Parties over 4 guests are not permitted in pool area - sorry this is one of the house rules which is monitored closely by maili cove management! There are 4 BBQ's available at the pool area for grilling out and sunset dinners! This is a Non-Smoking Unit - no smoking allowed in the unit nor on our lanai/patio! *No pets *Safety first, please no candles! *Park in our designated parking space; Please when parking pull in forward - no backing into spaces is allowed facing building. *No glassware in pool area - plastic glasses provided! * Use earbuds in pool area for your music and or screenings - no speaker systems allowed * Remember to bring your access key for

AMAZING is just one of the words to describe this wonderful home. The view is unforgettable!!! The condo is just a few steps away from the ocean, very secure and close to the local market. As soon as you step into the condo, the view will take your breath away. Being able to watch the sunset from the balcony and swim in the salt water pool every day was a true blessing. Dr. Chase has completely gone out of his way to make this home comfortable so you can relax. The condo is beautifully furnished with great detail. Each item of this home was hand selected and finished to enhance the amazing ocean views. Dr. Chase has fully stocked the home with everything you need, even beach essentials. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Dr. Chase was a wonderful host and a great pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make our stay memorable.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed 6 days in March 2016. This condo has awesome ocean views, it feels like a well taken cared home. It had everything that we needed for a vacation. The full kitchen is excellent, it has laundry facility, swimming pool, outdoor grill, free parking and WiFi and all the beach that anyone wants. It is located in a residential neighbourhood in a small town only 35 minutes form Honolulu. Close to shopping centers such as CVS. Major stores about a 15 minute drive only. If you stay here you get to see the real life in Oahu. Try Barbeque Kai for local food and West Oahu Surf Shop if you want to surf. The area has lots of beaches that most visitors never get to go. Hiking to end of the island is a must as well. Chase is a very accommodating host.

Jun 27, 2019This was the first experience I've had in renting an AirBnB, and I couldn't have been happier with it. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, adorably furnished and cozy. The beach is underused for how gorgeous it is. Sitting on the balcony or even in the sitting room to watch the sunset was a dream. The nearby town is hit or miss with shops and restaurants, but the good stuff isn't far away (about a 15 min drive). Dr. Chase is wonderfully pleasant and prompt in answering any questions you have. I genuinely have no complaints, and would rent this gem again!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! The condo is beautifully decorated and is literally only steps away from the beach! This place has all the comforts of home and more! Our family enjoyed the beautiful beach which was almost like our very own private beach and absolutely loved the heated pool! The surrounding area is very quiet and is very close to a bunch of stores and shopping places. Dr. Chase was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back here again soon!!

Jun 27, 2019Our host left great directions and he gave us great tips for places to enjoy! The home gave us a beach home vibe and had everything that we needed to enjoy at the beach! We LOVED it here and it really felt like home to us!!! It is definitely hard to leave this place! We hope to visit again in the future! We are so grateful for Dr. Chase opening up his place to us!! We are happy that we honeymooned in Waianae where it is less congested than Honolulu. :-)

Crashing waves, long beach walks, sunset viewing on your lane or on the beach, swimming in pool and trade winds caressing your skin ALL offer the love and calm of the Aloha spirit RIGHT HERE! I've stayed in several Airbnb places, but none as immaculate as this one. Dr. C was the perfect host, responding immediately to any questions. Checking in & out was clear & easy. If you like what you read in the description, then you'll love this oceanfront Aloha Beach House because it's all true!!! Mahalo

The location is prime and every detail in this place made us feel right at home. All of your recommendations were very helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed Paradise Cove Luau. It was ONO! All the amenities that your place had to offer was a great added bonus. We're so glad that we chose this place of peace that was away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Jun 27, 2019Easy booking, easy check in, and MAN WHAT A VIEW! The unit is perfectly furnished to feel like you really have gotten away--a vaca in paradise. The whole complex was quiet, friendly, and lush with vegetation and clean pool. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as a family to make our own meals the entire trip. Prior to arriving Dr. Chase sent recommendations as to where to shop before getting to the unit so all of our food supply was done upon arrival. He is a very thoughtful owner and sent very nice updates and messages prior to arrival and during. We had a fabulous trip thanks to this blessed place.

Jun 27, 2019Our host was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to emails and texts. Everything was as stated and the condo met our needs perfectly. Dr. Chase also graciously extended our check out time to better accommodate our return flight. The condo is located on the warmer west side in an area inhabited by locals. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

The view is spectacular and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean is incredible. This space is quiet and gorgeous! Hang out by the pool for a day and take a walk along the beautiful beach later. The shoreline is gorgeous and relatively quiet. This place is awesome! Thank you for being a great host.
Jun 27, 2019We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this clean and well equipped third floor condo on the west coast. The interior decor is tasteful and fits the setting beautifully. We left the balcony door open every night and it was delightful to awake every morning to the view of the palm trees swaying in the breeze and to fall asleep to sound of the waves crashing on the beach. The pool and barbecue area is clean, quiet and very relaxing. We found that at this time of the year, the weather seemed to be much clearer here on the west coast and we had far more sun than we had found in Waikiki which was a bonus. The ocean, right in our back yard was very tempting but the waves were really too strong to be able to swim safely during our week here. Instead, we made great use of the Ko Olina lagoons about ten minutes down the road and had no trouble finding parking any time we went. The drive to the end of the island is well worth it to see the beautiful expanse of almost deserted beaches. One drawback is the traffic noise from the highway but we kept the front door closed at all times and it blocked out most of it. Chase was very helpful and left a binder full of very good suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area. We were very pleased over all with our first experience using Air BnB to find accommodations.

