I will be a few blocks and will be there for guest check ins and outs. You can always text me with any questions. I will clear out the dresser and the "shoe shelf" for you prior to your arrival so that your will have adequate closet space! Check In: Afternoon Check out: after 6pm I am flexible with check in and out times. I work closeby so will be able to meet you at the apartment anytime as long as you give me adequate notice ahead of time.

There are NO PARTIES allowed. This is a quiet doorman building, please be respectful of the neighbors. NO SMOKING or Pets allowed. When checking out, please be sure to empty all trash and take out the recycling. This is my home and I stay where whenever I am not renting it out on Air Bnb so please treat this place as you would with your own home.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed here one month. Elaine was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment is pretty large for being a studio and everything is in very good shape and the apartment was clean. Very good location, close to Bryant Park and to the subway. The only minus is that the apartment is pretty loud from the street. Even though it is on the 15th floor you hear cars, honking, fire trucks etc.
