Great host, nice and cozy apartment! Renata was so kind and she helped us in any way, even with our really late booking (just the evening before the check-in!!). Perfect position, 2 min from the beach, safe area, money change, shops and restaurants are all nearby. We strongly recommend Renata and her apartments, and if you are italian she is the perfect choice for you: she speaks perfect italian!

Jun 27, 2019I highly recommend this apt. It's a great place in a great location. The apt is rather large, has been newly renovated and is two short blocks from Copacabana beach. My girlfriend and I also stayed at another one of Renata’s properties nearby and really liked the Copacabana area. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars close by, and of course you have a world class beach just a couple blocks away which was the main attraction for us. We also did quite a bit of walking and this apt lends itself to a 20ish minute walk to Ipanema beach and a 40ish minute walk to Leblon. I highly recommend making those walks as you end up on a series of world class beaches the vast majority of the time and views and beaches are stellar. Working with Renata was a pleasure. She was flat out great and has been the best host and person I have come in contact with while using airbnb. We had a change of plans and needed to make this reservation at the last minute and she was able to accommodate. Our flight also didn't leave Rio until the late evening and she was a huge help in locating a place where we could leave our bags for the day. We hope to make a trip to Rio again at some point and when we do we will definitely reach out to Renata. Thanks again for all your accommodations, recommendations and help Renata. It was all very much appreciated.
Jun 27, 2019I recommend this accommodation of Renata. I was welcomed in a very hearty way from her mother who explained everything necessary. The apartment is clean and fully equipped with taste. It is safe due to 24h security at the entrance. It is just two blocks away from Copacabana beach, 10 minutes of walking from a metro station and free taxis pass the streets all the time. Close you will find supermarkets, drug stores, banks, restaurants and cafés. Renata arrived on time for a hearty goodbye. The only things you shall keep in mind are, that during carnival you must expect to hear music from the street and that apartment blocks in South America have a rather large open supply funnel.
Jun 27, 2019Small but very nice apartment at a perfect location in the middle of the copacabana area. Beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. It is also save to get home by night as the entrance to the apartment is just next to the main street in Copacabana. Renata was very friendly and gave us some tips about Rio and also organized a low priced taxi to get back to the airport. We booked the apartment only the evening before arriving and everything worked perfectly.
Jun 27, 2019My friend and I had two amazing weeks in Renata's beautiful appartment. The appartment has an incredible and safe location, you really are in two minutes at the Copacabana. Furthermore, the bakery is around the corner and the supermarket only two blocks away. Renata is very lovely, she received us middle in the night and we could write her whenever there was a problem. We loved the appartment it's small but we didn't need anything bigger, the bathroom is nice and you can easily cook a good meal in the kitchen. As two young girls we felt safe in Renata's apparment and were happy that there was a 24h doorman. Thank you Renata for making our stay in Rio so unforgettable :)

Jun 27, 2019I had such a comfotable time in Renat's home. The best thing was location. It's middle of copacabana and so close to beach and very easy to catch bus, subway and taxi. Supermarket, laundry, restaurant and bar everything is so close... The second thing is flat itself. Its very bright flat as you can see in foto. Feel fresh and everything is inside...and comfotable to use... also there is so much space for storage. It was very cozy. The third thing I liked is security. I was a bit worried about this as I am woman and travel alone but this flat 24hours guard in enterance. And the location itself is very safe area so you dont need to worry!! Lastly I love the host Renata. She is great person very international open minded. She always there want to help you and she is trying to give better service I can see this. I am sure next guest will even more enjoyable stay. :) thanks a lot for everything. Obrigada.
Jun 27, 2019O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, perto da praia, em uma região movimentada. O piso é de taco, pode ser que cause alergia em pessoas mais sensíveis. A Renata é super gente boa e prestativa.
Jun 27, 2019Departamento ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa de copacabana, cerca de un supermercado y farmacias. Muy agradable, estuvimos tres noches y fue perfecto. Renata es una excelente anfitriona, nos dió datos de cosas que hacer en Río y nos ayudó a reservar un taxi para volvernos al aeropuerto por un precio muy conveniente. Recomiendo este lugar!

