The house is on 13/F, with windows opened you don't even need air-con (of course we have)! What Hong Kong people called "the food street", people often come here all the way just to try out many of these famous restaurants - a lot of korean and japanese food opened by Koreans and Japanese themselves, also hotdog, burger, Chinese "yum cha" restaurant, Chinese dim sum, Chinese hotpot, Hong Kong local fast food, 24-hours opened noodle shop... anything you want! A market nearby if you wish to buy ingredients and cook yourself as well. This is a neighborhood where you can find old and new blend in very well with each other - where you can find really cheap food, at the same time expensive or newly opened fusion restaurants. Of course, not only food, there are 3 supermarkets nearby, a famous Guanyin temple (good for career blessing), 10 mins walk to the habor (where people exercises in that area too)... basically it is a super convenient neighborhood in Hong Kong (not to mention how it is located in the centre of Hong Kong, just one station next to Tsim Sha Tsui, or Mongkok.

The room will only be available till 23 Sep, before my mum comes back from the States. And all the wardrobe are full, but if you need, you can always put your luggage in the living area, if you don't want to put them in your room. Female preferred. And the room can only accommodate 1 person max.

Apart from Mongkok, I would say it's probably one of the most convenient areas in Hong Kong to travel to anywhere you want to. There is a bus travelling directing from the airport to the building, a taxi station in another direction, 3 mins walk from the building, a mini-bus right at the entrance of the building, which will take you to the metro and Tsim Sha Tsui or Kowloon Tong. Hung Hom, where the building is located, is also the area where all bus between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon side will pass by - so it is usually a 30 mins bus ride (max) from here to places like Causeway Bay and Central. Oh, and you can also travel to Hong Kong Island by ferry! If you are trying to visit the New Territories like Tuen Mun or Yuen Long for some great hike or organic farm day trip, you can take West Rail for less than an hour and you will be at your destination. Travelling to China? The train to Shenzhen or Guangzhou starts also here at Hung Hom metro station. And Uber has a lot of cars aroun

I am renting out one of the two rooms, which belongs to my mother but she's now away to the States till 24 Sept. (so the space is available till 23 Sep). Other than that, you can use the bathroom, kitchen and living area as you wish. I will also be staying in the flat so we will be sharing the apartment during your stay. But usually I wake up and leave work from 9am and back at earliest 730 or 8pm, so it's basically your space during working hours. :) Sometimes, I may cook light dinners and if you wish to join, feel free! (not excellent cooking though...)
