It was our first B&B experience. And it was a real luck to start it with Jason! The house: situated in very clean and quite historic area of Brooklyn, very attractive, built 189..., nice area, quite close to underground subway station but far enough to hear no noice. The appartment: not too big, with a real touch of charm and what was really important for me very very clean! For our couple looked very romantic! I think a best value for its money! Strongly advise to everyone. The owner: And of course the great impression of appartment double stronger makes its owner Jason.... Jason and his mother Mrs Doreen not only great hosts, but also very good people! They took a great care of us! Jason always was on touch and ready to help. Jun 27, 2019Jason and his mom were great host. This is my first time using Airbnb and it will certainly not be the last. My boyfriend and I rented the property for our anniversary vacation and it was the perfect place. We call it our new home away from home. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out time. It looked just like pictures, but to actually be inside the property was breathtaking. The area is very similar to our home town so we were very comfortable. They gave us everything we would have in a hotel room such as towels, wash cloths, clean bedding, iron and ironing board. They even have kitchen essentials you may need to cook a wonderful meal. We almost didn't even leave to view the city.

From being super close to the subway 'A' line to him having clean linens and bath towels available, cabinets stocked with tea for the morning and water in the fridge, the whole experience was great. He also met me there to give me the keys and a personal tour of the space which I really appreciated. Btw, the space was incredibly clean and looked just like the pictures. Next time I need to be in NYC I'll be sure to book here again. Thanks, Jason!!!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed 3 nights at Jason's house. It's a very confortable house in Brooklyn with everything we needed (fresh water bottles, towels, candys). Close to the subway station. Perfect for us!
Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved staying here! Jason was incredibly nice + accommodating to any requests we had. The place itself is super clean, well furnished, and overall nice to look at. High ceilings, bowl style sink, a nice shower, and a comfy bed. I personally slept on the fold out bed, and I slept like a baby all 5 nights we stayed. One of the best parts about this place is how close it is to the subway; you can easily get into most parts of Manhattan within 30 minutes. The neighborhood itself is safe, quiet, and has a bunch of hip dining and convenience stores. Simply put, I high recommend this place, and I'd 100% stay again.

His mother especially nice and had the apt. clean, smelling great upon our arrival.Neighborhood store just couple of blocks on Stuyvesant was convenient with friendly staff.
Jun 27, 2019My experience with Jason was great. He responded quickly to my messages and met me outside the house for check-in. He took his time to go over a map if the neighborhood and gave me suggestions for restaurants. Jason took his time to check on me the second day of my trip to make sure I was doing well. As described, the house is extremely close to a subway station (walk to the corner and cross over to the park) which made traveling into Manhattan very easy. The house seems to be recently updated with some very nice touches. The negatives of my trip...none! I would definitely consider staying again.

The highlight: the subway is just steps from the apartment. (It takes only 30 minutes to reach Manathan). The area is quiet, close to markets, bars, restaurants ... Jun 27, 2019Jason was a great host! My sister and I stayed at Jason's for about 8 days and we have no complaints! He was very friendly and walked us through his place. His place looks exactly as the pictures. Very homey and clean. He was so helpful as he showed us the subway map and was ready with everything we could possibly need, Wi-Fi Password, maps, Recommendations on places to eat! He was great! He checked in and let us do our own thing and provided snacks and water, which was much appreciated. He was available when we needed things like towels and sheets, and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay with Jason and would definitely stay there again. It is very close to the subway and very safe place, we had no issues. Overall great experience and Jason was an awesome host!

