Neighborhood Overview
La Sagrada Família es uno de los seis barrios que integran el Distrito del Ensanche de Barcelona y muy cerca del Hospital de Sant Pablo. La Sagrada Familia es la obra maestra del arquitecto Antoni Gaudí, Iniciada en 1882, todavía está en construcción y está considerado el máximo exponente de la arquitectura modernista catalana, siendo el monumento más visitado de España. Es un barrio muy bien comunicado (metro, autobús, bus turístic, taxi), de locales de ocio y de restaurantes. We had a great stay here. The apartment was super clean a spacious with a great balcony overlooking the famous Sangrada Familia. Subway stops are all near by, so its very easy to get around Barcelona. Xavier was a great host, would highly recommend this apartment.
Jun 27, 2019It was our first trip to Spain. Xavier is an excellent host.There wasn't problems with flat or him.He helped all that he could, even with the smallest problems that we had. The apartment is located very well. All amenities are very close. There wasn't any disadvantages with our road to the sea, because there is bus stop near the house. Also, i want to say about the view from the balcony, this is realy great! I want to rate our trip for 10 stars, but there is only 5) Thank you, Xavier!)
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed to stay in this beautiful flat, very well located in Barcelona near the Sagrada Familia. The appartment is exactly like the pictures on the site, even better. It was very clean, really comfortable, and all the equipment we needed were here. The terrace is so beautiful and sunny. Our hotes were very helpful, nice and had all the answers for the informations that we needed. We recommend this location if you're looking for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. Muchas Gracias !
Jun 27, 2019Grace à la gentillesse de Xavier et de sa femme et aussi le charme du loft, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Barcelone. Le logement est vraiment bien situé. Le quartier est très sympathique. Le métro est très proche ce qui permet de se déplacer très rapidement dans la ville. La vue sur la Sagrada Familia depuis la terrasse et à travers les fenêtre est vraiment intéressante. Cette présence au quotidien est un vrai plaisir. De plus la nuit, la Torre Agbar changeant de couleur est aussi très agréable à regarder. L'appartement, décoré avec goût, est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et propre. Ma femme, nos deux enfants en bas âge et moi s'y somment vraiment beaucoup plu. La connection wifi est très stable et plutôt rapide.
Jun 27, 2019I stayed a month at Xavier's loft, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The loft is modern, tastefully designed, has everything you need, immaculate, all of it opening up onto a huge terrace right across from Sagrada Familia. In addition to Sagrada, you also have a panoramic view of the sea, city, and surrounding hills. The loft is really exceptional and Xavier is an exceptional host. Communication was always fast and easy. If you have the chance to rent his loft, you will certainly not regret it! Thank you again Xavier for providing this wonderful place for my stay in Barcelona. Appartement très bien équipé, agréable, fonctionnel, bien situé, quartier agréable, et en prime vue imprenable sur la Sagrada Familia et Barcelone ! Et petit plus : le concierge que l'on croisait régulièrement, très accueillant. Une adresse que nous retenons et recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Barcelone.
Jun 27, 2019El mejor! La vista es increible! No queriamos irse. El espacio es 2 cuadras al metro, 2 cuadras a la Sagrda Familia, pero no es muy ruidoso. Y es solo algunas cuadras al barrio Gracia. Dentro del espacio es muy comodo y podiamos conicar, trabajar y relejar en casa. La terraza era nuestro esepacio favorito para leer y ver la iglesia. El espacio es perfecto para 1 o 2 personas, pero mis padres se quedaron por 5 cinco dias y todavia funciona bien. Hay mercados y restaurantes muy cerca. Hay un portero durante la semana y 2 puertas para seguridad. Xavier era un buen anfitrion y nos ayudo con cualquier cosa necesitamos. El mejor!!!!! The best! The view is incredible! We didn't want to leave. The space is 2 blocks from the metro, 2 blocks from the Sagrada Familia, but it was not too loud still. You are only a few blocks from the Gracia neighborhood. The space was very comfortable and we were able to cook, work and relax. The terrace was our favorite place to read and look at the church. The place is perfect for 1 or 2 people but my parents stayed for 5 days and it was still fine. There are lots of restaurants and markets nearby. There is a doorman at the building during the week and 2 doors for security so the place was safe. Xavier was a fantastic host and helped with anything we needed.

