In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. This is a great flat. It is new, clean, furnished with good taste and has all the necessary amenities you can think of (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, large TV, Wifi, large Sofa, etc...). The rooms are not extremely large but for me it is more than enough and I actually renewed my stay here as I was feeling so comfortable living in this flat. The closest metro is 2min walk and has a direct link to the airport (30min) which makes it very convenient. You will also find a big commercial center, at 5min walk, which offers: a supermarket, restaurants, shops and a cinema.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est tres bien situé et equipé, proche d'un grand centre commercial avec carrefour. Le metro est tout pres . L'appartement est super mais le menage n'est pas hyper clean rien de dramatique mais bon!
Jun 27, 2019I would recommend this appartment to everyone. Francesco is a very nice and accommodating host who is open to many questions and gets back to you very fast. That is very helpful. The appartment is only 3 minutes from the metro (train station) away and is easily accessable from the airport. It is clean and comfortable. Just like at home because it has everything you may need while being away from home. Would be back any time. Loved it. :)
Jun 27, 2019The flat was perfect for our needs and everything was clean for our arrival. The kitchen is quite new and it was nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat. Everything we needed to cook all our own meals was available for us. The flat was also very quiet and dark at night. Since we were there for a 3-day music festival that went very late each night, we were easily able to sleep until 2pm the following day thanks to the very effective shutters and blinds. The neighborhood was great as well and the walk to the beach is not too long. Plenty of nearby restaurants and there was also a market and a supermarket very close by. Francesco and his wife were very friendly and helpful as well.

Так как прилетали мы только в 12.00 ночи, и были на месте около часа, Франческо согласился нас встретить, чтобы передать ключи. Квартира находится рядом с метро Эль Клот, расположена в спокойном районе, несколько остановок до площади Каталоньи, пешком можно дойти до моря в течение 20 минут, рядом находится супермаркет. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, в ней очень уютно и комфортно, современный ремонт, есть все необходимые удобства: посуда, плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, wi-fi, кофеварка, телевизор. Рекомендуем! Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство.

Jun 27, 2019I fully recommend Francesco's apartment! The flat looks like in the uploaded pictures - you can find there nearly everything you may need during the stay. There were beddings, sheets, towels, availabels, as long as the kitchen equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and some may be happy with hair dryer as well. There is also air conditioner in the flat (can be really useful sometimes). The apartment is not located in the city center, but it definitely is not a problem - the communication with the city center and other districts is great thanks to the underground (3 minutes walk) and the RENFE trains (direct connection with the El Prat airport). Near the apartment you can find supermarkets, bakery, fruit market etc. It took us ca 25 minutes to get to the beach with slow, holiday walk pace. Communication with Francesco was smooth and he answered all our questions before the arrival and during the stay. To sum up, we were very happy with the apartment and the stay itself, you'll be too! :)

Because I didn't have an available phone in Barcelona, he must have waited for me for a quite while. The apartment is very cozy and clean. The kitsch is also fully equipped with everything you could think of. The location is excellent. It's very close to the metro station and also not far from Sangara Familiar We had a great stay in the apartment. Highly recommended!

Nice and welcoming hosts, the apartment has everything you need and, in addition, excellent located: two minutes walk from Clot station ( metro and Renfe ), two minutes from Glories shopping center ( Carrefour, Zara, H&M, Sfera and another stores, restaurants etc. ) and 30 minutes from Rambla del Poblenou walk up the beach. My friend and I enjoyed staying at Francesco's place, there is a nice park close by and its 20-25 minutes walk to the beach. His response and help is very fast. Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Дом новый, в 2 минутах от метро. В квартире есть все что нужно для проживания. Франческо очень быстро отвечает на вопросы. Мы с мужем остались очень довольны. Jun 27, 2019Francesco was wonderful. Communicating with him prior to our trip was great, he always responded very promptly. We had asked for an early check-in which he graciously accommodated and he was there waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was exactly how it is pictured, very cute and very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe. Francesco was very helpful with recommending restaurants in the area and helping us with directions to the airport using the metro. The metro is really close by (walking distance) and a straight shot to the airport. The only negative is that there was street noise at night. Other than that it was perfect. He provided a water bottle in the fridge for us as well as coffee! Would definitely recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Francesco's apartment for 5 days while we were in Barcelona. Francesco was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the apartment, which was exactly like the photos. It was also conveniently located near the Metro (2 minute walk) so that was a bonus! The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed for the time we were there. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept on while in Spain (we were there for 3 weeks)! Francesco was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay at his apartment!

Jun 27, 2019We've stayed there for four nights and had an excellent holiday. The apartment is new, clean, quiet and really close to Clot metro station. Sagra da Familia is just ten minutes walk away, then you can walk to Placa Catalunya in about thirteen minutes. We preferred walking in the mornings and returned home via metro. The house is enough for two people, the bed in the bedroom and leather sofa are really comfortable, you can have uninterrupted sleeps. There are stuff in the kitchen that you may need. The heat control works perfectly, the house stays warm. The bed makes some noise when you move but it can be fixed. Francesco and his wife often ask if you need anything, they are kind and thoughtful. I strongly recommend this place and would like to stay in there again.

До метро и электрички (на ней удобно добираться от аэропорта без пересадок) - 2 минуты пешком. В шаговой доступности - торговый центр Глориес, гипермаркет Меркадона, продуктовый рынок Clot. Недалеко Собор Святого Семейства. Хозяин всегда на связи, доброжелательный и общительный. Grazie, Francesco!