Jun 27, 2019What a fabulous experience for our first Time Airbnb. Miss Doreen (Jason's mother) greeted us upon arrival and took care of all our questions and made us feel at home. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. It's one block from the A subway express train and 25 minutes to Manhattan. It was great to heat out of the huddle n bussle of the City after seeing all the sites. Jun 27, 2019We had a perfect and very pleasant stay at Jason's place. Everything is as described and seen in the pictures - clean and tidy! On our arrival Jason offered us water, apples and chips in the kitchen, which was very welcoming! We liked the apartment and the neighborhood a lot! ----- Jason hat uns schon vor der Ankunft mit hilfreichen Informationen zur Anreise versorgt und uns dann herzlich vor Ort begrüßt. Die Wohnung entsprach haargenau den Fotos auf seiner Webseite, es war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. In der Küche standen Obst, Chips und Wasser zur Begrüßung bereit, wodurch wir am Abend unserer Ankunft nicht nochmal in den nächstgelegenen Supermarkt mussten. Ebenso gab er uns Tipps für die ersten Tage unserer Sightseeing-Tours - insgesamt haben wir uns in seinem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt.
Jun 27, 2019Lovely place! Jason was not home during our stay but his mom (Ms. Doreen) came over to welcome us and show us around. The entrance was very warm and welcoming. Inside was clean and the fridge was stocked with water which was much appreciated! A subway map was also provided which was great for us as novice city travelers and we loved the convenience of the subway station being located so near the house. Ms. Doreen recommended Peaches as a good place to find supper on the night we arrived... Loved it! Also enjoyed a fabulous breakfast at Brunswick Cafe. Overall nice area, wonderful house, and we would stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019Jason and Ms. Doreen were incredibly great hosts! They were helpful, welcoming and friendly. The home was also exactly as described! Jason was easy to reach and remained communicative throughout our whole stay! We stayed for two weeks! When I first arrived to check in, Jason greeted me with a big smile! He showed me around the house and provided us with menus, maps, guides, two sets of keys and the wifi information. We were provided with fresh and clean sets of towels. Ms. Doreen dropped by the second week to provide us with a fresh set of sheets/bedding and rolls of toilet paper (which was much appreciated)! She's an absolute sweetheart! There was one day where she was around and heard my friend coughing from the outside and she came back later in the day to bring him cough syrup and cough drops! The apartment felt like home as it included everything that you'd possibly need to survive in a typical home (ex: knives, forks, spoons, cutting boards, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, etc) and it made cooking easy! Under the kitchen sink, there were tons of cleaning supplies, trash bags and whatever else you may possibly need! It definitely is a testament to how clean the home is! Though this might seem minuscule, there was a separation of trash bags for recycled items and actual trash which I thought was great! Jason also provided us with snacks and a clean fridge full of bottled water! Although we did not use the closet, there was a ton of closet space with hangers! We used the drawers instead and even that itself was enough for all of our clothing! The bathroom was clean, there was a hair dryer, pack of toilet paper and air freshener! Though there is only one restroom, it was super convenient to have two doors, one from the bedroom and one from the kitchen/common area, to access the same bathroom which could be both locked from the inside. The location makes grocery shopping, traveling and eating very convenient as it is surrounded by several restaurants, grocery markets/delis and is less than a 2-3 minute walk from the nearest subway station. I would recommend this listing 100% and this was my first airbnb experience! We are glad we chose this home for our visit! Jason made everything easy and there was no trouble at all! The location was very convenient, not far from the subway and very close to a few cool restaurants. If I come back to NYC I'm definitely staying here again. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the decor in the house. I slept so well.

He was also really helpful and a great resource for recommendations and directions! He saved my friends and I from taking the wrong transit and provided us with other suggestions for what we should do with our short time in the area. He also remained really flexible when it came to check-in/check-out times.

Jun 27, 2019Jasons lejlighed er super lækkert, der er alt hvad man skal bruge, super køkken, godt til at lave mad selv hvis man ikke vil spise ude hele tiden der er intet gade støj da lejligheden lille på en lille gade, han var ikke selv hjemme da vi ankom så hans mor tog i mod os, virkelig sød ældre dame, havde sørget der der var koldt vand i køleskabet og snaks på bordet til os, lækkert var det også at metroen lå 500m væk så det tog ikke meget mere en 30 min til Manhatten, helt sikkert et sted jeg ville bo igen næste gang jeg skal til NYC

L'accueil était très chaleureux, Jason a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnent les transports (nous a donné une carte du métro), nous a présenté le quartier. Nous avons fait le tour de l'appartement qui était spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Il y a de grands placards. Il est très proche du métro. Jason avait prévu pour notre accueil des snacks à grignoter et des bouteilles d'eau au frais. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons Jason.

I have paid more for just a room in New York and I got a whole apartment. The apartment couldn't be closer to the subway stop without being on top of it. The neighborhood is classic brownstone with lots of unique businesses. This apartment is very convenient to stay at when arriving from JFK. Just one train from Howard Beach.

