Tengo un muy buen recuerdo de mi estancia en casa de Lucia. Aunque no la haya visto mucho (las dos estábamos muy liadas), ha sido muy agradable charlar con ella de vez en cuando. El piso esta muy bien, todo esta muy bien arreglado y fácil de usar. Esta super bien situado, se puede ir andando a todas partes! Recomendo!

Jun 27, 2019Lucia and Romina are super nice and pretty ;) the house is at the best location, just five minutes to the airport bus stop, and two minutes to the biggest mall El Corte Ingles, actually it's near to everywhere because it's at the heart of Barcelona. The house is clean and tidy. And it's very quiet. Super recommend!!

El apartamento esta ubicado en una zona estratégica donde puedes visitar todo caminando y con respecto a la seguridad la zona también es perfecta... Barcelona es una marabilla y sin duda recomendaría quedarse en este alojamiento para visitarla.
Jun 27, 2019I and my wife had a very nice stay in Lucia's apartment for three nights. The location was just perfect, with very convenient access to must-sees of Barcelona. She and Romina were super nice and friendly. The place was cosy and clean. The only problem was that we had to walk many stairs up which is going to be resolved as the lift seemed to be installed soon. Then, I would strongly recommend to stay here.

Jun 27, 2019Really glad we chose this flat my gf and myself. Location is superb, 5 min walking from Plaza de Catalunya, where the bus from the airport stop. In the very centre, at no time, you find yourself in la Rambla or walking on the narrow beautiful streets of Barrio Gotico. The house is charming, handy, beautiful decorated and totally clean. It's an old building, but in few months i could see a lift will be placed. Good WIFI, warming and super comfortable bed, the hosts are really nice and helpful. They let us to make a late checkin, that was really appreciated!! Thanks so much for everything :)

Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay a lot - the apartment is lovely, the hosts are super nice and welcoming, very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is clean and neat, and has all the essentials. The location is absolutely perfect! Only thing we didn't expect and was a bit strange is that the door of the room didn't close fully, so you can't completely shut it. It doesn't have a regular door handle, but more like a closet handle, and doesn't have a lock. It wasn't too bad but just a bit uncomfortable for us as a couple to feel like we have complete privacy - but again, not a big deal.

El cuarto hay mucho luz y la cama es muy confortable.Espero que voy a volver en el futuro! I really enjoyed my stay with Romina and Lucia. They are friendly and welcoming. The flat is lovely and exactly like the pictures. The room is light and the bed is very comfortable. I hope to stay again in the future!
Jun 27, 2019My boyfriend and I had such a nice stay at Romina and Lucia's place. A very clean and cozy appartment located in the very middle of Barcelona. We could use the kitchen, bath and living room as much as we wanted. However, we were often on the go and only used the appartment to stay in the night. Romina and Lucia were very kind and helpful. I would recommend their place to other travellers looking for a central and nice appartment during their stay in Barcelona :-)

Jun 27, 2019Lucia is an amazing host, and made sure we were comfortable. She arranged for an early check-in for us as requested, and was very responsive on emails. The apartment's location is excellent. Plaza Catalunya is hardly 5 mins away from the house, where lots of free walking tours and hop off -hop on buses start. The airport bus also drops you there. The metro station, city centre, some of the famous gaudi buildings are all within a 1-2 km range. Lots of great eateries around as well. The room is cosy and as shown in pictures. The washroom is very clean, and even though it's slightly away from the bedroom - this should not be a problem. If we go to Barcelona again, we will 100% stay with Lucia. Highly recommended!

The appartment was clean and had the best location, most of the places were at walking distance, we used the metro only a few times. If i go to Barcelona again, i sure will stay at this place again. Jun 27, 2019The place is simple but comfortable and clean. The location is great, right next to the Ramblas. The bathroom is shared with Lucia, who is Brazilian, and another Argentine resident. The shower is good and the bed is good as well. Lucia was very sweet and helpful. I would stay again. I would only not recommend the place for older people or those with mobility problems since there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on a high floor .

Jun 27, 2019La habitación es muy cómoda, así como el baño es amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. La zona es impecable! A media cuadra del famoso Corte Inglés de la Plaza Catalunya. Rocío y Lucía nos recibieron muy cálidamente. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que por ahora no hay ascensor en el edificio (recién ahora lo están construyendo), y el departamento se encuentra en un 5to piso, por lo que deben evaluarlo bien si van con demasiado equipaje o si tienen dificultades para subir escaleras.

La camera è spaziosa il giusto, il bagno è grande, ristrutturato da poco e sempre pulito. Soprattutto, l'appartamento è centralissimo ma allo stesso tempo non rumoroso!