Our daughter loved the bath. The nearest subway station Clot was closeby. It was on the second floor but had elevator access.

Jun 27, 2019O anfitrião foi extremamente cordial e prestativo, pois nos perdemos para chegar ao apartamento e ele foi nos encontrar no meio do caminho, auxiliou-nos com as bagagens. Quando precisamos de informações sobre supermercado no entorno e como utilizar o transporte para o aeroporto, o Francesco sempre foi muito prestativo e ágil nas respostas. O apartamento é excelente. Muito bonito, limpíssimo, bem equipado em um prédio bem novo com elevador. O bairro Clot é um tanto afastado dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, mas isso era facilmente contornado pela proximidade da estação Clot do metrô / Renfe.

Jun 27, 2019Francesco was a gracious host. We were an hour late to the place but he stayed behind and made sure we had everything before he left. Once we were there, the place was spacious, clean, and air conditioned. Although it was not too hot there during the night, it was good to have it during the day (mid-June). The apartment was close to the Clot subway station so we were able to get around quite easily.

Jun 27, 2019Francesco is a good host! He will answer any all of your question right away. He's friendly and kind. He has a real nice and neat appartment which is equipped with a washing machine microwave, dishwasher which is of course very handy! It's a 5 min walk from the centrum of Barcelona and if u travel a lot by metro I reccomend you to get the 10-travel tickets. It's only €10,- and u can travel, like its said 10 times! Nice place, nice host and the location is allright as well!

Jun 27, 2019Francesco replies Very fast to our reservation and emails, and the.appartment was excactly how it looked like ons the pictures. Its a two minute walk to the Subway and the train. For a bigger supermarkt you have to walk 10-15 minutes, but there are all the shops you need. I didnt see any nice restaurants close by the appartment so for that we went to the ramblas.

Очень хороший район, прямо за домом - парк Clot, рядом есть супермаркеты, пекарня, рестораны, а также в 7 минутах ходьбы находится торговый центр Glories, где есть многие массовые марки одежды типа Zara, недалеко - Burberry Factory store. До пляжа можно дойти минут за 20, так же примерно до центра города. Метро находится прямо за углом, там же остановки автобусов и железнодорожная станция. Хозяин встретил нас очень гостеприимно, рассказал про то, что интересного можно посмотреть;) в квартире было чисто и приятно. Очень функциональное место для комфортного отдыха без каких-либо излишеств. Спасибо, Франческо! Ваша квартира была нашим домом 2 недели и стала совсем родной :)
Jun 27, 2019Francesco did a really good job. His appartment is very clean and provided us with everything we needed. Including city maps and Barcelona's Lonely Planet. The appartment has not a very central location, but is close to the Sagrada Familia. Renting a bike is definetely recommended.

The place is very strategic close to many attractions. We enjoyed our stay here..feel like at our home! Highly recommended to anyone that looking for a modern & cosy stay at heart of Catalunya :)

Jun 27, 2019Our trip to Barcelona was very nice also thanks to this beautifull appartment. First day we arrived Francesco was waiting for us giving a brief tour in the appartement and gave us a lot of brochures to-do in Barcelona and information. Was very nice to see this appartement is well equiped with everything you need standard and more to feel like home. When there was a problem we could call or senw him a message the same day we had feedback. The appartement is in a very nice place with no tourist and a real spanish community and atmosphere. Not far walking there is a bakery with VERY NICE CROISANTS! And also not far is a market place that's a bit like the Bocqueria. There is on a 5 minut walk at Glories a big carrefour where you can buy your grosseries and more. You have everything at your disposition from plated, forks and knifes to towels and soap. The metro station clot is a very good metro line 1 that goes to a lot of beautiful places. Next time I go back to Barcelona I am choosing again for the appartment of Francesco. He is a good host please support him and big thumbs up!
Jun 27, 2019My sister and I had a really great time staying at Francesco apartment. It's a moment from the airport on the train and within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and many other sites! Be sure to check out La Boqueria which is a moment away on the metro and Xuerria- a skip down the main street for super fresh, hot churros! The apartment itself is perfect for everything you need, compact but complete and Francesco is on hand for anything you need help with too!

No sabíamos llegar y el llego por nosotros al metro y nos ayudo con nuestras maletas, es muy amable. El departamento está muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. Sí vuelvo a Barcelona sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo ahí.
Jun 27, 2019Superbe, Génial, Formidable, Fantastique…. pas assez de superlatifs pour décrire ce petit nid chaleureux qui nous a accueilli pour notre séjour de la nouvelle année à Barcelone. Tout d'abord l'accueil de Francesco qui nous attendait le jour de notre arrivée, ses explications claires et utiles pour le bon fonctionnement de l'appartement et son sympathique sourire. L'appartement est superbement équipé que ce soit au niveau de la vaisselle ou des ustensiles de cuisine, frigo et congélateur, four, micro-onde, superbe plaque de cuisson et lave vaisselle. Francesco nous a fourni le nécessaire de ménage, produits d'entretien, sac poubelle, éponge, etc et également huile, vinaigre, sucre, sel et une bouteille d'eau au frais dans le frigo pour nous accueillir. Salle de bain de belle taille avec une baignoire à remous (très agréable pour la détente après une journée de balade touristique) la chambre bien spacieuse pour deux avec un débarras pour les valises avec penderie et une petite armoire. le lit confortable (à notre goût). L'immeuble et le quartier tranquilles et sans bruit pour un bon sommeil récupérateur après nos kilomètres de visites. le séjour fort agréable avec une table pour quatre et un bureau pour l'ordinateur avec le réseau internet direct. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une petite rue tranquille à 200 mètres d'une bouche de métro à 2 stations de la Sagrada Familia. Hormis les petits commerces, boulangerie, épicerie, primeurs, pharmacie et le marché couvert situés dans les alentours, les amateurs de grands centres commerciaux seront ravis de se rendre au "Glories" un grand centre aux pieds de la tour Agbar (le suppositoire) à 10 minutes à pieds. En résumé Francesco et son appartement ont contribué pour une bonne part à la réussite de notre super séjour à Barcelone.
Jun 27, 2019This place was fantastic! Francesco had everything ready for us for our arrival. This included a ready-made cot and some toys for our little one. We were all certainly spoilt! Our month here was fantastic. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and complete with all necessary items. This included central heating which was great for the month of January... it is cold in Barcelona! The wifi was fast and reliable :) The location was perfect. A short walk to many shopping and eating establishments and transport options. We totally loved it here. Thank you all :)