Jun 27, 2019뉴욕을 여행하기에 완벽한 숙소! metro A 와 C가 다녀서 맨하탄 접근하기에 매우 좋아요. 역도 숙소에서 한 블럭 떨어져있어서 5분도 안걸려요. 근처에 펍도 있고 마트도 있어서 간단한 스낵 구입하기도 좋았어요. 관광지가 아닌 주택가라 밤에 매우 조용해서 숙면했어요. Jason은 check in-out 할 때만 만났어요. 매우 친절했어요. 말이 빨라 다 알아 듣지는 못 했지만, 좋은 말이었을거에요.ㅋㅋ 쇼파침대도 있고 주방거실도 넓직해서 넷이서 지내기도 충분할 것 같아요. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗해서 매우 좋았어요. 추천!추천!!^^

The space was well kept and welcoming, it felt like home. We had one issue with the cable and internet but Jason was responsive and fixed the problem promptly. When we visit New York again this will be our first choice for lodging.

Jason was a great host who was willing to be flexible with our check-in time, and was readily available if we needed him for any reason. The apartment was close to the subway, and the commute into Manhattan isn't long at all. I'll definitely look into staying here again when I need to!

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jason. L'appartement est très confortable et fidèle à la description. Jason met à disposition les produits de première nécessité. Quartier très arboré et calme. Tout proche d'une station de métro, et notamment de la ligne A qui va de l'aéroport JFK à Manhattan, donc très pratique quand on atterrit à JFK avec de grosses valises. Supérette et divers commerces tout proches. Jason fournit plusieurs trousseaux de clefs et aussi un code qui permet d'ouvrir les portes avec son smartphone, cela permet à tout le monde d'être indépendant. Le logement est entièrement climatisé, ce qui est indispensable à New York. Niveau propreté, le logement est impeccable. Jason est disponible si besoin (Portable, SMS, mail) et sait s'effacer aussi en fonction de nos attentes. Possibilité de laisser les bagages jusqu'au soir le dernier jour pour profiter tranquillement de la dernière journée. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.
Jun 27, 2019Don't hesitate to book Jason's house. When arrive in his house and meet him, you will know why he gets five stars on Airb&b. Jason described everything in the house in details, and provide everything you need during vacation. Clean towels, shampoo, bath lotion, bottles of water, etc. The house is really convenient to use and stay. It made us felt like stayed at home. We stayed 3 nights there, on second day Jason also contacted me and asked if there is anything we needed that he could provide. It is so sweet! Only thing I want to complain is that the second bed is a sofa bed, and not very comfortable when you sleep in it. Overall, everything is great during our start in Jason's house. Highly recommend!

We stayed with two teenagers and had a blast in the city knowing that coming back to Jason's house would be relaxing and great. Clean, sufficient space, comfortable, and somehow truly Brooklyn. We had an issue with arrival, but other than that had a great experience and I would recommend this apartment to friends looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay on Brooklyn.

Jun 27, 2019Jason's apartment was "as advertised" with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, updated kitchen and bathroom oasis with a water jet tub (although I didn't use it); the place was meticulously clean and even had a few snacks for us when we arrived. Jason was friendly and helpful; not to mention super patient when we got caught in a rain storm and then NYC traffic on our way down, which put use 2 hours behind our arrival. I would highly recommend Jason's apartment, and look forward to staying there again in the future!
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed pretty much our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectation by far. It was clean, spacious and stylish furnished. It was just perfect and gorgeous. The neighborhood was safe and the close subway station (5 min. walk) worked out perfectly for our manhattan trips. Jason was a very kind and helpful host even when our checkin took place fsr after midnight due to flight delays. So we can highly recommend this apartment and we will book it again for our next trip to NYC.
Jun 27, 2019My daughter and I stayed at Jason's apartment from 4th - 9th August 2016. The whole experience was a pleasure, from the moment we got there to the time we left. It was easy to gain entry and also we were able to leave our suitcases there until it was time for us to leave. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. Clean towels were available along with a few provisions to see us though. I particularly like the fact it has a fully equipped kitchen which is something other self catering apartments do not have. It was also close to a subway and easy to get into New York City without changing trains. We had a great time!

Die Koffer konnten wir bereits vor dem Eincheck-Termin in der Wohnung unterstellen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt befand sich die Metro-Station mit guter Anbindung in das Zentrum und ein Supermarkt. Wir fühlten uns in der Umgebung sicher.

