The room is equipped with an A/C and a window that opens towards a fire escape. You will have access to the entire apartment, except for my own bedroom. I will be staying in one of the bedrooms and am available most of the time. This is a very safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum + lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and Laundromats within walking distance. It's a 20 minute subway ride to Canal Street in Manhattan and 20 minutes the beautiful Brighton beach (white sand) and the historic Cony Island. You can use subways number 2, 5 or B and Q