Jun 27, 2019Das Appartment war genauso wie beschrieben. Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zur U-Bahn haben es uns sehr einfach gemacht, in Barcelona viele interessante Orte zu erreichen. In nur 15 min zu Fuß an der Sagrada, in 10 min mit der U-Bahn an den Ramblas, perfekt. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Supermärkte, eine schöne Markthalle und einen netten Park. Unbedingt einmal auf die Dachterrasse, schöner Blick auf den Torre d'Agbar. Francesco hat uns schon erwartet, Übergabe problemlos, Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Haus mit Fahrstuhl, sehr komfortabel. Vielen Dank

Well located near a well-connected metro/train station, fully equipped, very nice and clean, very nice bathroom. Had enough towels and Francesco was available all the time just in case we had some problems or questions. Will definately come back if possible, very nice place!!

Jun 27, 2019Francesco is an amazing host. Not only the apartment is great, comfortable and incredibly quit but he also takes care of you to the very last detail. We got lost trying to go to the apartment and he came to bed, when we got to the apartment it was equipped to the point that the coffee machine had capsulesthere was detergent to wash the dishes, laundry detergent to wash our clothes and so on. If you go to Barcelona you definitely are in for a treat if you book this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019We spent a lovely week in Francesco's apartment in Barcelona. He was a good host, was waiting for us on our arrival. He showed us the apartment and recommend places to visit and to eat. The apartment itself is very clean and very functional. Its situated in a nice part of the town, very close to Metro Clot, which has great connections to different sites in the city. There are supermarkets, market and huge shopping center a minute from the place. We had a great time. Thank you Francesco!

La zona es muy buena y tiene cerca el mercado del clor y muchos pequeños restaurantes además el centro comercial las Glorias ata cerca. Francesco nos recibió y espero hasta tarde el día que llegamos, es súper atento y disponible a ayudar cuando lo necesitas. El apto. esta muy bien equipado y tiene prácticamente todo lo que necesitas. No hay sorpresas por que la descripción y fotos son tal cual es el apto. Definitivamente recomiendo este apartamento.

The apartment was spotless and very modern. Good amount of space and the apartment was 1 block from the train station and marvelous local Market stores and cafes. A 15 minute walk to S. familia. And easy train ride to Ramblas. I definitely recommend this host. Phil

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic time - Thank you Francesco for everything. We loved the neighborhood, the beach was walking distance and the apartment itself was a delight. Our one and a half year old had a baby cot and baby chair and a beautiful park - just two minutes down the road. Getting to the airport was a breeze as well - the R connection directly to the airport meant we didn't have to worry about a thing! We really appreciated Francesco showing us the place when we arrived and all his suggestions were critical in turning our Barcelona vacation into a beautiful memory for life!

Jun 27, 2019Francesco was waiting for us when we arrived by train from the airport (a little late - sorry!) - the apartment is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the train/metro station El Clot and the area is delightful, not too touristy, but with lots of interesting cafes, bars and restaurants around. Francesco's apartment is very well equipped compared to some we have been too and everything was superb, apart from a creaky bed!

The location is perfect for staying out of busy Barcelona but has a lot going on just 5 mins away. Ideally located for the metro and train. Francesco hatte uns sogar noch eine Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Bahnstation Clot und sehr gut zu finden. Ich würde diese Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder mieten :-)

It has absolutely everything needed to enjoy a marvelous stay, with lots a commodities (AC, washing machine, spacious bathroom). The location is perfect, being outside the crowded part of Barcelona, but close to everything. The nearest metro station is really practical. I would absolutely recommend this appartment to anyone.

The apartment was great, as described, making our trip to Barcelona feel like we were in our home away from home. The windows have privacy shades, helpful when you want a siesta or just simply privacy anytime. The location was easy as we were able to walk to many places, and otherwise there is a nearby train/subway station to go elsewhere in the area. The washing machine was great, as it is helpful to have the ability to do laundry on your trips, especially when visiting a beach town like Barcelona! We would definitely look to stay there when we return to the city.