The entire place was very, very clean! We absolutely loved it. It is steps away from the subway stop and has great places to eat nearby. Jun 27, 2019I traveled with my mother on this trip. Overall, our experience with Jason was very positive. Aside from he maintaining a clean property, it was the little things that enhanced our stay (i.e. bottled water, a few snacks, where to eat in the neighborhood). We had plenty of room in the apartment for 2 of us. Lastly, he was consistent with communication before, during, and after our trip. Jason made you feel right at home! May I add that this property is convenient to the subway (~ 5 min walk to ) Utica Station. The home is exactly as it appears in the online photos.

Jun 27, 2019Jason was an excellent host. Our flight was delayed and he made every accommodation to make the experience as hassle-free as possible for us. The Brownstone is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. The entire place was very clean and Jason provides necessary amenities like shampoo/condition/soap and towels (which I had forgot to bring!). The subway is a 1.5 block walk away and getting around is very easy and affordable since everything is pretty close to the Brownstone. I can't really say enough positive things about my experience here, it was great and if you're reading this and hesitant about booking, don't be! You'll have an excellent time here Thanks again Jason

Jun 27, 2019Jason is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I had visited NYC for a short two day trip and loved our time at Jason's brownstone. He was extremely accommodating to us arriving a little early, and made himself available to let us in, show us around, and answer any questions. Everything was as pictured and described. The location to the subway was excellent, and about a 25-45 minute ride into the city, pending where you were going. We would definitely stay there again!

Jun 27, 2019Jason is an amazing host! He gave us the privacy and freedom of the space, but was always available when we needed. The space is much more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. The street is quiet and the subway station is a few meters from the house, beside a beautiful park. Desde un primer momento Jason nos recibio muy bien, siendo muy accesible con los horarios de entrada. Encontramos la casa en muy buenas condiciones, limpia y hasta nos dejo unos snaks para disfrutar la primer noche. La casa tiene una ubicacion muy buena, gran barrio y a media calle del subte (hay que destacar que pasa una linea express, estan en el centro de manhatan en 25 min como maximo). Es una casa muy confortable, comoda y equipada con todas las comodidades y detalles necesarios. Ademas es un lugar calentito para poder descansar luego de los frios dias de NYC. L'appartement est propre et très bien équiper pour cuisiner. Gros avantage il est très proche du métro A (express pour Manhattan). Le quartier est très sûr de jour comme de nuit. Je recommande fortement cet appartement !

He is really worried to have things clean and functioning, was very attentive to our needs and have us a lot of useful information. Only a short walk from the metro station in a quiet neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again.

Jason was always reliable and available to give recommendations at a moments notice. We will never stay in a hotel again. We hope to come visit New York again sometime. Jun 27, 2019This was an awesome & affordable option for us. We came in for work for a few nights but our stay was cut short & Jason checked us out at 2am, cause he's just that accommodating! He gave us suggestions, offered his parking spot if we couldn't find one, explained where to find the subway, and checked in with us during our time there. What more could you ask for? And of course, the apartment is adorable & even had some snacks waiting for us after a crazy night out! Loved it!

A minor issue we had was noise from neighbors and construction, but this was less of a problem in the part of the apartment where the bedroom is located, as it does not face the street. Die Lage ist unschlagbar günstig, nur 1 min bis zur Express-Subwaystation (In 15 min ist man in Manhattan). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Der Stadtteil selbst macht einen sicheren Eindruck. Viele schöne alte Brownstone-Häuser. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und absolut ausreichend für uns gewesen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten raus und ist sehr ruhig. Jason war ein absolut hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber, der bei Anfragen sofort geantwortet hat und die meiste Zeit auch vor Ort zur Verfügung stand.

Wr gave lower rating for check in because we had a problem with the check-in but Jason explained that he was feeling sick the night we checked in so he missed our call when we were trying to get in. He refunded the night so that worked out.

We also got great help from him on helping us to receive books mailed from Amazon. Definitely will rcommend it to other customers.
Jun 27, 2019After using another website to book, what we thought was Prospect Heights, ending up being in Brownsville. Nothing that we were shown or told was even close to being the truth. That first and only night in that scary place, I stayed up to 130am looking for something last min in Brooklyn. After what seemed like forever I found this lovely place. JASON saved our family vacation!!! With his opening and accepting our booking so late in advance (less than 24 hours) we were able to spend the rest of our trip feeling safe. The place was wonderful, open and clean. We appreciated the full kitchen and was able to cook dinner for our family each night. Jason is a great host and I would recommend him to family and friends if they are ever in the area.

Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend if you want a great place in a great location to get anywhere. Jason was extremely great to deal with even thou he was traveling aswell. Unfortunately we were pretty busy the whole time and Didnt get to meet Jason till we left but he was always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bnb was adorable and clean. We ubered around quite a bit, but the location is great for walking as well. Jason recommended a park near by with the best views of the city, and Jason recommended many great restaurants. The bnb is well worth the price, and I highly recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Jason was a great host! He was very clear and efficient in all his instructions. Very helpful when we needed help with the subway-- he even left us 3 metro cards with some cash on it! Jason responds quickly to any questions you may have and even took initiative to check on us to see how our stay was going. New York is such a social place and its so much to do. Jason place is a great place to visit because its in the heart of historic Brooklyn. We did the typical tourist stuff hip hop murals, famous streets Do The Right Thing Way, Junior's (btw the French toast is amazing), The Sweet Chick, a Brooklyn block party, Hudson Terrace, Manhattan, Joe's Pizza, etc. now next time we visit we can get more in tune with the locals lol. This brownstone was very clean and tidy, nicely decorated, Wifi, cable, one comfortable bed and a pull out sofa in the front room. Self check in and check out was a breeze! Thanks Jason for extending your wonderful home to us.

His place was immaculate and you can tell that he pays close attention to detail when ensuring guests comfort. Check in and out was a breeze the lock on the door is just fancy.. the place was cool, spacious, and in great location to the markets, places to eat, gourmet coffee, and even a nail shop for my wife who all of a sudden needed a mani pedi!! He was available to answer any questions and recommend places to go and things to do. All in all we would definitely stay again!!

Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved our stay at Jason's home! I traveled with my mom, my sister and best friend and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The subway was conveniently located a short walk away to help us get to and from Manhattan. The home was also located next to amazing eateries/bars - some of our favorites included Roberta's, Hotel Delmano, and Dunwell Doughnuts :) The home itself was very cute and comfortable. It was also by far the cleanest AirBnB rental I have stayed in. Jason does a great job cleaning the place between guests and also provides snacks and water! He was very responsive, kind and accommodating. We look forward to staying with Jason again in the future!

Jun 27, 2019Jason's home was very good in terms of our expectations. Very close to A and C line metro station. It takes about 30 minutes to go to a metro station near Times Square. Location is very secure,we didn't observe any crime related activity. The only problem we had was the insulation of some of the windows. Jason attached airconditioning mashines' pipes through the windows and that leaves some holes which disturbs the insulation of the house. Although it is not a big factor for people staying in summer or warmer months,it could be a problem during winter. I can say that the heaters are working quite good,but the windows may be checked for better insulation. Jason is a great host. He is a very welcoming man. We didn't have a major problem,but if we did,he would have paid attention to it. Overall,we recommend his house to everybody who are visiting New York and like to stay out all the chaos of Manhattan.

We also had everything we needed in the kitchen to perfectly execute our homecooked thanksgiving meal. The Airbnb was everything that it promised and more. Jason certainly is a superhost!

We got in late and he accommodated us by still being able to let us in so late. A friend drove us to the apartment and Jason thought she was going to be a guest as well (she wasn’t) and immediately offered extra toiletries for her. I will definitely be staying again

Having an entire apartment with a stocked kitchen, cable TV, and more was an incredible value. The location couldn't have been any better - a beautiful neighborhood with accessible street parking, plenty of places to eat nearby, and a hop, skip, and a jump away from subway station. Jason was a very attentive and responsive host - giving us good insight into the street sweeping being postponed allowing us to park overnight, cheerfully checking us in and helping us navigate the area. We'd highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
Jun 27, 2019If you are looking for a great place to stay in Brooklyn then look no further! Jason's Place is on target! It is close to everything! You can walk to most local restaurants or stores. Our place was clean, warm and very cozy. We had all the utensils and dishes we needed for cooking. Every room was meticulously decorated and enjoyed by us. We even enjoyed the local Italian restaurant that was suggested. Words cannot express how we felt very much at home even though we were miles away. He spoiled us and set the bar VERY HIGH for Airbnb! It is perfectly well located in Brooklyn, 2 minutes walk from the nearest subway station UTICA which goes straight to Manhattan in less than 30 minutes. The flat is roomy and pleasant. There are 2 minimarkets nearby which is very convenient when you come back late in the evening. Jason is very friendly and responsive when you need something or ask for help. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone who would like to discover New-York in the best circumstances.

