Neighborhood Overview
La zona es muy tranquila y silenciosa, la calle del apartamento es peatonal y hay varias paradas de metro y de buses que comunican el apartamento con Plaza Catalunya y Las Rambals en menos de 10 minutos. Hay varios supermercados a menos de 100 metros del apartamento asi como restaurantes, terrazas, bancos y comercios. La basílica de la Sagrada Familia es el punto de referencia para orientarse y esta a pocos minutos a pie del apartamento.
Notes
La tasa turística (obligatoria) se ha de pagar a la llegada al apartamento. La tasa es de 2.52 euros por adulto (más de 16 años) por noche. Solo se ha de abonar para los primeros 7 días de la estancia. MUY IMPORTANTE: El sofá cama no cierra. Los huéspedes lo pueden utilizar solo abierto como cama doble.
Transit
Gracias a su céntrica ubicación, es posible ir andando a todos los lugares de interés turísticos, sin necesidad de utilizar el transporte público durante su estancia. El apartamento está situado a 500 metros de la parada de metro de Sagrada Familia ( líneas violeta L2 y azul L5). La estación de tren de Paseo de Gracia ( RENFE Cercania ) se encuentra a 20 minutos a pie del apartamento. El tren tarda desde el Aeropuerto de Barcelona - El Prat alrededor de 25 minutos y tiene salidas cada 30 minutos desde las 6 am hasta las 11:30 pm. La mejor tarjeta para el tren el la T 10 (costa aproximadamente 10 euros y tiene 10 viajes . No es unipersonal y sirve para todo tipo de transporte publico, incluido el tren que conecta la ciudad con el aeropuerto ) El viaje en taxi desde el aeropuerto cuesta aproximadamente 30- 40 euros y dura 30 minutos.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment is really and I enjoyed the stay pretty much! The interior and the location are great! You have many opportunities to buy some food around the corner and it is just a 7min walk from the Sagrada Familia. The metro station is also close by. I slept well on the sofa and the bed was comfortable too. It is maybe a little bit loud on the sofa, as people coming and going and it everything is re-echoing in the corridor. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and apart of towels and there was a hairdryer. The toilette and the shower are separated. The shower is available from the sleeping room and the toilette is not so indiscreet, which some people might bother. It has a glass door that let the other people see your shape and you can hear most of the sounds as there are slots between door and wall. All in all it is a very great apartment/location and I will rent it definitely again, when I fly over another time to Barcelona. Thank you!
Jun 27, 2019L accueil était moyen trop impersonnel, la fenêtre ferme très mal au salon et les photos donnent l impression d'un grand espace alors que c est assez petit surtout quand on ouvre le canapé. La Nespresso mais sans capsule vraiment dommage quand on est de passage c est un minimum comme dans les autres locations.

Jul 27, 2019The apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona! The television was big, kitchen fully equiped, with microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, espresso (sadly no cups)! Bathroom was small, but enough for the two of us. The Wifi was really fast, we had no troubles at all! The extra television in the bedroom is a nice extra! There are 3 supermarkets nearby (Supermercado, Lidl, ...) and the metro is also around the corner! We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Jun 27, 2019Experiencia horrible. Tuvimos que dormir los 4 en el salón debido a que no se podía estar en el dormitorio por olores fecales. Horrible experience. We had to sleep all 4 in the living room because we could not be in the bedroom by fecal odors. Contraté el apartamento 2.2 y me entregó el 2.1, argumentando que eran iguales. A pesar de que reclamé el apartamento que contraté me dijo que no era posible debido a que ya estaba ocupado. Al entrar en el apartamento 2.1 notamos un terrible olor, debido a que la pared del dormitorio tenía una rotura de la bajante de aguas fecales del piso de arriba. Solicité un cambio de apartamento al propietario y me dijo que no tenía ninguno disponible. Intenté ponerme en contacto con Airbnb pero no fue posible debido a que todos los agentes estaban ocupados. No me quedó más remedio que quedarme en el apartamento. Tuvimos que cerrar la puerta de la habitación para que no saliera el olor y dormir los 4 en el salón. I hired apartment 2.2 and gave me the apartment 2.1, arguing that they were the same. Even though I claimed the apartment I hired he told me it was not possible because it was already occupied. By entering apartment 2.1 we noticed a terrible smell, because the bedroom wall had a break in the downstairs fecal drain. I requested a change of apartment to the owner and he told me that he had none available. I tried to get in touch with Airbnb but it was not possible because all the agents were busy. I had no choice but to stay in the apartment. We had to close the door to the room to avoid smelling, and sleep the 4 in the living room.
Jun 27, 2019We've been there for 4 days. The apartment is very nice and cosy. It is close to the most of the touristic destination with lots of nice restaurants around. We really enjoyed there and definitely will be back soon.