Francesco was a nice host and explained everything perfectly at our arrival. Furthermore he had city maps and guides from Barcelona for us and also made sure we had everything necessary (like drinking water, toilet paper, spices,...) Our departure and everything else was very straightforward and easy. Altogether we had a lovely stay in Francesco's apartment and would recommend it to anyone. PS.: the whirlpool is great ;)

Jun 27, 2019Francesco welcomed us on arrival. He was very charming and explained everything we needed to know, and then left us to enjoy our break. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay, and is comfortable and pleasant. The area is quiet - mainly residential. We found the local people friendly and helpful, in the small supermarkets and shops all within a few minutes, as well as in the cafes and bars. We ate locally too, and enjoyed being away from the very busy tourist areas. Getting around Barcelona was quite easy with the nearby bus and metro routes.
Jun 27, 2019Vi tilbragte en meget behagelig uge i Francescos lejlighed. Den var et glimrende udgangspunkt for vores ophold i Barcelona. Kvarteret var roligt og der var gode, billige restauranter tæt på. Her vil vi især anbefale "Marlen -Taskets" i nabogaden. Selvom det var et stykke fra centrum, kunne man hurtigt komme ind til seværdighederne fra den nærtliggende metrostation. Lejligheden var rummelig og udstyret med det nødvendige udstyr Francesco var meget imødekommende og hjalp os til rette. Vi kunne sagtens tænke os at benytte os af lejligheden en anden gang!

The house is very good and comfortable for two person. We enjoyed staying there and would like to recommend to everyone.
Jun 27, 2019Francesco nos recibió como si fueramos de su familia, se ocupó de que nos nos faltara nada e incluso tuvo la gentileza de ocuparse en conseguirnos el taxi para partida. Estuvimos solo tres noches, nos hubiese encantado quedarnos más tiempo. El departamento resultó ser cómo lo imaginabamos de acuerdo a lo que ya habíamos leído de anteriores usuarios y más también, todo moderno y muy limpio. El barrio muy tranquilo, queda a 1 cuadra y media de la estación del metro y en 10 minutos y cuatro estaciones llegas a la Estación Cataluña que es el centro de la ciudad. Volveremos gustoso y dejamos en Francesco un amigo.

A couple of items which exceeded my expectations and made my stay very nice. The hot tub listed on the posting is actually in the room, also the bedroom window and living room window come equipped with electric shutters, a very nice feature for privacy and noise control.

Jun 27, 2019I visited Barcelona for the first time together with my wife and we were looking for a nice flat and found this one which was perfect for our stay. Very close to the metro station as well as to the train station to the airport. Zhe kitchen was well equipped and we could easily male some steaks we bought in the market la boqueria. The flat has a very nice small bacony which we used to have breakfast together in the sun. Everything to travel lightly was there: Bedsheets, towels, water and even coffee. To visit Barcelona this flat is an excellent pick.

Jun 27, 2019We had an amazing 7 night stay in this lovely apartment. Francesco kindly met us off the Metro and showed us around the apartment, which is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The location of the apartment was perfect, it allowed us to experience Central Barcelona within a few Metro stops and also to experience the more peaceful area of Clot! The Metro is literally around the corner, which made it really easy to get everywhere and anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had everything we wanted and more - we ate our breakfast on the balcony, had everything we needed to cook with ourselves (with food bought from the supermarket within walking distance from the apartment), we were able to wash our clothes and hang them up on the terrace - I cannot fault the apartment and it's amenities. Francesco was an excellent host, and we would definitely like to stay in the apartment the next time we visit lovely Barcelona! 10/10

He was very nice and helpful and available at all times. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The metro and tram stops are only a couple of minutes away, as well as cool restaurants and bars, along with various stores and markets. One of the best stays I've had since using AirBnB. When I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely look this apartment and Francesco up.
Jun 27, 2019This was my first time ever using AirB&B and I could not be happier with my experience. We stayed in Francesco's apartment for a week, and could have happily stayed for a month. Francesco was so helpful in the lead up to the trip and even throughout the holiday, sending us a nice message halfway through the week to check in and see how we were enjoying our stay. The apartment itself is exactly how you see it in the pictures and is super clean. He quite literally provides you with everything you could need in the apartment from towels, to a hairdryer, clothes rack, domestic products from washing detergent to surface cleaner and even spare toothbrushes (new in the packet of course). He had also given us a fresh bottle of mineral water which he had kept cold in the fridge for us, as he explained that although the tap water was drinkable, it sometimes doesn't taste too nice as the we were so close to the sea. We enjoyed spending every morning and evening relaxing on the balcony, which was such a bonus. In terms of location, the apartment is quite literally in the most perfect place. The RENFE station is honestly 30 seconds away and the METRO is only 2 minutes away. The neighbourhood is a lovely place, and we felt so safe staying there. It has its own share of restaurants and bars which are nice, but it really takes no effort to catch a metro and experience the food and drink places that the rest of Barcelona has to offer. There is a park just around the corner also, and it really is a cool place. It is just under a 10 minute walk to get to the nearest supermarket (Carrefour) where there is also a shopping centre around it. I could go on and on about the apartment and it's surrounding area. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Francesco is a very nice host, friendly, kind and super helpful. The place has a small balcony that you guys can also enjoy the sun outside. Less than 10 mins by the train to the beach. If we ever go back to Barcelona we'll for sure stay there again. Highly recommended ;)