The grounds and condo are very well maintained -- the location is terrific for walking on the beach (immediately outside the gate) and soaking in the beautiful sunsets. The condo is secure, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Jun 27, 2019This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures! Beautiful sunset views from the lanai each night, tasteful beach decor, and a fully stocked home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances/dishes you could ever need, there are also beach chairs and beach towels for use. The AC unit and large fan were a huge bonus for us! The condo is in a relaxing, safe, and gated community, complete with a security guard at night. The salt water pool is relaxing, and the entire pool area is quiet and serene. We had most of our lunches in the pool area, and took full advantage of the grills/BBQ. Dr. Chase was so quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns along the way, and even let us have a later check out time. If you are looking for relaxation and a quiet area for your vacation, this condo community is perfect. Located right on the beach (only a few steps from the pool), this is the perfect spot to get away from city life and relax! Thank you Dr. Chase!

Dr. Chase is an awesome host. Responds super fast and is very helpful, giving tips for local activities and food recommendations. Highly recommended.

The view is incredible and the condo complex is quiet and relaxing. A great option if you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We would stay again!
Jun 27, 2019This condo is amazing! The view of the pool and ocean is spectacular and the condo is so lovely and decorated perfectly. Our family stayed for 8 days and didn't want to leave. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Maile Cove is a hidden gem on Oahu. Such wonderful beaches and hikes nearby too. Our family will definitely be back for another staycation in the future. Thank you, Dr. Chase! :)

Jun 27, 2019A great location for a quiet getaway on Oahu. The view is fantastic and the pool is very nice. Having BBQ's at the pool is a nice feature. The unit has most everything you need, although note dishes are done by hand and the clothes washer is a communal one. Our only negative has nothing to do with the unit or Dr. Chase, who is terrific to deal with. It is the traffic in the area that is a pain. There appears to be perennial construction, and it can be a slog trying to get somewhere south. And there is a lot of stuff in Kapolei (about 10 miles south) that you might want, including grocery stores and restaurants. All in all, we highly recommend Dr. Chase's beach hideaway. If you want a quieter vacation than the norm, it would be hard to beat his condo.
Jun 27, 2019We spent our honeymoon here and let me tell you, it was an absolute dream; the photos don't even do the impact of the view justice. We loved sitting on the beach and watching the sunset, and all of the little touches of Aloha around the condo made the space feel so special and welcoming. It was a great jumping off point for all of our Oahu adventures, and such a wonderful spot for days we wanted to just relax. Mahalo Dr. Chase, we'll never forget it!

Jun 27, 2019Lovely place! Felt very welcomed here. Such great décor and has everything you need. It is near some great hikes - Ka'ena Point and the Pink Pillbox, and many beaches. We pretty much left early every morning and got back after dinner, exhausted and ready to sleep and start all over the next day! We hit every part of the island from (Website hidden by Airbnb) is situated on the one main road that runs up and down the west coast. We had no problems here whatsoever - very smooth rental.

Everything you need is in the unit including a dryer which I missed in the original booking so it was a wonderful surprise. Dr. Chase was great at checking in and giving local tips on what to do and where to go and it was very much appreciated.

Jun 27, 2019Walking into Dr. Chase's beachside condo and heading out to the balcony, it is easy to sum up our impression in one word - - Wow!! A beautiful place with an amazing view. We had a terrific stay here. It had all of the basic amenities you'd expect in a quality Airbnb place. Highlights include the view, easy access to the beach (more below), great recommendations for eating out. For those considering staying in the future, it is probably worth noting a bit about the location. It is at least 30 min out of town - - more in traffic. Additionally, it isn't necessarily in the nicest part of town. And while we felt safe the whole time (my wife went running by herself in the area) it was something we observed. Finally, the condo backs right up to the main 2-lane road and as a light sleeper I had a hard time sleeping through the night due to the traffic. Turning on the fan/AC helped reduce that. But as far as value - - can't beat it. We had a wonderful time and Dr. Chase was quick to answer questions and offer some great recommendations.
Jun 27, 2019Dr. Chase's place was exactly what I was looking for in a peaceful weekend at the beach with the intention to recharge and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The condo was clean and I felt comfortable instantly. I'm glad that I stopped by the condo before going shopping because I was surprised at how well stocked it was. You could definitely not ask for more with the amazing views and easy access to the beautiful private beach below. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle... have a beautiful beach to yourself... immerse yourself in the local relaxed culture then I definitely recommend Dr. Chase's place. I found check-in and check-out to be super easy and I appreciated how quick the host was to respond to my questions. Thanks again Dr. Chase!