Jun 27, 2019Lucia was a kind and helpful host. She allowed us to leave our luggage on check out day for a few hours which was nice. She even left my shoes that I had forgotten in the room on my luggage so I wouldn't leave them behind. The bathroom is kind of small, and when shared between four people can be slightly inconvenient. We did not use the kitchen but it looked nice and the rest of the apartment was well kept. Overall a great stay in a central location, walking distance to anything and everything in the heart of Barcelona near Las Ramblas!

Jun 27, 2019Très bel endroit, propre et bien situé. L'appartement est vraiment joli, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ça. Romina et Julia sont très aimables et accueillantes. Julia faisait régulièrement le ménage pendant notre séjour. Et notre arrivée à l'appartement a été facilitée par les ouvriers chaleureux de l'immeuble qui nous ont porté nos bagages jusqu'au 5ème Etage alors que l'ascenseur était en travaux.

La casa è abbastanza accogliente e silenziosa, la camera è piccola ma allo stesso tempo funzionale. L'appartamento grande e la wifi funziona bene. L'unica pecca è il fatto di trovarsi al quinto piano senza ascensore, ma questo lo sapevamo già in quanto comunicato nell'annuncio.

В подъезде ведется капитальный ремонт большинства квартир, так что немного напоминает стройку. Меня встретила одна из хозяек Рамона, очень приятная и вежливая девушка, все объяснила и рассказала.

Pros of the stay: - great hosts - fantastic location, only 3 min to aerobus and 10 min to Gothic quarter/el born - large room, clean and cosy bed Cons: - no elevator and it's on the 6th floor, so alot of stairs to climb - construction currently undergoing, which can be very noisy at times n blocks the entrance - shared bathroom among all 3 of us, so at times u will need to wait for ur turn, and the water pressure is quite low

Jun 27, 2019Perfect location in the city center. Comfortable bed and nice, clean bathroom. Romina and Lucia are very nice hosts and left us with maps and tourist books to help us get around the city. The house has everything you need, even filtered water from the tap so you can refill your water bottles! And there is an elevator currently being installed for future Airbnb travelers :) I would definitely recommend this house!

Jun 27, 2019Posizione centralissima con negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e metropolitana vicini. Le ragazze sono molto accoglienti, gentili e simpatiche. Hanno un rubinetto con l'acqua depurata ed è stato molto comodo poterlo utilizzare. Abbiamo condiviso il bagno anche con un loro amico ma immagino che fosse lì solo per le vacanze di Natale. L'appartamento è grande, luminoso e pulito.

Jun 27, 2019Lucia's apartment is beautiful and neat as a pin. The room is a nice size with comfortable double bed and a window that allows a lot of sunlight and fresh air in. Location wise this apartment is perfect - close to Placa de Catalunya and many great shopping streets - yet the apartment itself is on a very quiet street right in the middle with very low noise levels. Bathroom is very clean and neat and has everything one needs. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I loved staying here and can highly recommend them.

Jun 27, 2019I and my wife were in Barcelona for two weeks. And we are very pleased that we select Lucia's apartment. A lot of major attractions can be easily reached within a 5-10-minute walk. In our room was a comfortable bed. Sometimes we cooked a food, it's very convenient that we could use kitchen and a fridge. Lucia and Edu were very friendly and tried to do everything to help us. We are highly recommended this apartment if your're going to Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019I stayed for 3 weeks. Perfect location! Just next to plaza Catalunya and portal de l'angel plus its a quiet street so its the best. The elevator is finally working! Lucia and edo are really nice and helpful. Would definitely go back. Really recommended!

Lucia and Edu are very nice people, their place is authentic and the room is perfect for a couple or a single person. Very clean, tidy and smells nice :) Strongly recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Квартира очень понравилась. Находится прям в центре, все рядом, автобус, метро, пешком можно дойти до всех достопримечательностей и моря. Квартира очень чистая. Хозяева доброжелательные. Несмотря на ранний приезд, Люсия разрешила заселиться нам сразу по приезду. Единственное , что не поняла, это платная Стиральная машинка. В описании она входила, я думала , что платить не надо. И один ключ на двоих. Хотелось бы получать по комплекту ключей для каждого.
Jun 27, 2019La ubicación es perfecta y al lado de todo , está en una calle tranquila y de fácil acceso. La habitación es linda y tiene mucha luz. Toda la vivienda está ordenada y limpia ; es una casa con detalles y cuidada. El trato con Lucía y su chico es muy agradable y están pendientes de que no te falte nada y que la estancia sea cómoda. Lo recomiendo por su buena relación calidad precio y estpy segura de que repetiré estancia en futuras visitas a Barcelona