Jun 27, 2019Francesco était là à notre arrivée. Il était accueillant et chaleureux. Il m'a reçu avec un expresso divin. L'appartement était tout à fait génial, tel que sur les photos. L'équipement était de fine pointe et tout fonctionnait à merveille. L'air climatisé était de qualité et refroidissait tout l'appartement, nous étions vraiment bien compte tenu de la chaleur à l'extérieur :) Pour le quartier, nous étions collé sur la station de train au coin de la rue. Super! Le métro était quelques pas plus loin. Génial! C'était un quartier tranquille, pas de bruit. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement.
Jun 27, 2019Francesco's apartment was perfect and he was a great host! We arrived slightly earlier than the 13:00 check in time but Francesco had no problems with us arriving early. He gave us the tour of the apartment, showed us where everything was and how everything worked. Francesco provided us with some information on where the nearest supermarket was etc and gave us a few recommendations which was great. He then left us to get on with our weekend. He even left new toothbrushes in case we had forgotten them and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. If you're a coffee drinker too there is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen and some pods were kindly provided by Francesco. The apartment had everything we needed which was a massive plus for us as we were attending a wedding over the weekend. Loved the air conditioning as the weather was very hot. We'll 100% be looking to stay here again when we next come over to Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in der Wohnung von Francesco und würden es immer wieder tun. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die U-Bahnstation ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, auch Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe. Francesco hat uns sehr nett empfangen und vieles erklärt. Das wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Francescos Wohnung.
Jun 27, 2019If you are searching for an apartment in Barcelona stop looking because this is the perfect one. First of all Francesco is a great host. He is very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. He let us check in earlier because we were flying overnight and we were very tired. Everything in the house is brand new and very clean. Actually the house in reality is way better than the photos. There is everything you need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a very beautiful park nearby and lots of coffee shops, bakeries and supermarkets. The most important thing is that the house is a 3 min walk away from the metro station. You can go anywhere in Barcelona quickly and easily. Overall the house and the host are great and if I visit Barcelona again I am definitely staying in Francesco's apartment.

He setup a notebook in which you can write the nice places/restaurants/bars/museums to go, we were the first tp use it but I think this is a great idea. The flat is very well located, with the train (Renfe), the metro and the tramway pretty close, and stores nearby as well. I would definitely recommand this flat.

He was so helpful, and beyond that the apartment was great. All modern features to make for a perfect stay, and it was extremely clean upon our arrival. The location was good, just a few minutes walk to the metro line.

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic stay at Francesco's apartment. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, safe and well equipped. The internet was lovely and fast. The Nespresso machine and Jacuzzi bath were unexpectedly wonderful touches. The location is very convenient, the Clot Metro is only a 5 minute walk away. Within walking distance is the Clot market selling delicious fresh produces and the Glories shopping centre with a huge Carrefour. The beach is about 20 minutes walk down the lovely Poble Nou Ramblas. Francesco was a fantastic host and I would love to stay at his apartment the next time we visit Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019We thoroughly enjoyed our Barcelona stay and Francesco's place was great. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and had everything you would need for a pleasant stay (including maps and books of Barcelona). Rain shower head was amazing! Francesco was there waiting for us and was friendly upon arrival despite us arriving late (thanks British Airways). He explained the neighbourhood, restaurants and tube system. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Barcelona, right near a metro station (1 minute walk) and around half an hour walk to the Basilica. Also quite a few restaurants near by including a cheap kebab store up the road if you arrive in late. Our only negative was the noise outside was a little loud although this is understandable considering it was during the weekend. The constitution noise outside was also a tad annoying every morning. All in all an awesome trip and this is a perfect place to stay Can't wait to visit Barcelona again! Neil & Kathryn
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It is located very close to the metro. Francesco was very good at writing back to us quickly and he was at the apartment when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay but found it a little noisy.

Jun 27, 2019Los 4 días en el apartamento de Francesco fueron muy agradables. El barrio es tranquilo pese a estar en un lugar cerca del centro, muy bien comunicado y cerca de comercios. El apartamento no es muy grande pero cumple con todas las necesidades, y Francesco es muy buen anfitrión. La única pega que le pongo a esos 4 días es la imposibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en la zona; Barcelona es un caos es este aspecto. Volveremos, ¡pero sin coche!

A short walk away from the sagrida cathedral, and the metro is on the doorstep which made getting around the city a lot easier. Perfect host, before and during our stay. Jun 27, 2019Our flight arrived early in the morning, but Francesco was still happy to meet us and let us have the apartment from before lunchtime. It is in a very quiet area, but within a few minutes of a metro station with two lines. Compared to how much a hotel room would have cost, this was such a bargain and I would totally recommend it. He was punctual both when we arrived and were leaving, and was very easy to communicate to. The apartment was clean, appliances were new, was very functional and had everything we needed. The El Clot neighborhood is very nice and calm, good for walking around, and well connected (even the train from the airport goes through El Clot without the need for connections). We plan to come to the same apartment the next time we visit Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Francesco si è dimostrato un host davvero cordiale e disponibile sin dal mio arrivo, nonostante il ritardo con cui mi sono presentata rispetto all'ora pattuita, ed è fatto in modo di rendere il mio soggiorno quanto più confortevole. l'appartamento poi, è molto,molto accogliente...dotato di tutto, pulito e situato in una zona strategica, circondata di aree verdi ma anche di ogni tipo di servizio, e collegato benissimo con ogni punto della città (sia per l'estrema vicinanza a 2 linee di metro, che per la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi molte zone di interesse). Esperienza consigliatissima sotto ogni punto di vista!

Jun 27, 2019Appartamento pulito e letti comodi. La posizione è un po' decentrata, ma la fermata della metro è vicinissima. Senza problemi si raggiunge comodamente il resto della città. Ad aspettarci c'era Francesco, molto disponibile per darci consigli su dove e cosa fare.... in casa ci sono diverse guide e mappe della città , molto utili. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, lontano dai rumori del traffico. Siamo stati molto bene, siamo una famiglia con una bambina di 6 anni. Consigliato!

