We offer a lovely flat with 3 double rooms (2 of them with balcony), a big living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It is in the center just 10 min walk from the "Rambla" and the port, and also from the Pl. Espanya with the Magic Fountain. The closest metro station is within 3 min by walk from us, with 2 metro lines and the funicular so you can reach every important thing in the city within 15-20 min, there are a lot of restaurant, bars, tapas bars, pharmacy, bank, grocery, bakery just next to the flat. Bedsheets and towels are included in price and there is also WIFI in the whole flat.

Neighborhood Overview
Next to the Montjuic hill, close to the Pl. Espanya and Magic Fountain, 15min walk from the Ramblas and even less from the port.

Very nice apartment and it's close to city centre.
Jun 27, 2019The location is perfect: quite close to the metro station and it takes only ten minutes in metro to most of the travel spots! The condition of the apartment was very good and clean. The only defect is that the wash machine didn't work, it was somewhat inconvenient as we were staying there for five days.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment looks great online but even better in person. Our stay was a pleasant and comfortable one. Suzy was very helpful. Our experience was great! The wifi was a little spotty but this didn't take away from our general impression. Amazing location!
Jun 27, 2019Suzy met us outside and showed us around the apartment, which was actually a larger one to the one we originally booked but still in the same location. The apartment was great and had all the facilities. It was also very conveniently located in proximity to shops, bars and metro. We really loved the location and enjoyed hanging out at the La Esquinita pinchos bar just around the corner. Suzy was very helpful and even let us keep our bags at the place while we did some more exploring on our last day in Barcelona. In summary, we could not have wished for anything better! Would love to stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019It was our second visit in the same barrio, even in the same block. Apartment is like in descrpition. El Poble Sec is wonderful area, it's easy to go every where in Barcelona. We were four adults and apartment was really good for us.

Jun 27, 2019Accueil efficace,dès notre arrivée.Discret ensuite. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu plus d echanges, l impression d une simple location,nous attendons autre chose de ce principe de location. Par ailleurs ménage fait mais pas dans les coins,donc un peu limite.Micro onde et poignées poisseux… De plus 2 chambres donnent sur une rue bruyante et simple vitrage, nous avons peu dormi la première nuit, vive les boules Quies! Autre point négatif en hiver:pas de chauffage,juste des radiateurs soufflants a déplacer….on aurait aimé être prévenus.. Sinon tres bien situé dans un quartier animé avec des bars à tapas sympas,distance a pied des ramblas et facile en métro pour tout le centre.
Jul 27, 2019Notre arrivée à Barcelone s'est très bien passé, nous avons vite trouvés nos marques dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très proche du métro qui nous permet d'être en quelques minutes dans les plus beaux endroits de la ville. Suzy s'est montrée très arrangeante pour notre heure d'arrivée et de départ. Ce logement nous à permis un bon séjour à Barcelone!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement agréable et très bien situé avec des commerces à proximité. Hôte accueillant mais peu présent. Toute les consignes à respecter sont affichées sur les murs. Des objets sont à vendre.(magnets). Le principe de la location entre particuliers airbnb n'est pas vraiment respecté dommage! Deux chambres conformes à la description en revanche la troisième chambre est très petite et sombre avec un lit d'appoint. La machine à laver ainsi que le four ne fonctionnés pas. Dommage.

Jun 27, 2019Such a great location! There are so many bars and places to eat within a 2 minute walk. There's a lot of nightlife around here. The apartment itself is a little noisey, but I didn't mind it too much. There were 4 of us who stayed here and we had plenty of space. I would recommend this location!

Jun 27, 2019Getting the keys and leaving the flat was uncomplicated and easy. The flat is a good option when travelling to Barcelona. It has enough space and everything what you need. The location is very comfortable as there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby and it's in walking distance to La Rambla. The only things that were a little bit disturbing are, that the beds are not too comfortable and its quite loud during the night. :)

La ubicación es muy linda, es barrio es ruidoso pero no es problema. El departamento es muy cómodo. La cocina es chica pero se puede cocinar bien. La ducha es excelente. Nos pudimos bañar las cuatro personas seguidas sin quedarnos sin agua
Jun 27, 2019El piso es exactamente igual que en las fotos. Nos recibieron a la hora convenida, muy amable y cordial. Es muy cómodo, muy cerca de todo. De restaurantes, de bares, supermercados, multitiendas con amplio horario. Caminando puedes llegar a todo el centro, Raval, Gotic, etc. Recomendadísimo. Nos dejaron salir incluso más tarde de la hora convenida.
Jun 27, 2019The listing of this apartment was exactly how they presented it online. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and never ran out of hot water for showering. The hosts were very welcoming and caring. There was a problem with the keys and the lock before we had arrived, but Suzy was already on top of the situation and made sure there was nothing we had to worry about. Suzy was very easy to get a hold of and super nice about any questions we had. The area the apartment was in was a great location. All the main attractions were very easy to walk to and was right next to a lively street filled with many restaurants to choose from. The owners also own a bike shop downstairs from the apartment which me and some friends took advantage of and rented bikes from them. I felt very welcomed staying here and recommend this apartment to anyone.

Jun 27, 2019My friends and I (5 adults) stayed in the flat during our weeklong Barcelona outing. The flat is in excellent location. It is right on the busy street full of restaurants and a 10 minute walk away from La Rambla and Gothic quarter. The flat was clean and spacious (by European standards) and I can see how up to 6 people (3 couples) can comfortably stay there. The hosts were nice and friendly. When our kettle broke down, they got us a new one in a short amount of time. Given its location, it is truly awesome. The only issue is that given its central location, it can get noisy at night especially during football/soccer games.

Jun 27, 2019The location of Suzy's flat in Batcelona was fabrastic! Centrally located to public transportation and local restaurants and bars, but on a quiet side street with outdoor cafes. The flat is obviously used as a rental property year round, and did not feel as "homey" as other Airbnb stays.

Jun 27, 2019Host was very flexible with our arrival and leaving. Full marks for this. Attention to detail in respect to lights not working, shower curtain, bath mat which should have been replaced a long time ago, wallpaper loose. Area is very noisy at night and lasts into early morning.

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento muy bien ubicado, en plena zona de bares de tapas y pinchos y de cafeterías. A pocos minutos de la Plaza de España y del metro. La zona es un poco animada, al menos cuando estuvimos (fin de semana) y hubo ruido en la calle por la noche. Suzy atendió todas nuestras dudas por chat y nos recibió Sil. Estuvimos muy cómodos los 4, aunque algunos aspectos de limpieza y puertas rotas son mejorables. También hemos echado de menos una TV.

The location is really good, central, near several subway stations, a lot of cafes, small grocery shops and several supermarkets. The communication with Suzy was super easy and fast. We stayed for 3 days in Barcelona and were very satisfied with our choice. The only thing that you should consider is that the windows are facing the street, so it's not a calm or silent place, but for us it wasn't a problem. @Suzy: Thanks a lot for your hospitality!