Jun 27, 2019I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during my first time in barcelona. Soo central and a two minute walk from plaza catalunya - I easily took an aerobus from the airport, had access to the bus touristic, walkable from the beach (30 min), the gothic (10 min), la rambla, and more. The place itself was clean and well-represented by the profile. Lucia and Edu were incredibly nice and welcoming and answered my questions and were super flexible with my check in and check out. The building is on a little alleyway without driving access so it's very quiet, and the building itself has 2 doors for extra security. There's an elevator which is a plus. Overall no complaints, amazing place.
Jun 27, 2019It's really important to say that it was the first time I stayed in an AirBnB, so that's why I was hesitating at first. When I got home Lucia made me feel like I was back home. Lucia is a wonderful host. She was really kind with me and she even supplied me with maps of Barcelona. I even asked her for a plug in socket and she had a spare one and lent me. Then she showed me my room and the bathroom. They were both really clean. She even gave me a towel I could use, and shampoo :) I didn't have the chance to get to know her well but she left me the best impressions. The home is 2 minutes close(on feet) to the Plaza Catalunya. You can get access there to the Plaza Catalunya metro station easily. Overall, I had a really good time at the house. I definitely recommend staying in Lucia's appartment :)

Jun 27, 2019Lucia was very nice. Our arrival was very late (2h delayed) but no problem with the checkin for her. 5* The flat was clean and our room was nice. Located very central so everything was easy to get there. Nice stay in Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019The room was spacious and lovely, Lucia and Edu were very kind. Located near a lot of attractions and metro&bus, it's very easy to get around the city from here. I stayed here for four nights by myself, and it was just perfect. Once you get a hold of Major locations, you will enjoy walking everywhere; even the Barceloneta beach is only 20-25mins of walk. Lucia and Edu were kind and easy to communicate with. The bathroom is unique and spacious so it was comfortable using it. Around the street there were cute little cafeterias that were both characteristic and tasty. Go to 4Gats(2 min from house), where Picasso frequented, and enjoy a cuo of espresso for just €1.55. Overall I highly recommend it!
Jun 27, 2019We loved Lucias place! It is very central and there is lots to do. It is close to public transport nevertheless we managed to walk everywhere. The room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the Appartement we shared. Lucia was very friendly and kind, awaited us with the keys and gave us tips how to get there and around ;-)

Jun 27, 2019Great hospitality from Lucia! The location is very centralized. La rambla was just one block away. What I loved was the excellent customer service from Lucia. She allowed me to keep my luggage after check out. I left my glasses in the house. Lucia found it and courier it for me. She was very helpful and considerate. It was my pleasure to stayed in her house.
Jun 27, 2019Excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos de medios de transporte (bus, metro catalunya, aerobus) y lugares turísticos. Rodeado de zona comercial, restaurantes y supermercados. Caminando: ramblas, paseo de gracia (menos de 5- 7 minutos), casa de batlo (15- 20 minutos), las pedreiras (25 minutos). Habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Lucia y Leo son muy educados y si bien están ahí en el alojamiento respetan mucho la privacidad de uno. Buena opción para viajeros a Barcelona. :-)
Jun 27, 2019To start, when I booked this location, Lucia reached out to me very quickly. Throughout my trip, she was in communication with me, and helped make recommendations. The room is pretty big compared to some European hotel rooms. I was provided a clean towel, strong wifi, and access to the kitchen if I wanted. I decided to eat out, but appreciated the sentiment. This was a great location, I was comfortable here, and Lucia was an amazing host.
Jun 27, 2019Lucia and her boyfriend were a great host. Our arrival with the areobus was simply. We found the appartment easily and it was no problem to check in at 8 pm. The appartment is very cosy and there is everything you need for your stay. Only strange thing: no lock for the door. You have to close the door in your room and the bathroom with a hinge. And the walls are thin so you can hear the TV in your room. Nevertheless we recommend you this room if you want to be central and be friendly surrounded. Thanks for some good days in Barcelona. We would come back again.

Transportation to and from Barcelona Airport and the apartment is made very simple, being situated just minutes away from the shuttle bus service. The hosts are friendly, who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have everything you need!

La camera un po' piccolina ma comoda e pulita. Posizione dell'appartamento ottimo. Vicinissimo alla Rambla e alla metro. Soddisfatti. Consiglio di alloggiare da loro se vi trovate a Barcellona. Jun 27, 2019Отличная комната в хорошем месте. Если вы прилетаете в Барселону и добираетесь до города на Aerobus, всего 3 минуты от остановки и вы в квартире. Гостеприимные хозяева. Все удобно, чисто. К услугам любые мелочи: от кухни, до стиральной машины. Уезжал позже, спросил о возможности погостить не до 12, а до 16 час., Lucia любезно предоставила такую возможность. Спасибо!

