful city and more importantly for this beautiful and magical rencontre of Cele. I believe in destiny and destiny directed me to Cele. Now, it is your turn to be led to Cele and start a new magical experience with her in Rio!

Aracele was very accommodating and let us stay a day earlier when our travel plans changed. Aracele was also very helpful when we needed to print out documents. And although we were all busy out and about being new year, we knew we could reach Aracele at any time. Thanks Aracele for everything!

Jun 27, 2019Excellent location. Room size is more suited for Solo travelers as we found it tight for 2 people with luggage (as we had traveled for 3 weeks before landing at Rio). Many restaurants and stores nearby. Beaches are walking distance. Metro Subway and Bus stn at the doorstep.

The apartment is super stylish, clean, and spacious. Aracele is very friendly easy to talk to. Hopefully someday I’ll go back to Rio and if I do I’d definitely stay at Aracele’s place again! Cele is a wonderful host, always accessible to talk with you, explain and advice about Rio, she knows the better places to go, prices, food to taste and experiment. The location is really great, right next to the subway, many shops and restaurants nearby and just a few minutes to Ipanema beach. The apartment is cosy, bed is comfortable and everything is there what you need. We would definitely come back again.

O espaço que ela oferece é realmente super bem localizado, muito limpo, simples e confortável. A praia fica há dois quarteirões e em frente ao apartamento é possível ter acesso a qualquer parte da cidade através de ônibus e/ou metrô. A vizinhança também é cercada de restaurantes, lanchonetes, padaria, farmácia, supermercados, etc... o que facilita bastante o dia a dia de quem estiver na área. Sendo assim, o lugar não muito silencioso mas ligando o ar condicionado o problema do som vindo da rua fica resolvido. O espaço da Aracele tem um bom custo benefício, vale a pena! Com certeza voltarei em outra oportunidade!

I like the fact that there is a blender, toaster, washing machine etc.. it makes the stay as if you are at home and it's really pleasant to cook in the kitchen. That for me was a great plus! Tout près de la plage et dans une rue commerçante et animé, vous serez au cœur de la ville et avec la possibilité de vous déplacer rapidement (Metro en bas de l’appartement ou Uber). The property has great amenities and it was a home away from home for us. Aracele was quick to communicate, lovely and a very accommodating host. Would happily stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Great host, arrived late but made sure I was welcomed. any problems she answered. clean, quiet, safe and secure. next to many shops, restaurants, few minutes walk to the beach. 1min walk to the metro. 24/7 reception desk. own keys. hot shower. kitchen. only thing is doesn't have a kettle. other than that id give her a 10/10