Jun 27, 2019We were a family of 4 including teenage children and loved the location of the apartment and it was very clean. The negatives for us were the size. Maybe our fault but from the photos it looked quite spacious. Would recommend for a couple who wanted to be close to Sagrada Familiar rather than for a family as the sofa bed pretty much took up the whole lounge room, the shower was in the main bedroom and tiny with no door (could shut the actual bedroom door but this meant anyone in the bedroom having to vacate for privacy) and the toilet was again small with a glass frosted door so again more suited to a couple. Some Airbnb's feel like the host has gone to trouble to make you feel welcome with some homely touches this was very functional and run as a business. Was excited about the stay but it just didn't meet expectations in some areas

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was absolutely lovely and fully equipped! It was perfect and specious enough for us (we were three people) and in my opinion it can visit up to 4 people without serious space problems. The neighbourhood is lovely and quite. There are two metro stations (Sagrada Familia, Encants) which are about 5 min. (walking distance) far away from the apartment. There are also supermarkets, bakeries and some restaurants/cafes near. Although it's a bit far away from the city centre (app. 30 min. walking), the route is wonderful and not strenuous at all. Mariela (the girl who welcomed us in town and managed our booking all along) was very kind and helpful. She was very helpful before our arrival and when we asked her for "local information" she recommended us some restaurants and bars. We had a great time in there and we'd love to visit the apartment during our next trip to Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019Modern lägenhet belägen på en tyst tvärgata med alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva. Bättre Wifi än vi har hemma. Tunnelbana och bussar runt hörnet. Närmsta mataffären i samma byggnad. Sagrada familia några kvarter bort. Han som mötte oss med nycklarna var jättetrevlig och kom med många bra tips. Enkelt att checka ut, bara att lämna nycklarna på bordet och dra igen dörren. Det var inte så varmt när vi var där så jag vet inte hur bra AC:n fungerar. Köket var litet men funkade utmärkt för lättare matlagning. Vi fick inte riktigt plats alla 4 runt bordet så barnen fick sitta i soffan bredvid men det var inget problem för oss. Då toadörren är i frostat glas och duschrummet saknar dörr helt bör man inte vara helt oblyga inför varandra. (Ska man duscha kan man stänga sovrumsdörren). Sammantaget blev vi väldigt nöjda med boendet.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is really nice, clean and located in a nice area. 7 minute walking distance to the nearest metro station. It is spacious and comfortable enough for 4 people. It was so awesome to be that close to the Sagrada Familia Church. We would recommend it without any doubt.

Jun 27, 2019The communication and hospitality was second to none. After a long day of delays and a very late landing the hosts were incredibly accomadating and made check in easy. The apartment itself was everything we needed in a good location. Would highly redommend staying here!
Jun 27, 2019The space was really great! A little small from what the pictures show, but it was manageable for our family of 4. The location is wonderful - literally blocks away from Sagrada Familia and the closest metro. There were a couple of residents below us that were definitely partying in the very late hours a few nights during our stay, which woke all of us up. Not sure if that's one of Tendency's residents or another airbnb, but that wasn't the most pleasant experience. The building also has an elevator, which was super handy for our many luggage!! Overall, we had a great time in Barcelona and we were very happy with the airbnb!
Jun 27, 2019Es un apartamento moderno y reformado aunque muy muy pequeño, el baño no es apto para personas un poco grandes. En realidad aunque se alquila para 4 personas, no debería alquilarse para más de 2 y un bebé como máximo, el sofá cama no es nada cómodo y hace muchísimo ruido. La comunicación con la empresa (porque es una empresa) era algo difícil porque varios de los chicos que trabajan allí no hablan español así que terminábamos hablando inglés, para mí no fue un problema pero es algo que se tiene saber porque si no lo hablas, la comunicación puede ser complicada. La ubicación si está bien, cerca del metro y la sagrada familia, en una calle bonita y tranquila.

Jun 27, 2019Location is great, and room is exactly what I expected except for almost-impossible-to-open door. I tried to communicate with the host who answered promptly, but I did not receive any follow up. Hope they fix it for future guest. other than that, everything else was great.

Appartement très bien situé, à 5 minutes de métro de la Sagrada Familia, à deux pas de Lidl et d'autres magasins alimentation, juste en face un Restaurant-bar Chut où nous avons très bien mangé pour que dalle. Appartement bien propre. Nous n'avons rien à repprocher à part le manque d'un peu d'épices, de sucre, de sel, de café.... Communication en plusieurs langues. Nous y retournerions sans problème.

Jun 27, 2019Auf Grund eine SEHR kurzfristigen Strornierung durch einen anderen Gastgeber mußten wir zwei Stunden vor unserer Ankunft (spät Abends) in Barcelona eine neue Unterkunft finden. Tendency hat uns das Apartment schnell und unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Läden, U-Bahn und Restaurants sind alle zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Jun 27, 2019Had a nice and comfortable stay in this appartment. Nice bed and shower. Could hear upstairs neighbours talking and walking but they were quiet after 23.00 so that was not a big problem. Would not reccomend to stay here with more than 2 people unless you know each other very well ;) since shower is somewhat IN the bedroom with no door ;) check in went very smooth with someone waiting for me in front of appartment to let me in.

Lots of sightseeing, shops, Bakerys and so on) apartment a little bit smaller than we expected, but it was perfect for four people! Thank you so much! It was excellent! 10 of 10 for all)
Jun 27, 2019Nice apartment in good location but problems whilst staying with cooker, microwave, drainage and sofa bed but host did not respond first day. Tried second day via Air B and B which host replied to, stating would get someone out the following day. Nobody came the following day and host advised problem would be resolved after we vacated. Very poor communication and no assistance offered during stay