Jun 27, 2019My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in late March and loved Barcelona! I would totally recommend this apartment to people visiting Barcelona, it is good value for money with great restaurants nearby, easy transport access and the apartment itself spacious with new appliances. Francesco was very helpful with any questions before our trip via email and explained everything to us clearly when meeting us upon arrival. Beach and La Sagrada Familia in walking distance (20-25 mins). We would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019We were delayed at the airport because our luggage were in another flight but we advised Francesco who answered shortly and patiently waited. He was at the train station when we finally arrived so it was easier for us to go to the appartement. We were not disappointed: it was so clean and we felt welcomed! The next morning we visited around and found really nice places to eat. The appartement is in a calm area but near metros and trains. When we left the appartement, Francesco came with us to Help finding a taxi. Thanks to him and we certainly will come back!

There's a beautiful park nearby where I spent some time, as well. The place is great for people who want to enjoy a quiet dinner at home or who want relax in comfortable place after having a great evening in the city.

Jun 27, 2019Francesco's place is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. Its located just minutes from the Clot metro station, with two of the main metro lines, which makes moving around the city very easy, and also El Clot - Aragon train station, from which it only takes around 30 minutes to get to the BCN airport. Also just around the corner there's a lovely park! The apartment itself is quite modern and has everything you might need, a fully equipped kitchen, a super comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Even a balcony with a table for two which is a nice bonus. Everything was super clean and in a very good state when we arrived. On top of all that, Francesco was an amazing host and made sure we were happy during our stay, he answered any questions that we had and was super nice. Would totally recommend staying at his place, amazing Barcelona experience!

Le quartier est très agréable et pratique, tout proche de deux lignes de métro et direct vers l'aéroport. Pour les marcheurs il n'est pas si loin du centre. C'est vraiment une adresse que je recommande, et j'en parlerai à mes amis.

Jun 27, 2019El apartamento de Francesco es hermoso, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Es muy fácil llegar en metro, está muy cerca a una estación. Cuando llegas te das cuenta que el lugar es tal cual como está en las fotos. Francesco es una persona super cordial que nos trató con toda la amabilidad. Cabe resaltar que la cama es muy cómoda y el baño es muy limpio. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos allí si volviéramos a Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019The pictures are accurate of the apartment. It is roomy, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was great, with two different shower heads. There was even a nice tiny balancy where we sat and enjoy our coffee. The metro was an easy two minute walk. Francesco was very attentive and very prompt with responds to any of our questions. He even called us a cab for our return trip to the airport. We would stay here again. Thanks Francesco!
Jun 27, 2019This apartment had everything we needed and more for a pleasant stay, It is located in a great area right by the metro and a nice, local area for markets, restaurants. We washed some clothes and he even had a basket for us to put our wet clothes in to carry up to the roof to dry. I could easily live in his place as he had everything that we needed and more. Very good communication and he suggested a good jazz club for use to try. I wish every airbnb was as nice as Francesco's.

Host was friendly and left a few nice touches such as water, coffee, some toiletries, tourist information and some metro tickets. We had a great time in Barcelona.

Это был уже третий наш визит в Барселону, поэтому мы специально выбрали апартаменты в стороне от туристического потока и не разу не пожалели об этом. Всё что нужно для размеренного отдыха - в шаговой доступности: многочисленные супермаркеты, рынок, пекарни, кафе и бары, замечательный Парк за углом, Rambla Poblenou пешеходная очень приятная улица идёт прямо до моря. А если вы хотите восхититься основными достопримечательностями, то в нескольких шагах есть станция метро. Отдельное спасибо Francesco за пунктуальность при заселении и возможность немного задержаться в квартире при выезде.

We were okay, but Francesco checked in just to make sure. His apartment is right near the metro and an easy commute to the center of the city and the airport. Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung war etwas kleiner als wir es uns vorgestellt haben aber völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Es war alles super sauber und ordentlich! Francesco war so lieb und hat uns ohne Aufforderung von der Bahnstation abgeholt und uns dann bis zur Wohnung begleitet. Sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums aber durch die gute Anbindung an die nahe Bahnstation war auch das kein Problem! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

It was myself and two children for the week and my husband arrived the last day and it still was perfect size. We had a car the last day and parking was easy. Thank you so much. Would stay again. Jun 27, 2019Francesco is fantastic. Personable, charismatic, friendly, and really patient with his guests. Great at communicating how to arrive and very responsive for any questions. If you want a quiet, low key, residential area with decent local sites this is a good spot. Location isn't recommended if you wish to be right in the middle of the action like (las ramblas, eixample, etc ) but great for those who love quiet. Still a bit of a walk to Sagrada Familia but in that general area. It's a vast city so it is what it is there. Everything else is taxi ride away. Walk outside and you get a real taste of the local life away from the crowds of tourists. For us, starting with a walk to the park next door and witnessing the locals play futball/soccer was a cool experience, following up with some local paella and beer which btw is "muy bueno" and insanely cheap. In terms of the place itself, we have no complaints. Bed is comfy for a large bunk bed, kitchen has all the amenities you need (including a washer!), the bathroom offers an amazing shower/bathtub spa with jets, and there is a balcony with a semi decent view (plus a terrace upstairs for a nice panoramic!) Overall, we were impressed and would recommend Francesco's place to anyone.

Er hat in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir 3,5h Verspätung hatten. Außerdem hat er uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alles notwendige war vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has all the amenities you would need. The bed is so comfortable! The apartment is in a good area, centrally located, and very close to transit. Francesco had a whole bunch of travel books, and pamphlets that we used while we were there. He responded promptly to any communication and provided all the information required. We had a great stay here, and would pick this spot again on another trip to Barcelona.