Loved being on the sunny side of the island away from the tourism but close enough to visit the attractions. Amazingly quiet beach (w/ sea turtles surfacing nearby!) Highly recommended for vistors wanting to get away from it all!

Jun 27, 2019The Condo Dr. Chase has was just wonderful, We couldn't have been happier with it. It has everything you need to be comfortable, we bought an extra fan and 2 extra pillows which we left for the next guests. Also left our snorkel gear we bought so hopefully the next guest can use! The beach is wonderful just watch for the rocks the waves uncover daily! Our first day we walked down the beach to the left and a giant sea turtle had come up on the beach! We went to the end of the road Kaena Point State Park, we found that to be the closest and easy in and out beach ton snorkel. We had dinner our last night at the Eating House at Kapolei...Excellent food and service not cheap but worth every penny! I hope that all future guests enjoy the Condo as much as we did. Very chill area which is just what we wanted! Mahalo!
Jun 27, 2019Dr. Chase was an excellent host. Unit was spacious enough for 3 adults to be comfortable for a week. Great long and empty beach and a nice pool. Fabulous view from the unit overlooking the pool and ocean. It's a bit out of the heart of the action on Oahu, but we wanted to be away from the crowds, so this worked out great for us. The area does not have much (any) night life, and there is a dearth of good restaurants, so if this is what you are looking for keep this in mind. This might bother some folks but was not an issue for us. Unit was well appointed with snorkel gear, great WiFi, and the dryer for suits and towels was very much appreciated. A very good experience for our fun week on sunny Oahu!

Everything was spotlessly clean and we were overjoyed about so much hospitality. We liked the Pool - we went swimming every morning and evening , because the ocean were very bleak- and the view too. Jun 27, 2019the Condo and souroundings were as described, to buy Food etc. you have a small selection near but if you drive some 10 minutes there are some Super Markets as e.g. Foodland Farms ( one exit after Ko Olina coming from Maili Cove). Waves are very high in Winter, but again if you go to Ko Olina it is super in one of the 4 lagunes
Jun 27, 2019I sat on that balcony every morning and looked at the beautiful view while I drank my coffee , pounding surf to put you to sleep , sunsets were stunning, had a resident come out and blow a conch shell horn every evening at sunset .. absolutely beautiful.
Jun 27, 2019This is probably one of the best airbnbs that I've stayed at. A couple of reasons why: 1. Location - amazing view of the beach and sunset. We decided that we wanted to stay in a less busy area and getting here was super easy. Because we were provided a parking spot, we rented a car and drove to different parts of Ohahu very easily. 2. Amenities - first aid kits, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sunblock, bathroom amenities, and much more were provided for us 3. Interior design - the design of the condo was beautiful and we felt right at home. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into every room 4. Convenience - checking in was super easy and simple Thank you Dr. Chase for allowing us to stay at your lovely place!
Jun 27, 2019We had an amazing stay here. In person, the condo looked exactly like the pictures. My favorite part of the trip was the amazing view of the ocean. I sat there every morning and evening to watch the sunrise/sunset. The people living at the condo were very nice and extremely respectful. Most of the tenants seemed to be retired, and the noise of others was always minimal. We even did a load of laundry near the end of our trip. There is a laundry room that you can use if you have quarters. The condo has its own dryer which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and other amenities. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, pots/pans and condiments you would need. Thanks for the comfy and relaxing stay!
Jun 27, 2019This a wonderful place to stay if you want to be away from the craziness of Honolulu! You need a car and groceries but the peaceful atmosphere is worth it. We spent the days exploring Oahu then lovely evenings relaxing & enjoying the sunsets!
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay in Dr. Chase's condo. It is a bright and happy space with aqua blue touches bringing the feel of the ocean up to the third floor. The view - gorgeous, the sound of the waves - lovely, and, since it wasn't our first stay at Ma'ili Cove, we weren't surprised by the sounds of Farrington Hwy. The plexiglass on the windows in this unit really cut down on the noise. Excellent addition. The Wi-Fi connection was great. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning, exploring the island or reading poolside during the day, and watching the sunset in the evening while listening to a resident blow a conch shell. Friendly residents and guests gathered in the courtyard in the evenings to watch the sunset and visit, and some of them bbq'd. Several bbq's are available. There were sand chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment in the closet alongside a dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. There was an air conditioner in the bedroom, but we didn't need to use it. We left the balcony screen door open overnight. Very nice place.
Jun 27, 2019The sunset views are awesome! The beach is fantastic and on weekdays you will have it to yourself! The pool is excellent and rarely used, we were usually the only ones there. The condo is super clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper you will have issues, there is a hospital nearby and sirens go all night. If you are looking to stay on the west side of Oahu you found the place - book it!