Jun 27, 2019We HIGHLY recommend Renata's studio and especially recommend her as a host as we know she has other properties in the area. We stayed in the Green Studio (I called it) one block from Copacabana beach post 6 for 8 wonderful nights. My husband and I had to go to Rio in Nov for business and since we did not know anyone there we thought of trying out Airbnb (which is very popular in SF were we live). We were attracted by the slogan "feel at home any part of the world" and thats exactly how we felt in Renata's apartment, at home. By the end of our trip, we where saying to each other "lets go home?" Hehe. When we arrived we were greeted by Renata with so much attention and care. I felt like I was being received by a friend I'd known forever. She helped us with tips about the area, a list of restaurants and things do. When we needed her she was available and we felt so fortunate to have met her! The apartment was exactly as advertised! The bed is super comfortable, tons of closet space, easy to organize for long stays, there is a sweet little kitchen and laundry tank. The building is very clean and safe too! The 24hr doormen where all super sweet and attentive. The neighbors were friendly with us. We felt very safe in the building. We loved the neighborhood and the location and made a lot of friends there. We would walk to the beach and back several times per day. The location is prime, I would give a super high walk score, we walked everywhere! The supermarket was one block away, the pharmacy is on the corner, the post office, restaurants, bars, stores, shopping centers, and flea markets are all walkable. The taxis stop in front of the building and the bus runs on the streets above (to Leblon, Ipanema and Barra da Tijuca) and below (Leme, Lapa and the city Center). Over all we were super satisfied with our stay! We will for sure come back and stay with Renata next time! Obrigada por tudo Renata!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in Renates studio for Christmas and we had a wunderful time. It's really close to the Copacabana playa, supermarket, restaurants and subway. Rebate is a really nice hostess with good tips and there if you need here. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019Renata's place is great, located only two blocks away from Copacabana beach you have everything (Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Banks, Supermarkets, etc) you need at walk distance. You can also take different buses (or a taxi) to all the main sights in the city like Pao de Azucar, Lagoa, Cristo Redentor, etc. Will recommend you stay here if you are a couple and wanna spend some chilling days close to the beach. The neighbourhood looks very safe and we had a great stay.
Jun 27, 2019We fell in love with Renatas green room at the first sight. The apartment is very good located. You will have everything important around, like ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, best breakfast spot in town (Caféina) and of course Copacabana beach just 2 min. to walk. The flat is very cosy and good equipped. It has everything you need, for example air condition plus fan, fridge, excellent wifi etc. And also there is a 24 hour doorman service. Renata is a very helpful and friendly host. The communication with her was perfect and also she gave us good advices to discover Rio. We had 9 greats days there and when we visit Rio again, we would definitely stay at Renatas apartment once more. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a place in the heart of Rio.

Jun 27, 2019We had an amazing experience in Rio. Renata was a wonderful host, helping us settle in to the cosy and colourful apartment just minutes away from Copacabana beach. I would recommend this place to anyone, its just minutes away from the beach and various other attractions. There are great resturants, supermarket and money exchange just a few steps away. The aparment was prefect for what we needed. It had air conditionar which is essential for Rio's heat, a working kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Hope to visit Rio again, thanks Renata for a wonderfull stay.

Jun 27, 2019Consiglio caldamente la casa di Renata per soggiornare a Rio. Non è molto grande ma è perfetta per una o due persone Essenziale ma ben organizzata e pulita. Il punto di forza è la posizione: in due minuti a piedi sarete nella spiaggia di Copacabana Inoltre avrete a portata di mano negozi ristoranti e locali tipici e la fermata della metro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La ciliegina sulla torta è Renata:gentilissima disponibile e fonte inesauribile di consigli. Inoltre parla perfettamente l'italiano e questo per me è stato fondamentale. Da ripetere. Obrigado Renata!
Jun 27, 2019Principalmente queremos agradecer a Renata por su hospitalidad, amabilidad, carisma, la ubicación del apto es perfecto, queda a dos cuadras de la playa de Copacabana, tiene transporte publico cerca, restaurantes, bares, droguerías 24 horas, cicloruta para los que amamos el deporte, queda a 40 minutos de Lapa en transporte y caminando a Ipanema a 15 minutos. Desde allí puedes ir fácilmente al Cristo redentor y Pan de Azucar. La decoración, limpieza y los utensilios necesarios para hospedarse los tiene a disposición, muy recomendado. Renata de nuevo mil gracias por tu hospitalidad, esperamos volver pronto con mas tiempo. Abrazos. Diana y Camilo.