Jun 27, 2019Jason was amazing and was always available for questions or suggestions throughout our stay. He left some snacks for us when we arrived and provided water when we ran out on our last day. His place is located very close to the Utica subway, so travel via subway to any of the boroughs was made easy. There were a few restaurants located in the area, but I wouldn't recommend wandering around too late at night alone without a companion. I would definitely look Jason's place up again on my next trip to NY.

Jun 27, 2019Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse hos Jason som verkligen var en fantastisk värd. Väldigt snabba svar om vi hade frågor och lägenheten har allt man behöver och mer därtill. Området i Brooklyn är relativt lugnt med vänliga grannar och fina gamla brownstone-hus. Lägenheten ligger nära tunnelbana och buss och man tar sig lätt till övriga delar av New York. Vi hittade många trevliga ställen lokalt också. På kvällen kan vi dock rekommendera att man åker taxi eller alltid är i sällskap när man tar sig hemåt. Vi kan definitivt rekommendera Jasons ställe till de som vill uppleva det Brooklyn som lokala befolkningen lever i. Jasons lägenhet är fantastiskt fin och mysig också!

The appartement is very close to the subway station (less than 5 minutes), the neighborhood is safe and quiet, the appartement is clean and the amenities are good and useful ! Die nächste Subway-Station erreicht man in drei Minuten und mit dem A-Train ist man dann in etwa 15 Minuten im Financial District. Jason war immer super erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein toller Host, der uns auch gute Tipps gegeben hat. Jederzeit wieder hier!
Jun 27, 2019Family of three stayed at the Jason's Gorgeous apartment. The apartment was spacious and colorful exactly as in photos provided. Subway Utica station was literally a minute form the apartment which is the most appreciated after a whole day of walking through NYC :) The apartment is fully equipped and the atmosphere in it is great. Check in and check out were so easy and Jason was very responsive to all questions we had.

Jul 27, 2019We had a week at Jason’s apartment which was fantastically clean, well equipped & very comfortable. Jason was a really good host by being available but never being intrusive. The apartment is very close to Utica subway station which makes getting into Manhattans tourist attractions very easy. Would I stay here again? YES WITHOUT HESITATION!

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Jason's place was really great! The apartment looks absolutely gorgeous and you feel like home there from the very first moment. There's more than enough space to get your stuff organized and there's absolutely nothing missing you could possibly need. And on top of that, the style is really cool! The location couldn't be better – direct and fast connection to JFK and to Manhattan and yet a quiet neighborhood to live in (with a lot of good food all around the place!) Jason himself is the perfect host. He answers really fast to all the messages and he even came to fix something for us almost in the middle of the night. There's no information you couldn't get from him and you definitely should listen to his restaurant recommendations! Terrific! I can absolutely recommend Jason's place and for our next trip to NYC, we'll definitely be back there as well! :)

Jun 27, 2019Jason was the nicest and most responsive host I've ever experienced in my travels. He sent us a map of detailed places to visit, eat at and sight seeing. Access to Sub-Way train is just few blocks away, hence transportation was ease. The location couldn't be more central whilst very quiet. The house had an old touch & was cozy but had all amenities required. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope to come back in the future.

Jun 27, 2019Jason is a great host. He managed our baggage before the check in , the house was clean, he answered all messages very fast. The apartment is near to subway express line (saving time to Manhattan), the neighborhood is safe. We endorse Jason.
Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay at Jason's apartment. It was clean and welcoming and Jason was friendly and helpful in advising us about local amenities. The Subway into Manhattan is just a short walk away, approx 30 minutes to midtown Manhattan, 50 minutes to JFK and there is a local food store where you can buy the basics. We stayed at the end of October and it was just beginning to get cold, the central heating was not operating whilst we were there as I think Jason was having the boiler serviced, there were some radiant heaters available which we didn't use but if you're planning a visit in winter then I would check with Jason in advance that the central heating is now working.

Jun 27, 2019Jason's place is at a perfect location for travelers interested in exploring downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan, without having to deal with the hassles and prices of each of those places. Jason was also a gracious host, and very responsive when needed. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

Jun 27, 2019Jason’s place is a fantastic home base for a trip to NYC. It is within walking distance of the subway that takes you into Manhattan. Jason was very hospitable and took the time to talk us through how the subways system works, how to get to sights and attractions and local places to eat. He checked in with us throughout the trip and was always helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy and has absolutely everything thing that you need. I have no hesitation recommending to other guests.