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to see most of the popular attractions and getting back to a nice quiet neighborhood. Train station is really close by. Perfect!

It was located in a very convenient location - only a few minute walk to the metro. Francesco was great with his commucatin and was also perfectly fine with a slightly earlier check-in. He was also so kind to provide a bottle of water for us. Definitely recommend Francesco's apartment to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019The home is really good. It is minutes walk from subway el clot station, the el clot park, and food market, as well as to the el clot restaurant. The home is clean, quiet and modern. We all love the massage bath tube, it is really a good relax after traveling in the city. Francisco is nice and speak very good English, so don’t worry if you can’t speak Spanish:) the home is also near the famous cathedral, you will have a good time here.
Jun 27, 2019El piso de Francesco es muy acogedor. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para disfrutar de una estancia familiar y segura. Dejó a nuestra disposición, café, agua, aceite y otros elementos para cocinar cositas sencillas; además de un variado kit de utensilios y materiales de limpieza. La ubicación es estupenda porque a dos minutos caminando está el metro y una estación de trenes de cercanía que te lleva a diferentes localidades periféricas a Barcelona. Viajé con mi madre de 80 años quien no se cansó de celebrar el lugar, sobre todo, el barrio donde está localizado. Un barrio pintoresco que permite sumergirse en la vida local, gastronómica y cultural de Cataluña. A unos cuantos metros está un parque muy bonito y varios bares y restaurantes típicos de la ciudad que juntos crean un ambiente muy agradable. Estuvimos siete días pero podríamos haber estado más. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Jun 27, 2019L’appartamento è fuori dal centro comodo alla metro in posizione tranquilla. Non molto pulito e manutenzionato. Il proprietario parla bene l’italiano è molto gentile e disponibile. La terrazza e la camera se pur con letto a castello non sono molto spaziose. Esiste l’eventualità di presenza di scarafaggi, durante il nostro soggiorno ne abbiamo riscontrati due.

If u like to Walk u can reach Sagrada Familia in 15 min. And other Famous sightseeing in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min buy foot. Or Public Transportation - very close and with (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps easy to use. Thanks for the Great Stay !
Jun 27, 2019Мы останавливались в аппартаментах семьей: двое взрослых и полутарогодовалые двойняшки. Франческо предоставил нам 2 кроватки, постельное для детей (+сменное), несколько игрушек и даже спальные мешки. Мы эти вещи везли с собой из Украины, но было очень приятно такое внимание и забота! Покорила бутылка холодной воды и кофе для кофемашины - то самое, что было нам так необходимо после дороги :) В апартаментах индивидуальное отопление - тоже было очень важно нам с детьми. Расположение удобное - пару минут от станции Clot. Мы как раз ехали до этой станции из аэропорта (к поезду лифт есть). Правда, так и не разобрались есть ли лифт (нам с коляской для двойни нужен именно лифт) на линию метро L1, так что когда была необходимость - прогуливались до станции Glories - это всего в 7 минутах ходьбы. Там же огромный супермаркет. Супермаркет поменьше есть и в пару кварталов от апартаментов. Неподалеку хорошие кофейни (мы были в Merlyn - находится в том же доме).

We especially loved the little nuances like a bottle of water, capsules for coffee machine, a lot of tourist info. We enjoyed the little cute terrace. Jun 27, 2019Excellent apartment to Tour Barcelona from. The Apartment is new and clean with secure access. It is a 2min walk to the Metro and Train station at El. Clot. This makes it easy to explore all areas of Barcelona. Even though we arrived very late at night Francesco was there to meet us and show us the apartment and point out Local amenities . No doubt I would use again.

The subway was a short walk and quickly takes you around the city. With Francesco’s advice, we purchased a T10 ticket and used the one card for the 2 of us which made traveling easy and economical. We walked to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell (the park was a bit of a hike, but doable.) The bed at the condo was probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. I have back issues, so that says a lot. As we’ve found everywhere we’ve stayed so far in Spain, there is construction noise. It didn’t bother us as it was during the day when we were out, but if you like to sleep later in the morning, some earplugs would be helpful. Francesco was a great host. I received an immediate reply to my text saying we were at the airport and leaving for the condo. When we unfortunately left my husbands cell phone in the taxi he did everything he could to help us locate it. We felt very supported while we were in Barcelona since he responded to texts immediately. We highly recommend Francesco as a host!

Jun 27, 2019We went to Barcelona for a quick weekend trip, and were looking for something convenient and not too expensive. Francesco's place was great. He was at the apartment when we arrived, and showed us everything. He was very friendly, and it was easy to communicate with him whenever we needed to. He was also flexible about a slightly later checkout time. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days. It has a subway and a train station nearby, but we mostly walked everywhere. One thing to note is that the apartment is on a small street that most people haven't heard of. Every cab driver had to look it up. One night we were nearby and only had the exact address, and no one could give us directions. I would note the cross streets nearby.
Jun 27, 2019"Clot" region of Barcelona is a good location, plenty of shops & restaurants on adjacent blocks. Metro nearby. Its near a school & some neighbors dont mind expressing themselves boisterously when communicating w ea other but some noise is part of city living & the culture. We ate breakfast lot at 'Marylin' crepes & pasteries on the corner & the Clot Restaurant is just a block away which we liked a lot. We'll be back.