Jul 27, 2019My boyfriend and I had a lovely time in Rio at Renata's apartment. The space is clean with lots of light and 24-hour security. We had access to large closets which is helpful to avoid the "living out of a suitcase" look. The apartment is also very close to the beach in a safe neighbourhood and is walking distance to the metro. Renata herself is a gracious host with lots of good recommendations on what to do in the city and how to get around. She is very accomodating, bringing us water and treats. Most importantly, she responds to messages quickly both before we arrived in Rio and afterwards, to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. She also speaks excellent English! I would highly recommend staying at Renata's apartment if you're planning a trip to Rio. I've stayed in airbnbs all over the world and it's always great to meet a host to takes pride in her space and in her city.

The apartment itself was a bit dated, but most importantly homey and clean. Would definitely reccomend this to anyone looking to stay in Copacabana.
Jun 27, 2019Renata's apartment is amazingly well located, a stone-throw away from Copacabana beach. It's close to a multitude of shops and restaurants as well as public transport and taxis. Located on the 8th (luckily with a lift) it is fairly quiet and well equipped. I didn't get to use the kitchen during my stay but it looked adequate. In summary: nice place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment is bright and airy and located right in the heart of Copacabana, just 2 blocks from the beach. Renata was on vacation, but we were greeted by her very affectionate and sweet mother, who answered a lot of our questions and did everything she could to get us situated in the apartment. It was an amazing experience and felt perfectly safe in a doorman/elevator building. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in the Copa area!

Jun 27, 2019Fui muito bem recebido pela Renata, muito atenciosa. A descrição do anúncio condiz com o que encontrei. A localização do apartamento é ótima. Próximo a praia. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente durante a minha estadia. Possui tudo muito próximo, supermercado, bares, padarias, restaurantes, estaçao de metrô... o bairro é muito tranquilo. Gostei muito e recomendo! Jun 27, 2019J'ai passé une très agréable semaine à l'appartement de Renata. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier très vibrant, plein de restaurants, de cafés, de boutiques et bien entendu tout près de la plage. Renata parle plusieurs langues dont le français, la communication avec elle est agréable, facile et efficace. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. Un gardien contrôle l'accès à l'édifice alors on s'y sent en sécurité. Pour ceux qui sont très sensible au bruit, il faut savoir que l'on entend la vie de la rue même si on est situé au 8e etage. Autrement c'est un très bon choix.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon expérience dans l'appartement de Renata! L'emplacement est vraiment parfait pour les adeptes de la plage et/ou de la fête! Copacabana est très bien désservi en bus/taxi pour se déplacer facilement. L'appartement est petit mais convient parfaitement a la visite d'une si grand ville (on est pas souvent chez soi). Renata et son compagnon nous ont bien acceuillis et l'immeuble est plus que sécurisé! Obrigada Renata!
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Renata qui nous a présenté son logement ainsi que donné des indications touristiques sur la ville. Son appartement correspondait bien à la description faite sur le site de Airbnb. La localisation était juste parfaite pour nous : à deux pas de Copacabana et près d'Ipanema qui sont quartiers vivants et animés.

Jun 27, 2019Apartamento tem uma excelente localização atendeu nossas expectativas , anfitriã Renata super atenciosa gostei bastante de tudo , único problema que tive foi ter ido de carro pois devido ao feriado não tinha lugar para parar na rua e os estacionamentos estavam lotados , acabei parando em um estacionamento a quatro quadras de onde estava hospedado e paguei super caro, mas o resto foi tudo ótimo obrigado Renata.

Jun 27, 2019We highly recommend this place! The apartment was clean, safe, and well located. Renata is both professional and personable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We traveled with an infant and was able to set up a crib in the entry (in essence we were able to make it into a two bedroom). The doormen were kind and helpful (when we arrived early they got in contact with Renata for us-- which was nice since we do not speak any Portuguese). Renata gave us some great food recommendations. A short walk from the apartment will bring you to the beach, numerous restaurants, and stores. Everything else (tourist attractions) is a short taxi ride away. Comfortable bed, necessities in the kitchen, hot shower, clean room, quiet apartment building (nice neighbors) and working AC. Would stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019El departamento es muy cómodo para 2 personas, limpio y con aire acondicionado optimo. Es tal cual las fotos y descripción. Tiene muy buena ubicación a la playa, restaurantes, cafés, farmacias, comercio en general. A pasos de locomoción para ir donde quieras en Rio de Janeiro. El barrio es muy seguro y cuenta con portero las 24 Hrs. Renata es una excelente anfitriona, muy atenta, informada y dispuesta en ayudar, para que pases una excelente estadía.
Jun 27, 2019La verdad es que ha sido estupendo, la comunicación con Renata fue constante, nos estaba esperando puntual cuando llegamos, nos dio todo tipo de información sobre, donde había supermercados, bares para salir, restaurantes.... Fue super amable. El location del piso es inmejorable, tiene todo lo que hace falta para unos días de vacaciones. Quedamos muy contentos.