Jun 27, 2019Lucia har ett mycket vänligt bemötande! Allt överensstämde med beskrivningen på hemsidan. Bra stort rum. Rent och fräscht. Tillgång till kök, badrum, vardagsrum. Läget på lägenheten nära Placa Cataluna är perfekt. Innebär nära till de flesta sevärdheter, metro och buss. Inga störande grannar.

Begge værter var super søde, og vi følte os meget velkomne i deres hjem. Lejligheden levede i høj grad op til de forventninger vi havde, inden vi kom - kan klart anbefales:)

Jun 27, 2019La habitacion es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, cómoda para dos personas. El departamento es cómodo y estaba limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable! A una cuadra de la plaza principal de Barcelona con todos los medios de transporte disponibles, muy fácil de trasladarse. Sin embargo la cuadra del departamento es muy pintoresca y tranquila, no se escuchan ruidos. Lucía y Eduardo son excelentes anfitriones, muy amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. Sin duda lo recomendamos!

Люсиа доброжелательная хозяйка, отзывчивая, отвечает на все вопросы. В день отъезда Люсиа сама предложила нам выехать позже, когда нам нужно, а не в назначенное время. Все очень понравилось, идеальное место, идеальное местоположение .

Both Lucia and Edu were extremely hospitable and provided me with a beautiful and clean room, helping make my trip to Barcelona the highlight of my Euro trip! Would absolutely recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Lucia’s home is so central to everything - a 5-minute walk to Plaza Cataluña bus and train terminal, 10-min to the gothic quarter and El Born, and yet it was tucked away on a quiet street. The room is spacious and comfortable with a window for breeze. The bed was very cozy too. Lucia and her partner were excellent hosts - very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even invited me to watch a a futbal match with them at home. Highly recommend.

Jun 27, 2019Very well located. Clean, friendly welcoming. Only issue is the lack of air conditioning - for a Brit on a very warm night it was difficult to sleep! Though they did provide a fan which made a difference. A few nice touches like funny bears and water.

Jun 27, 2019I really enjoyed Lucia's place. Both Lucia and Edu were very friendly when I saw them. The room was very cute and the apartment was conveniently located in a busy part of Barcelona. The apartment was just around the corner from one of the transport hubs. The plaza had a touristic bus line as well as the metro, train, and buses. There is an elevator in the building and I had no trouble with the wifi while I was there.

Jun 27, 2019Not a super host, or very communicative for that matter, but the place is clean and located in a great area that is easy to get around. It’s a very small place so I would recommend to solo travelers. Safe area, and nice building. Don’t expect too much from the hosts, in my experience bc they didn’t speak to me (might be the language barrier also), but they seem like a nice couple. Overall, I was content.
Jun 27, 2019My stay with Lucia was one of the best AirBnb experiences I've had, and I can't recommend this flat enough for a solo traveller. A sensational location, so easy to get around to different parts of the city by bus or metro. The area is also very safe, which for a female traveling alone is important. The layout of the flat is ideal, as although the guest room is in the middle of the flat, it does not feel as though you're stepping on each other. Finally, there is a LIFT which is so unusual, but a blessing for tired feet after a long day. Lucia and Edu are relaxed and cheerful hosts, and it was a pleasure to be in their flat for a week, the room is spacious and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay again when I return to Barcelona. (ps do not miss OGGI Gelato just around the corner! )
Jun 27, 2019I had a cancelled flight, so I only ended up staying here for a short overnight stay. It was right near Catalunya for the airport bus (walkable with luggage), and right in the middle of Barcelona -- yet still the quietest room I have had yet. Lovely and patient hosts with great communication throughout. It all worked out seamlessly, despite the airline issues.

Con una amabilidad insuperable, reflejada en muchos detalles, inclusive Lucia fue a esperarme fuera de su casa, al saber que venía con maletas y en la noche para ayudarme y orientarme. Jun 27, 2019I loved staying at Lucia's place. The location is very central, but the street is quiet. The room is exactly as in the picture (and very lovely). The only thing to take into account is that there is no wardrobe in the room, so if you are traveling with lots of things you should let Lucia know ;) I would definitely reccomend staying there and would love to come back!

L’espace douche est très agréable est propre. Lucia est adorable et pleine d’attentions. Bref, un accueil parfait! À recommander vivement!

Cuida los detalles, es muy tolerante y una gran persona. La casa está genial ubicada y es fácil encontrarla y llegar desde el aeropuerto. El complemento perfecto para que tu viaje a Barcelona sea genial.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is really well located. Everything you needed was close to it. Public transportation is easy from Plaça de Catalunya which is at 5 minutes of walk from the location. The bedroom was really clean and the sheets smelled good. The host had great restaurant recommendations.
