This is a mini hotel that I found is common in Hong Kong. Room is the size of a mini van. The plumbing is poor and there's a strong scent of moisture in the air. The sheets were worn and not apparently clean although I saw now clear evidence of them having been used. I wouldn't stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019地理位置是无可厚非,就在著名的重庆大厦旁边｡我是晚上快12点到的,出地铁站,遇到好多印度人,有点儿吓人的,因为他们就那样三三两两的站在街上,总之我是硬着头皮拖着箱子走的｡大厦的门口不是很好找,其实,我建议房东应该描述的更仔细一些:出来地铁D,就会看到7-11,然后,面向7-11右拐,大约10米左右是大厦的一个门,不过,这个门晚上关的挺早的,所以,晚上到的话,就得着另一个门也是正门,这个正门离刚才说的门有大约2-3分钟的路程,就是沿着大厦走,就可以找到｡大厦的安全性还是可以的,门口都有保安,晚上会有登记政策方可入内｡第一晚去的时候,由于酒店里没有写WiFi和密码,所以,第一晚就过着没有WiFi的日子｡所以,建议房东,还是讲WiFi写在大家都能看到的地方,这样比较方便｡这个价格我是满意的,毕竟地理位置这么优越的地方｡

Jun 27, 2019Room is as described, very small with seated toilet and shower and new aircon and fast wifi. Adequate for solo traveller who is budget conscious. TST is great location to stay in and Metro entrance is just downstairs, many bus stops near by and ferry terminal within 10 mins walking distance. Recommend future visitors to go across the road and check out the lovely Kowloon park. It has swimming pool, bird aviary and MacDonald offering nice coffee and breakfast. Great place for breakfast and a relief from the pace and crowd of TST. All in all, this accommodation is good value for the budget traveller.

Jun 27, 2019숙소때문에 힘든 여행이었습니다. 제가 예약한 1인실은 곰팡이냄새가 너무 심했고 이불은 축축하고 깨끗하지 못했습니다. 5일을 예약했는데 도저히 참을수가 없어 방을 바꿔달라해서 하루 맞은편에 위치한 방으로 바꿨는데 그 방은 그나마 환기도 되고 괜찮았습니다. 호스트 샘은 친절했지만 숙소때문에 최악의 여행이 되었네요.. 위치는 좋지만 여자혼자묵기에는 너무 무서웠던 건물이었네요.
Jun 27, 2019房子位置超级好,楼下就是珍妮饼干,对面就是翠花餐厅｡只是美丽都大厦有些旧,住的人五花八门,但个人觉得安全什么的也没那么不好｡ 房东很贴心,房间专门放置了转换插头,可以不用自己带｡房间是真心小,那也是没办法的,胜在干净整洁,赞一个 下次过去准备带宝宝一起,还住sam家
Jun 27, 2019This is the second time I've stayed at one of Sam's places. The experience is fantastic with his super efficient system. Rock up at the door, follow the instructions, call his number, get the door code, go in, and you'll find a small but very clean and modern room with a heart warming theme and ensuite, hot water, great wifi, everything you need (just remember to bring a towel!). Will be back again and again!

Jun 27, 2019Sam的小屋是个很方便的地方,下了飞机,机场大巴N21可以直达,N21是24小时所以早上早起赶飞机也很方便,住的地方就在地铁站口,轻松玩转油尖旺｡好多地方步行过去也用了多久｡真的是个很好的住宿地点｡

Jun 27, 2019在香港这样的地方,有个住的地方就行,挺好的! PS: 1.这里需要自己带毛巾和除了沐浴露之外的所有洗漱用品｡ 2.地铁出口没有大楼入口的,其它3面都有,叫美丽都大厦,门口很小,可以节约出尽量多的商铺,可以理解,就是太难找了! 3.一定要开个香港日套餐,要打电话给房东确认你的楼层和门牌号码,到了门口就可以用门框上的电话联系他要密码开门,自助入住,临时离开时一定要带房卡,用来开大门口的密码锁的｡ 4.亮点就是周围真的很方便,走路到维多利亚港都只需要10分钟,周围的商场和餐厅也是各种丰富｡ 5.总体来说不好不坏,考虑到在香港,性价比还不错的｡

Jun 27, 2019房間位置很好找,只是可能等阿姨安排住房要等久一點｡而且我房間廁所的水龍頭還是壞的,只能用花灑不太方便｡附近交通很便利,去The one,海港城等大商場都很方便,走路即可到達｡晚上走路去吃個一蘭拉麵也沒有問題,附近有很多可逛的地方還有美食,去之前可以做好攻略｡

Jun 27, 2019Felt cheated since not informed of electric outage, place is dirty, shower scalded me a few times, got bitten by bugs. MTR is very near but u got to climb 2 stories up which may not be ideal if u traveling with luggage.

Jun 27, 2019我预定了23号到26号的房,全额付款｡可23号香港台风波及了深圳广州,从广州到深圳的所有路线都没办法出行｡我联系房东,退房,少收些房租或者变更到后面几天,可是房东二话不说,理由坚定,不退不改,不退一分钱｡ 这样做生意的,真是让人郁闷…………天灾人祸,也低档不住房东的赚钱之心……｡以后大家定房,要注意了…………………………｡

Jun 27, 2019it's so small and no one will assist you upon check in. this place has a makeship reception, yet it's closed and no one seems to be available to estimate the guests. to no avail of Sam or her staff when I arrived late at night, though she's informed about that, i ended up occupying a two-bed cramped room because it was the only room that's open when i checked in. so i supposed, this was my reserved room. to my chagrin when I checked out, she's freaking mad as if it's indeed my fault that I stayed in a room not meant for me. what's very disapponting was she charged me HK$200. this place and the owner were terrible.

Jun 27, 2019The place is quite small. The wall has a little bit of dirt on it and some the paint is peeling off. It smells a little old but the place in general is clean enough to live. The host doesn't really respond to text so just call him instead. It's also in a great location, in the middle of everything but it is quite pricey for how small the place is.

It is extremely close to the MTR and the harbour, there are nice restaurants and cafes in the area, and the building feels relatively safe with night guards and such. It is really good value compared to other places that are located that centrally in HK. Also, my tiny room had its own tiny toilet and shower. However, if you’re planning to stay for a bit longer than a night or two, you might want to pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer, as there was no window and it felt slightly claustrophobic at times. Also, the room I stayed in had moldy walls, which concerned me as I was staying for several nights (but otherwise clean!).