Lieu de séjour que je recommande vivement, au cœur de la ville et un havre de paix, ce n'est pas si courant. Le logement est très agréable et sa terrasse offre de magnifiques vues. 100% satisfaits
Jun 27, 2019Amazing apartment!!! Me and friend of mine spent one month in the apartment and we were extremly pleased. The apartment has everything you need (even more) for normal life. Everything you see in description of the apartment is right there (no hidden stuff or problems). The view from the terrace is breathtaking, magnificient, incredible... Metro station is 150m away which is perfect for connect to the other parts of Barcelona. The communication with mr Xavier was fast and without any problems, he was available all the time. 100% recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Xavier's place is incredible. The pictures, in my opinion, completely undersell how nice of an apartment this is. The view is spectacular, and the neighborhood is *just* far away from the tourism of the Sagrada Familia that it's nice and quiet. Further, you're close enough that you can look out the window at the incredible structure each morning. The apartment itself is well equipped, and having a washer and a dryer is fantastic. Xavier made me feel very welcomed, and worked with me on my check out time, which was very early in the morning. I only hope that I'm able to stay at this apartment again, and experience Barcelona a second time.

Jun 27, 2019Nuestra estadia en barcelona ha sido muy buena, la comunicacion con el anfitrion ha sido fluida y rapida y el estudio dispone de todo lo indispensable para estadias largas, recomendado y muy calido, la vista en el balcon es inigyalable , muy buena hubicacion, lo tendre en cuenta para mi proxima estadia!

Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft nahe der Sagrada Familia war wirklich wunderbar! Das geräumige 1-Zimmer Appartement im 10. Stock ist modern und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Der atemberaubende Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse spricht genauso wie Barcelona für sich selbst. Xavier war als Gastgeber stets ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Dementsprechend kommen wir gerne wieder und können nur unsere besten Empfehlungen aussprechen.

Jun 27, 2019Le loft est exactement ce à quoi je m'attendais après avoir lu la description. En plus, il est parfaitement situé dans la ville. Il est à trente minutes à pied ou 20 minutes en transport collectif (bus ou métro) de tous les endroits intéressants de Barcelone que ce soit la plage, un musée ou le centre touristique. Et tous les services sont disponibles dans le quadrilatère. Quoiqu'il que ce soit très spécial que d'avoir la Sagrada Familia "dans sa cour", le quartier demeure un quartier résidentiel où on se sent tout à fait en sécurité. Et Xavier est un hôte qui sait être accueillant tout en demeurant discret. Si vous avez la chance d'être à Barcelone quand le loft est disponible, n'hésitez pas à réserver avec Xavier.
Jun 27, 2019Our one month in Barcelona was amazing in this apartment! Xavier is amazing host! Very polite, respond very quickly on every our question. The apartment is not big, but very cosy and clean, same as at the photos. But the view is definitely more magnificent! Subway ( Metro) station is very near from the apartment, but we usually preferred a short (25/30 minutes) walk to the city center. Supermarket is also very close (2 minutes from the house). Everything was just perfect! Would definitely reccomend!

Jun 27, 2019Xavier ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er war stets ansprechbar und sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia in einer wunderbaren Umgebung. 3 min Fußweg zur U Bahnstation, 3 min zu Supermärkten und anderen netten Restaurants und Lokalen.

The Sagrada Familia is ever present; I spent plenty of time sitting on the villa watching construction slowly progress on the almost supernatural structure. The loft itself is very comfortable. Xavier is a fantastic host and keeps the place impeccably clean. The neighboring area takes in a lot of tourists, but that's not an issue. There are plenty of fantastic local places all around. I highly recommend this stay! Thanks Xavier.

Jun 27, 2019La estancia en el estudio de Xavier ha sido inmejorable, Xavier es un excelente anfitrión, la comunicación ha sido excelente, siempre atento a todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y el trato muy agradable. El estudio es muy acogedor, limpio y bien equipado, da gusto estar alli. Las vistas del estudio son increibles!!!. Se tiene una vista panorámica de mas de 180º de la ciudad. Y la ubicación genial! Jun 27, 2019I had a magical 4 month stay at Xavier’s. The place is perfectly located, close to all the things but very quiet and residencial. The studio has everything you need, even the tumble dryer! It was always kept clean, he was very attentive and any issue was quickly resolved. Being able to watch sunset over the Sagrada Familia everyday was such a delightful experience. From the terrace, you can see the panoramic view of the whole Barcelona. I never got bored of it. Can’t recommend enough this place. Thank you, Xavier!!

Jun 27, 2019Mr first visit to Xavier loft attic was for two months. My latest visit was for five weeks. The view is stunning. The apartment stylish, functional. Every thing works perfectly. Air conditioning, washing machine for clothes and dryer. WIFI. It is a family neighborhood except for the block around Sagrada Familia. Supermarkets and store just down the block. This is my favorite part of BCN. Hope to get back again.