Jun 27, 2019Renata is very welcoming and considerate. She is also responsive to messages and answered all of our questions quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect and looks just like the photos. The area is safe, well lit, and the 24 hour security desk is helpful too. The neighbours were quiet but sometimes you can hear traffic on the street. It was very easy to get around the city from the apartment. I would highly recommend this place for 1-2 people.

Jun 27, 2019Gostei muito do Ap, um lugar aconchegante, limpo, com uma iluminação boa, o prédio muito bem organizado desde a recepção até o andar do Ap. A localização é ótima, muitos comércios próximos, cafeteria, supermercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes, bem pertinho da praia. A recepção da Renata foi exelente tanto no check-in quanto no checkout, foi muito atenciosa com informações de locais para fazer refeições, sair pra beber, passeios e como se locomover nas suas do bairro. Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Ap q é conforto garantido. Sentir falta de um ferro de passar roupa mas, a tábua tem. Vou querer ficar mais vezes no Ap quando voltar ao Rio de Janeiro.

The location is perfect (just two blocks from Copacabana beach - a short walk to Ipanema), close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and really convenient to the metro or taxis. It’s the perfect hideaway for a couple or single traveler like myself. Renata and her husband Carlo were fantastic hosts and were in constant contact with me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Jun 27, 2019Es un alojamiento antiguo, no es muy cómodo, la cocina es pequeña y tiene cucarachas, el dormitorio tampoco resulta cómodo, el servicio de WIFI es malo la conexión se cae demasiado y los ascensores fallan demasiado. Por otra parte, el departamento esta muy bien ubicado y la anfitriona tiene muy buena disposición y voluntad.

It’s a great place for a couple, because there is enough space! Renata was also flexible with the time to check in and that was great! I really recommend this Renata’s flat to everybody!

Jun 27, 2019This is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveler or couple! You will be two short blocks to the beach in a very safe building. The porteiros (doorman) are very friendly and the neighborhood is clean and safe. There are many shops in the area and the subway (for cheap access to Centro) is a short walk away. This really is the perfect place to stay if you want good value and good access to all that Rio has to offer.
Jun 27, 2019Mi novio y yo quedamos en el apartamento de Renata y nos encantó. El barrio es seguro, limpio y tranquilo, a dos cuadras de la playa, cerca de metro y todos los buses. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado a menos de 5 minutos caminando. Ella y su marido son personas muy simpáticas, amables y nos dieron buenos consejos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, justo como en las fotos, tamaño perfecto para una pareja. Muchísimas gracias Renata!
Jun 27, 2019Renata's apartment is very nice and clean as well as perfectly located. You are two blocks from the beach. 5 minutes from the metro. There are many restaurants and bars near by and Reneta is a very helpful hosts. Definitely recommend
Jun 27, 2019Everything great! Cosy and clean apartment with great location. Getting to the beach could barely be easier. Several super markets and gyms nearby which is convenient not having to go too far for. Renata was super helpful and communicative. Made check-in very easy and even showed me around to two gyms in the neighborhood so I could check them out.
Jun 27, 2019Lo que ven en las fotos es al 100% Un lugar bonito, seguro, cómodo y bastante limpio. La ubicación es excelente, y aparte de tener Copacabana a 1 cuadra, tiene mercados, bancos, restaurantes y todo tipo de locales cerca. Para mi y mi pareja fue exactamente lo que buscábamos en nuestro viaje a Río. Y Renata es una increíble HOST! Sin duda volveríamos a ese lugar

Jun 27, 2019This is a small and cosy apartment in an older building in the very heart of Copacabana. Beach, shops, transport, Metro ... all at your doorstep. The building staff are very friendly and keep you safe. Your host, Renata, is wonderful. I recommend this apartment to you. xx
Jun 27, 2019Renata's place is wonderfully located, close to the beach and in the heart of Copacabana with Ipanema in walking distance. The apartment is larger than the pictures suggest and has ample space for a solo traveller or a couple. The flat is clean and has working air conditioning, which is a nice bonus. Renata and her husband were flexible with regards to check in and check out times and gave me a list of local places to go to. I would definitely recommend this flat!
