This three bedroom house is the perfect location for a day or week on the outskirts of Sydney. Newtown is a vibrant area with loads of cafe's, bars, restaurants, parks and quirky streets to explore and just a 5 minute walk to the train station! The house is a bit old and has some Newtown wear and tear but has everything you need. With beautiful hardwood floors, a courtyard to enjoy breakfast outside and a spacious room with a queen bed we trust you will feel at home. Guests will have access through the main door shared by the house. You will have your own set of keys provided on arrival. This three bedroom house is shared by three people. One of us travels a lot so we put one of the rooms on Airbnb when it is free. You will be sharing the house with two people who are very friendly and always happy to share a meal or a drink or perhaps explore Sydney together. We work during the day so the house is pretty quiet then. Enjoy walking the streets and seeing the street art or chill

Transit
This Newtown house is just a 5 minute walk to the train station one block off king street so quiet at night but only a stone throw from great cafes and bars. The train or bus will will get you into the CBD to see all the major sights in just 10-15 minutes. Or grab a bus to the beach in just 30 minutes. We are just 1km from beautiful Sydney park with over 20 acres of parkland to explore and a great off leash dog park.

Allison was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodative. Lovely girl, and so are the other 2 ladies. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in the wardrobe. Newtown is a fantastic location, a couple minute walk to the train station and a 10minute train into Circular Quay.
Jun 27, 2019Allisons and co were awesome. The place was perfect for me. I just needed a couple of nights in Newtown with some similar aged people. Was a very relaxed and independent vibe. One of housemates was very nice and even invited me out with her friends. I felt very welcomed although with a good dose of space and privacy. Perfect 5/5. Oh and it was my first air bnb stay :) Thanks Allison and co!
Jun 27, 2019Had a great week here Allison was super helpful! She worked away for the week but was there when we checked in and told us all about the property! Her room mates are really nice and friendly and made us feel welcome for the week! I would defiantly stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Alison's was a great place to stay. Very conveniently located close to the main streets of Newtown and less than 10 minutes from Newtown Station. Her other house mates were great and I enjoyed a good chin wag with them one evening I was there. Highly recommended.
Jun 27, 2019The room was bright and airy. The location was only a couple of streets from King St in Newtown and was very close to cafes and train stations. The house was clean and well maintained and the housemates were friendly and welcoming. All in all a good location and a great little place to stay.
