The apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person. It's situated on the third floor of a small block of apartments in a very quiet street. It has lovely wooden floorboards and large windows which look out to a peaceful, leafy setting. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee machine, an electric stove-top, modern oven, fridge, heaps of cooking and baking utensils, wine glasses, martini glasses etc, a smoothie-maker and microwave. There is a large dining room table and a comfy lounge which is very sunny. It features a very large plasma TV, DVD player, iPhone stereo player and wi-fi. The bedroom is large and has a queen-sized bed, a little desk and access to a stand-up fan and heater (feel free to read any of my books:) The bathroom is beautifully finished and features a combination bath/shower and use of shampoo/shower gel and fresh towels.

The apartment is literally a five-minute walk down to Balmoral Beach, which is consistently named the most beautiful beach in Sydney. There are a number of cafes and restaurants at Balmoral and it really is idyllic, whether you go for a stroll along the foreshore or take a dip in the ocean. It's also an eight-minute walk to the heart of Mosman which is known for its boutique shops, wine bars, cafes and eateries. There is also an IGA supermarket and Franklins which are very close. The apartment is 12 minutes by bus to the heart of the city. I get the bus every day to go to work and it's very easy and close.

The apartment is very convenient to public transport and it's an eight-minute walk to Spit Junction which is the main transport hub for Mosman. You can catch a bus (they literally come all the time) from Spit Junction to the heart of the city to Wynard, Town Hall or Circular Quay (12 minutes) or an array of places like Neutral Bay, North Sydney New Town (M30), Manly or Chatswood. There is also street parking and access to taxi services like Uber, but I honestly use public transport all the time.

You will have access to the entire apartment, any essentials that you need like coffee, tea and sugar etc and access to the washing machine and dryer (on the same floor). There is also a small clothes line that can be automated on the balcony.