Jun 27, 2019Convenient location to subway and beach and lots of affordable supermarkets. Having a stocked kitchen makes it easy to get up and running. No complaints. Sensitive sleepers will enjoy the light/noise blocking shade in the bedroom and the A/C unit in the living room. Great time.
Jun 27, 2019We had a very pleasant stay at Francesco’s. His response time to messages were very fast. The apartment is exactly as described. What we liked most about the apartment is the size, amenities and very close to train/metro station. The large size of the bathroom and room made the apartment very comfortable for us with big luggages. All amenities were provided from washing detergents, lots of towels, tissues, tea/coffee, etc. The air conditioning was a great plus too! Even though the location is a bit far from the city center, the El Clot station is very near (5 Min walk) and operates the Renfe and 3 metro lines (green, purple and red) which then takes you to the city. Overall, would recommend Francesco’s place.

Jun 27, 2019Good and cozy apartment. Around 15-20 min (at our speed) to Sagrada Familia. Not that easy to park the car, but the apartment itself has no issues. You'll have everything to cook and to serve meal. It has a lift, small balcony and you'll be able to get to the roof. There's no special views though. Nevertheless we like the stay there a lot, thanks Francesco for the good day in Barcelona!

Jul 27, 2019Francesco's place is unique! I may say it could be easily considered an Airbnb Plus. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. Plenty space for a couple or two, with a truly fully equipped kitchen and a huge and comfortable sofa to enjoy a good rest between walks. And that jacuzzi made our days even better! It's important to mention the great location too, considering we left the apartment less than 10min before our train right to the airport. The closest station serves 2 subway lines and trains! As a superhost, Francesco is always ready to answer and very supportive. I would definitely recommend this place and won't look anywhere else when I decide to come back to Barcelona.

He greeted us upon our arrival, showed us around the apartment, and provided maps along with helpful suggestions about what to see in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could ever need- and more! It was very close to a metro stop which made it very easy to travel around the city. There were also enough dishes and cutleries for 4 people. Besides we don’t need to buy olive oil, salt, sugar etc. We’re very satisfied for the stay, and definitely will come again when visit Barcelona again.

Francesco was great and knew English well If coming from airport buy a 10 trip ticket and get the train from terminal 2 to el clot-arago. Then you’ll have 9 more rides on the train,metro or buses to use for your vacation

Jun 27, 2019Francesco's Airbnb is fantastic: clean, modern, practical and comfortable. Francesco met us at the unit after a little trouble finding it, since (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps provides a different location when you input his address from the app, but strangely provides the correct one when you click on it from the Airbnb app.. Other than that hiccup, Francesco's introduction to the unit was appreciated. The unit has everything you need for a short or long stay in Barcelona. We especially enjoyed the espresso machine, strong shower, AC for hot nights and comfortable bed. The unit is also conveniently close to the Metro so you are able to get to the heart of the city in no time. Finally, Francesco is very responsive to all our questions and requests. We appreciated that he was able to order a taxi for us on our last day which took away any anxiety of hailing one. Overall, highly recommended and we will be back if we are ever in Barcelona.

We had the misfortune of our luggage getting lost by the airline, and Francesco was incredibly resourceful and accommodating. Jun 27, 2019La comunicacion con Francesco fue inmejorable. Nos puso todas las facilidades del mundo tanto para la entrada como para la salida, cosa que es de agradecer,ya que no se lo pusimos facil. El apartamento es tal como las fotos, muy comodas las camas, limpieza absoluta en todo el apartamento. Y algo que no se aprecia en las fotos y yo particularmente agradezco es la mesa y sillas en la terraza. Asi que no puedo sacarle fallo alguno por que todo fue perfecto, lastima que fuera con tan poco tiempo.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was nice and clean. The location is superb. It is very close to the subway station and the train station for R2 train line that goes to the airport. The farmers market, bakery and small supermarket are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Check in was easy. Francesco quickly responded to my texts and gave me clear directions how to get to the apartment from the airport. It was very pleasant stay.

Jun 27, 2019Loved staying in Francesco’s place. He stayed up and met us at 11pm to welcome us - (thank you again). The unit is small but very clean and cosy. Free parking is available nearby. Wifi is acceptable speed. Second floor with elevator. 20 minute walk to Sagrada Família, and maybe 35 minute walk to Gothic Quarter. Or catch a train, which is only 5 minutes from his apartment. Kitchen well appointed, flat screen TV with amazon TV connected. Overall, a great stay. Thanks very much Francesco!
Jun 27, 2019Francisco‘s apartment was clean and well stocked with the basic amenities. Our only complaint would have been for cable TV to keep up with News and the location was a little farther from the city center then we would’ve liked but otherwise a beautiful apartment. Madelines restaurant at the corner saved us in the late hour for food. There was also quite a bit of noise in the streets, but that is to be expected in a busy city of this size. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Jun 27, 2019Francesco is a really lovely guy how helped us out on short notice in a difficult situation at 22:00 at night. He had the apartment ready for us within two hours even though he has to drive in from outside Barcelona. Beautiful place with a lovely whirlpool tub, cosy little balcony (and rooftop terrace, but it was too cold to use it in December) and complimentary tea and coffee. Also a nice mix of spices is available for cooking. And let's not forget the free Wifi AND you can use his Amazon Prime account for watching TV. The Metro station CLOT is 2 walking min from the apartment. Couldn't be better!!

The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. He met my daughter and I at the train station which was greatly appreciated considering it was late at night. The location was perfect with a train and metro station within walking distance.
